CHILITOS Original Mexican Streetfood in Weil der Stadt

Chilitos had two carts at the street food event in Ludwigsburg on September 27/28, 2025. At one of the carts, I asked if the food was spicy and received the response, "Too spicy for you." The question of whether I could try it ultimately led to me being told to leave. At the other cart, I was allowed to try it without any problems. I found this behavior from the only German employee truly strange and rude.

Very good, if they are near you, you can not stop trying them. 😋😋😋😋 I discovered them by chance and for all Latino, but mainly Mexican; are balm for the soul. Mega delicious, if the Food Truck is near you, you must try the tacos without hesitation. I managed to spot them and for every Latino, especially Mexican, these tacos are a perfect fit.

Born 1951 San Francisco and a Mexican street food junkie all my life, Chilitos is a breath of fresh authenticity! During my 14 years living in Frankfurt, lamentably there has not been 1 ~ even just 1, REAL Mexican restaurant. Chilito's barbacoa tacos are spectacularly flavorful, juicy and generously portioned. Accompanied by their outrageous green sauce, their tacos are as delicious as any that I have tasted in Guadalajara, Mazatlan, Cabo San Lucas, Chichen Itza, Mexico City, etc.,etc.,etc,. I fervently pray that Chilitos soon opens a restaurant In Frankfurt, because otherwise, I will become a wandering nomad following their food truck all over The Deutschland!!! Best tacos I've ever had outside of Mexico! 10/10

Between 9 and 13 euros for a taco. I can't say whether the soft taco flatbreads are homemade, but for someone who's never had tacos before, it wasn't particularly good or bad, because I simply don't have a point of comparison. For me, the price is therefore the deciding factor and seems excessive, especially since I could eat 6 to 8 tacos on a good day.

Very tasty. The owners are very friendly. The trip from Calw was worth it. I'd gladly go back.

The price/performance ratio is good. If you want hearty tacos, you should come here. The 20-minute drive is definitely worth it. Parking is available in front or in the Edeka parking lot.

These are tacos, they taste great. 100% recommended.

Es gibt leider sehr wenig authentisches mexicanisches Essen hier in der Region. Daher LIEBE ich Chilitos!! Es schmeckt wie in der Heimat und schon beim Duft wird es mir nostalgisch ums Herz.

Die einzige richtige mexikanischen Tacos in ganz Baden Württemberg!! Leckere Soßen :D

Sehr sehr lecker! Selbst unsere Mexikanische Bekannte findet, dass es die besten Tacos sind, die Sie in Deutschland gegessen hat. Leider muss die "Bude" wegen der Nachbarschaft schließen. Also verfolgen wir Sie auf Facebook und besuchen Sie auf dem nächsten Festival :-)

Weder sonderlich gut noch schlecht. Allerdings sind 9 € für drei vegetarische Tacos doch überzogen. Preis und Leistung für mich schlecht.

It definitely is the best tacos nearby. But could use a little bit more meat. And less cilantro.. it's like hiding the fact that there isn't much meat with so much cilantro.

Excellent tacos. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Parking can be touch and go at times but we'll worth it. I recommend the tacos al pastor. I highly recommend this place.

Really good Tacos. Tried all three versions; beef, pork, and vegetarian. I liked the pork the best. Also bought Tamales with chicken, waiting to try it out.

Tasty street tacos and the chicken rajas tamales were delicious! El pastor tacos tasted so good with the pineapple and the saudero (beef) tacos with their green salsa and toppings were yummy.
