Leckeres Essen mit sehr sympathischem Service

An sich, ganz gut und lecker, aber nicht unbedingt überragend. Preise sind etwas teurer. Portionen dafür nicht so riesig. Deswegen nur 4 Sterne.

Das Banh mi war in Ordnung hat sehr stark an die Kette anbanhmi erinnert. Es hat uns nicht umgehauen, dennoch solide deswegen 3 Sterne.

Geht nebenan Essen, da ist es leckerer und freundlicher.

Essen ist sehr lecker und frisch. Wir waren mehrere Leute und haben unterschiedliche Gerichte bestellt und trotzdem wurde das Essen schnell zubereitet. Auf Extra Wünsche (zB ohne Paprika) wurde eingegangen ohne Rumgemeckere. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett. Wir hatten von Bowls, Curry, Summer Rolls und Sandwich alles dabei. Waren sehr zufrieden, insbesondere die Frische der Zutaten hat uns gefallen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten wenig Erwartungen beim Betreten des Lokal und sind richtig überrascht worden. Sehr authentische Küche, das Essen kam sehr schnell, Personal nett und zuvorkommend. Es war so lecker, das wir am Folgetag direkt nochmal zum Mittagessen vorbeigegangen sind. Wenn ich mal wieder in Düsseldorf bin, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder vorbei kommen.

Ich arbeite seit über drei Jahren im Bereich der Essenslieferung und habe in dieser Zeit mit vielen Restaurants zusammengearbeitet. Leider habe ich in Ihrem Restaurant wiederholt ein sehr unfreundliches und respektloses Verhalten eines Mitarbeiters gegenüber Lieferfahrern erlebt. Ein solches Verhalten habe ich in meiner bisherigen Tätigkeit nur sehr selten erlebt. Ich wäre Ihnen dankbar, wenn Sie diesen Mitarbeiter darauf hinweisen könnten, Lieferfahrer respektvoll und freundlich zu behandeln, da wir alle gemeinsam daran arbeiten, Ihren Kunden einen guten Service zu bieten. Fantastische Sandwiches!! Nächstes Mal probiere ich die Suppe.

Banh mi Deli ist einfach nur zu empfehlen. Wir gehen wirklich mindestens einmal die Woche dort essen und lieben es jedes Mal. Es ist trotz der etwas kalten Atmosphäre gemütlich und man verweilt gerne dort.

Über Wolt das Special für 2 bestellt. Portionen kamen kleiner und so gut wie kein Hähnchen im Curry, das nenne ich unseriös.

A Taste of Ho Chi Minh Right Here! Stepping into this place instantly transported me back to the vibrant streets of Ho Chi Minh City. The aromas, the flavors, the atmosphere. It all feels wonderfully authentic. The Banh Mi here is hands down one of the best I’ve had outside of Vietnam. From the perfectly crisp baguette to the savory, flavorful fillings, every bite is a reminder of the street-side vendors in Saigon. It's as authentic as it gets. Beyond the incredible food, the staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. Their friendliness adds so much to the experience you feel like more than just a customer here. It’s clear they care deeply about both their food and the people they serve. Whether you're craving a quick bite or a comforting, flavorful meal, this spot delivers every time. It’s absolutely worth coming back again and again. A true gem for lovers of Vietnamese cuisine!

Taste: I had the sesame chicken bun, which unfortunately had no sesame flavor at all. The chicken tasted carelessly fried, without any seasoning. Size: Good portion, filling! Value for money: A bit pricey for a bit of noodles and a few pieces of chicken. Service: It cooked really quickly, but there's probably a reason for that. If you don't feel like cooking and just want to fill yourself up, this is a good alternative to a doner kebab.

We visited this "restaurant" for the first time today and can't understand the positive reviews. The food was okay, but nothing special, but the service was really rude and the atmosphere unpleasant. A one-time visit for us.

Should be 2 stars based on the Bahn mi, but I give it 3 to be nice. Cold, not the right measurements. Iced coffee way too sweet and aloë vera limonade still having whole sugar in it. Come on!

Super delicious, the spiciness was very pleasant. For those with sensitive taste buds, just ask if the chili can be omitted. But the heat level wasn't a challenge, more of a spicy one.

I ordered a Pho bowl and half of it was filled with sprouts and I had more of "sprouts" than any other ingredient, I did not order sprout soup, I ordered beef pho soup as much as I remember!!!!

I arrived as a hungry panda and left as a happy phoenix—reborn through pho! The spring rolls were as crispy as my sense of humor, the curry creamier than my favorite TV show. Service? So friendly, I wanted to adopt her! Anyone who leaves here hungry either has no stomach or is in the wrong dimension. An absolute explosion of flavor with Vietnamese charm—I'll be back, even in flip-flops in the rain!

Unfortunately, the bread is very bad. I've tried it several times, but the tofu version is tasteless, and the others simply lack quality, which makes the price too high. They also lack a tasty sauce. The bread looks different in the pictures. I have to add, though, that the location in Flingern is much better. I had it with pho there, and it was very good. They seem to have it on the new menu in Unterbilk as well: but only half a banh mi with pho. And more expensive. Kind of disappointing, especially since the bread is just air anyway.

This is my 3rd Vietnamese restaurant I have tried in Dusseldorf. I guess I will make it a goal to try as many as I can when I visit Dusseldorf. Verdict? It's not as good as others I have been to so far. The Pho was ok. The broth did not pop like it should. The sandwich had a bit too much pickled vegetables for my liking, making it too sour for me. If you like pickled vegetables then you will like it. The sandwich also did not have the flavor I am looking for. The Vietnamese coffee was missing richness and more bite I normally get with a Chickory base coffee. For a neighborhood restaurant and to give you an essence of Vietnamese food, it's not bad. Service was fine, and food came out promptly. Order at the counter than sit to eat or carry out. They looked like they did a lot of carry out.

Very tasty food and the staff is nice and friendly

Ordered a Pho for lunch today and received it without the meat that was ordered and paid for. The employees wanted to take care of the issue immediately, but now I haven't been able to reach anyone for hours and am being ignored. I have rarely experienced such poor service... it's really a shame that you as a customer are treated like that.

I really like the store and drive there from Solingen. The sandwiches are great. My favorite is the one with curry chicken. I can also highly recommend the udon noodles. The employees are always very patient with me because I have special requests. The music is good too, The Weeknd plays a lot :)

Ordered food online, unfortunately a negative result. The summer rolls tasted ok but the rice leaves were torn on both rolls. The udon noodles with chicken were extremely salty. Instead of 40 minutes as originally stated, there was a 1 1/2 hour wait with a delivery fee of 5.99 euros and the food was lukewarm. Sorry but that could be better!

Food good and cheap, BUT no changing table or permission to change a child anywhere in the restaurant. So here's a couple of stars deducted. Family-friendliness is also important.

I have known ÃN BÁNH MÌ since the beginning. It was always one of my favorite Vietnamese places to eat pho in Düsseldorf. Over time, I unfortunately have to say that the quality of service, friendliness and cleanliness have deteriorated significantly. It's ok for a quick, small soup at lunchtime, but unfortunately not for more in my opinion. A few years ago I could have recommended everything, but you get the impression that preparation and quality are being saved everywhere. After looking at some of the reviews, I unfortunately have to agree with many of the negative points.

Taking the best bahnmi and iced tea is a real treat! Chilli beef bahn mi is my favorite. Have been here many times and order often. That just always works. Update October 2024: Still absolute top!

Decent food but vegetarian options are very limited (even their Tofu Pho has fish sauce)

One of the best food experiences in Düsseldorf. The pulled beef sandwich is a standout, with tender meat and a crisp baguette.

Bad reviews here are simply nonsense. Soups, summer rolls etc. have been top for years. The lemonades are also always recommended. The renovation in 2019 was good and made the room brighter and airier. We have been lunch guests for years due to our proximity to the office and are happy to stay that way.

Wow! We ended up here because of a city tour of Flingern and I can only say that it is the best Báhn Mì that I have ever eaten. Super tasty, the tofu is a dream. Perfectly marinated. The right amount of coriander & sauce. The place is also ideal for vegetarians/vegans. 😻

I'll start with the ambience. The shop is small, unfortunately doesn't offer much flair and we discovered that it was quite dirty and the tables were sticky. The service was quick and not unfriendly, everything was problem-free and the prices were completely reasonable for the portions. Let's get to food. We ordered the Udon with vegetables and shrimp, the Mango Curry with chicken and rice and the Banh Mi Pulled Chilli Beef. Unfortunately, the udon tasted kind of bland and the shrimp was way too cooked. I found the vegetables very untypical for Asian cuisine. The mango curry was very fruity, not spicy at all, well-cooked chicken but again, in my opinion, an untypical selection of vegetables. Unfortunately, the rice that came with it was super dry. The Banh Mi was the best in our selection for us. The meat was juicy, the coriander was delicious and the bread was well baked, but unfortunately it lacked the spiciness, which was listed in brackets on the board. Based on the experiences listed, all that can ultimately be said is that we will not be coming back.

Delicious toppings for both the teriyaki chicken and beef. Unfortunately, the baguette itself is nothing special and is not so well tolerated as a simple wheat bread.

Dont even associate these food with vietnamese cuisine. You can find better instant noodle than their noodle soup. Also they got my order wrong.

Wir haben zwei Summer Rolls und zwei Banh Mis bestellt. Alles war sehr lecker, leicht und frisch. Das Sesam Chicken fand ich persönlich noch etwas besser als das pulled chili beef. Aber beides war gut.

Went here two times already and the bahn mi is really perfect. The bread is soooo good, crisp on the outside but soft on the inside. 😊 I ordered the fried egg bahn mi and I love it. My friends also liked their orders (pulled beef bahn mi and tofu noodles).

Nicht für Familien mit Kindern zu empfehlen - sehr unfreundlich! Mein Kind durfte nicht auf die Toilette, obwohl das Lokal in 10 Minuten öffnete und die Tür offen war und das Personal die Tische sowohl im Innen- als auch Aussenbereich eingedeckt hat. Sehr unprofessionell und schadhaft für ihr Business. Gegenüber in der Kneipe wurden wir herzlich empfangen und durften selbstverständlich die Toilette benutzen.

This is my go-to place during work lunchtime. The food is delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and the service super fast.

Bin schnell in der Mittagspause dort hin. Kleine, übersichtliche Karte, obgleich der Duft nach gutem Essen es einem schwer macht sich zu entscheiden. Es ist dann das Sesame Chicken Sandwich geworden. Weich, aber gut zusammenhaltendes Brot, Zitronengras? und Koriander haben das Fleisch und Gemüse perfekt abgerundet. Ich bin hungrig auf mehr 🙏🏼

Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Komme immer gerne! ♡ Allerdings war vor ein paar Jahren das Hähnchen auf den sandwiches irgendwie frischer zubereitet. Und bei den Suppen bekam man früher mittags auch bei Mitnahme ein Stück Peperoni und Limette.

Probiert die Cocos Chicken Suppe!!! So frisch, gute Größe und sehr lecker! Auch das Curry ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist immer nett und freundlich.

Super Essen! Die Bedienung hat uns sehr freundlich geholfen und Empfehlungen ausgesprochen. Das Essen war wirklich lecker und sehr schnell auf dem Tisch. Auch die selbstgemachten Limonaden sind sehr zu empfehlen. Komme definitiv wieder.

Pampige Servicekraft mit einer unmöglichen Kundenansprache. Kurz: ich wusste nicht, dass Selbstbedienung ist, und wartete eine viertel Stunde auf Bedienung. Wurde unfreundlich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass ich drinne bestellen müsste. Als ich im Begriff war, die zu tun kam besagte Servicekraft erneut auf mich zu, ich solle sofort bestellen „ man sei ja kein Cafe, in dem man sich einfach hinsetzen könnte und arbeiten könnte“. Zum Essen kann ich daher leider nichts sagen. Hätte mich gefreut, dich zu probieren, schließlich habe ich mich ja dafür entschieden, dorthin zu gehen. (Der Imbiss war leer. Ich war neben einem Vierertisch der einzige Gast draußen) Freundlichkeit ist irgendwie anders. Schade. Selten genug, dass ich mir Zeit nehme, eine Rezension zu schreiben. Aber dies ist echt ärgerlich und schade.

Noch nie einem Leben so ein krank leckeres Sandwich gegessen. Einfach nur wow!! (Lime Shrimp)

BANH MI is a very good restaurant in Bilk area. The food is super, the environment is cosy and the service of the staff is kind and fast. You can come here to enjoy a bowl of Pho noodle soup or for a lunch break if you work around this area. Have try the Bun or the sandwich with beef, shrimp and so on, all so good! Tofu or beef Pho is also nice! a good place worth much recommendation!

Absolutely love this place, all dishes are consistently awesome. Great Pho and banh mi, and the lemonades in summer are a must! If only they accepted Sodexos, I’d eat there literally every day (please consider accepting Sodexo😁).

Leckere Gerichte mit guter Auswahl und fairen Preisen. Das Ambiente dort ist leider nicht schön, teilweise schmutzig, ungemütlich und eng.

Essen war trocken, Saucen haben auch gefehlt, erst sind die nicht erreichbar und einen Tag später flüchtet man sich in Ausreden. Nie wieder. Preis Leistung stimmt einfach garnicht!
