I am truly stunned by what we were served at Café Cotidiano today. The price-performance ratio is now an absolute disgrace. For €15.90 I got a tiny, soggy bread that was soggy with the toppings and completely unappetizing - that has absolutely nothing to do with a high-quality breakfast. The children's menu was the sad highlight: a carelessly thrown scrambled egg with a dry pancake - without any effort, without taste, without attention to detail. Serving something like this to a child is truly shameful. I used to enjoy being here, but today was disappointing across the board. For these prices I expect quality, freshness and a minimum of care. Instead, you get the feeling that you're just cashing in. This is how you lose regular guests.

On Saturday morning we had to wait ~10 minutes to be seated, but that didn't bother us at all. The breakfast menu and muffins are very good. Minus point for the atmosphere in the restaurant. Two different types of music were playing at the same time, which made it difficult to eat in peace. Despite the heavy traffic, the service was efficient and you didn't have to wait long for your orders.

First the wrong burger came. OK, I'll take it. The burger was leathery. I was hungry and ate it anyway. How was the food, asks the friendly waitress? Unfortunately the burger was leathery. Yes, the cook is new. Uh. New cook not so good yet? But the full price is charged? Yes, you ate the burger. Oh! 22 euros for a burger with cola so that the cook can learn...? I chose the vegan Burger, it was good. There are some vegan options but not many. The fries were a bit salty, too much salt is not necessary since every table has one and you can add it individually. Overall was nice and the service was friendly!:)

I was recently at Cottidiano in Schwabing. This café has managed to create a relaxed atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. And the breakfast – a dream! What I particularly liked was the quality of the food. Everything was fresh and prepared with love. The croissants were buttery soft, the scrambled eggs perfect, and the coffee... divine! The service was also top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. You can tell they have a well-coordinated team at work here. And the location on Hohenzollernstrasse is, of course, super central. What I also really like is the ambiance. It's modern and stylish, yet cozy. A perfect place to start the day in a relaxed manner or simply enjoy a coffee. All in all, I highly recommend Cottidiano in Schwabing. If you're looking for a delicious breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place for you. I'll definitely be back!

Bravo🙌🏼🙌🏼First I have to highlight the super nice service. As soon as you enter you are greeted very nicely and asked whether you have reserved or not. I was there on Saturday and had a reservation. The lady who looked after us at the table was amazing. Super friendly, very attentive, as were all the service employees we dealt with. If there were 🔟 points, they would definitely deserve it. The breakfast, very tasty, you get everything, from normal scrambled eggs to the “gschwedten” 😜breakfast and everything is beautifully prepared. Thank you for the great start to the day. 🤩🙏🏼

I came here for a late dinner and managed to place my order 10 minutes before their kitchen stopped. Despite the rush, the lady staff allowed me great comfort to look through the menu before I made up my mine. I had no regrets to have the yogurt chicken bowl, which was hot, nicely tasted and in large portions. The lady staff came over twice to ask how I find my dish, and with a friendly smile. I hope to come again soon and have breakfast here.

The food and drinks were super delicious. The ambience is top notch. The staff was very polite. The soap dispensers could be a little cleaner and the avocado burger could use a little less guacamole. Otherwise great 👍🏻

We were in Munich from Freiburg on business and wanted to have a nice breakfast before driving home. We were actually aiming for a different destination, but we got lost 🤷‍♂️ We passed here and it wasn't a big deal to be lost anymore! It's very comfortable here. Staff is very friendly. We came here on a Sunday morning and didn't have a reservation. Nevertheless, after a very short wait, we got a table for breakfast. Fans of sweet and savory come here. Breakfast is definitely at your expense. The only point I could complain about would be that you sometimes have to sit very close together. In my opinion, that doesn't make a visit any less worthwhile. The food and service are definitely worth it here 😍

Too expensive for the quality of the menu.

One of the saddest and worst experiences I had as a guest at the age of 41 and that in 2024!!!! The waitress had an absolute problem with us because of our origins. We were treated like third class people. In plain German, we were literally “shit”! The lady obviously made her dislike of non-white people racist! NEVER AGAIN! Thanks for nothing

Went there for dinner with the company. Ambience was very good. Unfortunately, the staff was a bit overwhelmed by the number of people despite having booked in advance. Food wasn't for me at all but most of us enjoyed it.

Very tasty breakfast and excellent service. Beautiful decoration in the place and nice atmosphere. We had booked in advance and asked for a large table with room for a pram so that we could be comfortable with our baby and so it happened. As soon as we arrived our table was ready with plenty of room for the pram. The waitress was kind and smiling and the service was very good even though the restaurant was full! All the dishes and drinks we tried were delicious. Access to the shop is also very easy, just a few meters from the uban station. I will definitely go again.

Posh cafe in downtown Munich, more famous for brunches. If you gotta do a girl date, this is the place. It's a bit cramped inside in the winter time but still a good atmosphere. Had a nice warm gluten free brownie. Prices are as expected for this kind of real estate.

Top service, very friendly and attentive. We went for breakfast at 10am on a Saturday and only had to wait 10 minutes to get a table for 6 people. Breakfast was very tasty, a bit expensive but you get a good portion. The atmosphere is cozy and you feel comfortable.

The Cotidiano in Schwabing is only about a seven-minute walk from Münchner Freiheit, making it perfect for a leisurely breakfast or brunch nearby. We decided to stop by spontaneously as the restaurant doesn't accept reservations in the morning - but that wasn't a problem as the waiting time for a free table was pleasantly short at just under ten minutes. The service was very attentive and quick, which is by no means a given in a busy café. The atmosphere in the Cotidiano is extremely cozy and pleasant, ideal for a relaxed start to the day. As for the food: I had pancakes which were solid but nothing exceptional. The coffee was really tasty and rounded off the breakfast well. Overall, Cotidiano Schwabing is a pleasant place for a relaxed brunch with friendly service and a great atmosphere. The visit is definitely worth it, especially if you can get a seat without a long wait.

Very friendly service! We came there with 2 children between 2 and 7 and a baby. The waitress assigned us a table with plenty of space. There was a high chair and the food came very quickly. The taste of the chili was a bit bland. The drinks were delicious (non-alcoholic cocktails). The desserts were also good.

I had a big cappuccino and marinated yoghurt chicken. The portion was huge and tasted great, perfectly spiced, pricing is very reasonable.

Loved the menu, lots of healthy options, service was super nice, food was tasty and our little kids were happy too. We ate here several times during our stay in Munich and will be back next time.

We visited the Cotidiano breakfast restaurant in Munich Schwabing and were overall very satisfied. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was appealing. The Chai Latte could have been a little spicier, but the Salmon Deluxe Bagel was outstanding. All in all, a recommended breakfast experience!

He doesn't rule calmly - it's just about trying out work for a ridiculous part-time job. He gets crazy This suggests that this man is not a particularly good boss. Boy, relax because of the ridiculous 13.00 euros approx. You work on a trial basis and get a simple breakfast In terms of taste, it wasn't more suitable for the Z generation with greens..-) You definitely shouldn't do trial work because you'll be taken advantage of! People stop testing, you won't be used anymore! He is looking for personal on Ebay classifieds! better not

Cotidiano in Schwabing, I was invited to an international meeting there with some friends in the evening. The waitress Zoe welcomed us with kindness, professionalism and very good manners. She even spoke to us in multiple languages, switched from Spanish to German to English flawlessly and carried a huge amount of plates all by herself. Considering it was a very hot summer evening and the group was very mixed and not easy to manage, it really helped to lighten up and improve the evening. Many of us were impressed by her positive, energetic charisma. It is also worth mentioning that she inquired about food intolerances beforehand, that she came regularly to inform us about the status of our dishes and proactively asked whether we were satisfied; She took care of the payment in a discreet, modest but confident way, even when it was time to close the place, without rushing us. Cotidiano should be proud to have such a dedicated employee on her staff. So, for me, the atmosphere was great, the food was ok (it was tasty, but I would have liked to have had more of a GF selection), but the service was just TOP. Thanks! 🙏

Food is great but the waiting time for everything is unacceptable. 1.5 hours to just have a brunch. Getting the menus 10-15 minutes, waiting for food almost an hour, paying 5-10 minutes. Too bad cause the food was good.

We were here on Monday morning and sat on the terrace. It was quite busy and many tables were occupied. The service was very friendly. We had various sandwiches. The portions were rather small for the price of around €16. It was only one slice of bread each and none of us were full afterward, even though we shared a Sunny Crunch Bowl, so we ordered the "Tower" pancake. About €20 for 5 pancakes with sauce and a 40 minute wait. It was tasty, but we felt it was rather poor value for money. The four of us paid around €170 for breakfast

I accidentally came to eat brunch here on my last day in Munich and it was amazing! Service was not that good, a bit slow and waiters were not really friendly I felt awkward but the food OMG…I have no more pictures because my friend and I were so fast to eat that. All I know is that I took “Stramme Ziege” which is toast with goat cheese. I will be dreaming about that cheese, it was perfect! Can’t wait to eat here again.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, which contributed to a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The food was simply delicious, freshly prepared and lovingly prepared. I will definitely stop by here again – absolute recommendation!

The food was generally pretty good, however I had to wait for 40 minutes for a single portion of breakfast. I ate it in 10 minutes and had to wait another 15 minutes just so I could pay. Wouldn't recommend if you are by yourself or want to be quick.

Good place for breakfast or brunch

Today I was a customer with someone and was able to enjoy the recommended matcha. When we wanted to pay we found out that the card reader wasn't working. After waiting for a while, the device unfortunately didn't seem to be working, so I left my driver's license and went to the nearest bank. Of course everything was discussed very nicely with the service staff. I was really happy with everything and would only like to see a nice gesture from the company for the next nice customer. Unfortunately, in such situations, loud and unpleasant customers are -even- rewarded. As I said, I was happy with everything, this isn't supposed to be a real review, more of a request/suggestion (?) from a guest.

The Schwabing branch is often very full on weekends. If you're lucky, you'll get a table for breakfast. Reservation is recommended. The service is quick and friendly. The selection and quality of the food was great. Everything has its price, but overall a good location (for Saturday / Sunday brunch)

Price-performance ratio is not right. I've been there for breakfast several times and was quite satisfied. My last lunch experience was very unsatisfactory. Super small portion (yes organic meat), so I didn't feel nearly full. You were only served after a long wait!

I love it when there are great restaurants to discover “around the corner” from the hotel. The Cotidiano is one of those. Very charming service, delicious food and a pleasant feel-good atmosphere.

Ordered an iced coffee, it was delivered without a spoon, the color was purely milky. No ice cream was found when the spoon arrived. I asked where the coffee was and even got a shot. But if this is an iced coffee, you still have to practice here. Do they make it with hot coffee so it all comes together right away? Never again!
