Fantastisches Menü, überraschend, tolle Qualität, sehr guter Service und die beste Aussicht von Stuttgart! Wir kommen wieder!

Wie immer fantastisch. TOP Service, aufmerksam, freudlich, zuvorkommend... Küche auch wie immer sensationell. Tolles Erlebnis über den Dächern vom Schloßplatz.

Nach einem Ausstellungsbesuch haben wir im Cube abends ein Menü gespeist. Zur Planung des Besuches wurde meine Kredikartennummer verlangt, das war nicht neu, ist aber immer wieder mit Unmut verbunden. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, dafür 5 Sterne. Die Menüvariationen waren übersichtlich, mit vegetarischen Kombinationsmöglichkeiten.Es schmeckte sehr gut, jedoch ohne gab es nicht den „ Kick“ , der Freude und ein kleines Glücksgefühl bei dem hochpreisigem Essen auf den Teller zaubert. Die Hintergrundmusik passte leider nicht zum Niveau der Speisen, immerhin war die Lautstärke so, dass es immer wieder gelang, den monotonen Beat zu ignorieren. Die netten Kellner legten eine 2. Playlist auf, die sich leider nicht unterschied- warum macht man das? Immerhin gab es auf der Toilette Vogelgezwitscher vom Band- dafür nochmals 5 Sterne!

Birthday dinner in the Cube, great atmosphere, everyone was very friendly and attentive, the food was excellent and the seat in the first row was simply a hit. Thank you, we'll be back.

Everything was very perfect as far as the food and the people were concerned - we had a table in the second floor, which was quite loud and the atmosphere wasn't exactly romantic - we wanted to celebrate a birthday - not ideal for that

Service is ok. Food is fine. Be prepared to have tons of people just outside the restaurant glass wall to see the view. It's like eating in a fish bowl.

In advance, thank you very much for the wonderful evening. The ambience impresses with its modern, purist elegance and the attached bar creates a cozy feeling that invites you to arrive and linger. After a fantastic aperitif, you can choose between menu or a la carte. While you gaze over Stuttgart, you can enjoy culinary hours here that you won't soon forget. It is a refreshingly intensive journey through different, partly Asian-combined flavors, characterized by great textures that tempt you to enjoy and make you want more. Thanks to the balanced wine list and wine accompaniment that can also be ordered for the menu, no wish is left unfulfilled The service and the cuisine impressed us over 4 courses. We were able to enjoy it to the fullest, we will definitely be back!! Really thank you again for the great food combined with great service!!!

Nette Atmosphäre, toller Ausblick auf die Stadt, sehr gute Küche, sehr aufmerksames und freundlichliches Personal. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Temperatur. Für mein Empfinden war es in dem Raum zu kalt, sodass sich keine echte Entspannung einstellte.

The music was too loud for us and we couldn't have a good conversation. The 5-course menu was excellent and the wine pairing ordered with it rounded off the meal perfectly. The service was very courteous and provided sufficient explanations about the food and wine. For me personally, as described above, it is too loud for a well-maintained menu, I just prefer quiet background music. Unfortunately, since we didn't have a table with a view, we couldn't enjoy it...

Tolles Ambiente im Kunstmuseum am Schlossplatz mit sensationellen Blick. Auswahl an Speisen ist sehr schön, es werden auch Menüs mit passender Weinbegleitung angeboten. Preise gehoben. Sehr sympathischer, nicht aufgesetzt, freundlicher Service. Qualität und Optik des Essens ist außergewöhnlich gut. Das einzig Negative dieses schönen Samstagabends war, dass wir um 20.50 Uhr gebeten wurden, vom Tisch in die Lounge zu wechseln. Das ist für ein Restaurant auf diesem Niveau unpassend.

Nice restaurant and good food, although a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, despite making a reservation and confirmation early, we didn't get a window seat, which was a shame!

Food good, but portions really too small

Sophisticated atmosphere - gourmet quality food. One of the few restaurants in Stuttgart with a modern, international flair.

My partner gave me a dinner evening at the Cube for my anniversary - we were looked after by David throughout the evening and received wonderful advice. After deciding on the 4 courses, we decided on the non-alcoholic wine accompaniment from Haus Geiger - we received great advice on the wines - which matched our courses wonderfully. The food was first class and it was just fun to be presented with so much enjoyment. We would definitely come back and hope to have such an accommodating waiter again!

Visited the CUBE for the first time today. The service was perfect and very friendly. The food was well prepared and very digestible. The view of the Schlossplatz in our beloved Stuttgart is very beautiful from up there.

We both had 5 course meals, vegetarian and with meat. The level was okay, in some places the flavors were too mixed for me. There were great flavors, but I would have preferred less and a concentration on the essentials. I liked the degree of doneness and the taste of the beef, but there was always a burnt fat note. The wine accompaniment had its ups and downs, full-bodied flavors with the main course were the highlight, but the downright watery Beerenauslese with dessert was disappointing. The service changed wildly, but was slightly rude when I ordered when I wanted an alternative to crustaceans and shellfish. Nice view of the city at night, but the music blasted quite loudly into the ear canal. It was okay, but in the price range, there are certainly better options with compromises on the location.

Amazing view, good service, extremely tasty food, soooo well balanced and in a normal portions! Absolutely must visit in Stuttgart!

Gourmet in copied. Cube was probably somewhere else with the star chef and then the realization: We can do that too! (billing). True to the old principle "everything on the bill, nothing on the plate", printed menus, bread, refreshing towels,... are billed separately. Dear Rauschenbergers, please make sure that there will also be a cloakroom fee in 2025, otherwise the picture is somehow not consistent. Nice staff, great view.

This was our third time at the Cube as part of the New Year's dinner with the GmbH. The location is of course sensational. Great view over Schlossplatz and the slopes up to the television tower. My main course was delicious. The starters were OK. The aperitifs take some getting used to. In my opinion, the kitchen should add a little more variety to the menu and offer a few unconventional dishes away from the mainstream. A little change would be good here: less frills, but more substance in terms of taste. The service was okay, but could have been more attentive here and there.

Our visit to the Cube Restaurant was a completely successful experience. The dishes were perfectly balanced, tasted a real highlight and were prepared with great attention to detail. The modern, stylish ambience and the pleasant atmosphere rounded off the evening perfectly. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service – warm, attentive and always professional. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. A visit that was exciting in every respect – we will definitely be back!

Our visit was wonderful. Here you get a menu that has these typical small but exciting details. A dollop of sauce here, an unexpected flavor there. The service is attentive, gets things out of the kitchen at the same time and remembers smaller requests. Only the knowledge of the menu and wines could be a little more pronounced. The ambience is modern, tidy and with a view up the vineyards. Conclusion: If you want to spend a little money for a special evening, this is a bank.

Top restaurant in Stuttgart city center. Nice service, top food and a great view

Friendly reception, lighting concept, not entirely convincing, too dark for older people, I needed the flashlight on my smartphone to read the wine list. In our opinion, the first course of the menu was too neutral in taste, but the quality gradually improved. Overall, a harmonious menu with matching predominantly regional wine accompaniment. Would love to come back.

Wir kamen hierher zur Feier unseres Hochzeitstages. Die Aussicht dieser Lokalität ist einzigartig mit dem Blick auf den Schlossplatz und die herrliche Hanglage Stuttgarts dahinter. Das Essen war durch alle drei Gänge einfach großartig - das Dessert "Mojito von der Marille" war ein Traum und das Pünktchen auf dem i des wunderbaren Genusserlebnisses. Hier hat wirklich ALLES gestimmt! Wir werden wieder kommen - waren in der Vergangenheit aber auch schon hier. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre, dass es etwas kühl war. Aber durch die köstlichen Speisen habe ich das dann nicht mehr wahrgenommen.

Fantastic, exquisite, wonderful cuisine, attentive and very friendly staff… if you haven't been to the Cube yet, you should do so as soon as possible!

Wunderbar entspanntes Abendessen mit Familie und Freunden (6 Personen): Kleine aber feine Karte, sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer aber dabei unaufdringlicher Service, Qualität der Speisen entsprach voll unseren (hohen) Erwartungen - und: Einfach eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre (wir hatten einen Tisch am Fenster mit Blick auf den nächtlichen Schloßplatz). Gerne wieder … .

We went there with friends just before Christmas and enjoyed the menu. Very happy to give 5 stars plus for ambience, service, atmosphere and food. A dream!

Everything was TOP :) including a view over Stuttgart

We were at the Cube on New Year's Eve. Another reviewer has already complained about the long waiting time in the cold. We also had to wait 20 minutes in the cold, which simply needs to be solved better. That was very annoying. The ambience in the Cube was like a canteen, a very large and therefore noisy room. The view is really great. The food was good, what bothered me was that the dishes arrived at the table lukewarm at best. At an event like this with a set menu, it should be possible to serve the food warm. The amount of food was also manageable. These are two criticisms that you hear very often from people who have eaten at the Cube. The dessert was an absolute disappointment for me. We agreed with our table neighbors that the pre-dessert didn't taste good at all, and the main dessert was boring and of course a mini portion. We won't be eating at the Cube anymore, you can have really great food in Stuttgart for over 500 euros. My tip: Delice. Then you'll get full. All in all, the New Year's Eve menu was okay, but nothing more. It wasn't worth the money.

Solid high end dining with a great view. What's not to love?

Prices a bit too high, service from the waiter was very good. However, the lady at reception was relatively rude and we didn't feel completely welcome. Hence the two stars deducted from the rating.

For the amount of food and the tasteless preparation, 1 star is still too much. The attached picture with food costs €35... the sauce looks like dishwashing liquid. The woman at reception seemed very unfriendly. Not recommended.

When we come to Stuttgart, we like to stop by the Cube and have never been disappointed. Simply cool location with great service and excellent cuisine, thank you very much!

Food was fantastic. Of course super upscale and therefore very high price segment. We also had a great spot and sat right at the glass front. Unfortunately, it was a bit drafty in winter due to the ventilation slots. But everything else was great.

Great event, relaxed atmosphere The entrance could be improved. We had to wait about 25 minutes in the cold for it to open. The description said the aperitif started at 6 p.m., but actually access to the building didn't open until 6 p.m. Waiting was very uncomfortable in evening clothes. However, the rest of the evening was very nice, so that the starting problems faded into the background. The further you sit towards the window, the cooler it gets. It is therefore advisable not to dress too loosely.

We had dinner at the Cube yesterday. The location is fantastic, of course, with a great view on the Schlossplatz. But even better - unexpectedly good - was the food. We selected the bouillabaise and scallop as starter followed by altantic cod and guinea fowl, respectively. The food was wonderful, really something special, the service great => perfect evening.

Exceptional food above the rooftops of Stuttgart.

The atmosphere was nice, even if the restaurant was a bit cool. The service was friendly, the food was very tasty. Unfortunately, the portions were really small and the prices were really high, which is why I rate the price-performance ratio as not good. With a starter and a main course, as well as two glasses of wine per person, we paid 100 euros per person and were not completely full. That's a shame, because you actually expect more for this price.

The dishes are pleasant and beautifully presented, but not exceptional from a culinary point of view. It's certainly tasty, but not something that will stay with you for long. The staff are friendly and professional, although service can be a little slower on busy evenings. However, this is made up for by the politeness and attentiveness of the team. Top food and service with a fantastic view

The spicy Thai soup and the guinea fowl were world class. Variety on the wine list, with offerings from local winemakers.

If you have made a reservation online, including providing your credit card, and nothing can be found in the system on site, it is quite unpleasant. The statement about the supposedly last free table, that if we were to get a table at all, it would only be that, is an impertinence In addition, some tables were not occupied that evening. The food was very good.

Very nice restaurant in an urban style with a wonderful view over Stuttgart city center. In my opinion, reservations are necessary. We had a very good (not spicy) Thai soup, an excellent guinea fowl breast and a wonderful warm chocolate cake that you could happily eat two or three of if there was still room in your stomach.

The two of us went to the Cube Restaurant in Stuttgart and had a pleasant evening. The location impresses with its modern architecture and a great view - definitely something special. The food was of high quality and tasted very well. The presentation of the dishes was attractive and the service was friendly and attentive. At €200 for two, the Cube is certainly in the upper price range, but the quality of the food and the special ambience largely justify this. Overall, a nice experience for a special occasion, even if it's not exactly cheap.

The food was super tasty, the portions weren't very big as usual. The ambience is perfect for events such as Christmas parties or other larger events.

Unfortunately, the concept and the service did not convince me. We wanted to try this restaurant and when we walked in we found the atmosphere absolutely uninviting. For the "fine dining" atmosphere that the Cube wants to create, it seemed too much like a kind of "trade fair restaurant" to me. The service, which is a big part of restaurants in this price range, was unfortunately really not good. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my aperitif and only received it when I asked. At that time, however, my companion's drink and greetings from the kitchen arrived. The table next to us was free and the bench was used as a shelf for menus and napkins. Unfortunately, that's not possible for a fancy restaurant. During the payment process we also had to wait almost 15 minutes for the bill. The taste of the food was very good and you could tell that the ingredients were high quality. However, I don't think the price-performance ratio is suitable. I'm happy to pay a little more, but the ambience and service have to be really good and give me a nice evening. For the money, basic service etiquette was ignored. I think I won't visit the Cube in Stuttgart again.

We had our 5th company anniversary there. I really liked this place. Food, drinks and service were excellent!

By the way! The service is much to be desired…Michico! The watery chocolate! No pies…we went for coffee and it felt like we were disrupting the team meeting!! Disappointing experience!

Nice atmosphere with a view of the castle square. Service is very good and the food is good too. It's quite expensive, but also justified. The style of the restaurant was still too simple for me, so a point was deducted.

You can easily reserve a table online. Great ambience and view of the roofs of Stuttgart. All employees are friendly. Excellent service and delicious food.

Spent a chill and delicious November dinner here, while on a work trip. Definitely recommended. Food was high quality and tastes were superb. Great environment too.

The location in this museum on the top floor is really very nice with a beautiful view. Unfortunately we didn't get a window seat, but I was told when we made the reservation that this couldn't be guaranteed. The cocktails and dessert tasted really good. So in general we were very satisfied.

Insgesamt ein wundervolles Erlebnis. Ich war auf der Suche nach etwas Besonderem, um meinen Jahrestag mit meiner Frau zu feiern, und ich denke, ich habe die beste Wahl für diesen Anlass getroffen. Neben der wunderbaren Aussicht und dem kulinarischen Erlebnis bietet dieses Restaurant auch ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente für einen romantischen Abend. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The food in the restaurant was quite good. However, the overall price-performance ratio is not. The service is friendly, a bit inexperienced in parts. You don't serve a badly poured beer to a guest's table. The aperitif on the special menu (all around 15 EUR!) tasted subterranean and was extremely sweet. The individual dishes have a high level of taste. However, the portions are extremely minimalistic. In this respect, you need at least two courses to feel full. The guinea fowl breast was tough and gave the impression that it had been warmed up. This main course was lukewarm. The location is well furnished, but the “dark ambience” is exaggerated. It's so dark that you can hardly read the map in the evening. Small table lamps, which are standard in most restaurants today, would be helpful. The wine list is manageable and most of the wines are completely overpriced. Advice on the wine was not even offered. Conclusion: compared to other high-quality restaurants in Stuttgart, we will prefer others in the future. The view alone doesn't make the guest happy and it's too expensive. Too bad!

The food tasted great and was beautifully prepared, and the service staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The noise level in the restaurant was too high, the window table had a great view but unfortunately it was too dark and you could hardly read the menu because small LED lights would have been appropriate.

What a great fun place to eat. Upon arrival I was immediately given a table by the window with a view of the entire Schlossplatz. What a nice experience! Service was slow but very friendly and attentive. By the way, the salmon I got was perhaps the best prepared salmon ever. All in all a 100% pleasant experience. I paid 60 euros including tip. Would come back tomorrow.

Food 1A! We were late because we were getting married that day and photos etc. took longer, so I called and let them know and ordered the food over the phone. When we arrived, we were greeted by the head waitress in an absolutely rude tone, for this high level something like that is an absolute no-go!!! I wonder how this lady could become head waiter or whatever it's called... You should have another conversation with your employees, at prices of 100+ € per person, something like that should NOT happen!

The two of us spontaneously had dinner here last night. Ambiance just looks great. Nice view over Stuttgart, nice illuminated bar. We ordered 2 cocktails, 1 fl water, 2 glasses of Chardonnay, 2 x starters of shrimp carpaccio and burrata with vegetables, 2 x truffle pasta as a main course. The wine was recommended to us with the pasta, which wasn't even brought. It didn't even occur to us at first, only when we had almost finished the pasta did we ask and then it was brought to us. At the beginning there was a greeting from the kitchen, very nice, but it didn't taste good at all. It was kind of warm panna cotta with some kind of vegetable seeds, quite bitter. Then the starter came, it looked nice on the plate, but neither tasted good at all. Especially not the green tomatoes, totally bitter. Only the burrata was still ok, so you couldn't go wrong. The waiter was given our honest feedback directly, but well... he can't help it. He also wanted to try the green tomato, but nothing more came from him. The pasta with 3 truffle slices, on the other hand, was still ok, it was beautifully presented, but it was swimming in a kind of cream and butter sauce. I don't know it from Italy and other restaurants. Total €165. Price/performance just doesn't fit. We have decided not to come here anymore. There are much better restaurants like Valle.
