Incredibly delicious, great location and decor. I love the sangria, and no matter what you order, it tastes incredibly good. I have to eat there almost every time I'm in Hamburg...

Delicious tapas in a great setting. A bit cramped, but very cozy. And most importantly, really delicious.

We were unfortunately disappointed. The reviews promised more. The wine glasses weren't clean, so we returned them, only to receive "re-rinsed wet" glasses. Even after drying them ourselves, they were still not clean. The tapas were mediocre, a bit lacking in taste. A shame… This review should serve as a suggestion for improvement. Small things can make a difference, and guests are happier.

The food was quite good, with a large selection, good taste, and variety. Unfortunately, the prices are a bit too high for what you get. The atmosphere is really exhausting. The room is packed with tables, making it hard to have a conversation. This gives the impression that it's not about having a good experience, but only about making money. The main thing is that there are so many tables, and they're also very small, so the tapas and drinks barely fit on them. Definitely needs improvement!

Great food, friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere. A lovely and authentic restaurant. But be careful, it's difficult to eat in peace here, as the place is always busy and every available seat is being used.

We wanted to have tapas for lunch. Luckily, we got a table on the spot. Very friendly service and excellent tapas. A definite recommendation if you're in Hamburg.

Highly recommended, good bacon-wrapped dates, and OK house wine. The music selection wasn't what you'd expect from a tapas restaurant or tapas bar. Otherwise, the atmosphere was relatively cozy, albeit cramped. Window seating is available for looking out.

We enjoyed delicious Spanish tapas here. We sat outside on the sidewalk and enjoyed the end of summer. We'll be happy to come back again and again. I recommend making a table reservation.

So-called cocktails have hardly any alcohol and the staff has no idea how to make them.

Good location and atmosphere. Foods are a bit different than original Spanish tapas stlye and very limited. But they’re delicious. Prices are also a bit high, but it’s Germany at the end, not Spain or Portugal. As a summary, recommended..

The restaurant was busy and made a pleasant impression. However, the atmosphere seemed a bit hectic. Unfortunately, our order wasn't passed on to the kitchen at first, so we had to wait almost an hour. It wasn't until the waiter asked that the mistake was noticed – but after that, the food arrived quickly. The tapas were consistently delicious, although the portions could have been a bit larger. We were disappointed that, despite the long wait, there was no small apology, such as a nightcap on the house. Overall, though, we can say: The food was really good, and the cuisine was impressive, even if the service wasn't quite on point in our case.

It's a little cramped between the tables. But otherwise everything was great.

The food was excellent but expensive. We paid €75 as a couple and weren't really full. It's quite cramped, crowded, loud, and very warm. Strangely, it's also cozy and convivial. They brought us the wrong food first. Reserving a table is difficult by email or phone. The location by the harbor in the so-called Portuguese Quarter is nice. The Elbphilharmonie Concert Hall is a 15-minute walk away.

Four of us were there, and the food was really good. The atmosphere was also very pleasant. We'll be back.

A great place. ANYTIME and we'd love to go back!!! We had a lovely window seat. The place is beautifully decorated and really works up an appetite. The tapas were fresh and delicious! The cocktails are also highly recommended. A small deduction is for the organization behind the drinks counter. Things move a bit too slowly there. But that's probably part of the Spanish flair... :-)

Very friendly service, delicious tapas

Service was friendly, although a bit impatient at times. Food was less than mediocre: definitely no revelation, but at least not a huge disappointment. However, the cheese croquettes were rather dry and mostly potato, the lamb chops tough and a tat rancid, same for the goat cheese in bacon. The alioli had the weirdest texture and wouldn't really stick to anything, probably full of thickeners. All in all edible, but not for a nice dinner - you might try one of the other places in the vicinity.

We were there on a Saturday night, and it was packed! Huge respect to the waitress who handled everything. The tapas were truly excellent! It could be a bit cleaner; the tables were sticky, but that could also be due to the sheer number of guests. The downstairs area is quite cramped. Removing a table in the middle would help.

This summer, we cheated on "our favorite Spanish restaurant" :-) because they were on vacation. But I have to say, it wasn't a big deal, because the Dali Tapas Bar in Hamburg's Portuguese Quarter leaves nothing to be desired. The alioli was 100% perfect – it's also very, very tasty here! The tapas selection is excellent, and everything is very tasty and attractively prepared. The prawns in garlic oil and the albondigas were especially popular with my family. One star deducted for the ambiance because we had to sit quite close together at the table with all the tapas – but then again, maybe that's part of what a "real tapas bar" should be ;-) Thanks, dear Dali team!

Apparently, the card payment machine breaks down almost every week. It's incredibly annoying. Otherwise, the people are nice, hence the two stars.

The food was rather average. I've had better tapas before. Some dishes had a frozen-food feel. Service was chaotic. It felt like no one was there to help us. Payment by card was only possible inside. Then the card reader was broken. But I paid in cash. Nice atmosphere.

You can sit outside on the street or (which I prefer) inside. The tables are beautifully designed, uniquely designed. Each one is unique. The service is fast and very friendly. The music is fitting, and the food is simply sooooo delicious. It's worth starting and ordering again and again. If you're looking for delicious tapas in a great atmosphere, this is the place for you! Highly recommended: goat cheese with honey. Fantastic!

Very nice tapas bar in the Porrugiesenviertel of Hamburg

We ate at Dali last night. We had a reservation. The reception was very friendly. The food arrived quickly and was hot. We had a variety of tapas. Everything tasted good. The bread was fresh and the aioli was creamy and delicious. For dessert, we had Crema Catalana. It was fantastic. We'd love to go back on our next trip to Hamburg.

A small tapas bar that leaves nothing to be desired. Service is fast and always friendly. The quality of the food is impressive, and the sangria was a delight. We'll be happy to return for the Portuguese specialties next time we're in Hamburg.

The food was consistently excellent! The service (a young girl) was very friendly. The tables are a bit too high for the chairs, and I say that even though I'm above average height myself.

It was okay, but not a highlight, and the only Spanish food on the menu was fresh. The food was fresh, but lightly seasoned and only vaguely related to proper Spanish tapas. Unfortunately, our prawns were almost fried, and the serrano was rather bland in flavor, as was the aioli. The service was excellent, very attentive and friendly.

We stopped in for dinner after our visit to the musical. The tapas were delicious and the service was prompt. The only distracting aspect was the dim lighting; you had to struggle to see anything even when reading the menu, and you had to be careful about what you were cutting and where you were using the cutlery while eating. The prices were reasonable for the area.

A very tasty tapas bar! And super central, in a small alley right next to the harbor. It didn't take long and was delicious!

I visited Dali Tapas Bar for the first time today. The tapas were delicious, and the waitress (Ina) was very attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend eating at Dali's if you're in the Portuguese Quarter.

Tapas... ...are something we love to eat, especially when we're traveling in a group. Because of its proximity to the Miniatur Wunderland and our time there, we chose the "Dali." We opted for an earlier time slot. This meant we were the first guests and had free choice of seating – which meant we got a very nice table. Since there were five of us, we were able to order several different tapas. All the dishes were delicious and, to our taste, authentic and very good. We've often had tapas that couldn't compare to the quality and taste of the tapas at the "Dali." The service was very friendly and attentive.

The staff was very friendly, but we've had much better tapas. It was too expensive for us!

The best tapas in the Portuguese Quarter!

A large selection of delicious tapas. The service was very friendly, but could have been a bit more attentive—they were often too self-absorbed. The ambiance is a matter of taste. We had to sit at the high tables in the front, which isn't very comfortable. If we had sat at a "regular" table, we would definitely have ordered another bottle of wine. The tables in the back were all empty. The food made up for everything—simply fantastic! We'll definitely be back.

We visited spontaneously last night. We received a warm welcome despite not having a reservation. They immediately made an effort to find us a table, which luckily worked out. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed all of the tapas. We'd be happy to come back.

Table reserved. According to the website, the restaurant will contact you if the reservation isn't available. Then, upon inquiry, we were told that we weren't scheduled. No solution offered. Never again!

Four of us were there as a family yesterday, really great. We sat outside, but the interior is really great. The selection of tappas is great and the staff is very nice. The dishes are prepared with love and taste really excellent. Garlic tastes like garlic and spicy is a bit spicy - that's how it should be! Only the way to the toilet is a bit long at 15km 😉. The service at the place was great and very nice. The reservation process wasn't great... a table for 7 people wasn't free yet, ok... that's not so bad. But the fact that we then had the feeling that our table had been given to someone else and that we then got a table that was too small wasn't so nice. Food is great...

I recently visited the Dali Bar in Hamburg and had a mixed impression overall. The food was definitely a highlight – the dishes were delicious, fresh and creatively prepared. I was particularly impressed by the selection of tapas and the Mediterranean flavors. The service was attentive and friendly, but unfortunately there was a problem with the table reservation. Despite booking in advance, we had to wait a bit, which spoiled the first impression a little. Better organization and communication from the staff would have helped here. However, overall the visit was positive, especially because of the food.

My friend and I were guests at the Tapas Bar on Friday last week. Since I secretly planned the weekend in HH and hardly know the Portuguese Quarter, I chose Dali because of the good reviews and the ambience and luckily made a reservation a few days in advance - that's simply a must! The food came very quickly, the service ladies were very attentive and in the end the price was completely reasonable - we would have paid more in Bielefeld. A point deduction for the tightness in the shop, there is one table next to the other and of course it is also quite loud. All in all, a really nice shop that I would love to visit again when I'm in HH. And by then I also hope that the cocktail bar will be open :)

We sampled the tapas menu – meat, fish, and vegetables – and every single dish was simply perfect. Freshly prepared, with great attention to detail, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere at "Dali" is cozy and inviting. If you're looking for authentic, high-quality tapas, this is the place to be.

The food arrived super quickly and was delicious. A few things weren't outstanding, but they were good. Sitting at the high chairs by the windowsill was very awkward. The service was super friendly!

Had a nice evening, you sit comfortably, the atmosphere is nice, it's bustling. Service is friendly, if a bit planned (for example, we asked for a card twice until one came). We had reserved but didn't really have the feeling that we had it on our minds. We were then improvised and sat at a table with another couple, which wasn't a problem as we got along well. Tapas and bread were delicious, the price was comparable to that of a hamburger…

We were at the Dali Tapas Bar on March 6, 2025 and ate a selection of tapas that we enjoyed. It was a nice, cozy evening. Unfortunately, our mood was very dampened by the sight of the sanitary facilities. These are in a desolate condition and unfortunately the overall impression was not necessarily hygienic.

Were there just to have a drink, it was a chill vibe. (The lock was missing from one cubicle in the women's toilet.)

There were four of us and we had a really great experience at Dali Tapas Bar. All dishes were of excellent quality. The selection of wines was varied and fairly priced. Despite the restaurant being full, the service team was always attentive and responded quickly. That's exactly how it has to be! The only criticism is that it can get a little crowded with several people. Recommendation: chicken in cognac sauce. We'll definitely be back. Thanks Dali!

Disappointing service - expected more Four of us were in the Dali Tapas Bar and were looking forward to a cozy evening. Unfortunately our expectations were not met. While the food was OK, the service was disappointing. The wine was simply poured to us without any explanation or advice - an absolute no-go, especially in a wine bar. In addition, the waitress gave the impression that she was in a hurry to get off work. Unfortunately, friendliness and attention fell by the wayside. The atmosphere was generally pleasant, but at a wine bar we expect more commitment and passion for the product - especially from a group of four people who like to try new things and value good advice. 2/5 stars – The evening would have been much better with attentive service

Very high quality Tapas Bat, with a special ambience and very nice and attentive service

Most of the tapas were very good. Only the cheese croquettes were made with an extremely spicy cheese and therefore unfortunately didn't suit our taste. Service was tried hard, but completely new and alone in the store most of the time. I also find open, very long hair inappropriate.
