Excellent service and top-quality food. We managed to get a table for two at short notice (during the pre-Christmas season). The staff was extremely friendly and competent. The appetizer and side dishes were beautifully presented. The entrecote steak was my choice and was grilled to perfection – juicy and tender. Excellent value for money! We will definitely be back.

I was visiting Nauen for five days, and I noticed this restaurant on Google, especially because of the good reviews. So I decided to try it for myself. To sum it up briefly, I was very impressed from the start. The waiters were very relaxed and in a good mood. I then ordered a steak. I have to admit, the service was a bit careless. In my case, it was just meat and the fries I ordered. Now comes the BUT! The taste was really good, and the chef perfectly cooked my steak. So, they don't do show here, but focus on the taste, which I personally like :) Afterward, he ordered a side dish, the TorTofu. It was also good. So I went there three days in a row and tried other meats, such as the lamb chop and the homemade tiramisu, which was very tasty. Conclusion: Very good staff, fast food, and you can even see through the glass, so nothing is hidden when it comes to hygiene. The restaurant is very well designed and decorated. The parking lot is a bit small and cramped, but there are public parking spaces across the street. Overall, I think it's a very good restaurant.

Yesterday, the two of us spontaneously went here for dinner, and it was simply perfect! The food was incredibly delicious, and everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, and you just felt truly welcome. The service was truly exceptional! Everyone was in a good mood and very courteous and friendly, even when the place filled up in no time. All in all, it was truly incredible, and I certainly won't be the last time I'll be here!

I highly recommend everyone to eat their lunch specials between 12 and 5 p.m. for €9.99! It's a steak with foil, potatoes, quark, and a salad, and that's why it deserves all the stars it can give!

I was absolutely thrilled! The food was not only incredibly delicious, but also beautifully presented. But what really made the evening perfect was our waiter, Marten. He was attentive, super friendly, and with his relaxed yet professional manner, he took the whole evening to a whole new level. You could immediately tell he loves his job; simply killer service! Thanks to the entire team, but a very special shout-out goes to Marten; I'll definitely be back!

We don't understand the positive reviews. The "house steak" was okay, but the herb butter had that typical refrigerator flavor. The children's schnitzel was a greasy, dripping outrage. The breading was crumbling, the meat gray and unappealing, and it didn't seem fresh. Even though none of it was eaten, we were charged for the meal. No go! I also saw in the comments that the children's schnitzel had received negative reviews in the past. Why hasn't that changed? The free ice cream as an apology didn't help either. The corn on the cob landed on unloving shreds of lettuce. The baked potato was more like mashed potatoes, and the sour cream lacked flavor. Our server initially seemed a bit unpleasantly overconfident. She became nicer as time went on. The wait times were far too long; not quite half of the tables outside were occupied. People were constantly calling for service from other tables. The service seemed uncoordinated. This was our first and last visit.

We eat there often; the food is always delicious and the staff is always very friendly. We celebrated a wedding there in December, and the decor, the staff, and the food were all beyond amazing. I highly recommend it.

The grill restaurant's ideal location is ideal for attracting guests. The bull symbolically represents all meat suppliers, as they also serve grilled chicken, and the menu's core menu items are beef steaks. At "Casa Toro Negro," however, there are also rump steaks, entrecotes, and fillet steaks, as well as fresh salads, grilled fish, pasta dishes, and grilled specialties. Those who like it hot and greasy will find the right place here.

We celebrated my 60th birthday with about 30 people at Casa Toro Negro Nauen and were very pleased. The small room in the back was lovingly decorated according to our wishes. The food was plentiful and delicious! Special mention goes to the blonde server, Ms. Vogel, who assisted us with her friendliness and unwavering commitment. Thank you so much for that!! It certainly won't be our last time there.

We've been there several times... each time we thought, "No problem, next time it will be better." Unfortunately, it didn't get any better. We were there on a Saturday evening with the family... we were greeted and taken to a back room. At first, the server was a bit slow and quite friendly. The first drinks came quickly... It took a while for the food to arrive, no problem, it was a Saturday and most of the tables outside were occupied... but then the spectacle began... The salad was forgotten, the bread was empty, so there was simply no more. Drinks were forgotten, and repeated inquiries were met with annoyance. Until we finally went up front to get the drinks ourselves, which just happened to be ready. We asked for a beer three times... we finally got it, but then we had to add three more to the bill. Everything was served very carelessly... The spare ribs were simply placed on a plate without anything else. Fries were forgotten at the beginning, and after asking about the fries and the salad, which was also missing, the response was simply annoyed. They brought them and slammed them on the table, while another meal was completely forgotten. No apology, nothing. The taste was okay. Dessert was just as disappointing as the service. The chocolate soufflé was simply dry... After I paid and still wished me a nice evening, the waiter replied, "Okay, bye" - friendly is something else entirely. All in all, we won't be visiting this place again. The prices here are currently unjustified. If you're willing to pay that much, you expect at least good service, which unfortunately wasn't there. What a shame.

We've been to Casa so many times and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, we had a disastrous visit yesterday. The children's schnitzel not only looked unappetizing, it also tasted disgusting. The spare ribs were dry and served carelessly. All the items were forgotten, which can happen, but when you're charged twice, it's a problem. We pointed this out to the waiter, but he simply said, "The chef says everything tastes good." We didn't pay for the children's schnitzel because it was inedible. There was also a fuss when we paid, as the waiter simply didn't check the receipt and then argued with us. The chef also looked aggressive after learning we had returned the food. In the end, all I can say is: Never again!

The place is terrible. The waiters are rude and complain about you trying to pay by card. The sauces are placed on empty tables, which you then have to get yourself. The food was okay, but the salad and fries were undersalted and soggy. Not recommended.

We ordered food here today for our practice. Since it was a special occasion, I requested a buffet. The manager, Kerstin, gave me great advice, and the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and ready for pickup on time. A big thank you to the kitchen team and staff. I chose "Toro Negro Grill Platter" and my partner chose "Toro Negro Steak" - both meats were perfectly fried, juicy and aromatic. Side dishes such as fries and salad were fresh and flavorful. All in all, Casa Toro Negro is a great place to meet friends and family. Delicious food, a pleasant atmosphere and professional service are the guarantee for a successful evening. We sat outside, so I can't really comment on the ambiance. But the steaks (especially the entrecote) are simply amazing, just like in the Dallgow branch! Fantastic meat and good sides, and always friendly service. Please keep it up!

Good menu, good atmosphere, a waitress who was very attentive. Interns who wandered around aimlessly. The filet was a rump piece. The potatoes had a bad aftertaste. You shouldn't order pepper sauce. One waitress for everything can't work.

I've been going to the restaurant every day for two weeks now. I'm working my way through the menu. The food is 10/10. The service staff, with one exception, is absolutely brilliant. Regardless, whether in the restaurant or the beer garden, everything is top-notch. I highly recommend it. I'd even drive a few more kilometers to get there.

We had a delicious dinner here in a truly impressive setting. The ribs are the ultimate, and the value is right here. We'll be back. The only thing that was a bit tiring was the waiter, who unfortunately only came when called and not when the glasses were empty. He had no eyes for the guests, and it was obvious that he was untrained.

Seit mehr als zehn Jahren komme ich nach Nauen. Dort ist es schwierig, ein vernünftiges Restaurant zu finden. Glücklicherweise gibt es das Toro Negro. Mit sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamen Service wird immer zuverlässig gute Qualität auf den Tisch gebracht. Die gewünschten Garpunkte für ein Stück Fleisch werden sehr gut umgesetzt. Im Sommer steht eine gemütliche Terrasse bereit.

Excellent ribs and a very tasty side salad. However, if you deviate from that and order something else besides the ribs, it quickly becomes clear what you specialize in. The ambience is very great and the service is mostly disappointing.

The restaurant has more dimensions than class. It's actually custom made... Unfortunately, I was disappointed not just once but every time... The service is catastrophic. Saying “now quick feet” and “hopp hopp” to the guest is a bottomless impudence and disrespect. The service staff shouldn't forget that they want to get tips, but asking every 3 minutes if something else is needed and offering food that you don't want doesn't make it much better. The food is so-so, you paid for it, now you have to eat it. No matter what kind of sauce was ordered, everything tasted the same: watery and just like cream! I had a grilled tomato with it, which was more of a large ripe normal tomato with 3 rusty stripes. My grill plate consisted of chicken, pork and lamb...lamb? That was more like leftovers from the day before according to the motto: you can still sell it, but it can be extremely little because lamb is expensive. There was also a side salad. Yes, nice. But it was soaked in dressing. What's that supposed to mean? Something like this is freshly prepared and then asked how it should be dressed or not. When we got there, you could already see the prepared salad plates stacked on top of each other in the kitchen. Is this still fast food? 😂😂 And let's be honest... everyone raves about how cheap it is, €9.99... sometimes it's about the quality and not the price. For €9.99 you can't even get a piece of meat from the refrigerated counter, so how can it be a good portion with salad and potatoes and a huge piece of meat? 😂 so ridiculous.. but people only see: cheap! That's exactly the point, the customer (in this case me) is willing to pay the price for good, high quality food... but not for leftovers! So sorry, but at €20 for a grill plate, there can't be anything sensible on it... The dessert was a super flop. Chocolate cake with ice cream and half a tube of whipped cream on top. Unfortunately there is no sales culture in Nauen!!! Thanks … I'm full!

We've eaten there several times, but when we decided to go there for a birthday with family, it was a disaster. Five of us were there in the middle of the week for an evening meal, and we had made reservations weeks in advance. However, all the salads were missing from the grilled dishes, and there was no bread as usual. Instead of the fried potatoes we ordered, the food came with fries, and instead of medium, they came completely bloody. All in all, it was such a mess, even though only about half the tables were occupied. A total disaster, unfortunately :(

Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy our trip to the steakhouse yesterday at all. We arrived around 8 p.m. In consultation with a member of staff because it was very busy beforehand. We had a birthday and enjoyed driving the 35 kilometer journey. Our seat was not inviting. (Right next to the kitchen. All I heard the whole time was loud dishes and cutlery clattering. It also smelled like a drain) The waiter was quite quick. I had the feeling that he wanted to serve us quickly so that he could finally call it a day. The food came very quickly. The taste was okay. Unfortunately one of the steaks wasn't cooked through. Our request to roast it again could not be honored because the grill/oven had already been cleaned. It was only 8:50 p.m. and everything was already clean?? It's open until 11 p.m.!! It was just cleared, tables pushed, dishes washed, cutlery sorted. Just sooooooooo annoying. Plus the smell... The Caipi was poorly made. The food was ok, but the atmosphere was unfortunately miserable. We wanted to have a nice evening and were completely disappointed! It was supposed to be dessert too. A few small drinks... But the mood wasn't good anymore and we just drove the 35 kilometers home again. It's a shame, birthdays only come once a year and then they're disappointing. I didn't feel welcome and I won't come again. Professionally perhaps only until 6 p.m. After that, no one cares anymore.

The procedures in this restaurant urgently need to be worked on. Wait 30 to 45 minutes for food even though it's not busy. This is not acceptable with children. The only positive thing is the blonde service force is rotating while others stand around bored by the service. There is a lot of potential for optimization here.

Four of us were there last Saturday. We had reserved. It was pretty full but the drinks came very quickly and so did the food. The food was very good. The meat on point. The service very good. Price/performance fits. We'd love to come back.
