Cozy, Italian family restaurant - very pleasant

Unfortunately, the food was all too salty. That's always a matter of taste but I actually eat a lot of salt but everything just tasted like salt and nothing else. Unfortunately the liver was far too dry. The prices are also very reasonable, I personally don't think 15.50 euros for a plate of pasta of this quality is appropriate. The staff and service is great, everyone is really friendly and in a good mood. The restaurant has a great ambience.

We eat there very often because we like the service so much! Fabrizio brings a fresh lightness to the restaurant and the friendly bartender should also be mentioned, who, by the way, makes an excellent sangria. We are always greeted with a smile and good mood by everyone there. The food is always very tasty and beautifully prepared. The Casina remains our regular restaurant!

I'll be honest, there isn't a restaurant with better service. The guys there always put you in a good mood. The food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful.

My Italian in Hermsdorf since I was a teenager. I now go here regularly with my own children (6 and 8). Everything tastes good, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. My favorite dish: steak with fried onions and potatoes or the seasonal dishes.

Recommended for all those who love Italian cuisine. Exquisite dishes, welcoming restaurant and quality staff. Always coming back. Compliments.

We really enjoy coming to Cascina. The food is always delicious and the service is always great. I just mentioned briefly on the phone that it was our wedding anniversary and we were given this great table. That's what I call really mindful. Keep it up.

The salad with tuna that my wife ate was very good. Unfortunately, the breading of the fried calamari was not crispy. Meat dishes are hardly affordable for normal guests (from €28 upwards), since you're in Hermsdorf.

One of my favorite restaurants. Nice atmosphere, good service, delicious food.

What was particularly impressive yesterday (August 16th) was that the entire outdoor area was already full of guests (at least 60) at 6 p.m. - good thing we had booked in advance. And you could immediately feel why that was the case: the family-run restaurant had a typical Italian flair, which the service conveyed to the outside world. Friendly, nice, attentive to the many guests - even though it was only open again that day after vacation, unfortunately three of the staff didn't come and so everything had to be done at once. But - just - the effort was great and ultimately resulted in the food and drinks being tasty and us spending the (required) interim times having pleasant conversations. Overall: Respect and recognition for the achievements of the owner and his family, “Cascina” is really a “hostel” and lives up to its standards become. Highly recommended - we'll be back!

We ended up in this Italian restaurant more or less by chance. The service at this obviously family-run business was very friendly, and the food was excellent. The Pizza Futti di Mare was finally not swimming in fat, the fried anchovies with aioli spaghette were also a hit. Absolute recommendation

Was always more than satisfied with the food and service. The atmosphere is extremely cozy and pleasant, which is further enhanced by the service staff. No matter when or how I was allowed to be at Cascina (a friend's birthday with over 10 people; my ex-partner, who is friends with the management and a dish was named after her, to pick up or my new partner for a romantic meal for two), It was always a great evening without any faults. Therefore 5 out of 5 is absolutely deserved and I would like to give it a sixth for dealing with negative reviews. P.S. I work in upscale gastronomy and as far as I'm concerned, I can only see an absolutely professional, service/guest-oriented and consistently positive approach! Anyone who generally criticizes prices in the catering industry should find out what it costs to run a catering business. Many companies that are fully booked every evening are barely making ends meet (about 1/3 of their sales go to the state alone, which is based on everything you can get out of tax and that doesn't include the employees' taxes)…

My daughter took me here on the occasion of "Mother's Day". We sat outside very nice and cozy. The starter was prepared directly at the table and was a delight for the taste buds. For the main course we had pizza. I had seafood pizza and it was by far the tastiest seafood pizza I've had in a long time!!! Have a successful Mother's Day!

Rarely have I seen such a good and genuine Italian in Berlin. Always thought that Piccolo Mondo was number one in Berlin. And now I think differently... In terms of quality and, above all, people, the Cascina can keep up in all respects, or is even one step ahead. Went there last year and was greeted again today by the boss with a friendly handshake. This is true hospitality!! And not just from the food, but above all from the The ambience is far more pleasant than that of the posh Italian restaurant at the Olympic Stadium!!

Super delicious food. My Penne Al Arrabiata wasn't on the menu, but it was still prepared quickly and deliciously. Great service from the whole team. Gladly again! See you next time!

Very good Italian, sometimes a bit chaotic with the service, but authentic and tasty!

I can't share the recent negative reviews. I'm happy to pay for good food and good service. It's an experience and we'd love to come back. What is special is the salmon tartare, the Aperol and the fact that there is no day off. Even on Monday evening it was full.

Geht besser, das Restaurant ist irgendwie anstrengend. Personal überschwänglich bis unorganisiert aber freundlich. Beilagen Salat wurde vergessen obwohl bezahlt, erst nach verlassen aufgefallen. Pizza war wohl gut, Nudeln nicht so gut, Salat mit Scampi auch ok.

Really great pizza, unique in the north of the city. We have been regular customers here for many years. Nice and authentic staff and atmosphere. I can only recommend everyone to come and eat here.

Die Pizza war nicht so doll aber sehr groß. Wir waren eine große Gesellschaft und haben wirklich viel verzehrt. Es wurde großzügig Trinkgeld gegeben. Ein Teilnehmer hat wohl 1/4 L Rotwein nicht bezahlt, da ging fast die Welt unter. Gnädigerweise hat der Ober dem letzten Gast, der bezahlt hat, nur den halben Preis für den Wein berechnet. Trotz Beteuerung, dass der Wein nicht getrunken wurde. Die andere Hälfte des Preises würde er aus der eigenen Tasche bezahlen. Selten so gelacht.

Selten so familiär-freundliches Personal erlebt. Meine Frau und ich lieben das Essen dort, egal ob vor Ort oder zum Mitnehmen. Wer auf seine Bestellung vor Ort wartet, darf gerne mal nach einem espresso fragen. Habe nirgendwo bislang einen besseren getrunken. Bacio

Wir haben Freunde zum 65. Geb. eingeladen und uns eine lange Tafel im Wintergarten mit Kerzenleuchtern gewűnscht. Bekommen haben wir, angeblich wegen der Kälte, eine Tafel im Restaurant an der Toilette, schlechte Luft inklusive mit kleinen Teelichtern. Am Ende wurden 85 Euro/ Flasche Rotwein in Rechnung gestellt, was nicht abgesprochen war. Das nur Barzahlung mőglich war, hat zudem ein Geschmäckle. Wir nehmen Abstand.

Wir haben einen 65. Geburtstag dort gefeiert, das Essen war gut und der Service auch. Aber am Ende wurden uns Rotweine für 85 Euro/Flasche in Rechnung gestellt, die so nicht bestellt waren. Wir konnten das nicht mehr nachweisen, leider. Gerade ein Fest möchte man gerne in guter Erinnerung behalten, das hat hier nicht geklappt.

Sehr gutes Essen und guter freundlicher Service. Leider ist es recht ungemütlich da die Tische alle zu eng aneinander stehen. Da will man nicht lange sitzen bleiben. Daher auch ein Stern Abzug.

Sehr guter Italiener mit umfangreicher Speisekarte, guten Weinen, interessanten Desserts und freundlicher Bedienung. Man findet ohne Schwierigkeiten Parkplätze in den umliegenden Straßen und kann das Restaurant auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichen.

Grossartige Küche, extrem sympathischer und toller Service/Gastgeber

Alles perfekt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Scaloppa Bolognese war lecker. Leider sitzt man als Mann von 19o cm Größe mehr als eng. Wenn man dann auch mit 2 neuen Hüften nicht super gesund ist, ist man nach 10 Minuten kaum noch in der Lage, ordentlich und schmerzfrei dort zu sitzen. Für Behinderte kaum Parkplätze, ich hatte Glück, und konnte direkt vor dem Restaurant parken, aber in den schmalen Straßen der Umgebung gibt es fast gar keine Parkplätze.

Die Pizza ist zwar groß und der Teig gut, aber die als Empfehlung vorgeschlagene "Manuel" mit Pifferlingen und Baby-Garnelen war sehr übersichtlich belegt, geschmacklich neutral und dafür zu teuer.

Ein sehr Familien- und kinderfreundliches Restaurant. Das Essen ist unglaublich lecker, das Personal sehr kundenfreundlich und sehr problemlösungsorientiert. Die Speisen sind nicht überteuert und man wird mehr als satt!

Das Essen war lecker und mehr als ausreichend. Die Preise sind Im Verhältnis völlig in Ordnung!:) Das Personal (offenbar die Betreiber) sind freundlich und für einen Spaß zu haben. Wir waren draußen auf der Terrasse welche schön ist, allerdings durch die Straße etwas lauter.
