Tivoli Restaurant in München

If you can go somewhere else, I highly recommend that you do. The food was only fine, except the cauliflower soup. The service was horrendous. It took them over an hour and a half to serve us. I understand they were busy and had a few large groups come in after us, but they basically ignored our party of two. We never had any wait staff come over without us having to call them over including when we asked for our bill, and it took them over 10 minutes to come by with it (after the three large parties that were seated after us had already left!). When we asked them if they could check on our dinner as it has been over an hour, they got an attitude about them having a lot of customers. Very disappointing as we came in expecting a wait and we’re ready for that, but I was not expecting to be ignored all evening and made to feel invisible on top of food that was just okay for the price.

Definitely not Hilton standard. Standard food - nothing special. There are better places to enjoy a meal in Munich

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We started with bread with butter, salt, and oil. I ordered a Margherita pizza, which tasted okay, but not delicious. My friend ordered an Alpine beef fillet with sweet potato mash. His meal was delicious and I highly recommend it. The 0.75-liter bottle of tap water cost €6.50, which was a bit overpriced.

I was there with my son (5 years old). In the evening the restaurant is very quiet with quiet music and feels rather upscale. However, we felt very welcome. I thought the service was great, always friendly and benevolent. I am quite satisfied with the price-performance ratio

Excellent restaurant at the Hilton Hotel

Extremely slow service, we were given a bread basket with half eaten rolls (twice), given wrong order, the lights were flickering, and the food was overpriced.

Roman was amazing - best service in Munich! He was so attentive and made sure we were satisfied! The drinks were the best in Munich!

Thank you, Roman. We had such a great dinner. I had Salmon and it was wonderful. Service from Roman and his team were over the top incredible. We plan to go back while we are on this same trip.

Friendly staff, food is good. It's a bit pricey but that's München. It has a nice location next to the river. Goulash soup had some nice spicy flavour.

Die Speisen sind okay aber nicht das wann für ein Restaurant im Hotel Hilton erwartet. Der Service war leider sehr langsam und überhaupt nicht gut unaufmerksam. Auch nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen haben ist es nicht wirklich besser geworden und wir mussten 1,5 Stunden auf unser Essen warten. Sehr schade!

Der Service im Tivoli Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Es gibt eine tolle Terrasse direkt an Eisbach. Euer Burger „Kim Chicken“ hat mich geschmacklich wirklich überrascht und begeistert. Die Pommes waren knusprig frittiert - so müssen Pommes schmecken!

Freundlicher Service, vermutlich eine der schönsten Terrassen Münchens direkt am Eisbach, wirklich einzigartig und eigentlich ein Geheimtipp. Aber 6.90€ für ein Bier übersteigt das Vertretbare leider deutlich.

Sehr nettes Personal und schönes Ambiente. Wir hatten den Burger "Butch Cassidy'" mit den OTB Fries. Geschmacklich sehr gut aber die Portionsgröße des Burgers ist etwas klein.

Pricey, staff is horrible, that is the second time that they are texting or handling the smart watch while taking order and at the end reviewed incorrectly the order. The food is ok but but there are much better places to go a walk distance. I gave this place a Se ond chance but I regretted.

Nice breakfast buffet which might be included with your room or for Gold and Platinum members. Check out the honey comb honey and made-to-order omelettes. Try the Bavarian Bleu Cheese which is not a strong as its French counterpart. Decent American style coffee and also a machine option for espressos and cappuccinos. Note the small spoon for soft boiled eggs. Cool. Guten appetite.

It was really a good food, I much appreciated! Compared to the cost, I don't know because I was just invited to Mentor U2U2018 event.

Went for Thanksgiving buffet...had a great time! The food was very traditional American. For 39 Euro a person, it was a great deal!
