I was a bit skeptical at first, but ate one of the tastiest wraps there today. I especially think the combination with rice is a great idea

I ordere a flat white, what I got was ab extremely watery huge coffee which was practically cold. Probably the worst coffee I have had in a long time. The staff were very nice and apologetic, the coffee comes from a machine. I often eat at Dean and David, as the food is nice and healthy, however for the price I expect quality.

Very tasty and fresh food - the lady in service was very friendly and accommodating. I always come here to get something healthy for the driveway.

Fast and very friendly service.

I was always a big fan of Dean & David and regularly got my lunch salad from you 3-5 times a week. But in the last 6 months the quality and the treatment of customers has deteriorated significantly. The finished salad bowls now contain what feels like 50% less content. The leaves are often brown, mushy and sometimes even sandy. To make matters worse, I've had small flies in my food twice. The grapes are often rotten and the goat cheese just tastes sour. I'm really disappointed, especially because I used to enjoy eating at your place so much and was always happy to give tips. For a salad that costs almost €12.00, I definitely expect better quality and a reasonable quantity. It's a real shame, but under these circumstances I won't be coming to you anymore.

IHH – Disgust Order: I am a regular customer at Dean & David and am usually very happy with the service and quality of the food. Unfortunately, my last visit to a branch was anything but pleasant. As usual, I ordered a bowl, but it wasn't freshly prepared. When I asked, I was told that this was “bad now”. What was particularly annoying was that a fresh bowl was always made for me at the main station, especially if I wanted to replace certain ingredients. Instead of making the desired adjustments - I wanted to leave out the beetroot and add another ingredient instead - they simply added avocado without taking out the beetroot. In addition, there would be an additional charge for a bag, which is not the case in the branch in the main station. The young man who served me also seemed awkward and unfriendly. What was particularly shocking was that the sauce I received had been expired for two days. How can I be sure the food isn't that old? Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had at Dean & David. The service was nothing like what I'm used to from this restaurant. If a test customer comes here, it would all be over. It would be desirable if all branches maintained the same standards that I am otherwise used to. Better go to the main train station. Staff there are extremely friendly and the food there is always fresh and 10/10.

Usual Dean & David quality. Staff very friendly. Even when there was a problem with the product I purchased, I was able to exchange it immediately without any problems.

Overpriced, it was ok, but not that fresh...

Just bought, among other things, a banana chocolate pudding. Unfortunately this was completely fermented! I had to spit it all out immediately! No manufacturing date on the pudding. Not even on the salad!

Little care: Just bought a wrap to take away, please make it warm. The procedure was also carried out but unfortunately the food (started eating 3 minutes later) was cold.

The cappuccino tasted a bit thin, but I had to give it a try for the falafel wrap. Lots of hummus in it, fresh herbs, pomegranate seeds and crispy fresh salad.

Delicious food in itself, but too often you don't get anything... Either is closed. Or you hear “not possible today”. "We don't have XY anymore.."

Incredibly friendly service and very healthy, delicious food. We love coming here before taking the train.

We enjoy eating at Dean David's in other cities. Were on a day trip to addresses and that's why we came here specifically. It's Friday at 6:30 p.m. This branch is closed!!!

I would like to thank Marwa, a Dean&David employee at Neustädter Bahnhof. I only eat there because she is so incredibly friendly, open and warm-hearted. As a customer, you really feel like you're meeting a friend when you order a salad or smoothies. 💚

very tasty food, pleasant service

Ate a vegan red curry here and drank a fresh juice. Both super tasty. Curry was very warm and a really big portion, very flavorful, not too spicy. The juice was freshly squeezed in front of me. The employees were very friendly and gave me good advice. I felt very comfortable and had a great lunch. Gladly again!

leider keine gute Erfahrung bei Salat gemacht, braune Salatblätter und lange graue/ weisse lange Haare im Salat.👎👎👎

Normalerweise bin ich überzeugt, aber so etwas darf einfach nicht passieren: Vergangenen Montag kaufte ich eine Falafel Bowl und anscheinend stand diese schon über die Feiertage. Der Kürbis und Salat war vergammelt, die Gärsoße hatte sich gut verteilt. Ich musste alles wegwerfen. Dafür 10 Euro auszugeben, ist wirklich ärgerlich, zumal eine eigene Qualitätsprüfung vor Kauf nicht wirklich möglich ist.

Great variety of tasty food, loved everything that I tried here. Especially the bowl, never tried Quinoa rice before. You'll definitely find something for yourself here, no matter if you're vegetarian/vegan or non-vegetarian.

Neues, vielfältigeres Angebot seit kurzem. Leckere neue Beilagen. Da kommt man als Vegetarier gleich noch viel lieber hin. 👍
