Tolle Tapas Bar im Herzen von Eppendorf! Wir hatten einen angenehmen Abend und konnten uns quer durch die Speisekarte testen. Alle Gerichte haben uns allesamt gut gefallen, bei wenigen hat mir persönlich etwas das gewisse Extra gefehlt. Das Lammfilet war mir bspw. zu neutral im Geschmack. Mein Favorit waren die Chorizospiesse und Datteln im Speckmanteln - kräftiges Geschmackserlebnis. Dennoch sehr in Eppendorf zu empfehlen und eignet sich hervorragend, aufgrund der tollen Location und Sitzmöglichkeiten, für einen schönen Abend!

Wir waren zu zweit relativ spontan auf Empfehlung im deseo und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Die Auswahl an Tapas ist so großartig, dass man große Schwierigkeiten hat, sich zu entscheiden. Wir waren am Ende von unserer Auswahl sehr begeistert, alles war super lecker, mit Liebe angerichtet und preislich wirklich angemessen für die Portionsgrößen. Der Service war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein toller Abend und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen um uns durch die tolle Speisekarte durchzuprobieren.

Sind sehr freundlich im Lokal empfangen worden. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt. Die Gerichte waren alle auf den Punkt zubereitet worden - das hat alles sehr gut gepasst.

Wir hatten am Wochenende keine Reservierung, aber die Angestellten waren unglaublich freundlich und haben es trotzdem geschafft, uns nach kurzer Wartezeit einen Tisch zu besorgen (das Restaurant war ausgebucht). Das Essen und die Atmosphäre waren hervorragend, wir haben den Besuch sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Das Restaurant bietet eine große Auswahl an vegetarischen Tapas sowie auch einige vegane Optionen, was definitiv positiv hervorzuheben ist. Auch geschmacklich überzeugt das Essen: Die Gerichte sind lecker und insgesamt gut zubereitet. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre auch z.b. die Trüffel Gnocci, welche standardmäßig mit Speck angeboten werden, mit in die vegetarische Karte aufzunehmen ohne Speck-Topping. Preislich bewegt sich das Restaurant im oberen Bereich. Zwar sind Tapas generell nicht günstig, dennoch wirkt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier stellenweise unausgewogen. Für eher einfache Zutaten wie ein paar Kartoffeln oder Champignons über 7 € zu verlangen, erscheint recht hoch angesetzt. Besonders negativ fällt der Nachtisch auf: 9 € für drei Churros (also 3 € pro Stück) sind aus meiner Sicht deutlich zu teuer und stehen in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zur Portion.

Wir waren letztes Wochenende dort und haben Gegrillte Aubergine mit Rinderhackfleisch, Gambas Al Ajillo und Hähnchenfilet-Streifen bestellt, dazu Weißwein. Obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten, hat sich das Personal bemüht, trotzdem einen Platz für uns zu finden. Alle Gerichte waren wirklich sehr lecker und gut zubereitet, und auch der Weißwein hat gut gepasst. Das Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch die Preise fanden wir für die Qualität absolut passend. Ich kann das Restaurant auf jeden Fall empfehlen – es ist definitiv einen Besuch wert ✨

Wir hatten Glück und haben am Samstagabend noch einen Tisch bekommen. Eine Reservierung ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Hunde sind ebenfalls erlaubt. Man wird nicht hungrig gelassen, bis das Essen serviert wird. Es gibt eine kostenlose Vorspeisenplatte.

Obwohl es sehr voll war, war das Personal freundlich. Ich empfehle die gegrillten schwarzen Tigergarnelen.

Wenn die Schinken/Käseplatte das Leckerste des Abends ist, läuft Etwas schief. Wir hatten uns auf einen Abend mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre und leckeren Tapas gefreut, wurden jedoch enttäuscht. Bei dem stolzen Preis der kleinen Portionen haben wir einen aufregenden Geschmack erwartet. Dem war leider nicht so. Das deseo scheitert an dem Versuch klassisch, spanische Tapas modern abzuwandeln. Hierbei fehlt es an der Qualität der Zutaten, einer guten Würzung und Kreativität. Wir gehen gerne gut und teuer essen, das war jedoch nur teuer.

Mal wieder Tapas genießen - ja, quite nice. Leckerer Wein und ein sehr freundlicher Service - passt!

Das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet und das Ambiente des Lokals hat uns gefallen. Leider konnten wir nach dem Servieren des Essens keine weiteren Getränke mehr bestellen, da der Service an diesem Punkt eingestellt wurde. Außerdem mussten wir trotz pünktlichem Eintreffen zur Öffnungszeit etwa 45 Minuten auf unser Essen warten, was etwas lang war. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Besuch mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten beim Service. Wir kommen wieder!

I was sent away at 9:50 PM today on Saturday because, according to the waitress, the kitchen was already closing. So why are you open until 11 PM if you can't serve any guests? It's a shame.

A wonderful tapas restaurant with super fresh and delicious food, a wide selection of tapas, drinks, and cocktails. The ambiance is cozy and inviting. The service deserves special mention – an incredibly kind, open-minded, and warm lady who made the evening perfect. You feel welcome here from the very first moment!

What a stroke of luck for us to have discovered this gem. We deliberately chose a table near the bar, even though we were told it might be a bit lively. But that's exactly what made the evening special. Linn, Kristin, and Hanna were our dream service team: attentive, warm, and full of energy. The food and wine were excellent, and the atmosphere was simply lovely. We felt completely at home at Deseo. Thank you for this evening. We will definitely be back.

It was our first time there. And we were blown away. We sat in the winter garden. The entire restaurant is cozy. The staff is amazing. A young team that is super friendly and very quick. Always attentive. Three of us could serve all the guests quickly. The restaurant was packed. Wait times were very short, and the food was incredibly delicious. The best tapas we've ever had outside of Spain. We'd love to come back.

We've been going to Deseo for years for three reasons: There are tables to suit every taste, quiet, near the bar, private rooms, high tables, and a terrace – ranging from noisy to quiet. Service: always attentive and friendly. Food: the menu doesn't change much, but given the wide selection, that's no problem. On the contrary, the quality has been very good for years. The tapas are Spanish, but lighter, more refined, and delicious.

The tapas are excellent. They come very quickly, too. The wine list offers a good selection. The staff is very attentive and friendly. It's just a bit dark inside, so book a table on the covered, sheltered terrace in summer!

A very nice location, perhaps a bit too dark in terms of lighting. There are countless tapas, including vegetarian and vegan options. You simply order several "courses," which are then placed on your table, and you help yourself to whatever you like. It's not exactly cheap, but you get really good service from very friendly staff.

A nice tapas bar with a good, large selection, including many vegan options. A tapas portion costs around ten euros. That's not cheap, but the quality is good. We really enjoyed the octopus and the salmon fillet. Other dishes, like the fried shrimp, were more "average."

We had dinner at this place and were quite disappointed. The service was poor — we ordered craft beer, but they brought bottled beer instead and didn’t even offer an apology. The gambas al ajillo came with only five pieces, which was far from what you’d expect for a main dish. We definitely won’t be coming back

Everything is good and tasty but unfortunately it has become way too expensive for what you get. 4 bacon-wrapped dates for almost €10. Unfortunately, prices are not in proportion. But otherwise very tasty.

Disappointing food – overpriced Unfortunately the food was a disappointment. My tuna steak was miserable - completely overpriced at €15 per 100g. The tapas weren't bad either, but definitely not worth the money. Positive: nice waiters, good atmosphere and nice location. But it's the food that counts - and unfortunately it wasn't good. No recommendation.

Overall all the Tapas were good. The price was ok, slightly high, but ok. Pannacotta with warm berry sauce was too sweet. It'd been much better if the sauce was less and more Pannacotta. But for sweet tooth, it's good, I guess? The staff was friendly and active but they didn't notice the customers. We waited quite long for them to notice us. The setting was great, with a lovely fansy and a romantic atmosphere. But in the glasshouse, the corner area gets cold, we needed more blanket.

Das Deseo bietet eine wunderbare Kombination aus leckeren Tapas und super Service zu moderaten Preisen. Die Gerichte sind kreativ, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch das Ambiente ist angenehm und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Mir persönlich war die Aufmachung des Essen und der Location etwas zu clean (Aufmachung), mir fehlte das Gewisse etwas. Alles in allem war es ein rundum gelungener Abend!

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise to us, having tried other tapas restaurants in Hamburg and generally being underwhelmed. Deseo is different - the quality of the food is very good, and some of the dishes quite innovative (for instance the goat cheese potatoe gratin or red beet with goat cheese carpaccio). The menu is very extensive with many vegetarian and vegan options, probably among the best selections we have seen in Hamburg. We tried six different dishes and were very pleased with them all. The staff is friendly but probably not among the most attentive we have experienced. It never became an issue during our dinner but to be fair in rating Deseo vs. other good restaurants this is an area of improvement opportunity. All in all this was a great experience and we will come back.

We hadn't been to Deseo for a while and were once again thrilled. Spontaneously got a table outside, great service all evening and really tasty tapas. We tested two new dishes: the fried calamaretti and the baked broccoli with Serrano. The calamaretti are our new favorite. We can also highly recommend the Vinho Verde.

So far the best Spanish tapas restaurant in Hamburg, you will not be disappointed. The wine list is very interesting and the options and attention are worth it. It is usually very full, so a reservation is necessary. Likewise, I recommend going at night, if you want to enjoy it with family or friends. That's not cheap though.

Hello, we had dinner there at the weekend. The store was very busy, which was very good. We had to wait a bit for our table, but that was fine. The service was good and the food tasted good. There is a large selection of delicious tappas. The drinks are good too. Unfortunately, the shop is only open until 11 p.m. and the kitchen is only open until 10 p.m. Therefore a star deduction.

Nice tapas restaurant. There were three of us and we had lots of small delicacies. Everything was appealing and very tasty. We had a colorful selection of everything and were very satisfied. The price was okay for Eppendorf, but the three of us had €135 on the clock. However, dessert for the birthday child was on the house. Very nice thank you very much. Small point of criticism: the inside of the shop is very dark when you come in. But you quickly get used to it and the atmosphere itself is nice.

One of the best tapas restaurants I've ever been to. Amazing. First a little suspicious because of the quite large menu, but all dishes were super tasty and had a great variety with them. Also, the portions are not that small. 3 make you properly full. Atmosphere outdoor is cool. Especially worth to mention: pretty techie setup overall. You can order via QR code, but no must. Pretty well organized in general. Highly Recommend! (Pricy, but really good value for the money)

Definitely the best tapas bar in Hamburg! I've been here 4-5 times and always absolutely satisfied. The food is prepared relatively quickly and usually tastes really good, I have no idea how they do it in such a large quantity. Respect! If you're unlucky, the meat is a little too tough, like my entrecôte recently, but I can ignore that because everything else is right. I recommend 3-4 tapas per person. The prices are reasonable. I've always been able to get a spot spontaneously.

Full stars! What a nice restaurant. The tapas are really, really good and sometimes a bit unusual. You can get your dates wrapped in bacon, but also, for example, baked avocado. Warm bread with aioli and olives is served as a starter. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We sat in the winter garden, with cozy light and pleasant temperatures. The chairs are super comfortable and if it gets too cold, just take the blanket that hangs over the backrest.

Tolle Auswahl an Tapas. Leider sind die Preise etwas zu hoch. Das Essen hat geschmeckt, war meiner Meinung nach etwas lasch. Aber 7-8€ für ein paar gebraten Champignons oder ein einfaches kleines spanisches Steak Omelette sind zu viel! Meinen Hunger hat das Brot und die selbstgemachte aioli und Oliven vorab gerettet. Der Wein war top!

A great tapas bar. The decor is very nice, the staff is nice, friendly and above all very attentive. The tapas are super tasty. I will eat here again!
