Tolle Location im Herzen von Hamburg. Ob als Tourist oder Hamburger ein Muss. Ganz oben auf der Dachterrasse hat mein einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Hamburger Hafen. Die Preise sind der Lage angepasst. Wir waren auf einem Mittwoch um 20:00 dort und hatten Glück. Es waren noch einige Plätze frei. Halbe Stunde später alles belegt. Reservieren kann man auf der Dachterrasse nur gegen Mindestumsatz. All zu leger ( Jogginghosen sind nicht erwünscht) sollte man sich nicht kleiden. Das Restaurant können wir nicht bewerten. Nur ein paar Meter vom Clouds entfernt befindet sich die Tiefgarage unter der Reeperbahn, ideal zum Parken.

Toller Ausblick. Gute Cocktails und freundlicher, schneller Service.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem Restaurant und waren dieses Mal leider wirklich enttäuscht. Da sich das Restaurant im gehobenen Preissegment befindet, waren unsere Erwartungen entsprechend hoch. Zunächst möchten wir hervorheben, dass das Ambiente wirklich sehr schön ist. Besonders der Ausblick über Hamburg hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war definitiv das Highlight unseres Besuchs. Leider konnte uns das Essen überhaupt nicht überzeugen. Wir haben mehrere Gerichte bestellt, doch keines davon hat uns geschmacklich überzeugt. Gerade bei den aufgerufenen Preisen hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Wir waren bereits in anderen Restaurants derselben Preisklasse und haben dort qualitativ und geschmacklich wesentlich besser gegessen. Wer Wert auf ein schönes Ambiente und eine tolle Aussicht legt, wird hier sicherlich auf seine Kosten kommen. Wer jedoch vor allem wegen des Essens ein Restaurant in dieser Preisklasse besucht, dem würden wir eher andere Restaurants empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend hier im Clouds. Unser Kellner Nicola war super freundlich und engagiert und hat uns den Abend sehr besonders gemacht.

Moin, und wieder war ich/waren wir, in der Rooftop-Bar des CLOUDS in Hamburg, dieses mal ohne einen Restaurantbesuch und auch ohne den bedingt dadruch in Aussicht gestellten Mindestverzehr in der Bar ... na also geht doch, dankeschön 👍🏼 Top Service, freundlich, witzig, angenehm, tolle Aussicht, tolle Drinks in einem sehr ansprechenden, gemütlichen Ambiente mit sanfter Beleuchtung und frischer Luft. Einfach schön, unaufdringlich, entspannt und sehr empfehlenswert. Sicher leider ebenfalls nicht sonderlich günstig aber dafür sind die Drinks dort jeden Cent wert.

Hatten ein tolles Date, auch der Kellner Nicolai hat uns den Abend wirklich besonders gemacht.

Waren schon 2mal dort essen. Letztes Mal am1.4.24 zu unserer Silberhochzeit. Haben von zuhause aus reserviert. Alle Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Das essen, sowie der Service war perfekt. Immer wieder gerne. Leider konnten wir im letzten Jahr nicht bei euch essen, da das Restaurant wegen einem Wasserschaden geschlossen war. Aber wir kommen wieder. Liebe Grüße an das Clouds Team. Ganz tolle Bar, mit bestem Blick über Hamburg! Es ist nicht nur eine Bar sondern ein Erlebnis! Gehört für mich bei meinen Hamburgbesuchen mit dazu! Die Drinks sind lecker und man fühlt sich bei dem Personal rundum wohl! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich wie Kinder und babyfreundlich alle waren! Ich war bei meinem letzten Besuch mit meinem kleinen 3 Monate altem Sohn dort, und wurde direkter Personalaufzug angeboten, sodass der Kinderwagen mit hochkonnte, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und als er unruhig wurde, wurde mir direkt ein ruhiger Ort angeboten an dem ich auch wickeln kann. Mit ist das sehr positiv aufgefallen und ich war absolut begeistert! Bis zum nächsten Mal :)

An diesem Abend hat alles gepasst. Meine Gäste sind satt und zufrieden gewesen. Von der Reservierung über den Service hinzu zum tollen Essen was am Tisch tranchiert wurden ist hat alles gepasst. Die Service Dame Yvonne war zuvorkommend, hat sich Zeit genommen und jeden machbaren Wunsch erfüllt. Werde gerne wiederkommen…von dem atemberaubenden Ausblick brauche ich ja nichts zu erwähnen…der war inklusive!

Was für ein tolles Erlebnis im Clouds Heaven's Bar & Kitchen! Das Essen war super lecker und der Service freundlich sowie kompetent. Auf der Dachterrasse wurden hervorragende Getränke serviert und der Ausblick über Hamburg war einfach traumhaft. Dazu lief angenehme Musik, die die Stimmung perfekt abrundete. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Also am 24.06. ging gar nichts. Bei den Preisen möchte man anständig essen und leckere Cocktails trinken. In diesem Zusammenhang kann ich es nicht empfehlen. Sie haben dort irgendeine Kinderparty veranstaltet. Die Toiletten gingen gar nicht, und für die volle Terrasse wurde sogar Eintritt verlangt. Das entspricht in meinen Augen nicht dem Standard des East.

Wunderschöne Aussicht und ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Das Fleisch war von hoher Qualität und wurde gut zubereitet. Einziger Wermutstropfen war das Preis Leistungsverhältnis, da ich das Gefühl hatte, etwas zu viel zu zahlen, und die Beilagen sowie die Saucen musste ich extra beim Chateau anfordern. Trotzdem ein schöner Abend den ich gern weiterempfehle.

Der Besuch war von Anfang bis Ende fabelhaft. Nicolai hat unseren Abend zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht mit einem ausgezeichneten Service, der dezent war, nie aufdringlich und dennoch jederzeit aufmerksam. Solch ein Niveau kann sich manch große Hotelkette wie Four Seasons ruhig zum Vorbild nehmen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder <3

Tolles Essen und das Ambiente und der Ausblich sind fantastisch.

Qualitativ hochwertig, abgestimmte Kreationen, gute Weinauswahl, komoetent freundlicher Service am Tisch, danke .

Die Qualität der Speisen und der Service waren anständig, aber für die sportlichen Preise entsprach das Steak überhaupt nicht dem gewünschten Garheitsgrad. Eine Entschädigung wurde nicht angeboten. Die Musik ist zu laut gewesen und hat in den 2,5 h, die wir aufs Essen warten mussten zum Schluss wirklich gestört.

Roof top Bar mit fantastischem Ausblick und leckeren Drinks

Nach der zweijährigen Pause besuchten wir heute mit 9 Personen zunächst die Bar und anschließend haben wir im Restaurant gegessen. Die Inneneinrichtung hat sich etwas geändert. Aber alles ist schön wie immer. Leider konnten wir wetterbedingt die Rooftopbar nicht besuchen. Aber es war alles trotzdem sehr schön und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Servicekräfte Maria in der Bar und Niklas im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr gut betreut. Unsere Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker und wir sind sehr zufrieden. Danke für diesen schönen Tag!

Bevor der Wasserschaden entstand waren wir (wie immer bei meinen Besuchen in HH) an einem meiner Lieblingsorte. Es war etwas kühl und oben leider nicht geöffnet. Ich war so enttäuscht, da hat die liebe Mitarbeiterin was gemacht, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Nämlich geöffnet, die Heizstrahler angemacht u. sogar für Supermusik gesorgt, sodass wir wie immer ne tolle Zeit dort verbracht haben. Nach uns kamen natürlich noch andere Gäste. Das vergesse ich nicht und freu mich auf unseren nächsten Besuch nach der Wiedereröffnung. 🥰🥂

Ein Besuch im CLOUDS Heaven’s Bar & Kitchen ist viel mehr als nur ein normales Restaurant. Schon der Weg nach oben in den Dancing Towers sorgt für Vorfreude. Wenn sich die Aufzugtüren öffnen und man den ersten Blick über Hamburg sieht, merkt man sofort, dass dieser Ort etwas Besonderes ist. Tipps für den Besuch Am Wochenende lohnt sich eine Reservierung, da das Restaurant sehr beliebt ist. Ein Tisch am Fenster ist besonders empfehlenswert wegen der Aussicht. Die Zeit zum Sonnenuntergang ist ideal, weil die Stimmung dann besonders schön ist. Nach dem Essen lohnt sich noch ein Cocktail, um den Blick über die Stadt weiter zu genießen. Fazit Das CLOUDS ist perfekt für besondere Anlässe oder einfach für einen schönen Abend mit Aussicht. Die Kombination aus beeindruckendem Blick über Hamburg, sehr gutem Essen und freundlichem Service macht den Besuch zu einem besonderen Erlebnis.

Das Servicepersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Die Cocktails sind sehr lecker. Das Ambiente ist sehr chic und chillig.

2025: I'm wondering how (positive) reviews from a week ago to three months ago are possible when Clouds has been closed since January 2025. 🤔 I've been wanting to go there again for a while now, but Google Maps says it's "temporarily closed." I've noticed the replies to comments about it being closed. 🤷‍♀️ 2018: Speechless, simply heavenly ;) Great drinks, great view, great food, lovely atmosphere. I'd love to go again :)

Closing a rooftop bar for renovations in the middle of summer is...an interesting decision.

Higher-priced but nice rooftop bar with all kinds of cocktails… Please reserve for good seats :)

A true highlight above the rooftops of Hamburg! The Cloud Heavens Nest is definitely worth a visit. The ambiance is stylish and modern – you immediately feel at home. The view is simply breathtaking and offers a perfect view of the city skyline, a real experience, especially at sunset! Important: Reservations are highly recommended, as the crowds are always there – and rightly so! We'll definitely be back.

Located on top of iconic dancing buildings, the food is certainly top notch. The dance area is fine. Good for a crowd of 50 people.

At the very top, under the open sky, is the Heavens Nest cocktail bar. From there, you have a fantastic view of Hamburg. The harbor and the Elbe River are particularly beautiful. Treat yourself to a break with great weather and chilled music. The cocktails are highly recommended. The service was excellent! And they even included delicious nuts on the house. The location is truly special.

The clouds – Heaven's Bar & Kitchen is a well-known restaurant in Hamburg, located on the upper floors of the striking "Dancing Towers" on the Reeperbahn. Designed by renowned architect Hadi Teherani, clouds has offered breathtaking panoramic views over the city, the harbor and the Elbe since it opened in 2013. Located on floors 23 and 24, the restaurant extends up to 107 meters above sea level and is considered the highest restaurant in Hamburg. The interior of the restaurant is characterized by a modern design with an urban flair. A 15 meter long counter connects the bar with the restaurant area and creates an inviting atmosphere. The use of oak wood, velvety leather and dim lighting contribute to a cozy ambience in which guests can linger and enjoy the view. From a culinary point of view, clouds attaches great importance to sustainable cuisine with regional and seasonal ingredients. The menu offers a diverse selection, ranging from vegan and vegetarian dishes to high-quality meat and fish specialties. Particularly noteworthy are the grilled dishes prepared in the 800 degree oven, such as the Danish Chateaubriand. If you're feeling a little hungry, various snacks are available at the bar from 5 p.m. (Saturdays and Sundays from 4 p.m.). Another highlight is the “Heaven’s Nest” roof terrace on the 24th floor. Weather permitting, from spring to autumn, guests can relax in cozy lounges and daybeds while enjoying cool drinks and light snacks. The atmosphere is great but the service is not. We did not receive any respectful treatment from the employees. The food is grossly overpriced for what it is. I probably won't come back.

The food and service were excellent. I was a bit disappointed that the view is not really special as I had expected it to be. If you want to see the Dom you need to go to the bathroom ;)

Went to the Clouds open-air bar. The ambience is nice, but the view is not as good as in comparable locations. The biggest negative was definitely the cocktails. Priced at a high price, none of the cocktails managed to impress in terms of taste and fell significantly behind those of other local bars with higher prices.

Generally the food there is good. On New Year's Eve: Soup was as thin as water. The hallways are all quite cold. The meat was lukewarm - the side dish Main course wasn't even a thin slice of potato. The jus was like a mousse etc. As expected, the highlight was actually the view at midnight. The full menu really wasn't worth the money.

Unfortunately the gala New Year's Eve dinner wasn't good at all. All dishes in the individual courses were tasteless and cold. The only highlight is the beautiful view over the city at midnight. Unfortunately the service and food is not worth the price!

The location has amazing views from Hamburg, there is also a terrace bar on the upper floor to enjoy them. Regarding food, my expectations were too high I guess. The king Prawns were ok, we also order the truffle pasta which is far away from the quality that I was expecting for such a price and popular restaurant.

That was a great spontaneous experience that I got Friday night. Was lucky to get there with no reservation. Friendly staff at the bar and amazing view upstairs. Put the credit for future visit, cos you guys canceled the party I’ve expected while I was in Hamburg. See you later.

Was at Clouds again and had to deduct one star in the service compared to the first rating. For me, the bar staff - restaurant staff got 5 stars - was a bit too arrogant. Even on the 23rd floor you can get down a bit. The food is and remains great. Truffle Fries are truffle fries through and through and not just hinted at, to give one example.

Over rated. The music was too loud to have a good conversation and too quiet to dance. The cocktails were disappointing (far too strong, you could taste all the alcohol) and weren't worth the price.

We have been combining the East Hotel with dinner at Clouds for many years. For us it is always an experience. The food is delicious, the service is wonderful and the view is great. Many thanks to the excellent entire team. After all these years we feel like friends of the house. Thanks so much

Sometimes you're illuminated by lights when you sit at the window, which isn't great... you just want to enjoy the view. And for longer stays it would be an advantage if all bar stools had backrests. Everything else is absolutely top.

Exclusive and chic restaurant and bar in the middle of Hamburg at Reeperbahn 1. A spontaneous visit is not possible, you definitely need a reservation. You will be rewarded with a special ambience and a fantastic view of Hamburg. The prices are high and the food is good. Here you pay more for the exclusivity. But I've also eaten better steaks for less money. It was still an experience and I would come again and again. Be sure to ask for a window seat when making your reservation.

There is a time slot of 2 hours for dinner, which is not exactly cheap, but you sit in the 3rd row, so by no means by the window. Shrimp too spicy, asparagus watery. Cocktail very good but too expensive. Dim lighting would be a flattering description of the lighting conditions, but gloomy is to the point.

Irgendwer hatte die Idee, dass es hier gute Cocktails geben würde. Damit hatte der Kollege völlig richtig gelegen. Wenn man den Türsteher im EG passiert hat, dann geht es mit dem Aufzug nach oben und es erwartet einen eine phantastische Sicht über die Hansestadt. Ok, bei Regen und in Dunkelheit ist es weniger toll, aber da freut man sich schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Die Cocktailkarte lässt aufhorchen, hier scheint man experimentierfreudig zu sein. Ein Tonka Baby und ein Caipi genügten um die Zeit wie im Fluge vergehen zu lassen. Auf die Preiskarte sollte man besser nicht schauen, es ist hier teuer, und das weiß man vorher. Wir sassen direkt am Ausgang der offenen Küche und konnten auch sehen, was dort raus ging, die Steaks sahen extrem lecker aus. Da freut man sich doch schon jetzt auf den nächsten HH Besuch. Tolle Location und hier nimmt man gerne einen Drink zu sich.

Very nice bar and a great view over Hamburg, I can only recommend it to everyone.

Everything was great! We had Nicolai as a waiter and he was just super friendly, funny, relaxed and very accommodating! The store is worth a full 5 stars, but also in the price category, but still worth every cent. We'll definitely be back!!

Disappointing. Since I initially only wanted to order a cocktail and wanted to wait a while before eating, the waiter was unfortunately very unfriendly and said that we only had 2 hours and then the table would be reserved for the next guests. Firstly, you have to say this when making your reservation by telephone and secondly, it generally seems very uncomfortable. After all, the bill came to €180 for 2 people (and we hadn't chosen the most expensive one) and I can expect that I won't simply have a 2-hour slot available. The lighting is poor. The prawns were unnecessarily spicy and the green asparagus was watery. All in all not worth another visit

Everything was perfect from the reception to the farewell. The map is clearly laid out and not overloaded. The food and drinks we ordered were excellent. The steaks were exactly medium-rare, not too raw and not too well done. Absolute recommendation for the starters, which for us were the beef tartare and the artichokes. Nick, our host, was polite but not stiff and looked after us pleasantly. The general ambience is inviting and pleasantly quiet. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Hamburg.

I went to Clouds Heaven for the third time today. I still really like the location, but the evening was ruined by an extremely unfriendly waitress. She obviously had a problem with me and let me know it. She repeatedly asked just me if everything was okay, ignoring my companion and appearing ironic and provocative. Every other communication was directed solely at me, which was unprofessional and unpleasant. A particularly disappointing moment was my main course: a tiny portion of potatoes in a bowl that seemed more like a snack. When I asked if that was really all, she responded rudely and said she had “asked specifically”. A good service would have provided proactive information here. In addition, we were under time pressure due to the strict two-hour reservation, which made the evening even more stressful. Overall, the waitress's behavior was unacceptable and greatly tarnished my previously positive impressions. I hope management pays more attention to staff training in the future.

We were there on September 29th. with 8 people and were served by Daniel. We had foreign guests who were very impressed. The ambience, the view and the service were top. Daniel’s recommendations and the support he provided were simply perfect. Thank you very much for the great evening.🤗

Tisch am Fenster reserviert und nicht bekommen. Aperitif mit getrockneten Orangen. 🫤Hummersuppe versalzen und kein Geschmack von Hummer. Rinderfilet okay, aber für den Preis nicht herausragend. Kartoffeln halb roh. Wein mäßig. Alles in allem ein enttäuschender Abend. Man war zwar bemüht und hat uns ein Dessert aufs Haus mit Tisch am Fenster gegeben, aber das hat den Abend auch nicht mehr gerettet. Preis Leistung stimmt absolut nicht.👎🏼

Wir sind mit großer Vorfreude ins Clouds gekommen. Die Aussicht war toll und die Bedienung auch. Zur Vorspeise gab es für meinen Mann Tartare und zur Hauptspeise Entrecot. Das Essen war mittelmäßig, aber ok. Leider wurde ihm bereits auf dem Heimweg sehr unwohl und zuhause musste er sich übergeben. Auf unser anschließende Mail hat sich das Clouds bis heute nicht gemeldet. Unverschämt - arrogant und für uns definitiv nicht das richtige Restaurant!

Der Service ist einfach „Trompetengalaktisch“ und die Speisen in ihrer Qualität den Preisen entsprechend 🤩 geil. Die Bar kennt keine Grenzen, der Weinkeller ist sehr umfassend und Champagner 🍾👍🤩 Hier ein paar bildliche Eindrücke. Für mich sehr passend und geil mit guten Freunden. The view is truly breathtaking in this restaurant. We got a table spontaneously on site at short notice with a waiting time, which was acceptable as my companion and I had a great time at the cocktail bar. The service could have catered more to the needs and feel-good moment for such a classy restaurant, but the food was also relatively cold (redfish) and I would have expected a little more. Overall, the dark atmosphere in the premises and the service made it worth the experience. The cocktail menu is great and varied.

Actually, I would have preferred to give 0 stars Absolutely disappointing! The service at Clouds Bar was so rude that we left straight away. After long waiting times, we were annoyed and treated unfriendly - we have never experienced that before. Definitely not recommended!

A not so pleased experience. While the ambiance was pleasant (which I guess you only paid here for the magnificent view of Hamburg), the exorbitant prices didn't quite match the quality and portion of the food. The Burrata I had was so small for the price they asked. The bread and butter which they also charge you extra is also very few. The desert is the same. The steak (Entrecôte) was really delicious but for the price, really it is too much. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow, leaving us waiting for ages between courses.

Unfortunately a complete failure. The staff at Clouds Bar were so rude that we decided to leave straight away. After a long wait, we were rudely spoken to and didn't feel welcome at all. I've rarely experienced something like this - definitely not a recommendation!

The view is great. Unfortunately there is no roof terrace in winter. Food and service are good. The truffle fries are terrific, but the pasta with mushroom sauce and truffles wasn't convincing.

As a big fan of good cocktail bars, I was very surprised in this really fantastic bar. The atmosphere is indescribably great. The selection of drinks leaves nothing to be desired. The overall impression of this was simply overwhelming. Price-performance ratio is more than okay. The staff deserve a special mention, especially the service person who served us, Anastasia, I imagine a perfectly great service in an upscale cocktail bar. Warmly open towards the guest, with knowledge of the contents of the cocktail menu and gives the guest the feeling right from the start that they are welcome and that they have found a second home. I would also like to praise the service manager Daniel and I hope I have described his position correctly, who does everything to ensure that this bar is in top condition, who dedicates himself to his guests with professional dedication and exudes warmth and friendliness, that I have rarely experienced in a bar. Both employees deserve an award. This bar will definitely see me again.

Espresso martini from the tap 😂 I've never seen anything like it. No foam on the drink and nothing. So that was all but not a good bar. And the waitresses are super rude

Have eaten here several times now. The view is simply great. Ambience is also great. Everything coordinated from the music to the decoration. Food is also good so far. Prices are on the higher side and you pay for the view. Unfortunately we forgot the truffle in the pasta. What we only noticed at the next table. Service responded well and everything was sorted out. Of course that shouldn't happen given the prices. Otherwise everything was great.

A visit to the Dancing Towers in the CLOUDS restaurant is highly recommended, with a breathtaking view and delicious food.

Chic bar & beautiful view! BUT unfortunately I had almost only crushed ice in my non-alcoholic cocktail for €15...2/3 was really just ice, that's not possible. I mentioned it to the waiter and his answer was that it was normal with the cocktail... I don't think I'll visit the bar again!

Clouds is a category of its own. Perfect service, food at the highest level and perfectly matched drinks. The atmosphere and the view are phenomenal. You have to experience it!

My favorite place every time I return to Hamburg. Pleasant and relaxing during the week, even more so at the weekend, where in addition to tasting excellent cocktails and excellent French wines, you can also listen to good music. The audience is of quality and a good mix of young and old, the service is good even with the place crowded on Fridays and Saturdays. The design of the venue, the lights, create the right atmosphere to spend a pleasant evening in company.

Für mich und meine Frau war die Zweites mal ins Clouds. Dieses Mal haben wir ein Freund mitgenommen und wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Das Personnal ist sehr aufmerksam, es war zufällig der selber Keller wie das Erste mal und wir waren begeistert mit seine Efizienz und Freundlichkeit. Die Qualität und Zubereitung haben wie das Erste Mal 100% uberzeugt und der raum, die Musik und soweiter schaffen eine sehr gute Atmosphäre. Über der fantastisch Blick über der Stadt , die Elbe usw lonht sich nicht darüber zu sprechen, Man muss dorthin gehen und selber erleben, ein Traum.

A visit to Clouds is a dream every time. We have decided to go to Clouds more often. It was so nice again that we came back after just 4 days - this time we went to the restaurant instead of 'just' the bar. Our service Daniel was great. Absolute wine expert and also a great sense of humor. The food in combination with the view - Hamburg doesn't have anything more to offer. There is a very exclusive atmosphere that you can hardly feel in any other restaurant. Despite an expensive evening, you woke up the next day feeling it was totally worth it. We are already planning our next visit. See you soon!
