Wir hatten abends nach 10 Uhr ein Lokal gesucht, wo man noch was zu essen bekommt. Wir sind herzlich begrüßt worden. Der Abend lies keine Wünsche offen. Sehr schönes Ambiente, ein Kellner, der super drauf war. Super leckeres Essen - die Portionen waren großzügig. Ein kleiner Nachtisch und zum Abschluss noch ein exklusives Getränk aufs Haus haben den Abend abgerundet. Wir sind total begeistert und glücklich nach Hause. Wenn wir noch mal nach Hamburg kommen, werden wir hier auf jeden Fall einkehren!

Wir sind hier schon bekannt 😀, ideal vor der Elphi, aber auch ansonsten jederzeit. Nette Karte und gute Weinauswahl. Sehr guter Service Wir lieben das Christalbrot mit Anchoas und den Rotwein aus dem Alentejo.

Super liebes Personal, hat man sich gleich wohl gefühlt, die Tapas waren gut, der Sangria noch besser ;)

Nach unserem gestrigen Ausflug unter der Überschrift "Große Pötte & kleine Züge" (Hafenrundfahrt mit anschließendem Besuch des "Miniatur Wunderlands") krönten wir den Abend mit einem Besuch in dieser schönen Tapas-Bar. Ein absoluter Glücks- und Zufallstreffer: die Tapas schmeckten hervorragend, der Wein war gut und die Servicemitarbeiter freundlich, aufmerksam, humorvoll und gut aufgelegt. Ausgesprochen gastfreundliche Atmosphäre in schönem Ambiente. Schade, dass wir nicht "um die Ecke" wohnen, denn der Laden hat echtes Potenzial für das berühmte "Zweite Wohnzimmer"! Abschließend daher eine - völlig uneigennützige - Anregung: Wie wär's mit einem zweiten "Pan con Tomate" in Hamburg-Niendorf…?😇

Wir waren als größere Gruppe im Lokal. Super Ambiente und sehr nette Kellner. Die Tapas waren hervorragend und wir hatten alle viel Spaß. Gerne wieder👍

Gutes Essen, die Musik war uns etwas zu laut. Der Wein war gut und teuer.

Wir waren gestern dort. Eine super schöne Atmosphäre, ein Pianist spielte _ schönes Licht...perfekter erster Eindruck. Service grandios _ ein überaus herzlicher Restaurantleiter...mit super Team um ihn herum. Das Essen sensationell. Einfache Speisen auf Top Niveau serviert. Kommen immer wieder gerne wenn wir in HH sind.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Ambiente, leckeres Essen. Wurden sehr gut beim Wein beraten und die Tappas waren auch nach unserem Geschmack. Klare Empfehlung.

Sehr leckeres Essen, wobei die Speisen etwas größer sein könnten, auch wenn es nur Tapas sind. Alles war sehr lecker, wir wurden freundlich bedient und hatten einen gemütlichen Sitzplatz. Unser Samstag Abend war somit rund, wir kommen bald wieder, macht weiter so, und überdenkt vielleicht ein wenig die Speisengröße.

Great tapas bar, friendly and attentive service.

Dieses Mal waren wir zu viert dort und hatten einen vergnüglichen Abend. Begonnen haben wir mit einem Pisco Sour (steht nicht auf der Karte, konnte aber "gezaubert" werden. Gute Stimmung, schöne Athmosphäre, leckeres Essen und eine gute Weinauswahl machten den Abend perfekt.

A very nice place, we felt right at home as soon as we walked in :) The service was also great, very, very friendly people. However, the food took a long time to arrive (which is generally okay for tapas), it came in four parts, but the last two tapas arrived separately and with a considerable time gap. Furthermore, we felt the size and quality of the tapas didn't justify the price. The drinks, on the other hand, were excellent. However, they were quite expensive at €11 for an aperitif.

Delicious food and drinks in a very pleasant atmosphere. Italian tapas, that's how I would describe it. The squid was buttery soft, the chicken deliciously seasoned. Very charming staff.

Definitely not going here. I've had tapas in Spain many times, but this was disastrous. The service was bad. The bottle of wine was brought to the table unopened; we waited for it to be poured, but it didn't. After a few minutes, I opened the bottle myself and poured. The quality of the food was abysmal; the only good thing was the price. The bacon on the dates tasted old. There were no patatas bravas, just boiled potatoes. The sardines were from a can. We couldn't even eat the octopus, it was so awful. The chicken piri piri was just chicken, nothing spicy or hot. The cold platter came at the end. Conclusion: never again.

We were there after 11 p.m., received a very warm welcome, enjoyed a delicious meal, and ended the evening in a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The food and location were top-notch. From the terrace, we had a great view of the Elphi, and the food was perfect! Unfortunately, neither was enough, as the waiter (glasses, undercut, ponytail) outside was extremely rude. First, I was overwhelmed with everything (there were only four tables occupied), and then, on the fourth request, I was told that I wasn't the only customer. We only stayed because his very attentive colleague at the bar overheard everything and very kindly persuaded us to stay. Over the course of our stay, the aforementioned waiter took every opportunity to be passive/aggressive towards us, so that despite the friendly colleague, we ultimately regretted staying.

Leider war trotz bestätigter Reservierung das Restaurant geschlossen. Das ist nicht wirklich schön. Ich würde eine absage oder eine nicht-buchbarkeit mir wünschen. Zumal es immer mal wieder in den Rezensionen ein Thema ist. Bekommt das bitte in den Griff. Restaurant hat sich im Nachhinein gemeldet. Fehler liegt wohl an OpenTable. Wie auch immer, tolle kulante Reaktion! Danke.

We happened upon this place purely by chance for a glass of wine after a concert at the Elbphilharmonie. It was a great place to unwind on a balmy summer evening. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

At Pan, you know what you're getting: a living room atmosphere, great cocktails and wines (with excellent advice), and, of course, the Pan con Tomate (with various toppings, also mixable), tapas, or Chicken Piri Piri. You can also go there alone! :-D

Absolut Fantastisch!!! Es hat sich zu 100000% gelohnt hier her zukommen. Nicht nur das der Kelner absolut charmant, freundlich und höflich ist, auch das Essen ist der absolute Himmel auf Erden. Hätte auch 43 Sterne vergeben können und nicht nur 5. WIR KOMMEN WIEDER!!!

It was an honor to be served such delicious food. Super fresh, with excellent recipes. Our waiters were super friendly, personable, and accommodating! You can tell they love their jobs. I've never eaten such good and aromatic tapas. You can taste the high quality of the ingredients. A small menu with so much love and intensity. Anyone coming to Hamburg MUST eat here! Absolutely fantastic!!! It was 100,000% worth coming here. Not only is the waiter absolutely charming, friendly, and polite, but the food is also absolute heaven on earth. I could have given it 43 stars instead of just 15. WE'LL BE BACK!!!

The service is efficient, and the wine selection is extensive, offering a nice variety to choose from. However, the food menu is quite limited, it’s more focused on small bites or snacks rather than full meals. If you’re looking to order several dishes to make it a proper dinner, it can get quite expensive. It’s a great place for an aperitif and a glass of wine in a nice setting, but not ideal if you’re planning to have a full dinner.

We were spontaneously welcomed with 6 people. Very attentive and friendly service, very good food at fair prices.

Wer Tapas mag, aber nicht den üblichen Mainstream, wird hier sehr zufrieden sein. Das Knusprige Bro mit einem köstlichem Tomatenpesto ragt aus den üblichen Pestos hervor. Auch die weiteren Tapas sind gut gemacht, wenn man Kartoffeln liebt, die hier mit Schinken oder Ei sehr fein verarbeitet werden. Die Weinauswahl ist auch gut, allerdings der Preis für ein Glas könnte kundenfreundlicher kalkuliert werden. Aber eine Unsitte in Deutschland insgesamt. Der Service ist hervorragend und immer mit guter Stimmung dabei. Auch abends nach einem Kinobesuch bekommt man was zu essen. Auch das ist sehr angenehm und inzwischen selten.

We had a reservation. So I can't judge whether places are always available, but I actually doubt it. We were able to enjoy very tasty food in a chic atmosphere and equally great, very friendly service.

We arrived late at 11 p.m., but the kitchen was still open. Some “guests?” Played around with the musicians' equipment. Was incredibly annoying. Turned on the drum machine, screamed into the microphone, etc. Why? Nobody intervened. Food expensive but very good. The three of us with 4x tappas (4 small bowls in total, more of a snack) and 3 soft drinks €58. If we had been really hungry it would have been 140€. As I said, we arrived around 11 p.m. on Saturday evening. We had to ask the kitchen if they were willing to do anything else. I think it's a disgrace for a cosmopolitan city like Hamburg. Every pizzeria in Mettmann stays open later. All in all, very friendly service.

After a strenuous day we came here and were not disappointed. Service, ambience and food were great. We tried our way through the tapas menu and the wine recommendation was also great. Very accommodating, glasses were refilled and generally we were welcomed here with a lot of humor. The two cocktails were great. We'd love to come back!

So, I don't even know where to start. Every star is too many but you have to give one to be able to write here. We wanted to eat something with 4 people and when we asked for a table we were simply left standing and ignored. When we finally got a seat, the menus were brought to us. Then it took forever until we could place an order. Then after 15 minutes the drinks were brought and we immediately ordered another round of drinks, the waiter just laughed and didn't take us seriously. So no more drinks came at first. Our tapas order took forever. We were about to leave the store. Another waiter came and asked for drinks, we said that we had already ordered some but didn't get any. Then he brought the drinks we ordered and said that our food would be coming soon. When we received our food after another 15 minutes, only part of the order was brought, we then told the waiter that we would like the complete order. After a short time, the first waiter came and brought the rest of the order and said, we are a tapas restaurant and the Tpas are served there one by one. As a guest you can expect that you will receive what you ordered. The portions for these prices are a joke. If you want to eat your fill there, you should eat somewhere else before or after! Well, the hammer came with the bill. We had received an invoice for our order but unfortunately a mixed tapas plate was missing from our order. This cost 24 euros, when we pointed this out to the waiter he took the bill without a word and left. After a few minutes he came back with a new bill, but it was correct. There wasn't a word of apology or anything like that. If we hadn't said anything we would have paid for something we didn't get. The service wasn't that great and neither was the food. You won't see us in this store again. Not worth it!

We arrived late in Hamburg and stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant that warmly welcomed us even though it was faily late. The service was absolutely brilliant and we had the most lovely Portuguese waiter (We didn't manage to get his name) who was telling us some great stories and entertaining us throughout the evening! The food was also absolutely amazing and it's definitely worth a visit if you are in the city and looking for tapas at a great price point.

I was very disappointed. The service is not good at all - the staff seemed inattentive and forgetful. We had to wait a very long time for our food and when it finally came, some of the dishes we ordered were missing. The waiter made rude comments. The positive thing was the food itself, which tasted really good. Unfortunately, that alone isn't enough to save the overall impression. If the service is improved it could be much better.

The food was excellent, but the service left a lot to be desired. The waiting times of over 45 minutes were too long, some orders were completely forgotten, and a bottle of wine ended up at the wrong table. In addition, guests with empty glasses were ignored for a long time. At times there was no staff there at all. The bartender Mr. Nase's behavior was particularly negative, as it was disrespectful and unprofessional. When paying, they even boldly asked for a tip - but for this miserable service there was only the minimum - nothing.

Nice, pretty shop. Food didn't suit our taste. Portions too small in relation to the price. Rather boring in taste. Service: friendly. But very slowly and inattentively. No question about additional drinks. Waiting a long time for food. The starter only came while part of the main course was there. Food also came very divided in time. Everything took time. It's a shame, I expected more. Not again!

Aufgrund eines Live Events war es sehr voll. Das hat leider dazu geführt, dass wir sehr lange auf unsere Bestellungen warten mussten (>45 min) und Getränke sogar vergessen wurden. Schade, ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Abend.

Nette Tapasbar mit schönem Ambiente in der Hafencity. Bis auf die Tatsache, dass die Reservierung von Open table nicht eingetragen war sonst alles top.

Für ein Abendessen in der Silvesternacht bin ich im Internet auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, das Personal durchweg sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Sehr angetan waren wir von den Tapas-Gerichten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Alles Gute dem gesamten Team für 2025!

Unfortunately the food wasn't good. Shrimp on public holidays. Buffalo mozzarella with tomatoes consisted of a lukewarm ball in tomato broth. Garlic sauce tasted artificial. Dates not fried well. Service slow.. Drinks overpriced...

We were there as an aperitif for the subsequent meal at Bianc. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly welcome. The cocktails were really outstanding. Creations that are not available everywhere, without being too playful. The bar manager was extremely personable. The tapas at the neighboring tables looked very tasty, but we still had a program ahead of us...

Tolles wohlfühl Restaurant mit unglaublich tollem Ambiente. Auch wenn die Speisekarte nicht riesig ist, findet hier garantiert jeder etwas. Egal was wir uns bestellt hatten es hat alles unglaublich toll geschmeckt.

Food: The “Pan con Tomate” are very good and get a warm recommendation. Service: The service was satisfactory but nothing more. Dishes were misunderstood and the waiting time for 2 breads was very long. Ambience: The café as I would call it is chic and modern. All in all a tapas bar with very good food but rather mediocre service.

Cool shop, great food, small portions, but that should be clear since that's how it's advertised. Unfortunately, the service is as bad as I have ever experienced. This is not expressed in unfriendliness, but in excessive demands and arrogance. We waited 35 minutes for the drinks because the bartender was busy chatting and showing off instead of preparing the few drinks. The food came quicker than expected and the table, about 60cm in diameter, was quickly overloaded for three people. We wanted to order tapas and drinks, but after 30 minutes without any attention from the service, neither asking whether it was tasty, dessert or anything else, we left early. If you want to enjoy a nice evening, you don't want to sit for an hour without doing anything, and then you don't want to watch the bartender desperately looking for his ingredients because he's chatting to other people in Italian. It's a shame about the delicious food.

Unfortunately, they didn't pay any attention to us at reception (even though we drew attention to ourselves) and spoke to the customers in front of us and behind us. Apparently we didn't have the right designer things on!!!!

We were here in April 2024. The photos and good reviews attracted us to this 2nd star chef restaurant. Given the price level, expectations are high. The wine is very good and service too. Unfortunately the tapas disappointed us. When asked, we politely expressed criticism and unfortunately the service responded very poorly. Unfortunately, this also affected the majority of the dishes ordered. It has been made very clear that we are the problem here. Example (see photo): Cheese tapas came as a rubber block floating in the fat and could hardly be cut even with a knife. Service: This is cheese fondue that you have to eat hot when it comes. Guest: Unfortunately it came as rubber. Service: No, it didn't come. Guest: aha? For me this is an absolute no-go in this price range. By the way, it has to be said that there are significantly better tapas in Hamburg with a comparably good selection of wines, which are even cheaper. Even if everything had worked out, I wonder where in the concept the price would be justified. I therefore suspect that there are more tourists here who have no comparison. Our two neighboring tables are of course not empirical, but they reinforce this assumption.

Top shop, not exactly cheap, but very tasty and sometimes special tapas. Service is a 10/10 and the drinks (including our own creations, which were explained to us with a lot of passion) were great!

Das Essen war soweit in Ordnung, allerdings ziemlich abgekühlt, bis es am Tisch angelangt war. Diverse Speisen wurden vergessen, auch der Wein kam erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage. Die Speisen kamen in zufälliger Reihenfolge an den Tisch, so dass wir nie so richtig gleichzeitig essen konnten. Obwohl wir reserviert hatten und es eher leer war, bekamen wir einen maximal schlechten Tisch zugewiesen. Fazit: Nie wieder.
