We ate at the restaurant two weeks ago, and it was delicious! We found a free table right away. The chef is super friendly and puts us in a really good mood. The food was brought straight to our table. Overall, we were so impressed that we went back today. We ordered by phone and then picked up the food. From the outside, the restaurant might seem rather unassuming and not particularly large, but it's definitely worth a look. Truly delicious food!

First, the most important thing: the food is incredibly delicious and the place is very clean. I ordered noodles with fried vegetables and was delighted with the taste experience. The place has at least 30 seats available for guests. The table and chairs were clean. The owners, a man and a woman, are very friendly and even made small talk with me. Anyone who cares about whether something is HALAL or not will be in good hands here. Duck, chicken, and beef—everything is halal. The owner was kind enough to let me take photos. He even showed me the box with the Halal certificate and the bill. Which he shouldn't do, but he had to anyway. An extra star for transparency and another for friendliness. I love the Vietnamese food at Asia Tran. This place has been in Rath for ages and is an absolute must! The prices are reasonable, and you're happy to pay. The location: very central, with good public transport connections. The ambiance: small but nice! The service is always friendly; I've never experienced anything else. The only downside for me was that they only accept cash. However, there is a fully functional ATM just a few meters from the restaurant 👍🏼

Great place! The owner is very nice and cooks the best Asian food in Rath. Plus, the meat is halal and of excellent quality. Overall, I can only recommend the place.

At first glance, an unassuming Asian restaurant with the standard, run-of-the-mill options like fried noodles with chicken, etc. BUT here, the menu features a section called "Vietnamese Specialties," which, while not huge, is certainly something special! I haven't had such authentic pho for this price in a long time, where you can really taste the umami flavor and without MSG. I can highly recommend this Vietnamese national dish in all its variations because it's prepared naturally here. The owners and staff are also very friendly. The kitchen (even the back) is very clean, much to my surprise. I even think more delicious Vietnamese dishes could be offered here, but unfortunately, the clientele in Rath probably doesn't want to buy it and only wants to eat run-of-the-mill Asian slop. The ambiance could be better, but hey, it serves its purpose, and the place isn't exactly huge. Will definitely come back.

5 stars – highly recommended! I went to Asia Tran Halel for the first time today and I'm thrilled! The food was fresh, tasty and authentic - you can taste that the food is cooked here with love. I particularly enjoyed the crispy duck with red curry rice and soup No. 101. The portions are generous and the prices are absolutely fair. The service was friendly and attentive, and the halal certification is a big plus for me. I'll definitely be back!

I cannot recommend this place under any circumstances. The snack bar operator changes his prices all the time. Basically often 0.50 cents more per order. Just last year I paid €5 for fried noodles with vegetables, a few months later I paid €7 and today he tells me €7.50. And then he was "offended" and gave me back my €20 bill when I asked him why the price had increased again and said: "I should go eat somewhere else". Then I'll just change the snack bar. Tip: When shopping at the market in Ratingen, you have always been able to eat at a Vietnamese restaurant for the same price for years. Without permanent price increases.

I most likely got food poisoning from dish number 11. I trained in the morning and then went for an ice bath, so I felt really good physically. Then I ate there around 5:30 p.m. and about 2 hours later I was feeling worse by the minute. It started with sweats and nausea and later I had to vomit. Afterwards I was so damn cold and the night was bad too. Chat Gpt also says that the whole situation strongly suggests food poisoning. But feel free to form your own opinion

Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness of the owner, who fulfilled all special requests (asking for a second plate for the children, etc.) without batting an eyelid. I had the sweet and sour vegetables with rice. It tasted delicious and the vegetables were very fresh and still crunchy. It was also prepared very quickly. Unfortunately, the sauce had hardly any taste; I would have liked more of a kick.

Of 12 spring rolls, only these three were partially edible. Fried noodles were bitter and the chicken was very small and not crispy but old and had the taste of very old fried oil. Unfortunately that was our last visit.

Asia Tran in Düsseldorf Rath ist definitiv ein kulinarisches Highlight! Das Essen ist stets frisch zubereitet, unglaublich lecker und dazu noch erschwinglich. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, der asiatische Küche liebt – ein Besuch bei Asia Tran lohnt sich definitiv!

Schöner kleiner Asia Imbiss mit einigen Sitzplätzen. Essen schmeckt gut zu fairen Preise n. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die guten Bewertungen sind uns ein Rätsel. Keiner von uns Vieren war begeistert vom Essen. Geschmacklich war das Essen nicht überzeugend. Die Preise im Internet auf der eigenen Seite sind sehr veraltet. Der reelle Preis war um 25% teurer. Somit war die Enttäuschung doppelt so groß.

Immer lecker & sauber und freundliches Personal

Preise auf der Website, mit lieblosen Fotos eines veraltetem Flyers, stimmen nicht überein. Im Imbiss 2,50€ angehoben (Bspl. statt 7,50€, jetzt 10,00€, Tendenz nach oben). Dafür gibt es heute keinen Grund mehr, im Jahr 2020 war das nachvollziehbar. Nur gebratener Reis, wenig bis gar kein Gemüse, obwohl steht „mit verschiedenem Gemüse“ (paar Möhrenstreifchen und Mangobohnen), schon garnicht frisch. Wer’s mag? Für einen Imbiss, diese Preise und schlechtes Ambiente? Viel zu teuer, da stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht mehr überein. Da wäre eher ein Restaurantbesuch die bessere Wahl. Aber schaut’s euch selber an. Gibt bestimmt Fans.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Frisch zubereitet, sehr lecker, eigene Soßen. Ganz besonders empfehle ich die Erdnuss Soße, jede Woche mindestens 2 Mal wird sie von mir bestellt. Für ein Mittagessen ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch super.

Immer schnell, super freundlich, sehr gute Portionen zu wirklich fairen Preisen und schmeckt mir immer sehr gut, egal ob klassisch gebratene Nudeln, die traditionelle Pho oder Frühlingsrolle.

Der Besitzer ist ein überaus netter Mann. Obwohl sein Deutsch nicht perfekt ist, gibt er sich große Mühe und schafft eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre. Man versteht sich einfach. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet; der gebratene Reis ist genau nach meinem Geschmack und die knusprige Ente ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. Im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz in der Umgebung sticht dieses Restaurant klar hervor. Absolut empfehlenswert!
