Landgut Stober in Nauen

We stayed at the hotel for four nights and were very pleasantly surprised by the rooms. The rooms were well-equipped, depending on the room, and the view was great. Since part of our family also moved in, we were able to see more. The breakfast was super delicious and the food was very extensive. The restaurant is definitely a must-visit, with its great location and excellent food. The overall ambiance of the complex is excellent. We would definitely recommend it. The entire team impressed us.

Very nice and modern hotel & lovingly furnished!

We spent an excellent 4 nights at the Landgut Stober hotel. We had seen in reviews that the hotel focuses more on events and business stays, but I can say it’s also a great choice for families on vacation. Our room was spacious enough for a family of four, with a large 5-star-style bathroom and plenty of closet space for all our belongings. The hotel is impeccably clean, both inside and out! Breakfast was exactly as promised: varied, healthy, and offering plenty of organic and local products. Our kids stayed happily entertained in the well-equipped lobby, drawing, playing board games, and enjoying the organic juices available at the reception desk. The surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a morning or afternoon walk, run, or bike ride. The hotel makes a real effort to respect nature, so the “bio-hotel” title is well deserved. Not to mention, you can find local products for sale in front of nearby houses at excellent prices — we bought delicious organic local honey! In terms of location, it’s a bit far from Berlin or Potsdam (which is to be expected for a bio-hotel in the middle of nature). However, the hotel offers transportation, or you can park your car at Wustermark in a large free parking lot and take the train — it was so convenient for us. Last but not least, the friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, from reception to the kitchen, made our stay wonderful. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was a complete flop. 166 euros for a room that doesn't even have a toilet door. The toilet is simply open in the middle of the room. Breakfast was a total flop. Even a prison cell would be more comfortable! Never again at this hotel!

We were there for a wedding reception with an overnight stay. The ceremony was supposed to take place at 12:00 p.m. and we would have liked to freshen up a bit. We ASKED if our rooms were ready? They were, but we would have had to pay an additional 30 euros to be allowed in earlier! We found THAT really cheeky and we hadn't experienced that at any other hotel. When the rooms were ready, we were always allowed in WITHOUT paying an extra charge... We didn't take advantage of this. At 3:00 p.m. we went to check in and instead of the 169 euros per night we were simply charged 20 euros more. I asked and was told I would get it back if I didn't buy any drinks! So I pay in advance, just in case? I was literally speechless. Then after the ceremony we went to our room and it was soooooo warm. We got to our room at 3:30 a.m. and tossed and turned until 8:00 a.m., unable to sleep. There was no air conditioning. At breakfast, we met the other wedding guests who had similar experiences. Some had even been there for two nights and were so bitten by mosquitoes that it hurt them. These families apparently had no insect repellent and had opened their windows because of the heat. The service staff at the wedding reception was super nice and humorous. However, I don't know if they were employed by the hotel or booked separately for the wedding by the bride and groom. The food was unbeatably delicious; there's nothing wrong with that. You can easily overlook the cafeteria-style atmosphere. Our conclusion: We wouldn't visit this hotel again and also find the price unreasonable. The price/performance ratio doesn't match. I usually only write good reviews, but here I couldn't avoid it.

We celebrated our wedding on July 5, 2025, at the "Weinstube" venue. We can only recommend it. The view of the lake from the terrace was breathtakingly beautiful. The ambiance was indescribably beautiful. Idyllic, romantic, and a charming atmosphere. A big thank you from our side to the lovely Jil, who accompanied us from the very beginning, discussing all the organizational details for the wedding with us and working together. And also to the service staff during our wedding reception, who looked after us in every way. With a lot of patience and good humor, even after so many hours. I would give the service five stars, but what really annoyed us was that the reception staff weren't particularly competent and gave us completely incorrect booking prices, which we also communicated to our guests. This was an embarrassment for us and seemed quite unprofessional. We won't mention the employee's name, but I hope she learns from her mistakes. Then the next customer would be spared the hassle. Therefore, only 1 star for service. Thank you very much.

Beautiful complex, a true gem in the area.

Wonderful location for large conferences and events.

The location is very nice, no question. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired, and the staff isn't particularly friendly or competent. Additionally, there seems to be some kind of cleaning chemical that made my wife and I quite ill. It could, of course, have been the food, but the nausea increased near the kitchen. But aside from the mysterious chemicals, hygiene doesn't seem to be a priority in general. All in all, it's not worth eating there, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values their money.

Cancellation costs almost as much as a night with breakfast. The rooms are sparsely furnished. There's no shoe horn, safe, or minibar. There are cobwebs on the wall. Perhaps I'm spoiled, there are no toiletries other than hand soap. Due to sustainability, there's no air conditioning, and the rooms are heated to 26 degrees Celsius in the summer. The staff is friendly. The location invites you to linger. Still, it's not an option for me to come back. A shame.

We celebrated our wedding at this dreamy venue and still look back fondly! From our very first visit, we were captivated by the stylish atmosphere and beautiful ambiance of the facility. The rooms offer plenty of space and a magnificent view, depending on your needs – perfect for unforgettable photos. The on-site team was simply fantastic: professional, welcoming, and always helpful. Our wishes were implemented down to the smallest detail, so we felt completely at ease and well looked after. Our guests were also delighted with the excellent service and delicious food. We would particularly like to emphasize the flexibility and creativity of the staff – whether it was about the decorations, the schedule, or special requests, everything was made possible. We had a family celebration with a menu for 16 people, and we all stayed overnight. When you pay luxury prices (€160 per room with a single bed), I expect this kind of service. Unfortunately, the table was only half-set, with no menus, so we didn't know what we were having, and it wasn't mentioned when we were served. We asked for another parasol that was unused to the side, as some guests were sitting in the blazing sun in 30-degree heat. They told us they'd already rearranged enough. Overall, it's nice there, and the food was good, but nothing special. Therefore, I don't think the price-performance ratio is appropriate. Addendum: I understand that hoteliers defend themselves, but I'm annoyed by inaccurate facts. We guests didn't choose anything; the menu was discussed with the host in advance, so we didn't know what was on the menu. There were three parasols "ready," but not all of them at the table, so we politely asked. A white tablecloth alone doesn't constitute a festive table. There were no glasses on the table, just bread plates and cutlery wrapped in dark paper napkins. The location is beautiful, as described, but I felt like any special requests or questions were annoying, hence this review.

A fantastic location not far from Berlin, beautifully situated on the lake. It's a great place to eat, stay overnight, and host events of all kinds.

We ate at the restaurant. The service was very friendly. The food was delicious, and the setting was gorgeous.

I was there for a business meeting / conference. Room was small but modern. I really liked the location - a great mix between modern and traditional style. The room was clean - Food was very good.

I had a wonderful time! The resort is fantastic—very well-maintained, quiet, and designed with great attention to detail. I especially want to highlight Elias's excellent service.

Anyone looking for peace and quiet on the weekend will find it there. Super quiet. Relax and unwind. Take a walk around the lake and eat delicious food on the wonderful terrace with a fantastic view of the lake.

A hotel located on a lake with historic buildings.

A pleasant hotel in a beautifully renovated old building. However, the rooms are relatively small, and the shower is a disaster—no matter which way you turn, you end up cleaning half the room, and the water splashes into the hallway. Room service is only available upon request (for "sustainability" reasons). The restaurant is exceptionally good, and the excellent cuisine elevates the whole experience enormously. The service and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The pond behind the hotel was more of a pool and impossible to swim in.

The staff at Landgut Stober helped us have a successful family celebration with their expertise and friendliness. The modern hotel is beautifully situated by a small lake – even the drive through a blooming chestnut avenue was a joy.

A very beautiful lake and a fine restaurant with truly friendly service. Unfortunately, you can't walk all the way around the lake, but it's still a very pleasant walk. Afterwards, treat yourself to something delicious at Landgut Strober, and a successful trip is complete!

The Stober estate is a wonderful place to forget the hustle and bustle of the big city. The warmth and natural friendliness of the employees is particularly impressive.

The cleaning in the lobby under the sofas, along the wall, shouldn't be forgotten. The 9 ball from the pool table is still there. Value for money in a hotel? If you can afford it. The brewery is great for weddings, and the vaulted hall is perfect for celebrations. The catering is delicious and varied. The Bonn circle of Weizecker, etc., advised the government. Borsig put the estate on the road to success thanks to the locomobile and steam engines. The museum exhibition is remarkable.

We celebrated my niece's wedding there. The atmosphere was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The food was delicious 😋 . A very nice place for special occasions, as you can also stay overnight at the hotel. Completely satisfied...

The location on the lake is beautiful, but the connections aren't great, either by public transport or by car, but there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel. The room – small, simple, clean, and adequate for sleeping. I was here for business and was supposed to stay overnight, but that wasn't possible – the room was 28°C (hot). At reception, my request to check out was met with the question: "Too warm." The reason for the overheated room was apparently known. Well, I drove home at 10 p.m. The 120 km drive home was worth it. I think the room price (around 180 euros) is unjustified. It's certainly nice and cozy here in winter ;-) . . .

We were there as a conference group, and Landgut Stober left us with a mixed impression. First, the positives: - Ambience: The hotel, restaurant, and conference rooms were all rated as good by the participants. - Space: The entire grounds were spacious, and the conference room was large enough. - Peace and quiet: The secluded location was pleasant. - Technology: Wi-Fi and projector worked well. - Food and catering: Very good. - Staff: The staff, from reception to the restaurant, were rated as friendly and helpful by everyone. Why did we only give it 2 stars? Because of a sudden price increase shortly before the start of our stay, which forced us to shorten the conference. What happened? We had based our conference planning and invitation on a price listed in the hotel's offer. Stober's binding offer was explicitly for 2 (!) nights (November 15-17), even though the hotel's response here misleadingly states otherwise. ``` Shortly before the conference, Landgut Stober surprised us by significantly increasing the price above the agreed price in the offer. The reason for this was a calculation error by the hotel in the original offer. They only charged for one night instead of two. That may happen, but the calculation error was coldly passed on to us as the customer! Since we had planned with the agreed price, we couldn't pass this price increase on to our participants. We therefore had to shorten our conference by one night, which didn't go down well with participants, some of whom were traveling from other countries. A discussion with superiors was allegedly impossible "due to vacation," and the junior employee essentially offered us practically nothing except paying the surcharge, canceling, or shortening the conference. Conclusion: Beware of promotional prices at Landgut Stober. And ultimately, this service behavior also shows how far the quality standards in tourism in Brandenburg still lag behind those in more successful regions such as Bavaria or Tyrol.

We were there for a wedding. Very nice location: both by the lake and in the location for the celebration. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very high quality and delicious. We felt comfortable.

We traveled there because we were invited to a wedding. It's not cheap, but it was worth it. We booked a junior suite and were not disappointed. A spacious room, comfortable and cozy beds, well-equipped bathroom, nice atmosphere... everything was perfect. The breakfast was great, the location was idyllic... we would come back!

My sister and I stayed at the Stober estate for one night with our 90-year-old father...we all really enjoyed it...what impressed me most was the clean, fresh and pure air in the room...the Beds were wonderful... the shower in my father's single room was creative and something completely new to use and explained so well that my father was very enthusiastic and got along well... we were happy to do without a minibar, air conditioning and similar energy guzzlers and the ecological effort was very much appreciated, despite all the comfort...the service was less professional but more humane and we felt almost at home, definitely like staying with good friends...the food was wonderfully fresh and beautifully prepared , not overly seasoned but well seasoned with herbs...this applies to coffee, dinner and breakfast. In such a short time we really recovered and found peace, thanks to the fresh ambience, the nature and the calmness of the staff. We can only recommend the Stober estate and say THANK YOU

Good location and interesting facility.

The Landgut Stober is a good choice for corporate day(s) out as it offers great meeting facilities tasty and healthy food options and calm which helps to focus away from the city buzz. Staff is very very friendly and helpful. Rooms can be quite warm. The little plus has to be the post dinner drinks around the fire !

Basically, I think a sustainable approach is very positive. I was booked into the Stober estate for an overnight stay as part of a business meeting. The single room was very simple, very small and very warm. There was a ventilation which was supposed to be able to cool the room down by several degrees. However, it only works when the window is closed. Allegedly…. After more than 2 hours the temperature in the room was still over 25 degrees. Since they couldn't offer me another room with acceptable temperatures, I packed my things back in the car and drove home after the evening event. It might be nice when the outside temperature is below 25 degrees, but I don't have to put up with concrete chic in small rooms for prices beyond €200. There are better offers in the region. The food and location are great, but it's not worth it. 🤷‍♀️

We celebrated our wedding in the Salon Luise on the Stober estate. We particularly liked the quiet location in nature, the fantastic food and the sustainability concept. We would like to thank Sabrina very much for the wonderful support and advice surrounding our wedding. The service was first class and our guests still rave about the evening BBQ buffet. We were also very impressed with the hotel room and breakfast buffet.

A good and friendly service. And a perfect kitchen. This meal for three was a perfect treat. Highly recommended!

An experience of staying at 4 star hotel in cutest village just outside Berlin is a privilege. Great place for company team event up to 200 staffs. I just loved the sunset over the nearby lake.

Very modern furnishings in an old building, ideal for meetings and going for a walk. Nevertheless, I didn't feel completely comfortable: open kitchens are common, and I've also experienced open bathrooms. But I'm too old for a toilet without a partition from the room.

I really enjoyed being a guest here for a management conference, great seminar rooms, delicious breakfast, nice room, great running track, lots of flair - I'll be happy to come back, thank you!

The rooms are very spartan, the "eco" shower only supplies a little water and only has a fixed overhead shower, no room telephone to reception. A hotel this remote should at least have a shuttle service to the train station. In the evening there are no taxis, which are rare even during the day. The breakfast buffet is strangely set up (herring next to the jam, which was very thin). The breakfast offering also took some getting used to for a hotel connoisseur. At dinner, the dry fish and barely seasoned side dishes were noticeable. Overall, I think the room price is significantly excessive.

We spontaneously went to dinner at the estate and absolutely loved it! We sat on the terrace overlooking the lake. The employees are extremely friendly. The food was terrific. We ate asparagus with ham. The hollandaise sauce was fantastic, the best I've had so far. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice conference location. Was here for one night for work. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, everyone. The location is very large with many different meeting rooms, each with their own character. Only the rooms didn't quite suit my taste. The beds could be a few centimeters wider and the open bathroom with toilet right next to the room door isn't really my thing either. Still a really nice stay here.

Never again. When checking out there were no questions from the Polish employee, who barely understood me anyway. I'm still considering whether to report your employee for coercion. Did you want to use the bed linen for the next guests? It's a boil wash that comes out with normal dirt. Room service on weekends is zero. You may want to update your payment system. I've been to many hotels, but I've never experienced anything like this. In addition, there was no information that all EC machines no longer existed, which resulted in an hour-long search. Other hotels apologize for the inconvenience. Nothing came from your house. On the contrary. I was still accused of not wanting to pay. But as you have to admit, I paid over 800 euros for the weekend. (I was not informed in any way in advance that I would have to pay a deposit). So there might be a bit of bed linen cleaning involved. I was in a 3 star hotel nearby a week ago, you should take an example there. Your answer says it all.

The restaurant at Landgut Stober offers very good cuisine using local products. A visit to the terrace with a view of the lake is worthwhile.

Overpriced food as components. Half a pound of asparagus, sounds like a lot, there are 5 sticks, very firm to the bite, the veal schnitzel pounded so thin, fried to death (deep fryer)?, 1 whole potato sliced ​​into 4 halves, still raw in the middle and a brown hollondaise that is in an extra bowl boiled while stirring. Possibly from the convection oven or microwave? The whole thing for around €36 per person, never again. And then I laid flat the whole next day.

The restaurant is worth a visit. The selection is clear but consistent and the organic regional is a concept that is implemented consistently...we would be happy to come back.

The estate is located in the middle of a quiet area, directly on a beautiful lake. The staff on site were very friendly and accommodating. Only the toilet, which was located in the middle of the room (without a partition), takes some getting used to.

Rooms are very clean. It's a bit irritating that the toilet and shower are not separate, but are integrated into the room without a door! The room was very noisy.

Very nice, quiet hotel not far from the outskirts of Berlin. The kitchen was great, from vegetarian to delicious meat dishes, everything was freshly prepared. Service was very good - which is exceptional in times of staff shortages. Rooms modern and clean. A great place for a vacation or a seminar. Charging option for electric cars available.

In winter, at a frosty -8 degrees Celsius, I stayed in this conference hotel for business reasons. When I arrived the thermostat was only 13.5 degrees. I immediately raised the temperature, but by bedtime it only rose to 19 degrees without being able to raise it further. Of course I checked to see if the windows were tight, which they were. I'm glad I can return home tomorrow, especially since even half of our group froze in the restaurant. The staff was extremely accommodating. I would have liked to request an additional blanket, but unfortunately the reception was closed after 11pm.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights for work. The hotel is located a few kilometers outside of Nauen. Quiet location. the facility is very interesting. Above all, all the historical buildings. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is enough parking space. The breakfast is rich. I didn't like the layout of the room at all. Bare concrete walls. A bathroom that is built into the room takes some getting used to. The slightly high price is not appropriate for this room.

We ate there as a group. The food was very good as always! Unfortunately, as is almost always the case, the service is rather mediocre. Unless you like rough and snarky. When asked whether the forgotten drink would still be available, the answer was: I still have other tables to serve (two more were occupied). I really like eating there, but I like the atmosphere less and less.

Nice place, unfortunately the rooms were difficult to heat in winter and therefore too cold.

Einfach ein Traum!! Der nette Service ist super, hilfsbereit und rundum zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück einfach unbeschreiblich vielfältig, frisch, lokal und lecker. Und die ruhige Lage am See ideal zum abschalten. Mit dem Bus ist man bequem unterwegs und wer möchte sehr schnell und einfach in Potsdam und Berlin per Auto

Das Landgut liegt landschaftlich wunderschön am See. Von der Restaurant Terrasse kann man die Aussicht mit einem Kaffee genießen. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein Hotel, Brennerei, Tagung und Feier Möglichkeiten. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten gegenüber des Gutes. Ein Spaziergang über das historische Gelände lohnt sich und die Natur rund um den See lädt ein zum Entschleunigen. Bewertung ist für den Standort.

Das Landgut Stober bietet für alle Familienmitglieder eine tolle Zeit ob für Oma, Opa, Mama, Papa, Kind und Hund. Bio und Nachhaltigkeit wird hier GROSS geschrieben, darunter leider aber nicht der Komfort. Ich habe noch nie ein besseres Frühstück erhalten und so nettes Personal angetroffen. Ich bin begeistert und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren ein Wochenende hier: Zimmer top (Junior Suite). Der Service entspricht aber keinesfalls dem Preis. Restaurant: tolles Ambiente, sehr nettes Personal... Leistung leider nicht akzeptabel... komplette Vorspeisen Bestellung wurde vergessen... und danach auch die Dessert Bestellung. Essen am ersten Abend gut (Fisch und Lamm), am zweiten Abend waren die Kalbsschnitzel "tot". Frühstück: das Frühstücks Angebot ist okay, leider hat der Frühstückssaal jedoch das Ambiente einer Kantine. Leider keinerlei Roomservice.

Wir haben am 16.09.2023 dort unsere Traumhochzeit gefeiert! Es war einfach perfekt, vom Essen, zum Servicepersonal , die Anlage mit dem schönen See und unsere Partylokation in einem alten rustikalen Kälberstall! Ich würde dort auf jeden fall wieder heiraten!
