A big disappointment about 5 grams of meat in kebab, a bit of green and 7 euros 💶, it couldn't be more foolish, never again!!!!!

Not to be outdone in terms of arrogance. It's best to close the shop if neither of you feel like working.

It's just a kebab shop where things have to go quickly. So I can't understand the negative reviews regarding rudeness. Meat was good and crispy, salad was fresh and attractive. The only thing that could have been a little warmer was the bread and meat. Otherwise completely ok.

In itself a full doner kebab. Unfortunately, some of the meat is still red (raw) and there were tiny hairs (stubble) in the kebab

After 3 years (since the last visit) still a bottomless disappointment... the same condescending treatment, substandard food at outrageous prices. The fries were still raw after “what felt like 30 seconds” (he refused to fry them again).

Was there for the 3rd time last Saturday and that will be the last time. I've never experienced such unfriendliness... Unfortunately it didn't taste good either. Fries were cold, the meat was dry. Sorry but it's a shame because the location is great and with a little more effort and a smile on your face, the shop could become an insider tip...

Good döner! A small language barrier, there was a mixture of German and English when we ordered. But the staff were helpful and quite nice. Good prices. Quite dirty toilet, felt as if you were in a dank bathroom.

THE best kebab shop in Ottensen. Pide is always great. Falafel box also ultra. The Börek are also deluxe. Service is always very friendly and accommodating. I don't understand why the reviews are so bad. Price-performance 100%. I've been there often and have never been disappointed.

I was there recently and ordered a kebab box - never again! The fries were cold and seemed to have been sitting for a long time. An employee briefly put them in the deep fryer to warm them up. The meat wasn't cooked through and unfortunately I had to throw away more than half. In addition, the employees were unfriendly and the service was poor. The store only survives because hungry, drunk people come in at night and get ripped off. I can't recommend this place to anyone and I regret wasting €8.

The kebab was very tasty. The bread should not be toasted for so long otherwise it will become brittle. Delicious meat 👌👌

The taste was okay. Nothing special but acceptable. You could eat the kebab. A bit expensive in terms of price. Service nice. Many options. Outside seating is good.

Not so tasty döner for 8 euro. Little Ayran for 2 euro, doesn’t make sense. The guy with the glasses was getting angry at the other one cutting döner and was shouting in front of the customers. Not right.

Ordered a Dürum today around 8:50 p.m. The veal was half raw and the Dürum itself wasn't tasty at all... rather disgusting! Simply bad….. 8€ for a Dürum, you expect quality and not the frass that you expect from the customers!

The kebab meat, whether chicken or veal, is not good. lots of fat, like rubber and tasteless. Bread, sauce and salad are standard like everywhere else but quite okay... unfortunately only the kebab meat is disgusting.

I ordered with cheese, didn't get any cheese. was really in the mood for cheese.

We bought a Dürum kebab and fries. Both seemed like they weren't done properly. The bread was totally "raw" as if it was simply not ready and the fries too, taken out of the deep fryer too early. It really doesn't taste delicious.

French fries mayo Saturday at 10 p.m....my Sunday is over. I'm feeling bad, thank you too! If the tube sits around all day...subterranean quality, the toilet deserves the description of a filthy toilet + unfriendly people behind the counter. Never again!

That was probably the worst kebab I've ever eaten. I felt really bad for at least 4 hours afterwards!

Vegan option yes, but unfortunately totally unfriendly. If the employees don't feel like it, it's best to leave it alone. A little further on there is a great vegan kebab with all the usual sauces. And even in a friendly way.

Durum im brot was very good! Staff was very friendly. One staff member gave us free tea because of the cold outside. Would recommend it!

Normaler Döner in Hamburg - also eine 3/10. Soße schmeckt nach Curry Ketchup und ich hab Curry Soße bekommen (hab ich nie bestellt) Konnte natürlich nicht aufessen (Der Curry Ketchup war zu stark) aber wenigstens keine Knorpel - komme auf jeden Fall nur wieder weil so spät kein anderer Döner Laden auf hat.

Gesamter Gastraum nicht sehr reinlich

Leider wurden die Pommes nur kurz in die Fritteuse gesteckt, sodass diese noch (fast) roh waren. Der Service ist immer super und sehr schnell - leider leidet die Qualität des Essens jedoch immer mehr.

Sehr sehr leckere Börek und auch ein leckerer Döner. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich gewesen und hat alles schnell zubereitet. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen :-)

Sehr schlechter Pomm-Döner. Statt gekonnt die Zutaten zu mischen wird dort nach Schichtungssystem gearbeitet: Salat ganz am Boden und der Rest schichtweise obendrauf. Geht so gar nicht meiner Meinung nach.

Alte Mitarbeiter von Kiosk immer geben falsche Wechselgeld, sogar von Pfandflasche von eigene Tisch gibt keine Rückgeld . Größte Geier in ganz Ottensen .

Waren als Touristen in Hamburg. Sehr leckerer Döner.

Falaffeldöner ist ok aber der Umgang mit den Kunden passt oft nicht. Besonders nachts. Mir wurde letztens zu viel berechnet. Da ich nur einen Döner bestellt habe, könnte man denken es wäre nicht aus versehen passiert.

War so lala. Das Essen kam zwar schnell,war aber auch nicht wirklich gut.

Döner ist sehr gut aber Döner werden immer kleiner und der Preis immer größer deswegen nur 2 Sterne

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Aber der eine junge Mitarbeiter war sehr unfreundlich. Dachte beim erst mal, Hmm ok hat wohl ein schlechten Tag erwischt. Was ja mal passieren kann. Aber nein war bis jetzt immer noch so.

Trotz Andrang und Corona Gesetze war das Essen flott auf dem Tisch... das Essen macht satt, ist lecker sowie Preislich im normalen Rahmen. Der Kaffee ist zu empfehlen. Was mir nicht gefallen hat war die WC s aber die Schmierereien lassen sich im diesen Bez. Nicht verhindern.

Ein sehr leckeres türkisches Schnell-Restaurant! Es ist fantastisch, dass der Salat und das Fleisch vorab gemischt werden, damit der Döner einen gleichbleibenden Geschmack bei jedem Bissen hat!

Wie sollte das funktionieren, Ottensen ohne Döner Welt? Leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen. Bier, Schnaps, Softgetränke alles da. Immer nett.

Ich persönlich finde die Döner, die dort gemacht werden ganz gut. Die Preise könnten jedoch ein wenig geringer sein, genauso wie die Portionen etwas größer sein könnten. Das Personal ist auch ganz OK, der Laden ist relativ sauber und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Gerichten.

Sehr lecker, Personal wirkt aber irgendwie immer leicht genervt.
