Excellent lunch special. Very relaxed even with children because the restaurant is spacious and pretty but also quiet and relaxed. And they even offer reusable tableware to take away. Also very pleasant service, the children's chair was offered straight away. Gladly again!

Great restaurant! Extremely friendly staff and generally very attentive service. Very pleasant. The food was also really excellent. We had the beef pralines as a starter, duck leg and schnitzel as a main course and Kaiserschmarrn/creme brûlée as dessert. Everything was great. We'll definitely come back. PS: it was child-friendly too!

Stylish but rather cold, a bit uncomfortable. Good, attentive service. Food - Königsberger meatballs and veal cheeks - was solid, nothing special, seasoned sparingly. Unfortunately the dumplings were so cold that we returned them. The caper sauce quickly formed a skin and was very thick. Too bad. I've eaten ox cheeks much better. If we came again, we would try the schnitzel. Conclusion: Solid home cooking with potential, in a cool atmosphere, with good service!

As always, the service was perfect and the food was delicious. Especially the red cabbage salad with the game goulash 🙂

We celebrated at Friedrich and were 17 people in total. We were welcomed with a Shirley Tempel cocktail, the delicious lunch culminated with a beautiful and delicate chocolate cake. The quality of the food was great, the service was great and the ambience was great. It was a great day for us!

The food is wonderful as well as the restaurant and the interior design. In addition, the service from the waiters was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit to “Friedrich”. Again and again

We have also been meaning to try this restaurant for a long time. Today was the day. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff is very attentive and gives very good advice. The map is very clear, which I think is very good. We each had a starter and a main course. Overall, we were quite happy with the starters. However, the bread served with it could have been a little fresher. As a main course I had homemade spaetzle with gorgonzola sauce and unfortunately I had completely different expectations, which disappointed me. The spaetzle was definitely not al dente enough for me. But I found it much more unpleasant that the Gorgonzola sauce wasn't savory at all, but rather sweet. The typical severity known from Gorgonzola was missing. And it can't just be because of the pear pieces in the sauce. I also found the grated nuts on the dish to be inappropriate. And visually the food reminded me of “rice pudding with cinnamon”. I didn't taste it at all and didn't like the look of it either. If there is a next time, I will probably take a schnitzel so as not to take any further risks. Conclusion: I would try the restaurant again because of the great ambience and good service despite the disappointing food.

The relationship between the quantity and quality does not correspond at all with the prices. Three small spinach dumplings with a little tomato for almost €17. The biggest joke, however, was the cheese plate. 6 small mini slices of cheese, some currants, 2 wafer-thin slices of apple and 2 pinches of fig mustard dip, all carelessly arranged for €14. You definitely shouldn't expect too much and don't go hungry. The service, on the other hand, was friendly, but not particularly attentive.

Friedrichs is worth a visit. This is a very nice restaurant, with great food and a super friendly waitress. So the ambience, the waitress and the food... Just nice and worth it.

The cuisine has potential, but there are major weaknesses in the details (e.g. cod fried on the skin is too dry, the skin is not crispy; other dishes have almost unsalted potatoes...). We were made to wait an extra long time for a rump steak and by now it had been fried to death. Service spotty.

Today, we had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful place. The staff was incredibly helpful. We have a child with autism and often struggle to find menus or specialties that suit his preferences. However, he enjoyed some delicious tevtels (meatballs) here, which he usually only eats at home. The food is truly home-cooked and tasty. You guys are the best! Another thing worth mentioning is that the staff speaks excellent English.

Super great service. Funny and warm-hearted with a touch of “Berliner Schnute”. We, 4 people, felt very comfortable. The food was really great, even if each of us only had the Königsberger meatballs. For dessert we treated ourselves to Kaiserschmarrn. The note is given that it will take about 25 minutes takes time because the Kaiserschmarrn is freshly prepared. The wait is 1000 percent worth it. sooo 😋 delicious. We would definitely come more often, unfortunately we live too far away (2 Italy, Wolfsburg, Essen). Thank you for this great evening

Wiener Schnitzel: my favorite dish. But the fact remains: the Viennese original is apparently unattainable. The breading looked “bubbly” as it should. But the meat and breading were strangely tasteless. The potato salad was okay, but nothing more. The cucumber salad was very good. The atmosphere on the terrace was a bit bland, which the fresh flowers didn't make up for. The table is too small. Courteous service.

It was a wonderfully tasty dinner, with attentive service and lovely ambience. We would be happy to come back. The only shame is that tips can't be paid with the card. We only had a small amount of cash with us and would have liked to express our appreciation with an appropriate tip.

Very tasty and seasonal food. Smaller menu than previously but still a range between fish, chicken and a vegetarian option. Would be nice to see the classic options such as Schnitzel or Klöpse back, however, staff are very friendly and nothing is too much. Have visited many times over the past 5 years when in Berlin and will continue to do so when in the area.

We enjoyed the food very much, the desserts were to die for. Unusual cold dog that we hadn't eaten before, crême brulée and a perfect Kaiserschmarrn. Unfortunately the cappuccino was just average machine coffee. The ambience inside was very appealing (that's why the 5 stars), the waitresses were friendly and attentive. I found the outside area a bit dreary (tables without tablecloths), but that's a matter of taste... We'll definitely come back.

We went here on a Sunday evening with my grandma for her birthday dinner. It was well attended but we still managed to find a place in a quiet place. The waitress greeted us immediately and we were able to order drinks. The waitress was humorous and nice. The food, for me Königsberger Klopse, was great and a sufficient portion. The other waiter was even so attentive that he offered my grandma more sauce when he noticed she was missing some. She said it was the first time in her 80 years that a waiter had been so extremely attentive. Overall it was a very nice evening.

Best Wienerschnitzel in the world! A modern and yet pleasantly homely, warmly furnished restaurant with top service.

We were here recently and found it quite good. Slim menu but something for everyone. Service was nice and the atmosphere was ok.

Have lived in Niederschönhausen for a few years now and always wanted to try this restaurant but it looked a bit too fancy to take our small children. On Valentine's Day the kids urged us to go on a date, so we did. It was sensational! Great atmosphere, amazing food, definitely a special occasion kind of place, so glad to have finally been there. My husband said that his Wiener Schnitzel was a highlight of the year, and my Lachs-Flammkuchen was außerordentlich lecker.

I ate here for the first time with my girlfriend and it was really delicious, the service was really attentive and very accommodating, the atmosphere was modern and cozy, the food was very tasty. We had nothing to complain about. :) We would love to come back here.

We were there three weeks ago in the evening. The service is great. I particularly like the beer “Molle”. We ate chestnut-mushroom dumplings, the vert. Tarte flambée and the children's schnitzel as well as the plate-sized schnitzel. Simply great! Unfortunately I don't have any photos to contribute today.

The atmosphere is lovely - you can see that someone put effort into designing the location. This effort and passion can be observed in the very friendly, proactive and competent service as well. The kitchen did a great job, they focus on classic dishes (with modern twist) and seasonal treats - all very tasty. Definitely one of the best "Kaiserschmarrn" outside Austria ;-) This spot is a real gem in the area of Pankow! Looking forward to the next visit.

We had the pleasure of celebrating my husband's birthday there yesterday. It was a lovely evening with consistently delicious food, everything superbly prepared, very attentive and friendly staff and in a cozy setting. Everything was as perfect as we wanted it to be. So ein super Essen und preiswert, Service super Da müsst ihr hin

Silvestertag zum Mittagessen im Friedrich's. Die Einrichtung wohl modern, aber für uns recht kühl. Die Gans laut Karte eine Kombination von 3 Stückchen Gänsebrust und einer Keule. Fand ich etwas ungewöhnlich, da ich es kenne in Restaurants als entweder Brust oder Keule. Warum nur die genannte Kombi gibt, keine Ahnung. Zumal es preislich recht hoch ist und die Qualität des gesamten Essens nicht dem entspricht (meine pers.Meinung). Ob die Klösse Hand gemacht sind, wage ich bei der Gleichheit der drei auf dem Teller zu bezweifeln (siehe Foto), der Rotkohl normal, die Gänseteile leider nicht's aussergewöhnliches (wenig knusprige Haut). Die Spätzle (Foto) ebenso, nichts was diese Preislage für uns rechfertigt, auch um das Wissen der derzeitigen Preislagen in den Kalkulationskosten. Der Herr vom Service war alleine im Gastraum und sehr fleissig für seine Gäste. Wir waren das erste Mal damals,kurz nach der Eröffnung dort essen, leider hat es sich nicht verbessert für unser Verstöndis, Vielleicht liegt uns aber auch nicht diese hippe, woke ,,deutsche" Küche in dieser Form. Für das Friedrich trotzdem alles Gute für 2024, leider ohne uns.
