Food very good, beautifully presented, little space

Absolute comfort food! The sandwiches are incredibly delicious and the portion size is perfect. The summer rolls were also absolutely delicious. I'm really looking forward to eating here again soon.

Despite ordering late (8:30 pm), the banh mi was still fresh and crisp. The mayo clearly makes the difference compared to other banh mi offerings! Excellent!

An amazing Vietnamese restaurant with a wide variety of delicious dishes and generous portions. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. A great place to enjoy authentic flavors and a warm dining experience!

It's cute and cozy! Really large portions, good food. The staff were friendly. It was a bit cramped and cold inside.

You order and pay (immediately) at the cash register inside the cafe. The food itself will be brought to your table. There are tables both outside and inside. Overall, the cafe is suitable for small groups. The pho bo was delicious, but the meat was tough and dry. The mango smoothie was delicious, but the ice wasn't completely broken, so some of it had large chunks that you had to chew on.

The food is very, very tasty, and the prices are great too. The atmosphere is more like a snack bar than a restaurant, but you can also sit outside. We also like to come here for lunch; they offer a discounted menu with different dishes daily.

The three must-try dishes in Vietnam are Chao Vietnamese spring rolls, Vietnamese baguette, and Vietnamese beef or chicken soup pho. They are really delicious. The dining environment is also very good, so if you want to eat, it is a good choice.

We visited this lovely restaurant on a Monday with cozy outdoor seating. The food was delicious, including a starter and main course, as well as homemade lemonade—the lime and mango lemonade is delicious. It was fresh, and upon request, they even catered for allergies. They omitted the fried onions.

This used to be my absolute favourite restaurant some years ago but unfortunately with time, the portions became less and the prices went up. Staff also gradually became more rude. Food is still good but all things considered, a disappointment now. Edit: we all got food poisoning after having the Bhan mi‘s this weekend, so definitely 0 stars. Wth

I only ordered, but I've already passed by. The place looks cozy, and I think I'll eat there next time. The baguettes are great, fresh, and filling enough for my next trip through the city.

It works, the plates and bowls are all plastic, the food is too sweet, the sauces are ready-made from a bottle, not my thing.

I love An Banh Mi. I eat here or order takeaway really often. All the dishes I've had so far have been amazing, but the yellow curry, the banh mi with pulled beef, and the pho are especially delicious. The staff is also really friendly and attentive. The only criticism would be the extremely cramped and small seating inside, but it's a good deal for the delicious food, and there are lovely sunny spots outside.

Food was good, but definitely better. Bowl and drink for just under €20 is an announcement and, in my opinion, unfortunately far too much for what you get. A waiting time of 45 minutes is just way too long and the overwhelmed employees who openly insult the guests are unfortunately out of place. Too bad. It used to be great, now it's sad...

It's so delicious and the value for money can't be beat. Of course there's a lot going on, especially on the weekend, but it's simply delicious. For under 15€ you get a Bahn Mì (portion, really big and completely sufficient!) and a homemade lemonade. Where else does that exist these days? The best Bahn Mì in Düsseldorf!

I ordered a pulled chili beef banh mi through Wolt. It was quite tasty and the quality was quite good, even though I'm not a connoisseur of Vietnamese cuisine. It tasted especially good because of the coriander. It was just too sweet for me, maybe it was the sauce? However, since this is a matter of taste, a full 5 stars! Also very cheap for delivery, only paid around €10 in total.

Service varies. You have to stand in line and order like in a snack bar. Ambiance rather sparse but ok clean! Food ok. A bit expensive. For 3 small spring rolls 6 euros. However, these were fresh and delicious. Soup a bit watery. Waiting time relatively long.

One of now several Vietnamese eat-in and take-aways in the area. Food good, but not cheap, service friendly, but everyone has to order at the counter. The store is always busy with take-away customers and the unfortunately unavoidable delivery drivers and it quickly becomes crowded. The tables are tiny! In summer you can sit outside on the sidewalk.

Where should I start? Far too overpriced. Especially as a local Vietnamese, I find the prices sometimes quite outrageous. The fact that a simple banh mi costs more than a kebab is already below the belt. Opinions differ in terms of taste but for the price it's 0 justified. In Berlin you can get a double portion of Banh Mi for half the price and the taste is sometimes better. You also have the right heo quay to choose from. Well, never again.

I used to be a big fan and probably ordered it once a week or ate it in a restaurant. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated dramatically. My Tofu BahnMi consisted of 60% carrots. No more daikon. Lots of filler. The greater evil, however, was something else. The nausea. Ordered there about 3 months ago and had health problems of the unsavory variety 2 hours later. Since I'm interval fasting and this was my first and only meal, I don't want to draw a 100% conclusion from it, but I avoided the store for 3 months. Went there again today for the first time, good things that everything is going smoothly. What can I say, running does it. With me. Again of the rather unappetizing variety. First meal of the day again. Once is bad luck. Now the second time my conclusion is that I will not come back. It's a shame. It was once very beautiful.

I actually like going to Ân Bánh Mì. However, there was an unfortunate incident, so I no longer recommend the restaurant (at least on Ackerstr.). Immediately after serving my dish, I noticed an unpleasant smell. After tasting it, my companion and I noticed that the tofu tasted sour and slightly spoiled. Something like that can happen. However, not what followed: When I pointed this out to the staff, all I got was the curt comment that the tofu was marinated in soy sauce. However, soy sauce is not sour, but salty. At my insistence they just said that they would pass it on to the kitchen. No concession to prepare a new dish or refund the money. Very unfortunate. I couldn't eat the dish, which the staff also saw. I then left the restaurant hungry.

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is no longer right at all. First the prices went way up (BahnMi +29%) and now the portions are getting smaller (toppings!) and the quality is less (Phô like water). After many loyal years, this was my final pick-up order.

Where is the Daikon? Apart from the quality of the remaining ingredients. I had a banh mi with pulled chili beef; So pulled beef is actually very tender and the chili was somewhere right in the middle of the sandwich, which means that the chili was applied afterwards. Whatever, it was just a bad experience. I don't need it a second time either.

So unfortunately the good times seem to be over. The sandwiches were really great, but now they were thinly topped and bland. There is no longer any effort here, but instead the focus is on items and ingredients that can be easily and quickly prepared in bulk in order to supply all franchise locations with them. It's really too expensive for that.

Great place, good food, atmosphere

Actually a top address for authentic Vietnamese street food. My wife and I have been going here for years to eat one of the delicious sandwiches and the best summer rolls. However, the map was recently changed. Unfortunately, there is no longer any Meatball or Sesame Chicken Sandwich, but instead there is a very disappointing Crispy Chicken, which, quite wobbly and bland in taste, is worlds away from the previous offering. It's a real shame because we can no longer recommend it and will now look to the competition.

Their Chili Bun Bo Hue is the ultimate comfort food—rich, flavorful, and satisfying 🔥 And don't sleep on the Avocado Smoothie; it's light, creamy, and incredibly refreshing!

I have ordered here frequently. Things have been going downhill for some time now. Every supermarket sandwich now has better toppings. The Phos are almost just water... It's a shame - I used to really like it 😞

The employees are very friendly, our order was swiftly delivered, the prices were fair overall. According to my wife the room was exceptional. The food was ok. There is much better Vietnamese food to be had in Duesseldorf but the overall experience makes up for it.

Fresh, super tasty, authentic and good service! Ordered 2x curry and summer rolls from Lieferando and unfortunately something different arrived. But no problem, things like that happen and with one phone call everything was corrected without being asked. We then received the correct order. Everything is wonderful. We will eat here again!

Food was good, selection was sufficient and the daily specials during the week were quite good. Ambience a little less good, cramped inside and not very nice with music that you have to like and outside on a (less busy) street. The homemade lemonades are highly recommended. Good for lunch, sufficient for dinner but not my choice.

Hey, they still accepted my >5 year old bonus card ^^. It used to be more common here - but somehow it has fallen asleep. I was surprised at how much the store has improved over the last few years. But the sandwiches still taste as good as they did back then :-)

Good phó is hard to find in Germany. This place does ok, very basic selection, 3 versions including beef and chicken. Pretty big bánh mi selection, ive only tried the classic red pork, bread was pretty correct, fillings were lacking flavor and volume, more bread than taste. Cozy place to eat inside and out, and the staff is nice.

Cute little restaurant! Felt like being in Vietnam. Food was quite good but even tho some dishes were labeled as spicy it wasn’t really spicy. The bread of the banh mi was delicous. They also got yuzu tea!

I love this restaurant. The banh mi is to die for. It’s absolutely fantastic!!! From the first to last bite I kept asking for more. It brought back memories of flavours I’m used to for banh mi. I highly recommend coming here just for their banh mi. It’s like visiting Vietnam but in Germany.

The Banh Mi's are simply amazing, I've been enjoying eating here for many years! The Pho is good, but nothing that blows you away. The service has varied over the years depending on the staff, but at the moment there are only very friendly people working in the service :)

I loved this store but had a really super bad experience today. The Indian colleague at the checkout was unfriendly to the point of being unfriendly and the Banh Mi bread was unfortunately far too soggy and not at all crispy. No comparison to the branch in Unterbilk. The soups were bland and the meat was tough. What a shame!
