Trotz Reservierung am Eingang bei Regen Schlange stehen. Einlass spricht kein deutsch, so wie alle Kellner nur englisch oder italienisch. Auf 2 Stunden beschränkte Aufenthaltszeit, erste Getränkebestellung konnte nach 15 Minuten aufgegeben werden, dafür kam die Vorspeise sehr (zu) schnell, war aber ok (arancini siciliani), der "Superstar" (truffle pasta) leider gar nicht, Nudeln gut, Soße leider überhaupt nicht(vermute, mit Trüffelöl gearbeitet),schlechte und alte Trüffel, unter den "frischen Trüffeln" befanden sich mehrere harte, trockene, nicht essbare Trüffelscheiben, wie die dort reingekommen sind ist das Geheimnis des Kochs. Nachspeise (Pineapple Express) war tatsächlich sehr gut. Insgesamt für die Qualität des Essens jedoch überteuert. Der Laden ist sehr stylig eingerichtet, lohnt sich für Insta-Fotos und war nicht so laut, wie befürchtet, jedoch sitzt man sehr eng an den Nachbarn. Insgesamt empfehle ich den freundlichen Italiener "um die Ecke"!

Sehr nettes Personal und die Trüffel Pasta im Käselaib absolut zu empfehlen. Leider etwas teuer.

I celebrated my 30th birthday there. Everything was perfect the night of. Staff was nice and friendly (except for the host in the entrance) and hard working (given we were a big group). The night and food was perfect, delicious and so much fun. When it was the moment to pay, they didn’t take into consideration the 725€ deposit I had already paid and charged me double. Instead of fixing it in the moment and just return it to the card I had used to pay, they said they would contact me and transfer me the money asap. This was already odd to me but I was stressed and trying to host my friends. On Monday, I had to reach them as they did not do it themselves and I did not get a response until the following day. A week went by and still, no money was transferred. The managing staff is messy, unorganised and unapologetic about an error made on their side, about a substantial amount of money. It will be 14 days on Saturday and I still am waiting for the refund. It is disappointing to be treated like this, to not offer any kind of apology and seems like I am bothering them by sending them emails about something that is quite pressing and important, especially since we spent so much money in their business. Honestly disappointed.

food: we ordered Spaghetto ai Funghi - “Classic spaghetti pasta with the best mushroom cream ever” says the menu - mushrooms were soggy and watery, not roasted at all; the seasoning was lacking; sauce was watery. BERLIN - Mafalde Truffle Pasta - truffles were bad and old, pasta was cold. we got sick after that pasta - nausea and stomach pain. drinks: mediocre. not bad, but not good :) service: food was delivered fast. it seemed like the waitress didn’t know the menu, when we asked for recommendations. the stuff looked overwhelmed. ambience: we were seated by the window. strangers literally stared at us and knocked at the window, while we were eating. too noisy. not enough space.

We had a reservation and as soon as we arrived the service staff told us at the entrance that we only can stay 90minutes. Which directly makes you feel in a rush and it is not the aim during a restaurant venue. The Food was good and tasteful.

Das Ambiente ist unschlagbar toll und unsere ausgewählten Cocktails und Gerichte lecker. Lediglich der Espresso ist nicht zu empfehlen. Schade ist, das man ein vorgegebenes Zeitfenster von 1,5 Stunden hat, wo es knapp wird noch ein Dessert zu essen.

We prebooked a table for 2 and was greeted by a rather stressed and cranky host, who yelled at us and pushed 4 other guests out the door. She then struggled to find my reservation even after i repeated my name 3 times. We then waited an added 10 min to be seated. The truffle pasta had almost no taste, basically just cream! It is hard to describe as it was completely bland and flavorless. We tried to save it with salt and pepper, which did little help. The cocktails also were iced to the rim and lacked tang. The music didn't fit the kitsch/italian aesthetic theme and was too loud for an already bustling restaurant. The semi see through mirrors in the restroom was def not a vibe and made us both feel uncomfortable using it. Neither of us will be returning or recommending. There are much better flavors and atmospheres to be found in Berlin. Overhyped tourist trap. Go here if you like a basic overpriced kitchen and casino vibes ✨️

Tische immer mindestens 3 Wochen im Voraus buchen - das ist zu lang. Außerdem ungewöhnlich kurze Zeitslots - man muss innerhalb von 90 min gegessen haben und das Restaurant verlassen. Trüffelpasta als Staple sehr gut, andere Gerichte können manchmal enttäuschen. Ambiente ist der Hammer!

Even when reserving you only have 1.5 hours and then you have to go. But it takes 30 minutes for a waiter to come to you and ignore multiple times, the water was €8 and the lobster barely had any meat in them. Definitely a tourist trap and the nice interior is the only good thing

Food was great, location very noisy and atmosphere almost feels like a fast food restaurant. Food served in 5 min although we also ordered cocktails as appetizers. Then asked for desert and were informed time was up (which was incorrect). Overall it’s nice but would recommend owner to put higher prices and allow people more time to enjoy rather than to turn the place into a fastfood restaurant. A little disappointed. Further, backroom very crowded and loud.

Abbiamo organizzato una serata di compleanno, il locale è veramente bello con un arredo particolarissimo, la pizza da vera Italiana è molto buona ( more Donatella e margherita) stile napoletano e la ragazza che ci ha servito Saira molto gentile diaponibile e attenta! Chiedete di lei! Ps i dolci da provare soprattutto la creme brulè! Ci sono anche varianti per vegani!

Cocodrillo is always a good call for nice italian food. Especially with one of the most kind waitresses - Saira. Always a smile and trying to do the best for her guests.

Atmosphere is chill and cool. The staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about. Surely making the customers happy is their first priority. Amazing cocktails, food and service. Thanks a lot Bea for your food recommendations and warm friendly service.

A no-go for vegans. I agreed to visit Coccodrillo with my colleagues, after seeing that they offer vegan options in their menu, though, sadly, only very few. Their only vegan pizza option was sold out and when I asked if they could make me a marinara, they refused. The waiter offered me pasta with pesto as an alternative. Pesto typically contains pecorino, but the waiter said their pesto does not—but funnily enough it contains butter (?!) according to that same waiter. I settled for the salad clearly marked as vegan on their menu, as the service did not seem well educated about the ingredients in their dishes. Unfortunately I found it bland for my taste buds and extremely fatty. The Italian cuisine is plant-based at its core and with good quality ingredients one can create culinary wonders without dairy or animal flesh. I do not understand why they choose not to even try here, especially considering that this is Berlin and it is also 2024.

The food overall was decent but some of the dishes could be less sour, beer and wine very average. Famous truffle pasta good as always. The biggest downside of the place is its crowdedness and noisiness. If you have any special requests they won’t be fulfilled. This wasn’t my first time in Coccodrillo, that’s why I’ve chosen this place for my special occasions with turned to be complete disappointed.

Leider eine große tourifalle große Teller kleine Portionen , die Nudel Portionen gleichen dem für ein Kleinkind. Bin nicht satt geworden trotz Vorspeise. Nachttisch haben wir weggelassen nachdem wir gesehen haben wir sparsam das tiramisu auf dem Teller serviert wurde für einen stolzen Preis. Nie wieder

Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt! Bin eher von dem Service enttäuscht. Viel Personal allerdings kriegt man das Gefühl, dass keiner richtig da ist… Schade…

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Absolut fancy eingerichtet - bunt, retro und sehr cool. Die Kellner (vor allem Rosy) sind alle super freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Für uns hätte das essen etwas "besser" gewürzt werden können, aber das ist individuell. Wenn wir wieder in Berlin sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Für eine Geburtstagsfeier kehrten wir im Sommer zu sechs im Coccodrillo ein. Ich wollte das Restaurant schon lange mal besuchen, man hat nur Gutes gehört und das wollte ich mir nicht entgehen lassen. Tatsächlich habe ich den Tisch auch Wochen vorher schon reserviert. Wir haben einen schönen Tisch auf der Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick auf dem Weinbergpark bekommen - aber auch die Einrichtung im Inneren des Restaurants ist eine Wucht. Vielleicht nicht gerade das, was man von einem Italiener erwartet, aber dennoch ein Erlebnis. Alleine bei meinem Weg zum Klo wurde ich von meinen Freunden fast als Verschollen gemeldet, weil ich mich nicht satt sehen konnte am Interieur. Natürlich waren alle Plätze besetzt, weshalb die Getränke leider etwas länger auf sich haben warten lassen. Die Speisen, die ich mir bestellt hatte, waren einfach super. Ich hatte als Vorspeise Stracciatella Afumicata (geräucherter Burrata) und war restlos begeistert. Als Hauptgericht die berühmte Trüffelpasta, die mich ebenfalls voll überzeugt hat. Schade war allerdings, dass der Ofen kaputt war und keine Pizza angeboten werden konnte. Das gäbe theoretisch einen kleinen Abzug, aber ich habe hier ja nur die Wahl zwischen 5 und 4 Sternen - und da war die Wahl mit 5 Sternen glasklar.

alles war sehr schön, und sie wurden nicht bezahlt, weil sich der Tiramisu-Service verzögerte, die Kellner waren sehr nett.

Meist gut gefüllt(Tisch bestellen).interessante ,bunte Einrichtung. Sehr laute Musik dort,Kellner(nur englisch o.italienisch sprechend) Sehr spezielle Speisekarte, teuer. Pizza stark angebrannt(sah scheinbar keiner)wurde trotz erwähnen hinterher,nichts angeboten(Schnaps o.ä). Weg dorthin komplett vereist.

Super Restaurant. Mega leckeres Essen. Wir wurden super schnell bedient, die Getränke kamen nach 5 Minuten. Und das Essen nach 15 Minuten. Uns bediente Miki. Sie war super freundlich und aufmerksam.

Die Location ist sehr schön gemacht und unsere Kellnerin Rosy war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns gut beraten welcher Wein zu welchem Essen passt. Eine echte Empfehlung von :)
