The food is very tasty, especially the Grill in the evening...So I am a loyal customer and it would be great if a discount or a card with points etc. could be organized for such people...The last time I was here, I came to the idea that you almost have to work on the hygiene of both toilets It needs a repair + someone who will make a shift every 30'40 min and make sure that everything is clean. There will be no shortage of toilet paper or anything else. Change the style of music and please better light in the WC...girls like to take pictures with better light + pretty big mirror ;) It would still be wonderful if families with children up to +12 stay in a separate room from the adults. It's a fascinating restaurant! There is simply nothing negative to report. Everything is nice and clean. You in particular have probably raised prices by a few euros so that since then all drinks are free, including alcoholic water standards, which also brings savings. There is also a play area for children, even a games room and separate rooms for birthdays. We are thrilled and go back again and again, especially because of the children who always look forward to it.

We came here specifically for the family buffet, but that is no longer available. On Sundays the buffet now costs over €32 and children also have to pay extra. Very disappointing.

We have been regular guests for years. No, it was us. The quality of the food was getting worse and worse. It's also in many reviews. I had also discussed it on site. But as you can see, the owner doesn't seem to care. And then to increase the lunch from €10.90 to €20.90 is an absolute disgrace. We won't be coming back. We ate some leftovers.. there were not much food left and we paid for the buffet. The quality was not good and most of the foods which were available were oily..

I was invited here for my birthday on a Sunday evening. It tasted like everywhere else in such all-you-can-eat restaurants. But more of fresh produce. Fish, shrimp, meat, etc. It was too much hustle and bustle for me. I also don't think it's so nice that the plates and dirty dishes are hardly cleared away, our table was full of them. What was new to me was that soft drinks are included in the price and you can help yourself to them. OK in itself. Now a proud price in such shops...

The food was simply fantastic – fresh, aromatic and authentically prepared. The buffet, which offers a huge selection, is particularly recommended, but the à la carte dishes are also excellent. The service was friendly and attentive, making you feel completely comfortable. I'll definitely be back! I can only recommend the restaurant if you want delicious Chinese food in a pleasant atmosphere.

The entrance fee was twice as much, but we were told the amount included unlimited food and drink. Everything was fine until we took a second plate of food and your staff came to us. With disrespectful, ugly, rude, rude and aggressive behavior they demanded that we pay again for the meal we had already paid for. We will never visit this restaurant again and would not recommend it to anyone! **Note:** We also observed these rude employees approaching other guests with the same question!

The staff is slow to take care of refills. The prices are getting higher and higher and even if there is a flat rate for drinks (which I don't think is good) the price of 27.50 (for a child) is already steep. Even my little daughter (who was a big fan) doesn't want to go there anymore. For us it was the last time. Very unfortunate. Oh yes, the prices will be increased again in January.

I think the food was an imposition. Many dishes were stale and dried out. I don't think that's possible at a buffet. The fruit selection is limited to canned lychees and tangerines, not even a fresh pineapple. You can argue about taste, but unfortunately the quality and selection wasn't even worth 1 star.

Today for the last time We enjoyed being guests at Phönix (Christmas dinner, family celebrations and birthdays), today we were there again for the first time since the pricing system was changed there. Now the following happened, when I told the waitress that only my wife and the two children would use the all you can eat buffet and I just wanted something to drink, I was told that this was no longer possible, EITHER ALL THE FOOD OR NO ONE That meant either I go, everyone goes or I pay 35 euros for two or three lemonades and we stay. Since I didn't want to disappoint the children, we stayed. This no longer has anything to do with being hospitable; sales seem to be more important than customer satisfaction. When I paid, my 12-year-old son was also billed as an adult.

During the week at lunch there is no grill service, so it is not possible to eat meat, however, the buffet is nice and the drinks are unlimited now.

Typical Chinese buffet restaurant. 2 hours of free parking in the center's parking garage. (Take the right parking garage, not the one from Rewe! You can't get the car out after 10 p.m. or only after an odyssey over fire escapes and various corridors and helpful unknown residents. But the waiter! accompanied us two women the whole time ! The robots that bring the individual food to the table are cute. Particularly worth mentioning is the chocolate fountain and the variety of desserts. Lots of choice when it comes to sauces as toppings. Interesting drinks with boba from bubble tea. Drinks are now included in the price of the buffet 11/2024.

Very unfriendly staff. Toilet was dirty and the soap was gone. The buffet is way overpriced at ~28€ if you "only" eat normal portions and don't want to overeat. It was our first time there and unfortunately we had to leave the food behind. At first the buffet area was very empty, so we had to wait 40 minutes for the food to be refilled. The duck was marinated in an orange/cinnamon breading, unless you just happen to like this unusual Christmas flavor in the summer, then you can skip the duck! We had to look for the duck meat, but it was quite fatty. The typical sauces we know were not available, but soy sauce was on offer on a large scale. So if you don't like soy, you don't have any sauce! I really like it al dente, but the vegetables were really raw there. Unfortunately, my salmon for frying fish came back raw. When asked where one could find something, the response was quite annoyed. When we mentioned that we hadn't eaten anything, the full amount was demanded. We are really shocked, even dogs shouldn't be offered this food for fras. Unfortunately we wouldn't even give it one star.

People don't order a cocktail from here, I have it and to be honest I haven't tasted anything other than the alcohol. I then told the employee that you can't drink this cocktail and he just told me that the cocktails were all there Done are just rude that I give money for a cocktail and it tastes like nothing but alcohol. The rest you can eat as much as you want for a certain price, depending on the time of day, in the first half of the day it is 5 Euros cheaper. Prepared very tasty!
