Pizza 🍕 this afternoon was delicious. Mom always wants to eat pizza at Basti's, she said it's the best in all of Recklinghausen. The store is an absolute disgrace! I ordered a pizza tray of salami, according to the menu from €22, extra toppings from €2. The pizza is supposedly for 4-5 people (no size specified). When it was delivered, the driver wanted €27.50 with the alleged delivery fee (which is not on the flyer!). I even tipped €2.50 because I was impressed by the taste and the friendly staff. However, when I opened the pizza I realized that I had been taken for a ride. The pizza measured 46x30cm, which gives an area of ​​1,380sqcm. This wouldn't even feed 4-5 children! The great thing, however, is that a Salami Maxi pizza with a diameter of 45cm and an area of ​​1,590 square meters (i.e. significantly more pizza) costs €17. SO I PAID OVER €10 MORE FOR LESS PIZZA! When I noticed this, I called them and asked how that could be. Had the pizza chef personally. The answer was that there are more pieces because they are cut smaller! You have to imagine that! So €10 for 12 small pieces instead of 8 large ones. But the kicker was the statement that it was my fault if I ordered the sheet metal and not the maxi. No insight, no apology. For me, that was the last order I will ever place there! Anyone who treats customers like this shouldn't be surprised by the bad recessions of recent times. P.s. I will consider taking legal action because the flyer is misleading and it is a case of fraudulent deception of customers and usury. Fortunately, this is a punishable offense in Germany :)

How can this store be so well rated? Food cannot be described, service underground. When we asked the older employee smoking in front of the door whether there was garlic sausage, we were forcefully asked whether they looked like Turks. Based on the reviews, we went in anyway. Things didn't get particularly friendlier inside. Ordered 3 pizzas + pizza rolls. The pizzas cost at least 10€ / some were higher and didn't taste good at all, the cheese is the cheapest of the cheapest, the pizza is also extremely small and to make matters worse, the dough isn't even cooked through and tastes of almost nothing, as does the tomato sauce. The gyro is extremely dry and chewy, with large chunks of fat. Apparently everything was saved on. I would have preferred to go to McDonalds.

Great, a real Italian! Pizza the way you want pizza!! BUT.....the renewed price increase is an outrage! Where electricity and food have become cheaper, such a high increase is, in my opinion, cheeky! That's why we will order a lot less and prefer to make our pizza and salads ourselves!!

My favorite pizzeria for decades. All dishes are always very tasty. The delivery driver is super personable and friendly . Even if you don't order by phone for a while, they remember the address when you give your name. The small restaurant is rustic and has a family atmosphere. Full marks.

Delicious food, everyone was very friendly, but unfortunately there was little seating. Went to see Basti again today. As always, it tasted delicious. We're always happy to come back 🍕 or we can just order one 🍕

Very tasty fresh food, there is no better pizza place in RE in this respect, but the last time the delivery service was a disaster, waiting 90 minutes for the food is simply unreasonable, especially since the phone said 50 minutes and they called again after 70 minutes to find out The driver has only now driven out, but the food was absolutely great. Great pizzeria, really Italian, family business. We really enjoy eating there, the boss prepares the pizza himself with a lot of love. The whole team is highly recommended. Upon request there is also homemade tiramisu, super tasty. The pasta dishes are also recommended.

mein Italiano um die Ecke, leckere Gerichte... es lohnt sich!!!

Die Pizza alleine ist 5 Sterne wert! Der Chef ist echt nett und sympathisch und das Essen echt super! Werde auch weiterhin hier essen oder selbst was abholen. Aber bestellen werde ich nicht mehr! Irgendwas läuft hier schief bei der Lieferung bzw. mit dem Fahrer. Ich bestellte gestern am Sonntag einmal die Nummer 36 (7.50€) und einmal die Nummer 64 (7€) und habe absichtlich nach dem Gesamtpreis gefragt, laut der netten Dame am Telefon sollten es inklusive Lieferung mit Liefergebühr 16 Euro sein. Die Pizza kommt und der Fahrer möchte 18 Euro haben. Das war nicht das Erste mal! Anscheinend nimmt der Fahrer hier gerne noch mal einen Extra Aufschlag für sich. Und das obwohl jeder Lieferant immer ein üppiges Trinkgeld von uns bekommt. Ich finde das ist eine Unverschämtheit! So etwas schädigt auf lange Sicht ein wirklich wertvolles und tolles Unternehmen. Ich empfehle dringend einen anderen Fahrer anzustellen.

War, ist und bleibt die beste Pizzeria für mich. Ich war zig Jahre wegen eines Ortswechsels nicht da und es schmeckt heute so gut wie es vor 15 Jahren + schmeckte.

Wenn wir bestellen, bestellen wir sehr gerne hier. Das Essen ist super lecker, Personal am Telefon wie auch die Fahrer sind sehr nett. Die Lieferzeiten sind selbst am Wochenende sehr schnell. Schön wäre noch eine Online-Bestellfunktion, über eine eigenen Website oder eine App z.B., muss ja nicht Lieferando sein.

Die Qualität des Essens war nicht zufriedenstellend. Pizzafahrer leider sehr unfreundlich.

Super nette Leute, immer freundlich, egal ob im Lokal oder als lieferservice. Ich kenne keine andere Pizzeria, wo Freundlichkeit so Gross geschrieben wird.

Eine sehr kleine Pizzeria mit wenigen Sitzplätzen,aber Inhabergeführt und eine sehr leckere Pizza mit frischen Zutaten. Zu erwähnen ist noch das Tiramisu einfach genial.Auch die angebotenen Nudelgerichte sind sehr schmackhaft.
