For our taste, this is a very stylish bar, beautifully designed with great colors, interior, and lighting. We like this style. Unfortunately, I'm not a gin drinker, but the selection is huge. It's a gin bar, after all. We ordered burgers medium and got them medium, perfect. The waitress was very attentive, polite, and friendly, and she also liked to have a bit of fun. All in all, we have nothing to complain about. We'd love to come back next time we're in Hanover. Keep up the good work, guys.

We went there very spontaneously on a Saturday evening and were very lucky to get a table. We were very pleasantly surprised and will be coming back more often in the future. The burgers with the freshly ground peppers were fantastic! The two waitresses welcomed us warmly and ensured we had a relaxed evening. Definitely try the Gin of the Month if you're looking to try something new.

Looks like a hole in the wall, and didn’t expect much, but the food is amazing. I had the striploin steak, served with herbed butter. Mouth watering. Followed by crème brûlée, which was perfect. I sampled some local gin, on ice, as recommended by the bartender after some discussion, and ordered another. Quiet atmosphere to just tuck away in the corner and enjoy life. (Ignore my price per person as I had a few gins.)

Highly recommended! Great, informal service. Very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. Not your usual one-size-fits-all burgers, but rather unique burger recipes. Something completely different. And all at reasonable prices! Since we were there on a warm summer day, we sat outside. I didn't find the ambiance very comfortable, with a wobbly table and a tubular steel chair without a cushion. The interior of the restaurant, on the other hand, looked totally stylish and cozy. Next time, we'll definitely look for a table inside. If you're looking for a different kind of burger, you should go to Curry Culum.

We (2 adults + toddler) are staying overnight in Hanover and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat near our hotel. The welcome was incredibly warm. Even though we ordered takeout, we were offered a seat. When the little one wanted my Aperol, the absolutely fantastic waitresses made him a mini Aperol just like mom would (without alcohol, of course ☺️). We were only there for a short time, but the absolutely warm welcome from start to finish left a lasting impression! (The food, by the way, was also truly fantastic!!! The ambiance was great and the seating was super comfortable! It was quick, too. Simply perfect!) I'd love to exceed the star rating here, because 5 stars isn't enough!

Today (July 22nd) I went to Curry Culum with my girlfriend for the first time, and upon entering the shop, I was immediately impressed by how good it looks. It's beautifully decorated, and it immediately creates an atmosphere of fine dining. The second positive thing after entering the shop was the super warm and friendly welcome from the blonde-haired lady. That first impression simply gives you a great feeling as a guest. --- We ordered two burgers, which we shared. They came with a portion of Belgian fries, a coleslaw, and a raspberry mayonnaise dip. When ordering, we were asked for the doneness. We opted for medium. The burgers weren't cooked medium, but that wasn't a big deal for us, as the meat was still super juicy and incredibly delicious. It's rare to get such delicious meat on a burger. The doneness wasn't a reason for complaint for me, as the entire product was still very tasty. The bacon was nicely crispy, the crispy fresh salad, and the brioche buns had a nice touch of heat and toasted flavors. We really enjoyed the sauces on the burgers. However, there was too much sauce in places. Especially on the goat cheese burger, there was too much fig sauce on a quarter of the burger. That was more like a French breakfast. In my opinion, the pairing of savory cheese and sweet sauce should always be balanced so that the overall product remains savory. The Belgian fries with raspberry mayo were unfortunately not good. The fries were either salted or barely salted after frying. There was salt on the table, which we used, but isn't that the same as dipping the fries in a bowl of salt and possibly seasoning after frying? The raspberry mayo was too much. It tasted like Der Große Bauer raspberry yogurt. I ordered another sauce (habanero mayo). It was quite spicy and had a pleasant garlicky flavor. Super delicious! We then tried it with the raspberry mayo, and suddenly that one was pretty good too. With more mayo, garlic, and a bit of spice, it was really good. On its own, though, it was a total no-go. We liked the coleslaw, but it could have had a pinch more of everything. Maybe it just seemed that way to us because the fries were supposed to cover the salt content. --- The brunette waitress who served us was friendly, but should have been more attentive. Unfortunately, the cutlery and napkins were forgotten, and during the meal, no one asked if everything was okay. The question only came at the end, when all the plates were already empty and cleared away. It's a shame, since there were only four other tables in the restaurant when we were eating. --- Conclusion: Curri Culum is a beautiful restaurant that places great emphasis on quality in its products. You can tell when you see your plate. Everyone makes mistakes, and I'm not at all angry or disappointed that not everything was perfect. I'll definitely be back, probably very soon, because there are still some items on the menu that interest me. What definitely kept the overall impression high was the friendly lady at the very beginning. If the staff here weren't so cheerful, coupled with other faux pas, you might consider not coming back. So please keep up the good work, and see you soon!

A very pleasant surprise. A quality burger at an affordable price.

We stopped in for dinner relatively spontaneously and managed to get a table for 6 people, despite it being a Friday night. (Conveniently, everyone else wanted to sit outside...) The extremely friendly and communicative staff, a lovely atmosphere, delicious burgers and fries, and extremely tasty drinks (EVERYONE loved the homemade mint lemonade) made for a perfect evening. This won't be our last visit, thank you for your hospitality!

Extremely delicious (burgers cooked medium as ordered, and they even ask you about it when you order!), extremely friendly staff, and the prices for the burgers are totally OK considering the excellent quality (to be fair, I was invited, so the price below isn't accurate; but as a rough estimate: a really good burger plus a Coke costs around €17.00/€18.00). Oh, it was lovely with you. After a straightforward reservation, we received an incredibly warm welcome. It was like being part of the family. The service was always super attentive, never intrusive. Absolutely fantastic 👍 The Sarti Spritz was just right, and the beer was nice and cold – perfect! You could really enjoy the drinks outside, too. The "Rock" burger was really delicious, and the fries, which you can order separately, were also very good. The menu focuses on a few dishes – that's a testament to its freshness! I'll be back :)

Very bad employees. I spoke to someone on the phone today who yelled at me on the phone. It was about me buying a voucher for my girlfriend for her birthday. Firstly, it seemed very strange to me that the voucher was only valid for half a year. Then my friend called there to reserve a spot. Then they said there were no more places. My friend was shocked to find that the voucher was only valid for a few days. Then she suggested to the operator that she could pick up the food to take away. The answer was that the voucher was not intended for that. That doesn't make a good impression on me, I couldn't imagine that a restaurant could be so fraudulent and unaccommodating and I called again to ask if that was true. I had a very unfriendly, dubious person on the phone who last wrote to me on the phone. I've never experienced anything like that. I specifically suggested that she could pick up the food like that and that would have solved the problem. In my opinion, a scammer...

Very tasty food and modern atmosphere. The service was also very friendly. Unfortunately, there was only one situation that was incomprehensible: We asked if the very loud music could be turned down a little because it was difficult to hold a conversation. This was vigorously denied on the grounds that "the store was immediately packed and you wouldn't be able to hear the music with all the chatter." We were there from 6:30 to 7:30 and were the only ones with 2 other people... why not just turn the music down a bit and then turn it up again when it gets really crowded if the music seems to be so important. Except for this situation, everything was great!

The BEST Burger & Gin shop in all of Hanover, undisputed. Ordering took less than 5 minutes, great staff who know their stuff. The raspberry mint iced tea is one of the best drinks I've had the pleasure of trying in recent years. If you have the opportunity, DEFINITELY try it. This shop is second to none. There is no better burger anywhere for an unbeatable price. It is also a family business, which adds to the charm. 10/10, always happy. Super tasty.

We had a wonderful visit to this restaurant this evening. The ambience was very pleasant and stylish, and the service was extremely attentive and friendly. What should be particularly highlighted is the quality of the food - everything was excellently prepared and tasted delicious. A small point of criticism: fresh steak pepper should have been served with the steak, which in our opinion is part of it. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant that we would happily visit again!

The Cheese had little to no flavor for us and the seating area of ​​the chairs is very close to the height of the table. All burgers on the menu are available as a veggie version. Our answer to the initial question: Yes, bacon and peanut butter are a great combination on a burger - you have to try it! The staff are super friendly and provide excellent advice on the gin selection. Then the burger came – and it was simply perfect. Juicy, grilled to perfection and topped with really good ingredients. The side dishes, especially the crispy fries, were also a highlight. All in all, an all-round successful experience in which everything was really thought of: quality, taste and service – simply top! The store looks great and well-maintained from the outside. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted, we were immediately assigned a seat and given the cards. Inside, the well-maintained image from the outside continues positively, as expected. You can sit in peace in a raised rear area or downstairs. The best thing was that the open kitchen meant we could see exactly when and how our food was being prepared. All the employees clearly put a lot of effort into the dishes and customer service - which you can clearly feel and taste. I was amazed that just by looking at the menu you could tell that regional meat was used, which is not entirely natural given the size of the shop. Even the bread roll is made specifically for the store - regionally, of course. It's also great that gloves are always worn during preparation. The owner took advantage of a short break to speak to us personally to inquire about our satisfaction. He definitely stands out from the crowd, is very self-critical and almost perfectionist when it comes to preparation. We decided on 3 different burgers with different side dishes so that we had a large selection and options to compare. Really everyone was full and more than absolutely satisfied with the food. About the drinks: In addition to still water, we had an “Inge”, the bitter-spicy version of Hugo - with ginger. Incredibly delicious! The drinks came less than 4 minutes after ordering. About the food: “The Greek” and “The Rock” promised a lot and delivered on it. Mega juicy, freshly processed meat served medium rare, the bun toasted, the sauces supporting the taste but not too dominant, the cheese hot and completely melted. In short: a dream. The Patato. Chips were incredibly crispy and the chili mayo was a great dip. The food also came very quickly after ordering. We can't find a single shred of criticism and we recommend it unreservedly!

2024-07-30. Glad they had the kitchen open as it was late and we were hungry. Ordered a Sou Louis burger (€12.50) which tasted great! Juicy and good, but would have liked some more fries and dip. Super lovely atmosphere on the outdoor terrace during the evening and the staff were nice and had good service. A strong four, close to five in rating. Can really recommend this restaurant.

Greek burgers. In terms of price, a lot comes to around €24 together with a drink and side dishes But it's already standard at Premium Burger. But the quality was perfect and a Greek burger with feta filling was new to me and very tasty! Burger is bigger than it looks in the pictures (300g meat) 🍖 🤤
