It is a beer salon and not a restaurant. The live music on Saturday was super entertaining. The local draft beer is a must and the service was excellent.

What an incredible ball joint, after half an hour they only take your order for a drink, but after they have served the drink they dare to pay within fifteen minutes. This definitely doesn't feel good and we also left for another tent!

Quite okay. For me, however, the price-performance ratio wasn't quite right. Currywurst with fries for 16.90 euros and 0.5 liters of Guinness for 7.50 euros is a bit too expensive for me.

Well, that was a complete disaster. Service was completely overwhelmed. One water, one white... waited an hour. Food was cold, vegetables completely overcooked, buffet cold. Service was inattentive when something fell down or we needed a napkin at the table. The ventilation also doesn't seem to be working.

We went here yesterday to have dinner and beers. As we were tired after an excursion, we had picked up fries on the way to this place and were almost done with it. The restaurant chef asked us to throw away the empty packet of fries we had in our hands so we apologised and threw it away in the nearby dustbin. However, since then no waiter came to our table. When we caught hold of one, they told the chef refused to give us any beer or food. We requested to talk to the chef as we wanted to apologise but his ego was really an issue as he refused to talk and his waitress kept saying that we cannot serve anything to you. I understand that possibly we could have discarded the packet of fries before hand, but the level of rudeness and possible racism at this place is unmatched for us anywhere in Berlin. I would recommend anyone looking for good service and food to seriously avoid this place. Looking at other reviews, it seems the food here isn’t anything special as well. So I’m not sure what the ‘chef’s ego’ is all about.

If you come here, definitely order the schnitzel, it's really delicious. The location is in the center and the atmosphere was friendly. The only problem is that it's a little loud inside.

I've known the beer salon for a long time 25y. I haven't been there for 7 years now. A cool live band played yesterday and we went there again. We thought: Yeah, back to the roots. The staff was very overwhelmed. Long waiting times for drinks and at the end of the day you had to wait annoyingly to pay. Old, dilapidated furniture, some with a risk of injury. The food was ok. It's a shame that there are no bouncers here anymore. If we hadn't liked the band so much, we would have only stayed for a short time. Maybe someone will take this to heart, because we would like to spend a nice evening in the beer salon every now and then because of the old times.

Completely overpriced tourist shop! Price-performance ratio is simply underground and simply expensive! Staff only do the bare minimum. There are many better locations in Berlin for eating and drinking beer as well as watching football.

Service was great, but the food wasn't quite as good. You should stay away from the currywurst - it was almost raw and the texture was soapy/greasy... Ambience is okay, but nothing special either.

A pub in the old German style, you can feel the atmosphere, especially in the decor. Very nice service - both waitresses and bartenders. We ordered pork shank - delicious! Very good sauerkraut. Sweet potato fries also very good.

The menu looked quite promising. We were also happy that there was Irish beer. Unfortunately, that and the nice service in the otherwise very spacious and large restaurant were the only good things. The food, baked potato with quark and salad and baked vegetables with potatoes were simply poor to mediocre in taste. Unfortunately you just have to say it like that. It didn't taste good to us and so the two of us (one main meal and 2 beers each) with €50 less in our wallets left quite frustrated and quickly. Atmosphere appealing. Service nice. Drinks good. Food bad. Recommendation - no!

Nice old Berlin atmosphere, the food is ok and the service too. All in all ok, but it won't become a permanent restaurant, but there are still some missing here and there, but it's nice to see old treasures.

In the heart of the shopping district. Very large sidewalk terrace great for people watching. Lots of tourists but also locals watching football. Can get load and busy. I've had good service and bad. Delicious dishes and and not so delicious. Good place to rest and have a beer after running around on the Kudamm.

Uninviting, staff looked disturbed and annoyed. There was little or no desire to linger there. Some people simply don't need hospitality. And sometimes the first impression counts and lasts. But thank you, As a result of our escape, we received a more than courteous and friendly welcome at Café Roca.

We celebrated New Year's Eve there. It was super good, even without a reservation.

Voilà une adresse à connaître. C'est une brasserie typique de Berlin, où se mêlent les générations, les Berlinois et les touristes. L'ambiance est conviviale, le service efficace et les plats copieux pour un tarif raisonnable. Ce n'est pas de la grande gastronomie, c'est traditionnel, copieux, sans chichis. Rien que du bonheur pour une pause en journée ou la soirée.

Today, when we came into the restaurant, the waiter neither seated us properly nor paid any attention to them, and even after 20 minutes we weren't asked if we wanted a drink because we didn't want to. Then we didn't feel like waiting anymore, despite the empty neighboring tables, and left. We had never experienced it anywhere else in our hometown. Absolutely sad that there was no drinks menu with current prices within a radius of 3 tables. Therefore BEWARE of hidden prices and thank you for nothing today. We 3 regular customers were very disappointed today because of the circumstances. Apparently only for tourists with thick skin and thick wallets. The good years seem to be over..

Es un pub y restaurante cavernoso y tiene muchos accesorios y características interesantes y una decoración y muebles excelentes y se puede caminar por este pub y restaurante y mirar los muchos artículos interesantes que adornan todo el interior. Hay excelentes opciones de asientos en todo su interior de varias habitaciones y hay una muy buena zona de estar exterior y en nuestra visita a Alt - Berliner Biersalon estaba lleno. We stopped by for a little evening to sit. There was a good atmosphere here. The customer service was good and I got beer and some food. I would have liked the sausage to be some local quality fursti, but it was some basic supermarket sausage. We were able to adapt the sauerkraut to the dish so that it was more traditional local 🤷🏻 But nice place. I can recommend at least an evening to sit with a beer🍺🍻

Traditional beer salon/room, in German style. You can enjoy a drink and a meal while enjoying top football. The food is not top class, and the service is partly cold and dull. If you are looking for a quiet place to eat or socialize, this is not the place.

Alt Berliner Biersalon es un pub que siempre disfruto visitando en cualquier vacación que tomo a esta fascinante ciudad. Es un gran pub , el interior es magnífico, un llamativo bar de servicio domina la sala principal, una maravillosa decoración ecléctica y muebles y un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por todo este pub tanto dentro como fuera mirando hacia el ajetreado y bullicioso Kurfurstendamm, es solo un pub muy bueno para relajarse. Nos sentamos adentro, pedimos cervezas al Berliner Kindl Schultheiss Brauerei , estas se servían en excelentes condiciones siendo heladas frías y espumosas y simplemente nos relajamos y tomamos el gran pub en el que estábamos mientras bebíamos nuestras cervezas. Esta es la cerveza de Berlín, una cerveza dorada, ligera y de estilo lager con lúpulo rebosante de sabor y muy fácil de beber sobre todo cuando se sirve helada fría como en este pub, no es de extrañar que este pub sea tan popular entre las cervezas servidas en estas buenas condiciones. Ambos disfrutamos mucho de nuestras cervezas aquí antes de seguir adelante y aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz como en cualquier otra visita al Alt Berliner Biersalon tuvimos una gran experiencia de cerveza. Alt Berliner Biersalon es fácil de localizar a lo largo de la famosa Kurfurstendamm. El horario de apertura es; De lunes a domingo, de 10 a 2 am. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona o planeando unas vacaciones en Berlín.

Eternal classic for all occasions. You can watch football and be completely anonymous among all the tourists. The service sometimes struggles, but makes an effort. Kitchen without words.

Came in for a quick drink. Beers were very expensive, 6.50 for a 0.5L serving of local beer. There was no signs saying it was cash only so I assumed I could use my card. A male staff member was very rude about paying with card. Would avoid this place if possible

Ha cambiado la carta a peor. Estuve hace 4 años por última vez y tenian una carta amplia de platos tipicos berlines. Ahora es muy reducida. Precios altos comida normal y servicio agradable. Seguro que tiene muy buen ambiente los días de fútbol.

As advertised, the schnitzel was great... Super crunchy outside, tender inside, delicious mushroom sauce. Also had the goulasch which was great for dipping the soft bread. Add a couple draft beers and voila! Service was fine as well, I'm just stingy with my stars 🙄😁. Atmosphere was a little dark, but very cozy. Would definitely return.

It's a very small but beautiful place.

Typical Berlin atmosphere. Room furnished with vintage objects. We were happy with the vegetarian dish we ate, potato pasta with vegetables. The strudel was excellent, also served in a magnificent way. All portions of the dishes were very generous.

Das Essen ist eine Unverschämtheit! Billigster Kantinenfrass im 80 er Jahre Stil. Verkochtes TK Gemüse, Kartoffeln aus dem Glas und ein undefinierbares, trockenes Stück Formfleisch. In Original Sprudelwassser Flaschen wurde Leitungswasser gefüllt.

Cozy beer salon. Delicious food. You should bring a little freshness into it. Why isn't there a Mampe half and half? Toilets take a lot of getting used to.

Ich ging mit einem Freund einen halben Liter Bier trinken und wusste, dass die Bar um eins schließt. Um 23.30 Uhr fingen sie an, uns zu drängen, weil sie innerhalb von 10 Minuten schlossen, und so tranken wir das Bier schnell aus, weil wir es bereits bezahlt hatten. Uns war die ganze Nacht schlecht, weil wir das Bier getrunken hatten.

Typical pub feeling - positively speaking - :-) . Very nice and attentive staff and very tasty food. We had eaten and drank there several times. Be it the potato soup or currywurst or the schnitzel taste very good. Finally I don't have to add salt to the fries. I really like the Lillet as well as the beer :-).

Historic place in Berlin, very large and with the characteristics of the classic German beer hall. Wide choice of beers and typical cuisine, huge portions and at modest prices. The place was full both inside and outside, the waitresses were very busy but they never lost sight of us.

The fried items are unbelievably good: chicken wings kept me coming back here
