Ordered food online at 7:43 p.m. Nothing delivered until 10 p.m. What a juice shop. Hands off!!!

We ordered sushi here. Unfortunately it was a failure, it just looked good. The rice was somehow quite soggy and the makis with avocado and shrimp only contained mini pieces of shrimp, which I didn't expect. Unfortunately not a recommendation, although the salmon was quite good. The rice somehow “broken” everything, which is a shame.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the negative comments. After waiting for over 1 1/2 hours, I called to ask when the food would be delivered. They said they were sorry and it was busy and the driver would be there in 10-15 minutes. Another 40 minutes later I called again and since then no one has answered the phone and I haven't received the food either. Thank God I didn't pay in advance. I understand a lot, but I've never experienced anything like this before and I'm very, very disappointed and won't be ordering from here again.

I've been here a few times and ordered á la carte, super good quality and reasonable prices. Definitely recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We often order via the Königsushihaus website and unfortunately for the first time we are a little disappointed with the sushi we ordered! The yakitori skewers were delicious as always, but the rest was unfortunately disappointing. The rice was far too mushy and unfortunately the sushi rolls were far too thick and full of rice! Which should not be understood in the sense of: “More is better!” Unfortunately it wasn't satisfactory. But that may have been because we ordered 30 minutes before the kitchen closed. But we'll try it again to see if it was just an exception. Otherwise the delivery was quick and the delivery person was also friendly. And there was also a free Coke. But maybe we can pay attention to it again in the future. LG

Ordered sushi online, email says 70min delivery time. Well, but ok. After 1.5 hours I called and said the driver had just left. Called again 20 minutes later and was assured that he had really left now. After 2.15 hours there is still nothing. If you can't deliver, don't take orders instead of lying to customers! Never this store again...

We always order here for pickup. Always works on time and flawlessly. In my opinion the best sushi in Bergisch Gladbach. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I can only say something about the sushi, but it's really, really good. Best around here. If there's anything else I could wish for there, it would be recycled packaging for the delivery service. Otherwise everything was great.

We ordered from Lieferando and the food was very bad. The sushi tasted like fries and fell apart when I ate it. The rice and chicken were very tasteless, the noodles didn't taste good at all, the sauce was bad and very salty. The service is a 10/10 the people are nice and provided cutlery when asked. The delivery person was also very polite, but the food really wasn't tasty.

Order sushi on your own homepage on the public holiday at opening time at 12:00 p.m., at the earliest possible delivery time. A confirmation email for the order didn't arrive until around 3:00 p.m., stating that our sushi would be delivered at 4:00 p.m. There was no apology for the late email or an inquiry as to whether the product was still wanted. The times seem to be very inaccurate and hours can sometimes turn into days or weeks until the order is delivered. I couldn't reach anyone by phone either. Tip: Don't pay in advance and it's best to order from the competition, they have delivered in the meantime and were very friendly and accommodating!

The best sushi in the Bergisch Gladbach City area! We always pick up the sushi we order ourselves, usually with a 15-25 minute wait, but this is announced when we order. The selection of suhsi is good and the creations are refined with appropriate sauces, roasted onions, etc. Our sushi has always been fresh and very tasty. It's also great that you can have it fried if you wish. I wouldn't eat there because it doesn't seem that comfortable to us personally. Then rather togo :) The prices are absolutely right!

The best sushi shop in Bergisch Gladbach and the surrounding area! We only order from König Sushi Haus. Price-performance ratio is great, delivery is very quick even on weekends and the food tastes incredibly good!

Einfach schlecht, Steak teriyaki einfach trocken und durch, ebenso das Lachs terjiaki trocken und durch. Die wartezeit am Sonntag ebenso 1,5 Stunden. Für 37 Euro einfach zu viel und zu schlecht. Danke Nein

Chicken Teriyaki - die Soße war komplett aus der Packung in die Box des Fahrers ausgelaufen. Fleisch ungenießbar und wie Gummi. Sushi laut Mitbesteller sehr gut.

Absolut bestes Sushi im rheinisch bergischen kreis! Der Fisch kommt jeden Tag frisch vom Großmarkt, sowas findet man hier wirklich selten. 100% Empfehlung!

Wir bestellen dort regelmäßig zum abholen. Super nette Mitarbeiter und wirklich sehr gutes Sushi. Die Wartezeit beim online bestellen und abholen Betrug heute gerade einmal 12 Minuten.

Alles was wir hier bisher hatten, Sushi und Japanische Nudeln, war außerordentlich lecker und frisch zubereitet. Nicht nett zum Sitzen, aber als Take Away einfach fantastisches Essen.

Ich esse eigentlich kein Fisch und vorallem kein sushi. Meine Frau ist verrückt nachdem Laden. Und ab und zu esse ich bisschen mit und sogar ich finde die gebratene 🍣 lecker
