Were only there for the buffet, but the buffet was great. Lots of meat and fish, but you can also find something vegetarian/vegan. Delicious and you can have things freshly fried.

The staff was very unfriendly and treated us badly. We had to pay even though we didn't eat anything and only tried one at the table. The food was cold and not lickable at all. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant

Typical Chinese buffet restaurant. 2 hours of free parking in the center's parking garage. The robots that bring the individual food to the table are cute. Particularly worth mentioning is the chocolate fountain and the variety of desserts. Lots of choice when it comes to sauces as toppings. Interesting drinks with boba from bubble tea.

We were there often, both for lunch and in the evening: 1.Service: Friendly, thank you, please still exist +they are competent 2. Taste: every dish tastes more than good. Even at lunchtime the selection is logically smaller than in the evening, but still a large selection and tasteful 3. The food tubs are always well filled, not dried out, and hygienic 4. If someone only books the buffet and does NOT want to order a drink, the buffet price will NOT automatically be more expensive!!!yes, you read that right, they actually did it that way elsewhere. People don't order a cocktail from here, I have it and to be honest I haven't tasted anything other than the alcohol. I then told the employee that you can't drink this cocktail and he just told me that the cocktails were all there Done are just rude that I give money for a cocktail and it tastes like nothing but alcohol. You could at least bring me a new cocktail with less alcohol in it. That's not possible. The service is not helpful at all!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!

I wanted to eat at Phönix again today after ordering After a drink that came slowly, I asked for the menu. Only then was I informed that there was only a buffet on the weekend. The restaurant is really great! It has a wide variety of food and desserts too! Unfortunately the food at the buffet was barely warm, but it was still delicious 😋 The waitresses were super nice too! The food is mediocre at best! Personally, I just don't understand why, for example. Chicken nuggets, fries, tiramisu is offered in an Asian restaurant. Unfortunately, toilets were miserable.

Dirty dishes sit on the table for too long until they are cleared away. You can see at a glance that the restaurant business is designed for mass production and unfortunately that's what it tastes like. In the end, the funny service robot no longer makes up for this poor quality. In addition, the Mother's Day surcharge of 10 euros per person is a complete disgrace. My tip: The approximately 32 euros are much better spent in one of the excellent a la carte restaurants here in Hamburg!

Was there for the first time on Sunday. Quite nice in itself, the food was okay too. Afterwards I just had to deal with gastrointestinal problems. Once and never again. I give one star for the food because you can't give one.

The food is good, the ambience is a highlight. Strangely enough, you can't book an all you can eat meal after 9 p.m. as the buffet closes at 10 p.m.

I give it 3 out of 5 stars because I don't like the entire store. Inattentive employees, absurdly ridiculous signs and icons (cheating hurts the manager and employees), not even service animals are allowed, so inclusion is a foreign concept. The atmosphere is also more like 2 out of 5 stars, but the food takes it out of the water. I primarily know the restaurant from 2G2G, where they offer really good deals. With the aforementioned drawbacks. But luckily I don't have to eat there.

Was there for dinner with 12 people. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio wasn't right, because the preparation of food on the live grill was rather suboptimal. That means that the food was fried to death. Only the shrimp were good. The crayfish had no crayfish at all Meat, just the tank. For me, the only option here in the future is the lunch buffet.

You can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience. For celebrations with several people (more than 12 people) the room with the turntables is recommended! Here you get a flat rate (370 euros, including food and drinks)!!! Happy to come back here.

Absolut top, trotz der Größe absolut gutes Angebot und Qualität wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Dieser Ort ist einfach nur fantastisch, ich esse gern auswärts . Dieses Restaurant hat mich am meisten beeindruckt. Es ist unfassbar was man alles Essen kann für diese Preisklasse. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Jeder kommt auf seine Kosten von Jung bis Alt. Das Ambiente sowie der Service sind Klasse. Die Mitarbeiter haben viel Humor und behandeln einen sehr Gastfreundlich. Ich kann es nur jeden empfehlen.

Auswahl, Service und Ambiente war Top. Hatte nur nach dem Essen zwei Tage Magen-Darm, deshalb nur zwei Sterne. Ansonsten hat alles gepassst.

Die Schalen waren um 19 Uhr an einem.sonntag fast alle leer. Das restliche essen war maximal lau warm. Wir haben für 2 erwachsene und zwei Kinder 80 Euro bezahlt und wir sind alle ungesättigt nach Hause. Als wir bezahlen wollten kam erste Mal 10 Minuten kleiner, dann musste jemand anderes kommen und dieser jenige war dann so mega unfreundlich. Auf unsere Hinweis hin, dass das Essen lauwarm und leer war meinte er nur die anderen hätten sich ja nicht beschwert. Warum sollte ich lügen? Wir haben 10 Minuten lang diskutiert und ich habe dies dann schlussendlich beendet. Beschwerdemanagement geht anders. Allein dafur sollte man den laden meiden. Wir betreiben selber Gastronomie und die Regel der Kunde ist König wird hier definitiv nicht respektiert. Wir gehen zukünftig lieber zum Beispiel zu Phönix in Halstenbek.

Leider keine gute Erfahrung!! Essen nur lauwarm, trocken und die Saucen fad. Die Krönung war aber die Reaktion auf meine Kritik. " Da koenne er ja auch nichts für" Wenn man keine Kritik hören will oder es einen gar nicht interessiert dann einfach nicht mehr fragen!!! Nur mal so als Idee. 🤔

Das Buffet-Angebot war sehr lecker und verschiedentlich! Wir waren total überrascht mit alle Speisen und finden wir auch den Live-Cooking schön. Allerdings bin ich zufrieden und freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Leider lässt die Temperatur und Qualität immer mehr nach.

Leckeres Essen mit einer guten Auswahl. Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch. ( bis auf die Getränke Preise die finde ich zu teuer. Flasche Apfelsaft knapp 10€ ) Werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hin gehen.

Vergleichsweise hat diese Niederlassung überwiegend eine deutlich bessere Arbeit als die in Lübeck gemacht. Das Geschirr wurde grundlich gereinigt und entfettet. Sushi und Salad Bar war außergewöhnlich ordentlich. Das Wok Gericht mit frittierten Tofu Scheiben und Mu-Err Pilzen war authentisch, frisch und geschmackvoll. Das vielfältige Angebot der Zutaten für eigene Saucen war beeindruckend, zB. zerhackt Korriander, Knoblauch und Chilli. Ein Punkt minus zum Thema Essen: Dim Sum ist weiterhin eine Schwäche bei fast allen China Restaurants in Deutshland. Die Teig-Haut von Shumai war wirklich komisch verfärbt. Vielleicht lieber andere Dim Sum Versorger.... Ein paar Behälter für Eis waren schon fast leer und die Kunden haben sogar Fremdkörper da hinterlassen. Häuftige Kontrolle und hygienische Maßnahme zu verstärken.

Großes umfangreiches leckeres Buffet mit Live-Cooking. Die Kellner sind sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das gebratene Essen wird von fahrenden Robotern gebracht.

Tolles Essen, freundliches Personal! Der Robotor als Bedienung ist auch eine witzige Sache. Wir waren jetzt zweimal dort. Beim zweite Mal war es sehr voll dort. Man sollte sich eine Reservierung durchaus überlegen.

Wirklich gutes und nettes Restaurant im All you can eat Buffet Stil. Viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten die frisch gebraten und dann per Roboter zum Tisch gebracht werden. Mir hat eine kleine Einweisung gefehlt wie das Prinzip hier funktioniert aber nach kurzer Nachfrage war alles kein Problem. Hier komme ich bald wieder zum Essen hin.

Leider ist die Menge gering und die Qualität entspricht im Vergleich zu 25-30 pro Person nicht den Standards. Die Grundlage für den Erfolg eines jeden Restaurants dieses Niveaus ist Großzügigkeit, sonst wird der Kunde das Erlebnis nicht wiederholen Ich denke, diese Fehler sind passiert, weil er keine Konkurrenten hatte
