We wanted to try it many times and finally did it. Very pleasant atmosphere. Airier than other restaurants. Nice service and the taste is simply delicious.

The cuisine has potential, but there are major weaknesses in the details (e.g. cod fried on the skin is too dry, the skin is not crispy; other dishes have almost unsalted potatoes...). We were made to wait an extra long time for a rump steak and by now it had been fried to death. Service spotty.

It was our first time at Friedrich. The restaurant was recommended to us. The food was very good, the service attentive. What we liked about the ambience was that the tables were sufficiently spaced apart, it wasn't "everything is closed". We will come back.

Today, we had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful place. The staff was incredibly helpful. We have a child with autism and often struggle to find menus or specialties that suit his preferences. However, he enjoyed some delicious tevtels (meatballs) here, which he usually only eats at home. The food is truly home-cooked and tasty. You guys are the best! Another thing worth mentioning is that the staff speaks excellent English.

Super great service. Funny and warm-hearted with a touch of “Berliner Schnute”. We, 4 people, felt very comfortable. The food was really great, even if each of us only had the Königsberger meatballs. For dessert we treated ourselves to Kaiserschmarrn. The note is given that it will take about 25 minutes takes time because the Kaiserschmarrn is freshly prepared. The wait is 1000 percent worth it. sooo 😋 delicious. We would definitely come more often, unfortunately we live too far away (2 Italy, Wolfsburg, Essen). Thank you for this great evening

Wiener Schnitzel: my favorite dish. But the fact remains: the Viennese original is apparently unattainable. The breading looked “bubbly” as it should. But the meat and breading were strangely tasteless. The potato salad was okay, but nothing more. The cucumber salad was very good. The atmosphere on the terrace was a bit bland, which the fresh flowers didn't make up for. The table is too small. Courteous service.

It was a wonderfully tasty dinner, with attentive service and lovely ambience. We would be happy to come back. The only shame is that tips can't be paid with the card. We only had a small amount of cash with us and would have liked to express our appreciation with an appropriate tip.

Very tasty and seasonal food. Smaller menu than previously but still a range between fish, chicken and a vegetarian option. Would be nice to see the classic options such as Schnitzel or Klöpse back, however, staff are very friendly and nothing is too much. Have visited many times over the past 5 years when in Berlin and will continue to do so when in the area.

We enjoyed the food very much, the desserts were to die for. Unusual cold dog that we hadn't eaten before, crême brulée and a perfect Kaiserschmarrn. Unfortunately the cappuccino was just average machine coffee. The ambience inside was very appealing (that's why the 5 stars), the waitresses were friendly and attentive. I found the outside area a bit dreary (tables without tablecloths), but that's a matter of taste... We'll definitely come back.

We went here on a Sunday evening with my grandma for her birthday dinner. It was well attended but we still managed to find a place in a quiet place. The waitress greeted us immediately and we were able to order drinks. The waitress was humorous and nice. The food, for me Königsberger Klopse, was great and a sufficient portion. The other waiter was even so attentive that he offered my grandma more sauce when he noticed she was missing some. She said it was the first time in her 80 years that a waiter had been so extremely attentive. Overall it was a very nice evening.

Best Wienerschnitzel in the world! A modern and yet pleasantly homely, warmly furnished restaurant with top service.

We were here recently and found it quite good. Slim menu but something for everyone. Service was nice and the atmosphere was ok.

An absolute highlight by Pankow standards. Regional, quality cuisine. The schnitzel can easily compete with that of Borchardt. Simply a great idea with the family on Sundays.

Have lived in Niederschönhausen for a few years now and always wanted to try this restaurant but it looked a bit too fancy to take our small children. On Valentine's Day the kids urged us to go on a date, so we did. It was sensational! Great atmosphere, amazing food, definitely a special occasion kind of place, so glad to have finally been there. My husband said that his Wiener Schnitzel was a highlight of the year, and my Lachs-Flammkuchen was außerordentlich lecker.

I ate here for the first time with my girlfriend and it was really delicious, the service was really attentive and very accommodating, the atmosphere was modern and cozy, the food was very tasty. We had nothing to complain about. :) We would love to come back here.

We were there three weeks ago in the evening. The service is great. I particularly like the beer “Molle”. We ate chestnut-mushroom dumplings, the vert. Tarte flambée and the children's schnitzel as well as the plate-sized schnitzel. Simply great! Unfortunately I don't have any photos to contribute today.

The atmosphere is lovely - you can see that someone put effort into designing the location. This effort and passion can be observed in the very friendly, proactive and competent service as well. The kitchen did a great job, they focus on classic dishes (with modern twist) and seasonal treats - all very tasty. Definitely one of the best "Kaiserschmarrn" outside Austria ;-) This spot is a real gem in the area of Pankow! Looking forward to the next visit.

We had the pleasure of celebrating my husband's birthday there yesterday. It was a lovely evening with consistently delicious food, everything superbly prepared, very attentive and friendly staff and in a cozy setting. Everything was as perfect as we wanted it to be. So ein super Essen und preiswert, Service super Da müsst ihr hin

Silvestertag zum Mittagessen im Friedrich's. Die Einrichtung wohl modern, aber für uns recht kühl. Die Gans laut Karte eine Kombination von 3 Stückchen Gänsebrust und einer Keule. Fand ich etwas ungewöhnlich, da ich es kenne in Restaurants als entweder Brust oder Keule. Warum nur die genannte Kombi gibt, keine Ahnung. Zumal es preislich recht hoch ist und die Qualität des gesamten Essens nicht dem entspricht (meine pers.Meinung). Ob die Klösse Hand gemacht sind, wage ich bei der Gleichheit der drei auf dem Teller zu bezweifeln (siehe Foto), der Rotkohl normal, die Gänseteile leider nicht's aussergewöhnliches (wenig knusprige Haut). Die Spätzle (Foto) ebenso, nichts was diese Preislage für uns rechfertigt, auch um das Wissen der derzeitigen Preislagen in den Kalkulationskosten. Der Herr vom Service war alleine im Gastraum und sehr fleissig für seine Gäste. Wir waren das erste Mal damals,kurz nach der Eröffnung dort essen, leider hat es sich nicht verbessert für unser Verstöndis, Vielleicht liegt uns aber auch nicht diese hippe, woke ,,deutsche" Küche in dieser Form. Für das Friedrich trotzdem alles Gute für 2024, leider ohne uns.

Wir waren am 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag dort.Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Der Tisch war festlich gedeckt mit weißer Tischdecke und Stoffservietten. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und kam zwischendurch nach unseren Wünschen fragen. Wir waren zu dritt und haben Gans gegessen, es war lecker. Wir waren nicht das erstemal dort und kommen sicher wieder.

Wir waren heute am 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag eingekehrt. Das Essen war sehr lecker, wir hatten vorher reserviert. Die Bedienung war super, freundlich und schnell. Glücklicherweise hat unsere Oma bezahlt, da ich den Preis für die Portionsgröße sehr happig fand. Ein Mann wird definitiv nicht satt und das für ein Essen um die 25-30Euro.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Wir hatten Gänsekeulen und Hirschgulasch. Es gab noch Soßen nach , wenn man wollte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kam immer wieder mal vorbei , um sich nach unseren Wünschen zu erkundigen.

Waren das erste Mal hier und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Essen ist frisch zubereitet, bodenständige Küche, der Service sehr zuvorkommend und schnell. Auch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat uns überzeugt. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Es ist in diesem Stadtteil eher selten eine solch gute Küche anzutreffen. Wiener Schnitzel perfekt, Gans ebenso. Dazu entspanntes Ambiente. Schön!

Hungrig darf man nicht hingehen

Tolles Restaurant. Nicht zu laut, nicht zu still. Schönes und gemütliches Ambiente und vor allem wirklich sehr leckeres Essen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Der Hirschbraten war fabelhaft. Die Bedienung sehr nett. Wir haben dort einen netten Abend verbracht.

Sehr schönes Ambiente und freundlicher, bisschen holpriger Service. 2 mal die Gans bestellt - und das war leider nix. Geschmacklich völlig neutral, die Brust steinhart und trocken und die Keule war ok. Beilagen, Klöße und Rotkohl, Lieder ebenso geschmacklos, scheinbar überhaupt nicht gewürzt. Schade, hatten uns schon sehr auf den Weihnachtsschmaus gefreut - den Service angesprochen auf die zu trockene Brust, „find ick och!“ War schon wieder cool! 🫶🏼 Dennoch leider keinen Besuch wert für ne Xmas-Gans. Lieber Schnitzel essen im Friedrich, kann mehr!

Sehr schönes Gesamtpaket. Wir waren mit Kindern hier und die bekommen neben der eigenen Karte und den Buntstiften auch eigenes Besteck. Das fand ich eine tolle Sache. Der Service ist super lieb. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit Baby hier und das war kein Problem. Das Essen war lecker und rundet das Bild ab. Wir werden nochmals hingehen. Aber vorher reservieren, sonst wird das nix.

Gestern mit meinem Kumpel im Friedrich gegessen. Kürbissuppe, dann Zander und Kalbsbäckchen, Kaiserschmarrn. Alles top. Der beste Kaiserschmarrn, den ich in meinem Leben gegessen habe (knusprig, mit einem schönen Pflaumenkompott, unglaublich) und ich kenne mich aus, da Burgenland-Fan und -vielbereiser. Hat meine Erwartungen an einen Abendbrot bei Weitem übertroffen. Recht vielen Dank.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Eck Restaurant. Das Personal ist sehr angenehm und aufmerksam. Die Speisen sind alle frisch zubereitet und mega lecker. Am besten vorher einen Tisch bestellen, bevor es zu Wartezeiten kommt.
