Great clubhouse, great facility

We ate at this restaurant for my birthday. Since it's a 2-in-1 package, hotel guests kept wandering through the restaurant, but that didn't really bother us. We really enjoyed the food here and went home happy with full stomachs. The Tomahawk steak was truly delicious - as stated on the menu, please make a reservation in advance. 09.08.2025

We ate at Schatzhauser. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was good, but not exceptional. The wild herb salad, once with corn-fed chicken and once with caramelized goat cheese, was truly excellent. The portion was very large. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection but too pale, meaning it lacked a good sear. For €56, I expect something special. The way the burger was constructed made it almost impossible to eat without spilling. The ambiance is a matter of taste. It's very cold and has a bit of a cafeteria feel. I'm also not entirely clear on the pricing. All in all, I find the prices too high.

We went there for dinner. The staff were very friendly, and we were even allowed to bring our small dog, which was absolutely no problem. We were served quickly, and there wasn't a long wait for the salad. It was truly delicious. A short time later, the main courses arrived, and we were very pleased with them. The sauce came separately, which is a huge plus, and the portions were also generous. We were all full and satisfied afterward. If we're ever in the area again, we would definitely come back. The Rocking Horse is a quaint restaurant with friendly hosts and delicious food. I loved the salads. Unfortunately, the bread was a little disappointing; it was very dry.
