Overpriced and absolutely not recommended. Ordered dishes didn't arrive as requested, portion sizes were mixed up, and the food was cooked to the wrong degree. The wait was far too long, and the price was much too high for the quality. Please at least serve a steak warm, thank you.

Food was okay, but way too expensive. Service was catastrophic.

Probably the best option to eat at the airport, but with inflated prices not reflected in the quality. My first server neither spoke German nor English and had to get another one as I asked to get my steak with a potato instead of fries. I ordered the steak medium but received it more or less well done and for some reason pre-cut. It tasted ok though.

Over an hour's wait for soggy fries and a well-done steak, even though it was ordered medium-rare. The only thing that saved the steak was a lot of pepper… really disappointing at these prices. The ambiance was okay, but the service was nothing special. Next time, I'll take the train into town for a proper meal. The menu is only available digitally, and they only accept card payments.

It may be a great restaurant, but if it's closed on certain days, you can forget about it. The airport doesn't have a closing day either. My wife and I were extremely disappointed.

Restaurant on the level. Delicious breakfasts in a quiet atmosphere, large selection and very nice professional service. I highly recommend!

The service is a disaster. You're seated at a table. Up to that point, everything's fine, but if you don't want to order food right away, you're asked to please sit at the bar. After all, it's dinnertime.

The service leaves a lot to be desired. If they're charging €30 for a burger, it would make sense to have qualified and competent staff. The menu offers options for all tastes (vegan and vegetarian). As for the food, there's nothing to complain about. Prices have skyrocketed in the last two years, while portion sizes have shrunk.

The best schnitzel I've had in a long time. My husband had the ravioli, and he loved it! The prices are high, but worth every cent! The service at the bar was very attentive and friendly.

Unfortunately, a more than disappointing visit, and probably our last! We've been regular guests over the years, but unfortunately, both the service and the food have declined significantly. Prices, on the other hand, are rising to unacceptable levels. Perhaps the place serves better as a bar for hotel guests. However, we had to wait an hour for our drinks, even though the restaurant wasn't even very busy.

The service was great and the food (burgers) was good. After dinner at the bar and there, Mr. Ati accompanied us wonderfully and courteously throughout the evening. Thank you very, very much for that. It was a great start to our vacation. Gladly again when we fly from HH!

You think being in a nice hotel improves the service quality but nope. Food is not special, not terrible either, just ok.

I just had the worst “Wiener Schnitzel” for 34 euros Eaten. Totally dry and from the freezer chest For the money I expect a fresh schnitzel. My complaint was accepted without comment, which is a shame

Service was great. Beer came quickly. :) unfortunately the alleged tiramisu was really a joke. It's a shame, at that price I would have expected a Gormet Tiramisu. No ready-made cherry compote with cream from the fridge, which had been sitting there open for several hours. ☹️ But many thanks to the waiters who really tried to make it up to them.

I highly recommend both the restaurant and the hotel. Stayed here with my daughter (5yrs) and everyone’s really friendly to children and made us feel very welcome! We ate at the restaurant one night and the burger plus fries was both tasty and filling. We waited a bit for it and payment took a bit longer, but it was also a busy night so everything good! Great choice close to the city!

Good food and good service but the atmosphere is not good

I had a great stay and the biggest surprised was the quality of the food that I got in the restaurant. Great steak tartare and grilled salmon were 100% worth it's price.

Staff were helpful and timely. Really must praise how hard these young people work snd always smile. Thank you. Food was good!

Einen der besten Burger gegessen. Klar das Preisniveau entsprechend. Hinterher an die Bar, Super Service, lecker Scotch getrunken und ein tollen Rum probieren dürfen. Nettes Personal gerne wieder.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht dieses Mal. Es gibt keine gedruckten Speisekarten mehr. Nur noch einen QR Code. Wenn man kein Smartphone hat, wird einem ein Tablet Computer in die Hand gedrückt. Ich finde das nicht gut und wünsche mir gedruckte Speisekarten zurück! Die Auswahl war auch sehr mau. Es gibt keine Vorspeisen mehr und der Spezialitäten Teil der Speisekarte war leer... Auf der positiven Seite ist zu vermerken, dass das Essen selbst gut war und das Servicepersonal war auch sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal und die perfekte Empfehlung 😊 Die KROSSEN ROTE BETE BÄLLCHEN waren einzigartig lecker. Dankeschön 👍🏻

Man sagte uns an der Rezeption das wir nicht reservieren brauchen.Als wir dann eintrafen war das Restaurant voll.Leider nichts mehr frei. So wurden wir in die Frühstücksecke gesetzt. Leider wurden wir dort auch nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Nachdem wir dann auf uns aufmerksam machten kam eine völlig gestresste Mitarbeiterin. Die aufgegeben Bestellung dauerte dann auch eine Ewigkeit. Das Essen war lecker.Leider fehlte die Hälfte und wir mussten auf die Nachlieferung wartenwarten..AnNachbe

Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend und der Service ist nur zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Besonders ärgerlich: Die Öffnungszeiten stimmen nicht mit der Homepage überein, hoffe schwer, dass diese gem. meines Änderungsvorschlags angepasst werden. So müssen andere, mögliche Kunden nicht vergeblich vom Flughafen mit Gepäck zum Restaurant rüber..

Hat gepasst. Essen hat geschmeckt. 2 Gerichte, 2 Getränke plus einen Nachtisch … 43€ . Ist ok Ordnung für ein 4 Sterne Hotel und Direkt am Flughafen.
