We had a very pleasant and restful experience at the Hotel Traube Tonbach! Service was excellent, we were greeted at the front door by a team separate from the reception as the reception was further into the hotel and not directly at the front lobby. Nevertheless, the team at the front door was welcoming and gave us clear directions, and helped with our luggage and parking our car. The excellent service continued at the reception. Check-in was smooth, and we were given a tour of the hotel facilities before being guided to our room. The room was really spacious, well furnished, and clean! The view from our room was beautiful, and we had a very comfortable rest at night on the huge bed! The hotel facilities were great too, many swimming pools including a heated outdoor one, and many sauna rooms with different temperatures and scents, as well as cold showers and a rest area. Only thing is we wished we had more time at the hotel to experience everything fully!

We ate at this restaurant for my birthday. Since it's a 2-in-1 package, hotel guests kept wandering through the restaurant, but that didn't really bother us. We really enjoyed the food here and went home happy with full stomachs. The Tomahawk steak was truly delicious - as stated on the menu, please make a reservation in advance. 09.08.2025

We went there for dinner. The staff were very friendly, and we were even allowed to bring our small dog, which was absolutely no problem. We were served quickly, and there wasn't a long wait for the salad. It was truly delicious. A short time later, the main courses arrived, and we were very pleased with them. The sauce came separately, which is a huge plus, and the portions were also generous. We were all full and satisfied afterward. If we're ever in the area again, we would definitely come back. I couldn't really imagine what baked flatbreads would be like, but wow... I haven't eaten anything so incredibly delicious in ages. I had the flatbread with Parma ham and arugula, plus the winter salad. The atmosphere is really cozy, like a pub, but without the pub party vibe 😅 The staff were super friendly, funny, and attentive. We'll be back very soon ❤️
