Ich mag den Laden jedesmal wenn ich es schaffe und es gibt ein dean&david muss ich dort essen. Sehr leckeres und gesundes Essen. Wie immer der Wahnsinn. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Ein Stern ist sogar zu viel. Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen bei Dean & David. Das Essen war in Ordnung, allerdings war der Aufenthalt aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen leider sehr unangenehm. Wir haben höflich nachgefragt, ob die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet werden könne. Ein Mitarbeiter wollte sich zunächst darum kümmern, jedoch wurde dies anschließend von einer blonden Mitarbeiterin aus der Küche abgelehnt. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, die Klimaanlage sei bereits eingeschaltet und man merke dies lediglich nicht, weil die Türen offen stünden. Nach unserem Eindruck war jedoch keine Kühlung spürbar ( die Klimaanlage war aus). Besonders enttäuschend fanden wir die Art der Kommunikation. Auf unsere Nachfrage erhielten wir unter anderem die Bemerkung, „das Leben sei hart“. Eine solche Aussage empfinden wir gegenüber Gästen als unprofessionell und wenig kundenorientiert. Auch wenn betriebliche oder wirtschaftliche Gründe gegen eine stärkere Klimatisierung sprechen, kann dies freundlich und respektvoll erklärt werden. Der Umgang mit Gästen ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Gastronomie. Leider haben wir uns in dieser Situation nicht wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Aus diesem Grund werden wir das Restaurant künftig nicht mehr besuchen und können es aufgrund dieser Erfahrung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Meistens ganz ok nur leider manchmal mit bösen Ausreißern nach unten.

Wir haben hier ein tolles Erlebnis gehabt. Wir haben zwei Salate bestellt und einmal das falsche (aber sehr lecker) Essen bekommen. Ich habe es reklamiert und die nette Bedienung hat sofort einen neuen bestellt. Wir durften das falsche Gericht behalten. Das ist eine vorbildliche Reaktion und insgesamt waren alle sehr höflich und äußerst nett. Zum Essen selbst: Frisch, lecker und absolut ein Besuch wert. Wir gehen wieder hin. Vielen Dank.

Über Lieferando essen bestellr. Ergebnis: Kein Besteck oder Servietten wie ich in der Bemerkung drum gebeten habe, Lieferzeit statt angegeben zwischen 25-40 Minuten dann 90 Minuten - inakzeptabel. Die Auslieferung wurde dann an uber ausgelagert ohne meine Lieferbeschreibungen zu übertragen. Musste dann dem über Fahrer nochmal mitgeteilt werden (glücklicherweise habe ich es gesehen, sonst hätte ich mein Essen bis heute nicht). Würde dringend von einer Bestellung, die man sich liefern lassen will, abraten.

Ich gehe jetzt schon viele Jahre zu diesem Standort und ich bin von der gleichbleibenden guten Qualität des Essens und im guten Service sehr begeistert. Frische leckere Gerichte!

Wir haben am vergangenen Sonntag eine Bowl bei Dean & David in Heidelberg bestellt und waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Viele Zutaten haben nicht mehr frisch geschmeckt und waren teilweise sogar sauer. Einen Großteil der Bowl mussten wir deshalb wegschmeißen. Gerade bei einem Restaurant, das mit frischen und gesunden Zutaten wirbt und dafür auch höhere Preise verlangt, hätten wir deutlich bessere Qualität erwartet.

Sehr schöne bunte frische Gerichte, mit herrlicher Aromenvielfalt. Empfehlenswert auch der leckere Karottenkuchen als Dessert. Wurde hier noch nie enttäuscht! Die nahe Lage am Bismarckplatz ist ideal um kurz auf einen Imbiss vorbeizuschauen.

Jimmy und Raphael sind hervorragende Profis, die sich gut um ihre Kunden kümmern. Die Bowls sind lecker, gesund und frisch.

Irgendwie haben sie dem falschen Fahrer die falsche Bestellung gegeben...

Man kann kaum beschreiben, wie gut dieser Ort ist. Erstens sind die Zutaten frisch und schmecken hervorragend. Zweitens kann ich das Essen im Kühlschrank aufbewahren und essen, wann immer ich will, und es schmeckt selbst kalt noch gut. Wenn Sie also nach einem Ort suchen, der gesundes Essen serviert, sollten Sie diesen unbedingt ausprobieren.

Unfähiges unfreundliches Personal nachdem ich mich telefonisch nach der Bestellung erkundigt habe. Erzählt mir irgendeinen Käse über Zuständigkeiten. Bestellung ist nicht angekommen das ist Fakt.

Hier werde ich nichts mehr bestellen, das Essen kam über 30 min zu spät, da war meine Mittagspause vorbei, ich habe mich sehr geärgert.

In der Vergangenheit waren das Essen und der Service immer sehr gut und wir haben oft dort gegessen. In letzter Zeit hat leider die Qualität abgenommen und uns war auch 2mal nicht so gut im Magen nach der Mahlzeit mit Salat. Somit stimmt für uns das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht mehr. Haben in der Zwischenzeit auch andere Filialen ausprobiert und da ist das Essen oft besser. Hier wird gespart, die Portion Granatapfelkerne zB wird dann auf 3 Essen aufgeteilt…landen dann mal 6! Kerne in einer KidsBox, weil er es streckt auf 3 Essen.

I've been to Dean & David several times, and unfortunately, I have to say that the service and food quality are steadily declining. Today, I couldn't finish my bowl because the rice wasn't cooked through. Furthermore, I've noticed that they're putting less and less sauce in the bowls. Very disappointing. At these prices, I expect better food. The service has also become increasingly poor. The tables are dirty, and orders aren't being fulfilled as expected.

It's actually very tasty, but what really bothers me is that sometimes you get salad with the bread and sometimes you don't. I thought you always got two slices of bread? And when you ask for bread, they look at you like you're crazy...

Ordered via the dean+david app. Arrived late, cold, and a tiny portion 😆 Too late and cold, fine by me, but almost €16 for a mini portion is pretty damn amazing. Unfortunately, you can't complain in this great app. By the way, they also ignored the email they requested in their reply to this review 🫠

I wanted to eat a rap, but chicken teriyaki had nothing to do with it. It had rice in it, but it wasn't listed anywhere on the menu, and the service was generally not good either.

We had a spontaneous dinner at this restaurant. Both bowls were very good, although the salmon portion was unfortunately significantly smaller than the chicken portion. The service was friendly.

It was my first time and definitely won't be my last. The wait time was much shorter than stated, and it was incredibly delicious. I opted for the Japanese Beef Bowl, and the grass-fed beef was incredibly juicy. Not only did it taste delicious, but it's also good for your health, considering how many nutrients a bowl like that contains. I highly recommend this place. It was worth every penny.

The catering service is completely unreliable and ignores and overlooks emails. If I hadn't switched to another provider in time, the catering for the planned event would not have taken place.

Exquisite! One of the best we've tried during our trip to Germany. A wide variety of healthy dishes, very well prepared and filling. 100% recommended. Perfect value for money.

I'm a regular at Dean & David. I've been very satisfied with the salads so far. However, today I noticed that the chicken didn't look like it usually does, but rather looked very unappetizing, like pressed meat. I couldn't eat it. I hope they don't skimp on quality in the future.

These lads serve a mean toasted beef sandwich and chicken salad.

Delicious and very satisfying food. I can get whatever I want there, no matter the season. A spicy or mild curry, a soup, or a fresh salad. My personal favorite are the bowls... especially the falafel ones. ❤️🥙 I've been a long-time customer since the store opened and I know what to expect: solid, fresh food with pleasant service. Bonus story that inspired me to write this review, in addition to the food: A few weeks ago (on April 30th), I picked up our ordered food again... A young woman was standing in front of the store with a man with worldly experience who was using a cane. His legs were wobbly on the very imposing man. Without hesitation, the woman behind the cash register offered the man a chair in front of the door to prevent him from falling and, without asking, placed a large bottle of water in front of him with friendly, encouraging words. Respect!!! This is what charity and consideration are all about. It was great how attentive this employee was - after so many people outside hadn't even noticed the dangerous situation the man was in.

We had a satisfactory visit here. The food was good, a little too little sauce for our taste. The service was friendly.

The food is usually good, although not the freshest. However, yesterday the chicken wasn't grilled really well, and a few pieces in my dish were raw. That's a shame. I also think the prices are a bit high for the quantity, but the staff is friendly and attentive.

Even though there was nothing going on, my curry dish was lukewarm. The salad looked bland.

Food: I had a salad with avocado and halloumi cheese. This was very good, but the sauce was a little too sweet. I also had a sweet potato wrap. Although this was heated, it was not evenly warm and was cold inside. However, it tasted good. For dessert I had an açai bowl. This was very small and tasted a bit like yogurt. This was a bit disappointing as Açai is usually freshly mixed, so the Açai smoothie was still cold/partially frozen. This wasn't the case here and it was a bit disappointing. Overall, however, it was a nice evening.

I recently visited the cafe and was absolutely amazed by the exceptional service from Din and David. The employee with the beautiful braids in particular was extremely friendly and helpful. She prepared and served the food very quickly, was extremely attentive and showed me the drinks straight away. The older lady next to me was also addressed with a friendly smile and served immediately. I only took a coffee and a small snack with me because unfortunately I didn't have time and didn't know where to take my car. Otherwise I would definitely have stayed longer. The friendly and funny manner of the team, especially the way they address you, makes the visit very pleasant and accommodating. As a customer you feel completely comfortable and welcome. I'm looking forward to having a coffee there again on my next visit to Heidelberg.

The food is very tasty, but the portions are manageable. You don't really feel full after eating here. Preparation very good, prices felt high. In general, the feeling is confirmed here too: the healthier you try to eat, the more money you have to pay for it. This trend should be broken to encourage more people to eat healthier. The ambience is a fast food joint, so it's good enough to go in and out and eat something quickly. The staff was nice and gave good advice. I would come here again. Everything worked out well for me.

Underground service! Food is simply left on the street!!!! We ordered via Lieferando on June 28th at 7:44 p.m. The delivery should be there between 8:40 p.m. and 8:50 p.m. Since we are patient, we waited until 9:40 p.m. Still no food there. The Lieferando app still said the delivery time was 8:40 p.m At 10 p.m. we decided to eat something else and complain about Lieferando. At around 10:40 p.m. a "delivered" notification suddenly came on my cell phone and my wife went to the front door just for fun, where she found the bag with the now very cold food. It was simply left on the street in front of the front door and even my cell phone number was clearly visible on the bill. This also violates data protection For a delivery cost of 3 euros, the driver didn't think it was necessary to ring the bell or call us. Then why did we have to pay for that? We complained to Lieferando but the restaurant refused a refund. Do you just leave food on the street these days???? Just incredibly bad. Please do not order from this shed!!!

I really enjoy eating the salads here, they are a large portion and always taste just as good. They don't skimp on the dressing and there are always specials. The only downside is the ambience - the music is way too loud for me.

The store makes a good impression, you are warmly welcomed. However, we found the food (we ordered a bowl and a curry) disappointing and the price far too high for what you get. Overall it was a small portion with little meat and the sauce from the salad (it seemed like it came from a bag) was everywhere and not very tasty.

Soft, expensive wrap. Service not particularly friendly. The paper is still stuck to the wrap. Next time I'd rather go back to McDonalds...

I visited Dean & David with a friend on February 28, 2024 around 7 p.m. and was looking forward to delicious food. I decided to try the "Dean & David's Favorite" - "Tuscany Chicken Salad". Everything was going great until I heard a crunching noise and felt something very hard between my teeth. I then discovered two small pieces of core - probably from the olive tapenade. These kernels were small, but very sharp. I immediately checked whether everything was OK with my teeth, which was also the case externally. Nevertheless, I later had pain in the affected area of ​​my mouth and had to go to the dentist the next day (today). The dentist confirmed that nothing was broken, but that my gums were very inflamed. This should be treated with sage. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salad.

The food tastes great and there are many healthy and delicious dishes. We recommend.

Unfortunately my visit to Dean&David was a disappointing experience. For just under €17 I expected more than a salad with minimal ingredients and a drink. The salad was mostly greens, a few tomatoes, some chicken pieces and yogurt dressing. The price-performance ratio was not justified. Additionally, I developed gastrointestinal problems immediately after the visit, which calls into question the quality of the food. I was hoping for more from the concept, especially given the positive reviews I had heard. Unfortunately I cannot give a positive recommendation and I will consider other options in the future. With me as a customer, perhaps the company should examine how it delivers on its promises regarding quality and customer satisfaction.

I like to get a wrap to take with me on site. It has happened to me several times now that the flatbread was sometimes soggy and the salad no longer made the freshest impression. I realize that wraps are sometimes a bit lying, but this is taken to the point of being unappetizing. I can do without that.

I found something that I could not identify in the sandwich. When I showed that to the girl behind the counter, she said, "Sorry, we do not make them, we get them delivered to us." No replacement, no refund.

Klassischer Dean&David so wie man ihn aus den meisten Großstädten kennt. Das Essen ist gut, das Ambiente ist nett und das Restaurant ist sauber. Ich finde aber grundsätzlich die Preise für das Gebotene zu hoch.

War am Freitag Nachmittag dort, Die Bowl war sehr lecker.Das Essen wird immer frisch zubereitet mit manchmal exotischen Zutaten, 😋 Preis - Leistung angebracht, weil alles frisch ist. Empfehlenswert 👍

Das Essen ist üblicherweise lecker aber das ist schon das zweite Mal, dass mir nach dem Verzehr von Lachs dort schlecht wird. Offenbar wird auf Frische des Fisches nicht genug geachtet oder er wird zu lange ungekürzt liegen gelassen. Freundlichkeit könnte auch besser sein.

Ich komme immer wieder gerne zu dean&david..habe schon fast alles durchprobiert..schmeckt immer frisch und knackig..die Saucen sind das A und O..Im Eingangsbereich bzw Ausgangsbereich ist zu eng das wäre zu kritisieren.

Sehr nettes Ambiente und Personal, absolut frisch. Bestellen gerne auch über die App vor und haben uns die Tauschboxen besorgt. Selbst wenn mal etwas fehlt, wird es sofort zubereitet. Auch die flatbreads, Wraps, die individuell zusammengestellten Bowls, vegetarischen Bowls sowie die planted version- alles super lecker!

Super lecker, super frisch. Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Preise sind absolut okay! Und schnell bedient wird man auch! Top

Der Cappuccino mit Hafer Milch schmeckt einfach immer wieder super lecker....wenn ich dort vorbei komme, kann ich nicht wiederstehen. Meine persönliche kleine Auszeit in schwierigen Zeiten. Besonderen Dank vor allem auch an den netten Menschen der den Kaffee zu bereitet!

For the price, very little generosity with salad and bowl ingredients. It's more like you pay €14 for a bowl of lettuce/rice and then you get some garnishes on top but not really proper portions of the other ingredients. I had the chicken crunch bowl that was described with mango and pomegranate but I could literally count the pieces of mango and pomegranate seeds because there were so few. Atmosphere is quiet and plain, a bit like a cafeteria. Staff are nice.

Hier findet man leckeres und frisch zubereitete Speisen die auch mal etwas außergewöhnlich sind. Gerade in der Mittagspause ist es hier etwas voller und es lohnt sich im Voraus per App zu bestellen. Allerdings ist die Zubereitung vor Ort auch sehr flott und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und erklären gerne auch die umfangreiche Karte.

Quatschen, am Handy spielen und rumalbern klappt 1 A. 2 Säfte 20 Minuten Wartezeit trotz Vorbestellung und der Laden ist fast leer. Nicht nachvollziehbar.

Mittlerweile ist mir D&D ja schon bekannt. Wir hatten 2 x Green Thai Curry mit Planted Chicken. Dazu noch eine Portion Falafel. Wir waren begeistert. Geschmacklich ein Highlight. Super, macht genau so weiter ! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auf unsere Bestellung mussten wir ebenfalls nicht lange warten. Wir werden öfter hier essen. Einen Stern muß ich leider abziehen, weil die Portionen für den Preis etwas größer sein könnten und die Getränke doch schon etwas (zu) teuer sind.

Wir waren mit dem Ziel vor Ort, ein leckeres und vor allem gesundes Mittagessen zu finden. Das Essen ist super lecker und das Ambiente wirklich angenehm und modern.

Sonst war ich immer sehr zufrieden und vor allem nach langer Zeit habe ich mich sehr gefreut auf mein Essen, nur dann die Enttäuschung: ich habe zum Mitnehmen geordert, die junge Dame an der Kasse schien überfordert und verunsichert, ich hatte nach meiner Bestellung ein sehr komisches Gefühl. Als ich dann Zuhause ankam und die leckere Soße an meinen Reis machte und anfing zu essen, nach einer Tomate hatte ich plötzlich einen Fischgeschmack im Mund, allerdings so wie Räucherlachs schmeckt, jedoch habe ich nur Hähnchen bestellt. Mir ist das so schlecht bekommen, dass ich nicht weiter essen konnte. Auch wenn es eine offene Küche ist, wünsche ich mir Trennung der einzelnen Zutaten und das man nichts was irgendwo reingefallen ist wieder zurücklegt - vor allem bei Vegetariern sehr wichtig, ebenso sollte der Salat besser gewaschen werden

Das Essen dort ist sehr lecker und ich habe immer sehr gerne dort bestellt, gegessen und anliefern lassen. Leider war mein To Go Erlebnis im Februar erschreckend, Obwohl der Laden fast leer war durfte man zwar drinnen bestellen und bezahlen, wurde dann aber vor die Tür nach draußen geschickt um auf das Essen zu warten. Anscheinend wegen Corona egal ob 3G, man sollte einfach nur draußen vor der Tür warten in der Kälte und im Sturm der an diesem Tag war. Deshalb bin ich sehr enttäuscht wie man mit Kunden umgeht und ich hätte Verständnis wenn der Laden voll wäre aber so!

Esta es la peor franquicia de Dean & David que he visitado. Fui allí para una cena rápida. Ensalada ordenada con calabaza y queso de cabra. Lo que abrí en casa fue terrible. Queso de cabra, una rodajita de calabaza y el resto simplemente ensalada verde. Y eso por casi 10 €. Así que pensé en llamarlos. La parálisis del teléfono fue desdeñosa y me dijo que no podía hacer nada. Le pedí una solución, pero ella comenzó a enojarse conmigo, me negó que me diera su nombre y simplemente colgó. Esto es terrible y no respeta en absoluto al cliente. Por favor, no vayas allí. Es una pérdida de dinero y cuando cometen un error se molestan. Mal servicio al cliente. Mala franquicia. Malo. Malo. Malo.
