Top shop, super tasty, friendly staff!! At lunchtime there is sometimes a bit of a longer wait as all the offices in the area seem to take their lunch break here, but in my opinion that speaks more for the company if people come back every day!!!

Unfortunately, the two employees today were very, very unfriendly. I came to pick up my Too Good To Go bag and had to wait about 10 minutes even though the store was almost empty. Neither a “hello” nor a “goodbye” came from the employees, I have never experienced such poor service here. It's a shame, I wouldn't buy anything there again if I met the same employees again.

Solid food with friendly and patient advice from the staff, as the menu can be a bit inconclusive at first glance. The prices are a bit high, but you can't tell by the quality of the food.

Food was super tasty. How is Willow spelled? I'm not allowed to eat gluten or dairy products, so I was very happy that you could put together your own bowl. I had whole grain rice with quinoa and salad and chicken with avocado, cucumber, tomato and the lemon herb sauce

Tasty curry, staff quick and great for the lunch break.

My go to place for daily generous lunch bowl I order the teriyaki chicken bowl double up on the chicken and order the green machine smoothie .. its consistent in flavor and generally very good .. however beware of their staff they are not very friendly so brace for impact if you have a question or a request.

Big and fresh salads. It's worth the price and they are super fast. Highly recommended

When I ordered 3 salads to take away, all 3 were filled into porcelain bowls after a 30 minute wait After I said that they should be taken away. They simply tipped over in transport trays Unappetizing looking. For 35 euros almost only salad, it didn't taste good, and the vegetarian sheep's cheese salad had meat in it. Never again !!! Very bad !!!!

I have nothing against the store per se. It is delicious and tastes very good. But if you officially open at 9 a.m. and then hear that you open at 10 a.m., that's outrageous. If opening times change suddenly, you should post these and not claim you didn't have time to prepare anything.

I always come to this restaurant when I'm in town. Fast, large selection of vegetarian dishes and, above all, I think the outside area is really nice. With a view of the town hall, passers-by change between Mönkebergstr. and Jungfernstieg/Neuer Wall. It never gets boring here - my tip when the weather is nice and sunny. Not 5 stars because I miss the toilet.

Great poké and curry, hearty and tasty served very quickly by a friendly team. Go for it!

Just sitting in the store. We are waiting for the order (waiting time 30 minutes for a salad, what the f...). But want to eat quickly. It's probably 50 degrees Celsius in here. A question to the manager of the store: "Tell me, aren't you ashamed? The air conditioning is broken, the poor employees are miserable! I'm not even talking about the guests. It's simply an imposition for everyone. The health department will be informed tomorrow."

Unfortunately the branch isn't managed so well... wrong orders, long waiting times, pagers beeping even when the food isn't ready... a shame

The salad was not fresh and the avocado was not ripe at all. Too bad when the brand's slogan is "fresh to eat".

The salad was not very fresh and the wrap tasteless. We came across one day when there was no hummus and we were offered to replace it with avocado which was unfortunately not ripe. It's regrettable. I advise you to move on.

It's always delicious. However, if you want to quickly wash your hands before eating, you will be disappointed. There is no toilet there.

Very dissatisfied! I've enjoyed eating at Dean&David's for 2 years, but unfortunately it was very disappointing today. The food didn't taste good at all and when we requested something else, nothing further was done. Unfortunately the last time I ate at deandavid.

Falafel Salat is not tasty. Sußkartoffel was not properly grilled, raw and sliced very thin. Tooo much sauce, the dish became unhealthy with this amount of sauce. And the sauce wasn't tasty also. Price doesn't correspond the quality too

We wanted to eat something here. Unfortunately, most of the dishes in the window and on the menu are not in German, so we didn't understand anything. That's a shame since the restaurant is located in Germany.

I actually love D&D for fresh produce and unbeatable prices...but I go there at least 4 times a week and there are always no hot drinks an hour before closing time :( In addition, they are only served in to-go packaging...which is not only unattractive as a customer, but above all contradicts the sustainability aspect of D&D. If there was another salad bar nearby...I definitely wouldn't be a customer here anymore. In the end you will be thrown out unkindly. @Deananddavid train your employees better or change the opening times. That's just annoying.

This was my first visit to this branch. It was very tasty and everything was clean. However, the branch is relatively small and there are no toilets.

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis für die Boels die man hier bekommt. Das Essen ist auch sehr lecker und auf Sonderwünsche (in meinem Fall ohne rote Beete) wurde ohne zu zögern eingegangen

Wenn man was gesundes und schnelles essen möchte.

An sich sehr gut aber manchmal werden Sachen im Salat vergessen bzw. weggelassen. Z.b. Avocado.

Zum Mittag eine gesunde Alternative. Der Salat Chicken Vitality ist zu empfehlen.

Gostei bastante, não foi uma bowl extraordinária, mas foi uma clássica bowl saborosa, se calhar faltava um pouco mais de sabor. No geral foi uma ótima refeição e voltaria para experimentar outros pratos, so nao sei se este que pedi é bom o suficiente para voltar a repeti-lo. Pedi o Avocado Chicken Bowl. Um pouco caro para o que é, mas vem uma boa quantidade.

Sehr leckere und frische Speisen, große Portionen und alles zu super Preisen. Wir wurden schnell bedient und haben uns essen mitgenommen. Wer was frisches und gesundes zu sich nehmen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Getränke Auswahl ist auch nicht schlecht.

Hier gibt's leckere Snacks und diverse Bowls, die auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet werden. Man bestellt, bezahlt und kann sich das Essen dann nach "elektronischer Benachrichtigung" bei der Ausgabe abholen. Also mir hat's sehr gut geschmeckt. Gerne wieder ....

Sehr lecker, das Essen war schnell da und die Portionen sind genau richtig.

Junge Dame räumt 10min die Stühle rum, der Laden ist geöffnet und wir gehen rein. Sie hat mehrfach Blickkontakt mit uns und erklärt uns nach 10min anstehen, „heute wird später aufgemacht“. Verstehe nicht warum an der Tür kein Zettel ist, es keine direkte Mitteilung von ihr gibt. Das Essen war alles bereits fertig eingeräumt. Wir wurden unfreundlich abgewiesen und auf meine Frage, wieso die Schließung von Anfang an nicht kommuniziert wurde, wurden wir angemeckert mit „sehen sie nicht, das ich hier zu tun habe“. 29 September 9:40 Uhr. Leckerer Kürbissalat bei Dean&David- ich hatte es online vorbestellt und alles hat wunderbar geklappt! Dazu gab es das knusprige Landbrot! Sehr zu empfehlen

Es ist eine Kette, das Essen ähnlich wie in anderen Städten. Gut, aber eher kleine Portionen. Ganz ok.

Essen ist immer lecker, Service höflich, aber zügig in der Mittagszeit.

Normalerweise bin ich immer zu frieden aber heute ist irgendwie was schief gelaufen. Ein Notnagel im Regen. Besser als erwartet. Essen qualitativ gut. Ladenlokal sehr klein, Terasse bei dem Wetter nicht nutzbar, trotz Überdachung. Die Mitarbeiter haben alles gegeben.

Hier kun je goed gluten en lactosevrij eten. Dit is een aanwinst voor de stad. Uiteraard ook veel veggie gerechten en gezonde smoothies.

Essen ist ok. Service grundsätzlich weniger gut. Man merkt, dass es sich um einen Touri Hotspot handelt. Leider merkt man das auch häufiger an der Laune der Verkäufer und an den Wartezeiten.

Wir hatten eine Japanese Beef Bowl mit der sauce separat bestellt und hatten es nicht separat bekommen. Es war ziemlich chaotisch und unorganisiert trotz ToGo bestellt. Das essen ist sehr lecker.

Viele frisch zubereitete leckere Speisen - knackig und frisch, vieles ist vegetarisch oder auch vegan. Auch der Kaffee ist gut. Man sitzt hier angenehm und entspannt!

Called in for a takeaway sandwich. Great selection of freshly made wraps, flatbreads and salads. Can be ordered hot or cold. I would recommend the creamy coriander flatbread

Il cibo è molto buono, come per ogni filiale della catena. Però alcune pecche in questa esperienza: il prezzo è molto elevato e il servizio da migliorare.

Meine Wahl fiel auf Grilled Veggie. Das gegrillte Gemüse war noch Bissfest und der Salat war knackig. Pest und Dressig wurden sehr pikant abgeschmeckt, sodaß das Ganze ein Genuß war. Punktabzug gibt es, weil es gerade keine Gabeln gab. Der Service ansonsten flott und freundlich. Draußen gibt es schöne angenehme Plätze, was angenehm bei der Hitze war. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Wir waren während unseres Städtetrips hier. Sehr lecker, große Portionen und freundliches Personal. Wir haben das Essen mitgenommen und mit den Kids bei schönstem Wetter im Planten un Blomen gegessen. Bowl und Salate waren super, der Wrap nicht so dolle.

Das frisch zubereitete 'gelbe' Chicken Curry war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Auch die Salate sahen klasse aus.

Die Salate sind immer sehr lecker, nur die Bowl auf dem Bild war nicht so lecker. Sonst ist das Essen immer frisch und lecker - auch für Vegetarier!

We went here for lunch as they had some vegan options but the food was very average. The wrap I had was fairly tasteless whilst my girlfriend had a hot meal that was slightly better but still fairly tasteless. There are plenty of other restaurants in Hamburg that do both healthy food and vegan food that are far better than this place.

Fantastic lunch - period. A well prepared, large and incredibly tasty salad is what you should expect here. I had the Surf and Turf and I am sure to come back for more as the menu is fairly large and looks delicious.

This is really good place for a light lunch. Salads are big and very fresh. Avokado prawn salad and Salmon spring salads were both extra tasty. It is often crowded when lunch time.
