Very orthodox Korean restaurant~ The food is delicious and the scenery is beautiful~

Food quality and taste is good. But sauces and meat per dish are very scarce. Value for money not justified.. at least for me.

Very nice service, delicious food and great service - fast, everything at the same time and without any mix-ups despite several people having different dishes and special requests!

The Korean restaurant DamDam in Frankfurt Riedberg is a real gem! The staff is exceptionally friendly and works tirelessly to ensure the well-being of their guests. Every visit is an experience full of hospitality and authentic Korean cuisine. The dishes are delicious and prepared with a lot of love. What is particularly noteworthy is the warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. If you are looking for a place where you can feel completely at home and enjoy fantastic dishes at the same time, this is the right place for you. Absolutely recommended!

Best korean restaurant I have been at outside of south korea. Totally recommend, it's a hidden gem. Food is just great!

Nice Korean located at the horse farm. It's very nice to sit in, you can also sit outside. The food is served very attractively. Tastes great too.

The meals are average compared to another Korean restaurant nearby. The portion is small and side dishes are limited and salty. But the service and atmosphere are great.

We had a great time and listened to fantastic music. The team was friendly, the restaurant was child-friendly and the food tasted good. There were a lot of people there, but the wait was pretty normal since there is no fast food restaurant here. :-) We had a great time.

Food comes out too late. There aren't many customers, but it takes a few minutes for the tteokbokki to come out. The taste is decent, the location is nice and quiet, and it's close to my house. I went once and will never go again.

The food is great. Great selection, also suitable for vegetarians. Service is a bit slow though. Ambiance is more German.

Very very very nice service. Young team, original Korean cuisine. Small children welcome. Large, beautiful outdoor terrace available. Can only recommend it!!!

Korean restaurant located in Frankfurt am Main, with a nice view of the park. I have to say that the flavors of the dishes at DamDam are very different, and I would say better, than the flavors of a Korean restaurant where I eat in the UK. Discovered it while walking in one of the many parks. A young and kind boy welcomed me, where I was able to practice even the little Korean I know. I have currently tasted the Bulgogi (the first time the classic and the second time brought in a piping hot stone bowl), and the pancake. As drinks I took grape juice the first time and pear juice the second time. They were served to me in cans of around 238ml. I will have to stay in Frankfurt about 3 weeks for work reasons, and therefore I will have the opportunity to taste the remaining specialties and drinks.

Above all, the scenery near the store is a work of art! If you go in spring (April), you can enjoy a meal while looking at a picturesque landscape filled with rape blossoms! The food was tasty and didn't have a lot of seasoning, so I felt comfortable after eating it ^^

Super delicious food! Very friendly service! Absolutely recommended! The ambience doesn't bother us at all! We really enjoy coming here with friends and family. We were also able to dine with 8 people at the same time last evening. There is a small, fine play area in the restaurant itself. Perfect for all parents with small children. The restaurant has been around for 9 months. You have to give new starters a chance and not give a bad review after a single visit.

What if you have a passion for food when selling food? Except for stone pot bibimbap, you are very frugal on other foods.

The food is excellent, there is plenty of vegetarian options. Each of the six dishes we tried was outstanding. The interior has now become cozy. The only thing we missed was the homemade Maggeoli. I can still highly recommend DamDam.

The food is always fresh and it always tastes great! It is prepared quickly and the staff is very attentive and friendly. As far as the location itself is concerned, one positive thing to note is that it has enough space and a lovingly furnished play area for children. There are also plenty of parking spaces. There is also a nice terrace with a great view. Overall, visiting DamDam is a really great experience! :)

Hidden gem in FFM. Such a nice-warm homemade Korean food.

The food was OK but nothing more. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not right. Service leaves a lot to be desired. It felt like we waited forever for our drinks and weren't asked if we wanted a second drink.

Excellent food, super friendly. Very child friendly. The furnishings are a bit sparse. Otherwise everything was really great. We'd love to come back. ❤️

A simply furnished restaurant with very friendly and courteous service. The food was very tasty. We will definitely go again to try out the other dishes.

I felt like a lot of attention was put into the interior. The owner is very kind too! I think it would be good to add tofu to kimchi stew. I had a delicious meal.

An elegant Korean meal in a place with a beautiful view. The young owner kindly guides you and even cooks for you. There is also a space for young children to play. I had tteokbokki, kimchi stew, meat dumplings, and pork bulgogi, and it was delicious. I want to come back again in the summer to eat at an outdoor table on a nice day.^^

Please do not order delivery. I ordered seasoned chicken and stir-fried pork, but a lunch box arrived. I spent 40€ and was surprised at how simple it was compared to other Korean restaurants. It was delicious.

일단 분위기가 한식당으로서도 너무 깔끔합니다. 맛도 너무 깔끔하고 좋네요. 특히 돌솥비빔밥 특추천입니다!! 가격도 결코 비싸지 않고 저렴합니다.

日本人にはおすすめの韓国料理。 辛すぎず、味付けもちょうど良いのでおおくの日本人が気にいると思う。 駅からすぐだけど駐車場もあるので便利。 キッズスペースもあって子連れで行っても良いのではないでしょうか。

Gute koreanische Küche zu fairen Preisen. Die Lage ist sehr schön und das Personal freundlich!

Essen war ganz okay, die gesamte Atmosphäre war nicht so toll und nicht so sauber.

Mega leckeres Essen, hat auch den Kindern geschmeckt. Über das Ambiente kann man sich vielleicht streiten, wir waren aber auch vornehmlich wegen des Essens da. Das hat wirklich überzeugt. Bedienung super freundlich. Insgesamt super stimmig. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Tteokbokki war super! Das nächste Mal werde ich Ganjang-Tteokbokki probieren.

Leckeres Essen und sehr aufmerksamer Service. Waren vorher schonmal da und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Das Bulgogi Bibimbap ist sehr lecker, genau wie das Jaeyuk Bokkeum. Sie bieten auch einen Soju Mojito an, der fantastisch schmeckt.

Essen und Getränke waren wirklich gut. Die ruhige und wunderschöne Landschaft war auch angenehm, um das Essen zu genießen.

독일에 있는 한식당들은 거의 대부분 먹고 나면 더부룩하고 무거운 느낌이 들었는데 여긴 배부르게 먹어도 깔끔한 맛이라 전혀 부담없고 정말 한국 생각나는 맛이었어요 🥹👍🏻 딱 한국에서 먹는 담백한 한식집같았습니다 !! 그리고 너무 친절하셨어요 다음엔 저녁 시간에 와서 BBQ도 꼭 먹어보고 싶네요 ❤ 밥도 맛있는데 뷰도 맛집이라 날 좋을 때 테라스석에서 고기 구워먹으면 한국 저리가라겠어요 😳 프랑크푸르트에서 깔끔한 한식집 찾으시면 추천드려요 ㅎㅎ 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 사장님 !

Meine Familie hat dieses Restaurant bereits mehrmals besucht. Das Essen hier ist immer lecker und gut gewürzt. Auch Kinder wählen ihr Wunschmenü und essen gut. Der Service war großartig. Wir konnten bei jedem Besuch sehr zufrieden.

Schade…. Sehr kalte und ungemütliche Atmosphäre. Keine herzliche Bedingung… darüber könnte man Hinwegsehen, wenn das Essen stimmen würde. Das Essen war leider ungewürzt, der Koch muss nicht ein Gramm Salz verwendet haben. Reis ungesalzen und pfade, Champignons komplett ungewürzt, Fleisch in Fetzen und ohne typisch koreanischen Geschmack. Nur der Kimchi brachte etwas Würze. Die Portionen übersichtlich und die Preise für die Qualität zu hoch. Kein Ort zum Verweilen. Wir kommen nicht wieder, dabei braucht der Riedberg dringend Gastro. Zum koreanisch Essen werden wir weiter den Umweg auf die Berger Straße machen. Ich sehe hier in spätestens einem Jahr Leerstand…schade

Sehr lecker. Einrichtung etwas nüchtern.

Auch wir wollten nun nach den ganzen positiven Bewertungen das DamDam probieren. Empfangen wurden wir von der nüchternen Außenwand, an dem man noch die dunklen Streifen der alten Leuchtreklame des Vorgängers erkennen konnte. Freundlich empfangen brachte man uns dann zu Tisch. Das Ambiente nüchtern und kalt erinnerte an Großkantine. Aber wer braucht Emotionen beim Essen?! Von 10 Getränken kamen zwar nicht alle bei uns an aber durch mehrfaches Nachfragen konnten wir das fix beheben. Das Essen kam auch in Etappe, sodass die ersten fertig waren als die letzten angefangen haben zu Essen. Auf das fehlende Essen haben wir dann aufgrund der Zeit verzichtet...es zog sich halt. Qualität der Speisen Okeeeey, Preis diskutierbar. Den Vogel abgeschossen, haben dann aber die sanitären Einrichtungen. Puh, ob wir wieder kommen? Keine Ahnung Euch guten Hunger!

Das Restaurant wurde erst vor kurzem neu eröffnet. Das merkt man vor allem am Ambiente, denn an vielen Stellen in den Räumlichkeiten wurde noch nicht sauber gestrichen und es fehlt an Einrichtung und Atmosphäre. Das wird aber durch das leckere Essen und den ordentlichen freundlichen Service wieder aufgewogen.

Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

The food was good and cheap. We tried the bulgogi, jeyuk bokkeum and kimchi-jjiyae, they were all really good. The only thing that could've been better is if the portions were a bit bigger and if they had reusable chopsticks.

Essen war lecker, die Servicekräfte nett .Wir hatten sechs Gerichte, die immer nach und nach kamen mit zeitlich langen Wartezeiten. Leider kam das Gericht unsere Sohnes nachdem wir alle schon gegessen hatten und erst nach der dritten Anfrage. Portionen eher klein aber wie gesagt geschmacklich gut.

Wir waren heute zum Abendessen da. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Das Essen kam sehr schnell. Ich hatte Bibimbap mit Rindfleisch. Es schmeckte sehr gut. Fand es super, dass die Chillisoße in einer extra kleinen Schale kam. Dadurch konnte man es selber so scharf würzen wie man es will. In anderen Lokalen ist es entweder zu scharf oder zu mild. Meine Frau hatte Bulgogi mit Reis. Sie fand es zuerst einwenig salzlos aber nachdem sie nach etwas Sojasoße gefragt hatte, war es auch sehr gut. Die Kinder hatten sich Bulgogi mit Glasnudeln geteilt. Sie haben die Glasnudeln und die extra Portion Reis verschlungen. Die Einrichtung ist etwas provisorisch aber sind auch froh noch ein Restaurant in Riedberg zu haben. Das wird sich aber bestimmt bald verbessern.
