Actually, I'm a regular at Beatelle and eat there. Now the driver can't find the back of the district office. No one is responding to my inquiries anymore, and I'm left hungry. Unfortunately, I have to go somewhere else. I've never experienced anything like this before; these things happen, but not getting back to them afterward is really bad.

I ate there again yesterday and have always been very satisfied. Not yesterday, however, because despite plenty of staff, the wait times were far too long, orders were forgotten, etc. At this higher price point, I really expect more. But I'll definitely come again and hope it was just a bad day.

Wir waren am 19.4. über das italienische Buffet sehr enttäuscht. Eine sehr kleine Auswahl an Vorspeisen. Die warmen Speisen waren kalt, Gemüse nicht mehr da. Trockenes Kalbfleisch und das Lamm hat alt geschmeckt! Einziges Highlight war das Tiramisu. Service sehr freundlich und sehr gut. Aber das Essen können die Servicemitarbeiter natürlich auch nicht besser machen. Die Tage der Küche sind leider vorbei im Jan Wellem. Wettbewerb ist da und das weiß jeder Gast.

We've been waiting for over two hours. Unfortunately, this is simply not acceptable. We definitely can't recommend ordering!
