We were with a large group to celebrate an anniversary. We were able to coordinate a card in advance. Everything worked out wonderfully. With great patience all wishes were fulfilled. The service was really attentive, the food came at the same time for the large group. We would be happy to celebrate the next anniversary there.

We visited here on a Friday at the end of January 2025. We had reserved a table in advance, which I would recommend to everyone because the restaurant was very busy. And rightly so!!! Everything is just right here! Starting with the professional and genuinely friendly service, the fine selection of dishes and the space that each guest is given (the tables are set comfortably far apart; THAT'S VERY POSITIVE!). In addition, the music plays pleasantly discreetly in the background. Now to the essentials; The food is excellent! Here you get a Wiener Schnitzel and not a “Viennese style” schnitzel. My companion had the game goulash and since she also ordered a game goulash in another restaurant in December, we were able to make a good comparison; The local game goulash was prepared more delicately and sophisticatedly, which justifies the price difference. For dessert we ordered Kaiserschmarrn. We had to wait a relatively long time for it (which we initially viewed as a positive because it was actually freshly prepared), but we were then informed that there had been a mishap in the kitchen and that we would have to wait a little longer for our dessert. To bridge the waiting time, they would serve us a coffee specialty on the house in advance; That's what I call service! However, the wait was worth it; The Kaiserschmarrn was the best I have eaten outside of the Alpine region. My conclusion is therefore: Absolutely recommended!

I was at the Friedrich Restaurant for my grandma's birthday. The food is very tasty, especially the Kaiserschmarren. The service is excellent and everyone is super friendly, you feel very comfortable there. The ambience is very aesthetic, the furnishings are cozy and it is not too loud but very pleasant. I can only recommend it and I'm really impressed.

Thanks to the team for the family service (even though M. was on vacation 😉) and the kitchen for the excellent dish. We had Wiener Schnitzel and Kaiserschmarrn.

Stylish but rather cold, a bit uncomfortable. Good, attentive service. Food - Königsberger meatballs and veal cheeks - was solid, nothing special, seasoned sparingly. Unfortunately the dumplings were so cold that we returned them. The caper sauce quickly formed a skin and was very thick. Too bad. I've eaten ox cheeks much better. If we came again, we would try the schnitzel. Conclusion: Solid home cooking with potential, in a cool atmosphere, with good service!

We celebrated at Friedrich and were 17 people in total. We were welcomed with a Shirley Tempel cocktail, the delicious lunch culminated with a beautiful and delicate chocolate cake. The quality of the food was great, the service was great and the ambience was great. It was a great day for us!

We have also been meaning to try this restaurant for a long time. Today was the day. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff is very attentive and gives very good advice. The map is very clear, which I think is very good. We each had a starter and a main course. Overall, we were quite happy with the starters. However, the bread served with it could have been a little fresher. As a main course I had homemade spaetzle with gorgonzola sauce and unfortunately I had completely different expectations, which disappointed me. The spaetzle was definitely not al dente enough for me. But I found it much more unpleasant that the Gorgonzola sauce wasn't savory at all, but rather sweet. The typical severity known from Gorgonzola was missing. And it can't just be because of the pear pieces in the sauce. I also found the grated nuts on the dish to be inappropriate. And visually the food reminded me of “rice pudding with cinnamon”. I didn't taste it at all and didn't like the look of it either. If there is a next time, I will probably take a schnitzel so as not to take any further risks. Conclusion: I would try the restaurant again because of the great ambience and good service despite the disappointing food.

The relationship between the quantity and quality does not correspond at all with the prices. Three small spinach dumplings with a little tomato for almost €17. The biggest joke, however, was the cheese plate. 6 small mini slices of cheese, some currants, 2 wafer-thin slices of apple and 2 pinches of fig mustard dip, all carelessly arranged for €14. You definitely shouldn't expect too much and don't go hungry. The service, on the other hand, was friendly, but not particularly attentive.

Today, we had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful place. The staff was incredibly helpful. We have a child with autism and often struggle to find menus or specialties that suit his preferences. However, he enjoyed some delicious tevtels (meatballs) here, which he usually only eats at home. The food is truly home-cooked and tasty. You guys are the best! Another thing worth mentioning is that the staff speaks excellent English.

Wiener Schnitzel: my favorite dish. But the fact remains: the Viennese original is apparently unattainable. The breading looked “bubbly” as it should. But the meat and breading were strangely tasteless. The potato salad was okay, but nothing more. The cucumber salad was very good. The atmosphere on the terrace was a bit bland, which the fresh flowers didn't make up for. The table is too small. Courteous service.

We went here on a Sunday evening with my grandma for her birthday dinner. It was well attended but we still managed to find a place in a quiet place. The waitress greeted us immediately and we were able to order drinks. The waitress was humorous and nice. The food, for me Königsberger Klopse, was great and a sufficient portion. The other waiter was even so attentive that he offered my grandma more sauce when he noticed she was missing some. She said it was the first time in her 80 years that a waiter had been so extremely attentive. Overall it was a very nice evening.
