Very nice service, good and tasty food

I'm only giving it 2 stars because I think the restaurant itself is nice. Three of us were there today around 7 p.m. Went in hungry and left feeling depressed. The service is so poor, unfortunately you can't tell the difference from the guest, which we think is a bit of a shame. We ordered 2 mulled wines, which unfortunately didn't arrive hot, which we complained about when they paid attention to us. Unfortunately, the food (prawns and beef goulash) was only warm. We were actually disappointed because we don't understand the concept of it all. Bread and wine… There is wine, but what is bread? The bread (only 1 type) that is served with the meal? Well, that was the second visit, the first was in the summer, and everything was without any problems.

Just disappointing! We have been regular guests in this once very good restaurant for years. But this time our visit with nine people to “Brot & Wein” was a real fiasco. Although we had reserved in advance, we were presented with a picture of carelessness: the table was carelessly prepared, two candles were standing around aimlessly, and the chairs were placed in a messy manner. The only bright spot: the smile of the waiter at reception. But from then on things went steeply downhill. The drinks we ordered either came in the wrong glasses or not at all. An apology? None! When the food was finally served, one dish was completely missing and two of the others were incorrectly prepared. Instead of noticing the errors ourselves, we had to ask in the kitchen. The missing dish was then added without any apology. The quality of the food? Good, but far from the quality of previous years. No waiter asked during the meal if everything was OK, and after eating we were left sitting for 15 minutes without clearing our plates or giving us the bill. No one said goodbye when they left the restaurant either. I can only advise anyone not to visit this restaurant in the future. Such a lack of service and attention is simply unacceptable.

Nice atmosphere and nice service. Although there were still a lot of people in the restaurant, it took a little longer for the food to arrive. The beetroot soup was excellent. For the main course I had the meat pierogies. The salad that came with it was very good. The meat of the pierogi was honestly bland. Could be heartier.

Completely arbitrary kitchen times. Open until 10 p.m. and by 8:30 p.m. you can't get anything to eat. Incomprehensible! And this is the second time. That was the last visit.

Very tastefully decorated, quiet ambience. The food was great, the service was friendly and attentive. We recommend!

Amazing place! We went there because we were passing by, and it was a pleasant surprise. Very good quality, prices are surprisingly normal (it looks like a very fancy place inside), the children's portion is almost like an adult one, asparagus soup was just amazing. A very friendly person was working and she helped right away with children's food options etc. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, nice music, it wasn't hot inside. Definitely a recommendation 💜💜💜

There were 7 of us eating at Brot & Wein on the occasion of a birthday. The ambience is okay, although not necessarily cozy. The service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately there were a few things to complain about during the meal... the burger "bun" was as hard as rusks and difficult to bite into without injuring your gums. The burger patties were ready-made patties and the schnitzel and pork medallions didn't seem homemade either. There were no more fried potatoes at 5 p.m. on a Saturday... the asparagus salad was ok.

The ambience is nice. The portions are decent, but the roulade was a bit dry, but still tasty. The service could have been a little more attentive. Even though the store was still almost empty, we were left stranded for a while.

Finally there are delicious schnitzels in Havelland! But the other dishes are also super delicious. And the employees are nice and friendly too. I would like to visit more often.

Went to Brot&Wein for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is pleasant and my service was very nice. The food tasted very good and was beautifully garnished. At the end there was another short chat with the great service and I went home really satisfied. Is worth a visit.

Let's make it short. The name doesn't match the card or vice versa. The restaurant is also said to be known for its Polish cuisine. Unfortunately there isn't much of it on offer. Food could be a little warmer.

We were at “Brot & Wein” in Nauen for the first (and last) time. The food, my wife had pancakes with chicken and mushrooms, I had Jägerschnitzel. You had to look for chicken meat. Tastes subterranean, just a mess. Schnitzel went like this. We haven't eaten so badly in a long time. The restaurant was packed and extremely loud. The service was bad.🙅 Unfortunately, the city of Nauen has little choice of restaurants, so we tried something new here. Unfortunately it went wrong.

I would prefer not to give any stars at all. I was so disappointed in this shop, the service was terrible, my water was forgotten to be brought, the food still didn't arrive after an hour and only after asking where it was was it finally brought by the person sitting next to me, and my food was then (savoury pancakes) but completely forgotten and not entered in the system, which was really annoying, after 1 ½ hours it arrived (tasted good), my table neighbors had pierogge (tasted good) but the schnitzel (Austrian, Viennese style, Jäger ) didn't taste like schnitzel, the breadcrumbs tasted old and rancid, they weren't juicy enough either, they were dry in my opinion it had nothing to do with schnitzel. I would never set foot in this store again. Please change something about your service. The girls should smile more and say please when you say thank you with a smile!

Nice place 📍 well-designed in a good area, food portions very large and even huge, the volume of the portion plate could be reduced and maybe the price could be lowered a bit, she's great, she'll give advice, she knows everything about the menu, I just don't know if it's possible to order takeaway, you'll have to check it out the best places are those by the windows, but only as I remember, it's nice to have a birthday party there for two people 🥳 best regards

We were here again after a long time. We are positively surprised and will definitely come back. update, The portions no longer match the prices, especially for the salads.

Leider war es heute nicht gut. Personal unmotiviert, hübsche aber starre Gesichter, wortkarg. Es gab kein bitte und danke, keine Nachfrage nach weiteren Wünschen. Wir saßen ewig vor den leeren Tellern, obwohl oft genug jemand vorbei kam. Die Küche war wie immer wirklich gut. Ein großes Lob an die Küche. Ein gut gemeinter Rat an die Geschäftsleitung: Bringt dem Service ein paar wichtige Grundregeln bei, dann ist der Erfolg langfristig garantiert.

Unfortunately there was no greeting from the staff when entering the restaurant. After waiting for almost 15 minutes, the menus were thrown onto the table without a greeting. After another 15 minutes, the order was taken at our request. Food was delicious hence the stars. Service took the empty plates from the table without a word, no question as to whether you liked it. We only got new drinks thrown on the table after we spoke directly to the service, so my beer almost spilled over. There were no more drinks because the staff sat at the counter with their cell phones. Guests who arrived around 7 p.m. were generally sent out again. To pay we had to walk from the table to the staff to pay. When paying with a card, the service opened a field on the EC device so that you could enter a tip. Unfortunately, we each entered a 0. 0 service equals 0 € tip. Sorry and too bad for the location.

Many thanks to Magdalena, we felt very looked after and everything was great and delicious. After the meal we were given a very good gin and tonic, which comes from a Berlin manufacturer. Wir waren heute zum Weihnachtsessen und haben uns sehr darauf gefreut. Vorspeise und Nachtisch waren wirklich sehr lecker. Beim Hauptgang waren wir sichtlich enttäuscht. Das Essen war teilweise kalt, kam nicht für alle gleichzeitig an den Tisch und Klöße waren nicht selbstgemacht, wie wir sonst im Restaurant bekommen haben. Die Entenkeulen waren von braun und knusprig weit entfernt. Einfach Schade !!! Eine Kellnerin war wirklich sehr nett, beim Rest hatte ich ein Gefühl, dass man unerwünscht ist. Schade, dass gerade an den Weihnachtstagen sich wenig Mühe gegeben wird und der Gast nicht mehr im Mittelpunkt steht. Mir ist bewusst, dass gerade an Feiertagen in der Küche viel zu tun ist , aber dass GANZE was gerade in der Gastronomie an erster Stelle steht , darf dabei nicht vergessen werden.

Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich, so das man keinen Nachtisch mehr schaffte. Danke, wir kommen wieder.

Super tolles kleines Restaurant. Die Speisen sind super lecker die Mitarbeiter wahnsinnig lieb. Wir werden hier jetzt öfters essen gehen.

In diesem Lokal welches sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist, fühlt man sich willkommen und sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und auch sehr kundenorientiert. Das Essen war bis jetzt sehr lecker und die Portionen für den Preis sehr ausreichend. Das Ambiente und die Atmosphäre lädt zum Verweilen sowie zum erneuten Besuch ein.

Für mich das schönste Restaurant in Nauen. Ideal gelegen am zentralen Platz der pittoresken Altstadt, bietet das Brot & Wein eine große Auswahl an Getränken, die weit über den namensgebenden Wein hinausgeht. Mit Herzblut und Charme werden hier neben klassischen Gerichten auch Spezialitäten aus der Heimat der sympathischen polnischen Betreiberin serviert. Die Terrasse ist der ideale Ort, einen entspannten Sonntag bei einem kalten Gin & Tonic ausklingen zu lassen (Insbesondere, weil es hier den mega leckeren Freedom Rebels Gin aus Berlin gibt).

Das Brot & Wein ist ein wirklich tolles Restaurant. Das Essen ist außerordentlich gut und die Preise sind angemessen. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Definitiv eine Empfehlung.

Essen war super...leider hat mehrfach die Bestellung mit dem Angereichten, sowie teilweise lange Wartezeit auf ein Getränk... Bemühen ist nicht abzusprechen...immer nett und freundlich...übersichtliche Speisekarte wo allerdings jeder etwas findet...die Ausstattung und der Sanitärbereich sauber und ordentlich. Eine Rampe am Seiteneingang für Gehbehintert ist auch vorhanden. Trotz der leichten Unstimmigkeiten beim bestellten bzw. servieren, kann ich einen Besuch trotzdem empfehlen.

Einfach nur Super! Familiäres Umfeld, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Essen einfach klasse! Wir hatten 3 x Schnitzel in verschiedenen Ausführungen und zwei mal den Newyork Burger (saftig, geschmackvoll und ordentliche Portion) mit Pommes. Seit gestern definitiv der Beste Burger in Town und unter den Top Burgern die ich jemals gegessen habe. Preis/Leistung Top. Wir sehen uns öfter. 👍🤤🫶

Direkt am Kreisverkehr, schräg vom Nauener Rathaus befindet sich das Restaurant. Es gibt draußen Sitzplätze welche durch den Verkehrslärm leider nicht angenehm sind. Im Restaurant kann auf zwei Ebenen gespeist werden. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit Kerzen und frischen Blumen. Zum Wochenende ist es sinnvoll zu reservieren, da es sehr gut besucht ist. Wir waren heute, Donnerstag, da und wurden freundlich empfangen. Schnelles bestellen und servieren. Große Portion zum guten Preis. Nachtisch Creme Brulee sehr leckerer Abschluss. Wir waren schon öfter hier und hatten noch nie etwas zu beanstanden.

Sehr leckeres Essen und super schönes Ambiente

Wirklich gutes Essen. Sehr nette Kellnerin. Portionen sind riesig, außen rechts unten sind das alles Kinderportionen gewesen. Ambiente…naja es ist halt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße, direkt am Kreisverkehr. Man begegnet gefühlt jedem 😄Und man kann die Kinder nicht „rennen“ lassen, aber für uns total in Ordnung. Nur etwas laut, also auf Dauer find ich es draußen doch etwas nervig.

Einfaches Ambiente, dessen Basis sich mir persönlich nicht erschlossen hat. Einerseits wie Esszimmer und andererseits wie Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch. Stört nicht, aber das Konzept ist offen. Leider war der Service teilweise etwas lang unterwegs nach einer Bestellung. Also kam mir jedenfalls so vor, eine Servicekraft mehr hätte etwas mehr Geschwindigkeit gebracht... Das Essen selber ist aber sehr gut gewesen und auch wenn ich am Anfang dachte "Sattwerden, na mal sehen" ist es wirklich mehr als ausreichend. Also, es schmeckt und ist ausreichend, sieht gut aus. Preislich ist es auch in Ordnung. Ich habe 45€ für Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Nachtisch mit drei Getränken (kein Alkohol) bezahlt. Ist völlig in Ordnung für mich. Kann man wieder hin gehen. Das Eis habe ich leider vergessen zu Fotografieren. Rote Beete Suppe und überbackenes Schweineschnitzel...

Das Essen war top. Die eine Kellerin blickte etwas düster drein. Alle weiteren Bediensteten waren mega freundlich 😀

Essen perfekt! Diese Piroggen🤩 Bedienung klasse, nur das Ambiente ist im obigen Gastraum nicht so doll... Aber ein Besuch lohnt sich trotzdem, absolut das Geld wert und sehr sehr gute Küche.

To Moja i partnera druga wizyta w tym miejscu. Oboje jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Przepyszne jedzenie, bardzo miła Pani kelnerka, ciekawy klimat restauracji. Najlepsze burgery w Nauen, soczysta wołowina, świeże dodatki, bardzo dobra herbata. Warto tu przyjechać 😊 POLECAM 👍 dziękujemy i do zobaczenia 😘👍

durch Zufall und sehr viel Nebel in Nauen gelandet. In Brot & Wein gelandet. Das nächste mal wird es kein Zufall sein das wir hier einkehren werden.

Heute spontan wieder Appetit auf Piroggen bekommen. Schön zu sehen, dass bei Brot und Wein alles beim alten ist. Flinke Bedienung, frisch zubereitetes Essen und faire Preise. Weiter so!

Restaurant war immer meine Empfehlung an andere. Wollte heute aus gegebenen Anlass überzeugen ... aber schade. Nach mehr als 1 Stunde noch kein Essen. Auf Nachfrage Auskunft, Koch hätte kurzfristig gekündigt und es wäre so viel zu tun. Ganze 13 Gäste befanden sich im Restaurant. 4 waren schon gegangen, weil sie nach 50 Minuten ihre Bestellung noch nicht hatten. Kann immer mal was sein. Besser wäre Gäste informieren, absagen oder nicht öffnen. Gäste hängen lassen, ganz schlechte Idee. Das Essen nach 1 Stunde, 20 Minuten war lecker, die Stimmung getrübt. Keine Empfehlung. So wird das zukünftig mit euch nix mehr. Gerade in einer Kleinstadt schlimmes Signal. Schade.

Super Service, sehr familiär. Das Essen ist unbeschreiblich gut. Das Weinangebot ist ebenfalls ein Traum.Meistens fehlen freie Plätze. Das spricht für die Inhaber.

Rein zufällig haben wir gegenüber dem Nauener Rathaus dieses polnische Restaurant entdeckt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral nur 100 m sind es bis zu einem sehr grossen, kostenfreien Parkplatz. Die Ausstattung ist mit moderner Holzoptik gestaltet und erinnert an Besuche gemütlicher Lokale in Polen. Das Geschirr ist aus moderner Keramik, die alte Formen aufnimmt. Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich und schnell. Auch das Essen kommt recht zügig. Und das in gewaltigen Portionen. Die traditionelle Suppe (Zurek) wird im Minikessel serviert, warm gehalten durch ein Teelicht. Der Geschmack ist herausragend, schön würzig. Bedingt durch die vielen Einlagen und das Volumen der Suppe reicht das eigentlich auch als Hauptspeise, für nicht mal 5 €. Der Hauptgang, 5 Piroggi mit Hühnchenfüllung und Zwiebeln, ist auch recht gross. Da der Geschmack eher mild ist, bleiben die Piroggi nach der Suppe etwas zurück. Das andere Hauptgericht war eine dünner Pfannkuchen (Nalesniki) mit Hühnchen, Krautsalat und Käse. Auch lecker und eine mächtige Portion. Schade, dass wir so selten in Nauen sind. Aber zukünftig werden wir gelegentlich mal einen Umweg machen.
