Mediocre chain restaurant with little customer focus I visited the pub on a Thursday evening. I was waved in at the entrance but not seated. So I sat down at a free table. After 10 minutes, instead of a menu, I was asked to sit at the table next to me with a few other people - my table was reserved. This process was repeated with several guests after me. The burger I ordered arrived on a tiny plate and was still sitting in my stomach at 2 a.m. If you serve finger food like burgers, you could wipe the tables with disinfectant after each guest. That should be reasonable at €23 for a burger and a beer.

Quaint brewery in the heart of Berlin near Hackescher Markt directly under the S-Bahn. Food very tasty, large selection of beer. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for the food and some dishes were no longer available (Saturday evening).

Always great despite the very large number of guests. Very good and rich food. Staff are always in a good mood and super nice.

Lemke on Dircksenstrasse is very mediocre. Extremely loud, a very limited selection of food that doesn't go above the level of "tourist food". I compare with Lemke at Luisenplatz, which is simply completely different and much better.

Brilliant atmosphere with very helpful and polite staff. The selection of beers was impressive, and the quality was top-notch—served perfectly chilled and with great attention to detail. A fantastic experience all around.

Today on April 26th, 2025 at around 1 p.m. the 'only' waiter doesn't want us to sit in the sun, he would then have to walk 2 meters further. 'Please sit back there if you can' Yes, we wanted to drink a few beers in the sun, but unfortunately that wasn't possible today. A typical employee who is not happy when he has something to do. Normally I really enjoy being there, but today we were treated very unkindly. And then staying in the sun and ordering something, we had a very bad feeling about that.

I went with one friend and we shared one goulash. The food was really good. The service needs improvement.

Great place to enjoy a good evening. Beers are superb, great food and relaxed staff.

We couldn't have imagined a better waiter than Maik. Not only was the food delicious, the drinks were great and the service was more than great. Definitely a recommendation!

Staff is not trained. Food was lukewarm to cold. Actually a nice location. The overall picture didn't work for us given the price level.

Good beer and okej food. But when we wanted to pay with card, the staff started talking German and ware very sarcastic against us paying with a card. They didn't know I understand German. And they charge you 5 euros for water front tap....joke I Dont recommend this place.

We had goulash and IPA. The beer was really good and fair prices for a brewery in Berlin. They bring you the pot with goulash to share, which makes the experience great. Flavour was good, just too much paprika for our taste. Nice environment although one waiter was rude with us and impolitely wanted us to order more and more, which made the experience partly uncomfortable.

I can say that they are not very friendly. They have nice craft beers. We went for the tasting menu. They are good at beer but they are either racist or they do not like people.

Food is delicious. During the visit the tap system was working a lot and as a result a few of the employees were a bit overwhelmed and that was noticeable. Nevertheless everything was OK. Unfortunately, the construction of the bow means that it is quite loud. Basically there is good beer, good food and okay prices

Just entered, there is plenty of room, the time is set to be there and the waiter tells us that there is no room. Incomprehensible, I do not recommend it.

Noisy place (under the train!), long wait time even on a not so busy day, but good food. A good place to go if you are visiting Berlin and want to try out traditional German food.

The ambience is great, the food was very tasty. However, it can't be that we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the food...It was busy, yes, but that was definitely too long. Still recommended because of the good food!

Good German food and good beer. The prices are reasonable considering that you are in Berlin and in a tourist area. We ordered three beers and two typical dishes (roasted pork and meatballs) and everything was delicious and homemade. Total bill approximately €45.

Dropped by for the pork knuckle and smoked roast — both were legit. Crispy skin, juicy meat, zero complaints. Washed it down with a fresh tap Weizen — perfect combo. Laid-back spot, solid food, good vibes. Would come back for sure.

a lovely restaurant I’m Berlin for some delicious and authentic food! We were brought here at the end of our food tour by our guide and it did not disappoint. The ambience is lovely, and the is both indoor and shaded outdoor seating available. Great place for beer too! Many many varieties. We ordered a beer flight and cherry spritz, as well as Cherry juicy for non -alcoholic preferences. Lovely drinks! We ordered a popular dish called tarte flambe , would definitely recommend, it’s think and topped with cheese and meat. The swarian cheese spatzle was amazing, so cheesy and indulgent. To top it off, we got the “pork knuckle ”, I haven’t had this delicious meat in a while. The quantity is really large so perfect to share. Overall a wonderful experience , would come again .

Great shop, really good atmosphere for drinking beer and eating something hearty! The waiters were very nice and attentive. The pulled pork burger is very tasty and recommended, I haven't eaten it yet. Beer is home-brewed and tastes great. We would love to come back.

After a tour of the brewery, we enjoyed our dinner here. The burger was very, very tasty - and the brewery's draft beers are excellent anyway. Das Lemke is definitely worth a visit - rustic atmosphere, great food at reasonable prices and lots of barley juice. Heart, what more do you want!

Es ist keineswegs ein für Berlin typisches Lokal und es ist keineswegs empfehlenswert. Es ist ein Lokal in der Touristenneppgegend Ostberlins. Es ist laut und dunkel. Der vordere Gastraum hat den Charme einer Bahnhofshalle. Der Lärm kommt nicht von der S-Bahn sondern von den Gästen. Es gibt keine Deko-Stoffe, die den Lärm mindern könnten. Dem Mann hinter dem Tresen sah meine seine Unlust zum Arbeiten am Gesichtsausdruck an. So stand der Tresen auch immer mit schmutzigen Gläsern voll. Früher spülte das Tresenpersonal die Gläser, heute steht sie neben dem Spülgerät und wartet… Wir hatten vorher die Brauereiführung mitgemacht und schon einige Probegläser getrunken. Deshalb mußte ich zur Toilette. Vor dem Waschbecken schwamm der ganze Boden, das Waschbecken schwamm.. Als ich die Bedienung darauf hinwies, bekam ich zur Antwort: Ja danke, wir kümmern uns, wenn wir Zeit haben. Ich war baff. Es wurde 20 min später aber doch gewischt. Das Essen war akzeptabel, aber keineswegs lecker. Für meine jüngeren Begleiter waren die Portionen zu klein, sie bestellten nach dem Hauptgericht noch nach. Zur Hauptsache in einer Brauereilokalität: Mein Fall ist keines der dort gebrauten Biere, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Fazit: Wenn man den Touristen dieses Lokal als typisch für Berlin verkauft, kann ich nur sagen: Ist es nicht! Die Preise sind für durchschnittliche Speisen, durchschnittlichen Service und durchnittliches Interieur gepfeffert, für meine Begriffe überzogen.

Excellent no-nonsense reception and service. Delicious food and a selection of delicious barrel aged stouts and barley wines. And reasonably priced too.

Very difficult to rate. Cheese spaetzle and tarte flambée were good, although a small salad decoration for the spaetzle would make the plate look much more attractive. Service absolutely fine. Unfortunately, toilets are only 1* and would need to be cleaned in between due to the number of guests. Absolute no-go, the Kaiserschmarrn. The consistency is reminiscent of sliced ​​bread cubes, far too firm, too dry and too dark. Kaiserschmarrn works differently. Overall a solid 3*.

The Lemke is rustic and something like Berlin, just great. We were there with friends and reserved a table in advance. (strong recommendation) The home-brewed beer is super tasty, the food tastes extremely interesting and the service is top notch. Conclusion: an all-round recommendation to visit!

Super craft beer in Berlin. There are many different types of surprising, no traditional for Berlin beer.

In the railway arches this restaurant/ brewery has a great setting and interior. Seems popular amongst locals and tourists. Large variety of beers, stouts, ales and IPAs, would recommend the tasting beer flight. Had a limited but adequate choice of German foods which my party and I thoroughly enjoyed can particularly recommend the Goulash and meatballs.

En los arcos ferroviarios este restaurante / cervecería tiene un gran entorno e interior. Parece popular entre los lugareños y turistas. Gran variedad de cervezas, stouts, ales y IPAs, recomendarían el vuelo degustación de cerveza. Tenía una elección limitada pero adecuada de comida alemana que mi grupo y yo disfrutamos mucho puede recomendar particularmente el Goulash y albóndigas.

We were in Lemke with our friend from Peru 🇵🇪. After our spontaneous visit 1.5 years ago to the Lemke at Charlottenburg Palace, her wish was to eat a knuckle again. We fulfilled her wish - and the beer knuckle was excellent! The other dishes were also of high quality, such as the liver, the wild herb salad with turkey strips and the tarte flambée. The Kaiserschmarrn as a sweet ending was a poem! The ambience seems cozy but a bit cool; the service was quick but a bit distant.

Went here spontaneously for an after-work drink. The waiter seated us at the high table because we didn't want to eat anything. He was also on his toes; if the beer glass was empty, new ones were available pretty quickly. When we switched to HavannaCola, the drinks filled up quicker ;-) positive for us.

Good beer, large portions of drinks and food. The delicious food, many German dishes with good flavor, has surprised us well.

In addition to beer, there is also great Havana Cola. Wheat, red beer and pilsner are also fine. Service attentive.

I had a craft beer sampler as my first beer during the day and it was very good. The curry wurst and French fries I had for the first time as snacks were also pretty good. I'm currently having my second beer of the day with a famous beer nearby, and I think I liked this place's craft beer better.

We came there spontaneously and were very pleasantly surprised. The food tastes very good. The portions are quite large. We took a large goulash pot for two people. And I can say that it was a right decision. The goulash was really delicious. We also tried all six different types of beer and we stuck with original and white. But all the other varieties are great too! The staff was also nice, quick and helpful. I can only recommend this place! A visit is worth it.

The sausage is full of meat and delicious, The beer is also really delicious! I ordered a sampler because I was curious, and they poured 6 types of draft beer that can be ordered. Personally, the regular lager was the best. It seems that a lot of local customers come here.

In viaggio a Berlino per qualche giorno non potevo fare a meno di andare a cena con la mia famiglia in questo birrificio-ristorante che amo particolarmente e ormai è diventato una tappa fissa quando sono in questa città. Il ristorante propone un menù con classici della cucina tedesca e berlinese, cucina barbecue e alla griglia artigianale. Ma il pezzo forte sono ovviamente le birre artigianali, che vale la pena di assaggiare iniziando con la “Bierkostprobe”: una degustazione che permette di gustarne sei tipi diversi, per poi scegliere con quale proseguire la cena. Io ho mangiato un buon piatto di Currywurst con patate fritte, accompagnato dalla buonissima birra IPA (India Pale Ale). Servizio veloce e cortese come al solito e prezzi buoni. Consigliatissimo!!

I visit this place whenever I'm in Berlin

People come here for the beer! Not for the food. You can forget about the Kaiserschmarrn straight away. The meatballs were great, especially with the Bautzner mustard. Unfortunately the fried potatoes and beans were cold. Enjoy the beer and take the food with you as well.

This restaurant is part of the Lemke brewery at Charlottenburg Palace. On January 1st, 2025 (yesterday - New Year's Day) the reporter and his companion wanted to stop at the castle. 2 p.m. - closed - all chairs put on the tables... When I asked by phone what was going on at Charlottenburg Palace, the only answer was that it should be open... You can't ask anyone because everyone is on vacation. Today - January 2nd, 2025 - no one was reached at Charlottenburg Palace again, called again at the associated restaurant and had a rude male employee on the phone with the following comment: "What do you want, I have a lot to do and no time. I'll give you the number, you can call." In the Lemke brewery at Charlottenburg Palace nothing has been going as it used to for some time. A manager who had it in her heart was scared away...

Came late December. There is a good beer selection but the bartender was extremely rude, so I’ll try elsewhere next time.

The two of us let both of our meals go back (Kassler in the oven for too long...burnt edge). Second attempt was OK. Staff was friendly.

Great vibe. Really good microbrews (IPAs that rival America's best!), solid food (the Currywurst is delightful), and a great space under the S-Bahn. Service warned up over time. Come for the beer, eat if you need to, and enjoy the time!

Very good beer from our own brewery. The "Berliner Perle" - a light beer - is highly recommended. The food is no longer just aimed at tourists, but has also become really good for locals too.
