Absolutely solid kebab. I think the negative reviews are exaggerated. It's not the best kebab in town, but not every kebab has to meet the requirements as a snack

Everything tastes good. Is clean and tidy and open until late in the evening. Prices are reasonable for Blankenese. Feel free to visit.

Ordered via Lieferando, after 1.5 hours nothing arrived and no one could be reached.

Unfortunately not a good kebab. The meat is gristly and has little flavor. The only thing that has any flavor here is the sauce. A lot of this is slapped onto the kebab to cover everything up. The snack bar now belongs to K&R in Othmarschen - there they still have the legendary cinnamon sauce, which is not on offer here. There are far better kebabs in Hamburg. But it's probably difficult to get a good kebab in the Elbe suburbs.

Good currywurst. However, since there is quite a draft in the cold season (we were here in December 2024), the food cools down faster than you can eat it.

We cannot understand the bad reviews. Both our 3 kebabs (veal and chicken) as well as the Dürüm (veal) and the baklava were excellent (juicy and aromatic) and the service was attentive and friendly despite the large number of customers. We'll definitely be back.

Der Service ist unaufmerksam und schlecht, zerbrochene Teller und angeschlagene Eierbecher sind dem Personal egal. Das gekochte Ei zum Frühstück war kalt und knichenhart und wurde vermutlich in der Mikrowelle erwärmt, nachdem wir ein um ein warmes baten. Kommentar der Besienung: die sind schon lange virmereitet morgens, warme Eier wurden zu lange dauern. Die weiße Schokolade für den Kako war seit August abgelaufen, angeblich hat der Lieferant kürzlich das so gebracht. Leider haben wir es zu erst am Schluß entdeckt, es gab natürlich keine Entschuldigung oder Preisnachlaß. Der Aufschnitt hat mit Frankreich nichts zu tun (den selben habe ic auf der Arbeit in einem Hotel und ich weiß, was es ist) Es fehlte Zucker auf unserem Tisch und wurde auch nicht nachgereicht. Mein Spiegeleier war mit getrocknetem Schnittlauch aus dem Glas bestreut.. Einzig und alleine die Brötchen und der Lachs waren wirklich sehr gut. Zur Bezahlung mussten wir wieder an die Theke. Fazit: €44,- für 2 Personen für ein mittelmäßige und unschönes Erlebnis, nein danke.

Unfriendly employee! When he asks for 2-3 fries on the Dürum, he responds with a dull “that’s not possible” while he prepares exactly the same Dürum with fries. Then don't... there wouldn't have been such a service here under the previous owner. Never again !!

The kebab is simply a joke for the price and 6.50 for a mini kebab, the operator a few years ago was much better. Not worth a visit!

Dönermann extremely unfriendly, shouts at customers and students. Prices go up every few months and portions and quality go down. Meat tastes absolutely disgusting and for €8.40. Really a scam don't come here, there are much better ones in Hamburg.

The seller was very unfriendly and shouted at children, among other things. Portions were ridiculously small and for €8 it was just disappointing. After eating I had severe pain in my throat and the kebab tasted anything but fresh. There are so many better kebab shops in Hamburg that you could eat at. Never again!

Since the owner changed a few years ago it's just been a complete disaster!!! The staff is unfriendly and unhygienic (washing your hands is completely overrated...) The tables are dirty. The portions are getting smaller and the prices are rising. When you distorted a kebab today you had the feeling that something was spoiled... Was it the salad or the sauce or was it the meat?? But the “crowning highlight” was that 1/3 of the flatbread was cut off from the large kebab, so that less could fit in - do you want to make additional savings here at the expense of the consumer?? Really a shame!!! ZERO STARS

Cold kebab that was very poorly topped. Very small size for a kebab over €7, but you can expect more. The ambience was not particularly inviting and unattractive. Vegetarian dishes simply cost more than those with meat.

When I'm in Hamburg, this is actually my first port of call. I can't understand the bad reviews. Doner kebab is really good. Salad is super fresh, meat is great and the service is also pleasant. Of course the environment isn't great, but make the best of it. Price is okay. I go to Hamburg 2-3 times a year and always have mine there in the city. Fetched a kebab, sometimes even one for the way home 😁

Wollten am 29.6.24 (Samstag) 17h nur 2 Tees trinken und suchten an den Tischen draußen einen schattigen Platz, weil die Sonne heftig stach. Eine Bedienkraft schickte uns in den sonnigen Teil rüber, denn ausgerechnet im schattigen Teil wurde nicht bedient. Statt hier ein Schild aufzustellen, scheuchte die Frau alle nachkommenden Gäste - meist alte Leute - auf. Idiotisch. An solchen Dingen merkt man gleich die Egal-Haltung des Personals. Auf die Bedienung warteten wir ewig. Bis der Tee dann endlich kam, dauerte es ebenfalls 15 Minuten. Der Tisch war so unsauber, dass ich alle Essensreste der vorherigen Gäste selbst wegwedeln musste. Dafür hatte die Bedienung gar keinen Blick. Da die Bedienung sich nie blicken ließ, gingen wir ins Lokal um zu bezahlen. Für 2 schwarze Tees und die kleine Apfeltasche wollte man stolze 11 Euro. Leute, man kann nur abraten.

Mal servicio. Pasan de 10 a 15 minutos hasta que alguien viene... El servicio en sí no es profesional. Se traen platos equivocados, la facturación no es correcta. Café y bebidas caras y de mala calidad. Sillas viejas y gastadas. No hay recomendación, hay cafeterías mucho mejores en Blankenese.

It's not really worth visiting this draughty shop. Unless you faint from hunger in the coming seconds. It's actually a shame to make so little of it in this situation. There are competitors, e.g. S-Bahn Holstenstrasse, who do their homework better.

The worst Dürüm I have ever eaten in my life (37 years)! Sticky, prepared without love, cold and dry. This was probably because the dough/flat cake was bought ready-made. Everything was filled onto the cold, ready-made dough, rolled up, briefly placed in the grill and ready. 7.90 euros for nothing. Added to this are unmotivated, distracted, unfriendly staff.

Terrible! The meat is really not good and the supposedly vegan kebab is a disgrace. The kebab is easily edible, but despite the current inflation it is not worth €7.30. It is also advisable to avoid the sauces; To say that they are loveless would be a nice way of putting it.

I used to walk past here every now and then, but I only now got something to eat for the first time... I shouldn't have. Two young men run the store and act casual and charming when young ladies order something. It's OK - I just want to eat something. The kebab box I ordered came relatively quickly, so I could even get my S-Bahn, but it was tasty differently. Far behind other kebab shops in terms of taste and… cold. It's not possible and that's why I only get one "minimal star" and the promise that I will walk past there again in the future. A pity.

By far the worst kebab shop and worst Dürüm kebab I have ever eaten in Hamburg. Unfortunately, I looked over the counter into the kitchen too late. I ended up in this kind of restaurant out of spite. I bitterly regret my choice. The word cleaning should not be part of their language, the room which serves as a kitchen resembles a cellar. No, we spent a lot of money in this store and in return we were verbally attacked. The cook is very tense and should start practicing yoga soon. After this verbal attack, we ate our meals and even that was horrifying. The meat served is very questionable. We sincerely hope we don't get food poisoning tomorrow. On this I strongly advise you to eat it, even in the event of a nuclear attack.

I give one star because I can't give zero. I paid €7.90 for a Dürum that had to defrost for 3 minutes before it was served cold. The meat tastes like my grandma's meat, who has had intestinal and intestinal problems for 3 years. The vegetables don't taste like they come from a fresh vegetable market but like they are produced on a cotton plantation in southern Uganda. Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht bestätigen. Preis ähnlich wie woanders heutzutage auch und ich die nette Bedienung hat den Döner so unglaublich voll gehauen, dass er das Geld wert war! Sogar Käse konnte ich ohne Extraberechnung reinbekommen, da stellen sich auch viele an.

Ich war heute der döner Laden Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich essen war sehr lecker fresh 10/10

Good Doner for hopping off the train after a night in the Reeperbahn. Maybe not the best but still pretty good. No complaints. Good beer selection however.

I cannot really call their döner a döner, different vegetables compared to the ones in Berlin, and the meat was lackluster. The service was wonderful, though.

Blankenese is worth visiting as a walker. Our first resting point is on the square near the Bahnhof. We take off our gear and sit down lured in by the menu. Unfortunately the kitchen is closed due to staff shortage. So today I won’t be having my favourite croque monsieur. I have a cold salmon sandwich instead and a wonderful cappuccino. All served with a smile.

Wir haben im Maison du Pain sehr lecker gefrühstückt. Der Name ist Programm - es gibt eine grosse Auswahl an Brot und Croissants. Auch die Trinkschokolade hat gut gemundet!

Neuer sehr netter Besitzer! Durchschnittlich gut, die Soße schmeckt etwas verwässert und Rotkraut fehlte. Vegetarische Fleischalternativen wie Halloumi oder Vöner wären super! Ihr seid der einzige Döner-Imbiss weit und breit. Wir sind auf euch angewiesen. 😉
