Grossartige Küche, Wahnsinnsambiente, klasse Service und was für eine Aussicht. Früh genug buchen, dann hat man eine Chance auf einen Fensterplatz.

Insgesamt ein wundervolles Erlebnis. Ich war auf der Suche nach etwas Besonderem, um meinen Jahrestag mit meiner Frau zu feiern, und ich denke, ich habe die beste Wahl für diesen Anlass getroffen. Neben der wunderbaren Aussicht und dem kulinarischen Erlebnis bietet dieses Restaurant auch ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente für einen romantischen Abend. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Buena comida y ambiente! Un poco pequeñas porciones pero sabrosas. Recomiendo jabalí y filete irlandés, también buratta con salat estaba bien...

Excelente servicio, selecciones de comida y vino. Teníamos el prefijo de tres platos y un vuelo de vino de tres platos. OMG. Muy recomendable.

We were only there for a drink, so no review of the food. Very nice atmosphere, nice employees!

What a great fun place to eat. Upon arrival I was immediately given a table by the window with a view of the entire Schlossplatz. What a nice experience! Service was slow but very friendly and attentive. By the way, the salmon I got was perhaps the best prepared salmon ever. All in all a 100% pleasant experience. I paid 60 euros including tip. Would come back tomorrow.

Once again we had one of the beautiful window seats with a view of the castle square - and that in sunny weather. The menu was excellent and so was the service.

The restaurant provided an amazing experience! The panoramic view of the city is simply magical and provides the perfect backdrop for your meal. The food was extremely tasty and beautifully served, quality and care could be felt in every course. The service was polite and attentive, which made the evening even more special. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Food 1A! We were late because we were getting married that day and photos etc. took longer, so I called and let them know and ordered the food over the phone. When we arrived, we were greeted by the head waitress in an absolutely rude tone, for this high level something like that is an absolute no-go!!! I wonder how this lady could become head waiter or whatever it's called... You should have another conversation with your employees, at prices of 100+ € per person, something like that should NOT happen!

The two of us spontaneously had dinner here last night. Ambiance just looks great. Nice view over Stuttgart, nice illuminated bar. We ordered 2 cocktails, 1 fl water, 2 glasses of Chardonnay, 2 x starters of shrimp carpaccio and burrata with vegetables, 2 x truffle pasta as a main course. The wine was recommended to us with the pasta, which wasn't even brought. It didn't even occur to us at first, only when we had almost finished the pasta did we ask and then it was brought to us. At the beginning there was a greeting from the kitchen, very nice, but it didn't taste good at all. It was kind of warm panna cotta with some kind of vegetable seeds, quite bitter. Then the starter came, it looked nice on the plate, but neither tasted good at all. Especially not the green tomatoes, totally bitter. Only the burrata was still ok, so you couldn't go wrong. The waiter was given our honest feedback directly, but well... he can't help it. He also wanted to try the green tomato, but nothing more came from him. The pasta with 3 truffle slices, on the other hand, was still ok, it was beautifully presented, but it was swimming in a kind of cream and butter sauce. I don't know it from Italy and other restaurants. Total €165. Price/performance just doesn't fit. We have decided not to come here anymore. There are much better restaurants like Valle.

The view was great but unfortunately, the food did not reflect the surroundings. We each got the three-course vegetarian truffle menu, in which the starter was okay, the main course was incredibly salty (the pasta was almost inedible, although the truffle foam was very nice) and the desserts were delicious (the mojito dessert was to die for!). However, with the high prices, I would expect every course to be as enjoyable as the dessert, so we were very disappointed. Also, although the waiter was friendly and funny, he was not very efficient and seemed confused - he gave us another table's bill at the end of our meal, so the manager had to run after us to get the rest of the payment as we were leaving ( we hadn't realised we paid the wrong amount as we didn't check the bill then and there). I would recommend only going there for a cocktail to enjoy the view - the apple cocktail was very tasty.

I love eating out here, every time I'm near Stuttgart for a special occasion, I like to eat here to celebrate the day. There are always updates to the menu and no matter what I ordered, I always enjoyed it, even though I'm a picky eater. You should reserve in advance. Great value for money. Food master chef. Atmosphere chic and top. Service top.

The food was great, the personal were very friendly and patient! If the restaurant had cooling system for the space, it would become more convenient! The price matches to the menu greatly! We will be there again!

We put together the menu ourselves, but would stick to the menu recommendation next time. The dishes from the menu are excellent and well thought out. Also impressive are the cocktails that come straight from the kitchen and not from the bar before the meal begins. The service is responsive and quick to respond to requests. Unfortunately, we have to say that our wine bottle was at the counter and we had to wait too often until it was finally refilled. Either the service is offered or it is not. Nevertheless, we would warmly recommend it and would like to reserve another visit to CUBE ourselves soon

Unfortunately, my visit to Café Cube was disappointing. The service was terrible, the tables were dirty and the staff seemed uninterested. The atmosphere suffered greatly and I cannot recommend the café.

Restaurant has floor to ceiling windows on 3 sides offering amazing views. While menu is pricey, food was excellent. Would recommend for a special occasion

Beautiful location with a view of the city! The food is very tasty and experimental. Unfortunately, the service is not quite at the same level as restaurants. When I was there, most of them were inexperienced, insecure and lacking in tact.

Very ingenious food, almost star level. The service is top - but - the ambience has deteriorated compared to earlier times. There was more decoration, more green. The beautiful view alone makes up for it.

wir haben letzte woche in diesem restaurant zu abend gegessen und unser gesamturteil war gut das ambiente des restaurants ist sehr angenehm und entspannend die inneneinrichtung ist modern und stilvoll aber etwas mehr beleuchtung wäre schön gewesen die kellner waren freundlich und der service war insgesamt schnell die auswahl auf der speisekarte war zufriedenstellend die gerichte die wir probiert haben waren lecker aber einige speisen waren etwas salzig die preise sind angemessen aber einige gerichte könnten etwas teuer sein wir haben keine desserts probiert aber insgesamt war unser esserlebnis positiv wir denken darüber nach wiederzukommen

Wir haben unseren Lunch im Cube sehr genossen. Alle Gerichte waren sehr lecker und sehr schön angerichtet. Ein Genuss - und dazu noch die tolle Aussicht auf den Schlossplatz und den Fernsehturm (auch abends ein wunderschöner Hintergrund für ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Essen). Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich!

We went to Cube for dinner. Very tasty food, at a Michelin restaurant level. Super nice staff, great view of the castle square. The only downside is that the evening ambience was very lacking. When you come to a restaurant like this for dinner, you expect more. At least pleasant music and a certain dress code for visitors (i.e., no sports clothes, Birkenstocks, etc.)

Nobly styled, but among other things uncomfortable cheap furniture. The food tasted good but was unfortunately accompanied by catastrophic service. The really special thing… the wonderful view!

We were here for a business lunch. The service was really excellent and friendly. The ambience is outstanding and the view is perfect. When it comes to the essentials: the dishes were outstanding and a good mix of fusion style. The prices are ambitious but keep up with the quality. We would be happy to come back.

Food great, service flop The service was very slow, no smile, not enough expertise with the wine, the waiter's clothing “doesn't fit” (shirt sleeves too short, no undershirt), aperitif was only taken after 10 minutes, food order after another 15... After my comment “We already missed her” - get the hint. No change. Very unfortunate. The kitchen deserves better service. Both the meat and veggie menus were very good. Optimization is always possible 😉

Great restaurant and very good service. Food was perfect. View was really nice. They just showed us the wrong table in the beginning (we ordered a rose and they brought us to a different table). No issue really in the great scheme of things. We don’t really have anything to criticize but instead would want to speak out a big recommendation especially because of their service and the great wine options. We gladly come again.

Great wine. Great views. The food is okay, but not wow. The waiter was not very happy with life, and also mixed up the orders. I definitely won't go there a second time.

Amazing visit again. This is our 7th time to the Cube. We had a wonderful window table for my husband’s birthday 🥳. Our meal was impeccable as was the service.

A wonderful experience. From the service to the food, everything was nothing but praiseworthy. A real must for anyone who likes to experiment. Even my wife, who is quite picky, enjoyed it, especially with the desert, something like a chocolate lava cake (I forgot the name). The view was wonderful and the dish reached absolute perfection.

Restaurant on the upper terrace of a large glass cube. The location is great, the food is delicious, and I'll note that it's just great! But there are problems with the service - they carry food for a long time, the air conditioner does not cope - it is very uncomfortable in the room. There is only one cubicle in the toilet for the large hall (it seems that there are more than a hundred seats). I do not recommend 👎.

Not so good. We expected an outstanding meal with outstanding service. However, only the prices and the service were outstanding. The restaurant seems a bit tired and feels more like a student cocktail bar. But for 50% of the price it would be worth recommending.

I've been twice, each time in the summer. On a sunny day, it is simply impossible to be in the restaurant; there are cheap fans everywhere that spoil the entire interior. There is absolutely no air, it feels like being in a sauna. perhaps in the cold season it is better there. the food is good. Beautiful view

Brilliantly done food in an excellent setting with great service. We had an amazing evening at this restaurant which faces schloßplatz. The restaurant is located in the museum building on the top floor and can be reached through an elevator accessible from the main museum doors. The reservation handling was perfect and we got a great table by the glass facade with a very nice view of the square and the city. Coming to the highlight of the evening - the food - every dish was thoughtfully made with a very good interplay of flavours and textures. For us the highlight of the evening was the beef two ways, the trout and the apricot panacotta. We chose the 5 course tasting menu and left really full. The servers were very attentive and efficient. The cons : The place is quite expensive and not kid friendly. The dishes are all evolved and not suitable for kids. Would highly recommend the place for a date night or a special occasion. They absolutely deliver.

Today I only had a small refreshment in the Cube, but it was served very nicely. I can't judge the food. Despite Sunday, hardly any guests, very relaxed atmosphere and lounge music. The service was very friendly and attentive, but at the same time reserved. Fantastic view of the city! I found it very relaxing.

Delivered the wrong dish to my friend so took my chicken away until hers was done. The skin of the chicken was soggy and the meat was dry and tough. They forgot about us for an hour while we waited for dessert which was chocolate chips thrown into a mousse, horrible. Can't believe this place is open. I guess only for the view. But the floors were dirty and the atmosphere forced.

Aussicht genial. Service sehr aufmerksam. Menukarte wirkt etwas groß und minimalistisch, eher wenig aussagekräftig. Weine gibt es in mehreren Preisklassen, wunderbar. Wir nahmen drei Gänge plus Gruß aus der Küche. Suppe war hervorragend, Jakobsmuschel für unseren Gaumen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, das Schwein entpuppte sich als Schweinbauch und war teilweise doch sehr fett. Preise für dieses Ambiente angemessen bis hoch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Essen vom Feinsten. Ambiente und Lokation super :) Service auch fast perfekt, leider wurde unser Vorspeisen Brot vergessen.

Il cibo è particolare e con degli equilibri di sapori molto ricercati. Complimenti. Il personale è gentile ma assolutamente poco preparato e non tutti parlano e capiscono bene l’inglese. Ho spiegato della mia allergia alla frutta a guscio e, nonostante lo abbia ripetuto più volte a chi mi ha portato la mise en bouche, delle nocciole erano presenti nel piatto. Per fortuna il nostro cameriere è stato pronto e mi ha fermato dal mangiarlo. Credo sia inaccettabile in un ristorante non formare le persone in tal senso. Se fosse stato solo per il cibo e la posizione avrei dato 5 stelle.

Mooi uitzicht, maar door al het glas erg warm (geen airco?). Wijnen waren top, bediening erg vriendelijk. Vier gangen waren goed, maar....de gangen kwamen erg snel achter elkaar, veel te snel. Voor deze prijzen en kwaliteit wil ik een avond genieten en niet anderhalf uur.

The location in the middle of Stuttgart with a view of the state parliament and television tower is simply ideal for enjoying a delicious dinner with a good glass of wine. The staff is very friendly across the board and offers great service. The food itself was really delicious! We will definitely come back 😉

I had dinner at the Cube for a conference. The ambience and especially the view in this restaurant are incomparable. The staff is overall very friendly and attentive. As far as the food is concerned, it is good and of high quality, but the price is definitely too expensive. Therefore, you have to decide for yourself whether the view over the Schlossplatz is worth the extra cost.

Sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service, die Gericht waren geschmacklich hervorragend, allerdings sind die Portionen doch etwas zu übersichtlich, das pullend chicen in der sehr guten Thai-Suppe hatte höchstens 10g! Der Nachttisch Moiijito mit Aprikosen ein Gedicht! Insgesamt ein tolles Restaurant im oberen Preissegment!

Die Aussicht vom Tisch aus ist nach wie vor einmalig, was aber ein hochrangiges Menü voraussetzen sollte. Die riesengrosse (ich spreche vom Papiermass) Karte gibt spärliche und nicht aussagekraeftige Hinweise für ein hochpreisiges Menü. Ich habe Menü mit Fisch gewählt, ohne zu ahnen, was mir auf dem Teller serviert wird: ein Cube aus Rohem Thunfisch serviert auf Mungolinsen (glaube ich,stand nicht auf der Karte) leider versalzen! Das beste war als Dessert Mangoeis mit Beeren (Inhalt war auch nicht auf der Karte). Leider war der Espresso zum Abschluss mehr als schwach. Die Bedienung mit Militärgang, welche sich in mitten der Gästediskussion hereinplatzte, war auch nicht mein Ding.

Das Ambiente war hervorragend, ebenso natürlich die Aussicht. Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war exquisit, insbesondere der japanische Touch der aktuellen Karte. Gerichte die toll aufeinander abgestimmt sind, nicht überall zu finden sind und die von einer sehr guten Kenntnis der japanischen Küche. Es war extrem lecker.

Super Ambiente mit einer tollen Aussicht. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und kompetent und die Speisen geschmacklich und qualitativ wirklich überzeugend.

Das Essen exzellent, Tolles Ambiente und gemütlich, Sehr gute Bedienung mit Ahnung, war rundum einfach ein tolles Abendessen.

An excellent restaurant. The location speaks for itself, approx. 20m above the Schlossplatz, despite lots of glass there is no “coolness” but a great ambience. Cozy and not overloaded. Very clean and well-equipped toilets. We ate a la carte, a fantastic meal, fresh, skillfully seasoned, the food not only provided a “flavor explosion”. The waiter, who was witty and really knew what he was bringing us and described the ingredients in an appetizing way, left no question unanswered. AND: a small voucher from 2012 was accepted without question. All in all: the performance couldn't have been better in any area!

Freundlich empfangen, kompetent beraten und sehr gut gegessen. Was will man mehr? Hoch über dem Schloßplatz fühlt man sich fast wie im Urlaub. Der asiatisch inspirierte Kalbsrücken schmeckt auch dem Schwaben vorzüglich.

Es war wunderbar. Tolle Aussicht und sehr gutes Essen. Abgerundet durch einen aufmerksamen, freundlichen, aber unaufdringlicher Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food doesn't justify the price. There were three of us and we had the same opinion. The ribbon noodles were sugared and the dim sum was smothered in foamy sauces. There was a reasonable charge for the bread, which was excellent, and the table water. The atmosphere is lively, the music is a bit loud, but the guests are interesting to watch. Overall, you eat in an impressive architecture with a lot of show, where you have to be prepared to pay too much for the food.

Ca. 80 % der in der Karte abgebildeten Speisen, werden auch als vegetarische oder vegane Variante angeboten. Geschmack der veganen Gerichte Top ! Einzige kleine Kritik, für den Preis dürfte es bei der Hauptspeise etwas mehr sein. Tischreservierung Pflicht vor allem wenn erste Reihe an der Frontscheibe, dass Ziel ist.

Since hardly any good restaurants in Stuttgart were open on Sunday, I was delighted to have discovered the Cube. The food was gorgeous with wonderful flavors. Start with excellent aperitifs, a nice greeting from the kitchen with a very delicate egg custard, finely marinated fjord trout with Black Forest miso, very tender local pork, rounded off with a dessert with Manjari chocolate. Yes, the portion sizes are not suitable for filling up after an 8-hour hike, but I go to a restaurant like this to enjoy and enjoy excellently prepared dishes in which different flavors alternate and play with each other. And that worked out perfectly. The first-class service, always present without being intrusive, is also particularly praiseworthy. Enjoying it is fun and you look forward to your next visit. The great location of this glass palace also invites you to simply enjoy a glass of wine with a wonderful view.

Meine Frau hatte das vegetarische Menu und ich wählte die Thai Suppe und Teriyaki Beef. Mit meiner Gluten Unverträglichkeit ist in Restaurants immer ein besonders hoher Vertrauenslevel notwendig. Im Cube war das überhaupt kein Thema. Der Keller war super kompetent und hat mich bestens beraten. Das Essen war super lecker, aber der Nachtisch war ein Gedicht von Gaumenschmaus, der seines Gleichen sucht. Bravo!

This was an oasis of my work-week. The restaurant is a bit tricky to find. Maybe I missed the signage in German, but it is on the fourth floor of the museum. Once you find it, the view of the Schlottplats is amazing the modern decor is inviting. The food and service are excellent. I enjoyed the five course vegetarian tasting menu. Each course was bursting with layers of flavour and the plate designs are works of art. I'm thinking of going back for lunch today!

The atmosphere with the beautiful view over Stuttgart was inviting and the service staff was friendly and attentive. However, we were very disappointed with the portion sizes of the dishes. The taste was largely excellent. An adjustment of the portion sizes would be necessary, as some visitors before us have already written here. Apparently the restaurant's answers that they take the feedback seriously are just empty words. Because despite the repeated criticism of the manageable portions in the last two years, nothing has changed here. Unfortunately, during the stay there was a constant pulling on my neck and legs, which made it uncomfortable and cold. Fair portions, so that the price-performance ratio is right and the ventilation is under control, then it would be a top address for a special and tasteful evening. Unfortunately no recommendation.
