Very friendly staff, the food came quickly and was tasty

Very friendly service, fast service and a very good menu. After ordering, olives and bread were served. What I can highly recommend is bruschetta and pizza scampi. Clear recommendation!!

Great restaurant! Very clean and well maintained! Great portions. Really tasty and fresh! Very good service and equally nice boss and hard-working woman. And all this despite the fact that they were the only ones in the area that were open between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. If you are in Nauen and are hungry for good food, perhaps with sun and sitting on the terrace, you should go there. P.S. Free parking for restaurant visitors directly on site.

Prices are very cheap for the current time...Pizza Scampi or Pasta €12.90. The rocket salad was very tasty, top dressing. Unfortunately pizza was a bit dry. Pasta with scampi tasteless... Waiter nice. Unfortunately not again though...

Very nice restaurant, sat outside and was surprised by the very good food. We had dinner with 7 people and everyone enjoyed it very much. For us North Germans the prices were very reasonable and we were completely satisfied. .

There were seven of us as tourists and we asked for a place. The innkeeper immediately put together tables, laid out blankets and greeted us in a friendly manner. Cards were handed out and we were given time to place the extensive order. The food was excellent, fresh and delicious, from the starter to salads and the main courses, drinks and espresso. Everything was served with great friendliness by the attentive staff. The prices were pleasantly surprising. If we were there, we would definitely come back.

The food was absolutely subpar. Totally carelessly done. Fries fried completely dry and unseasoned. The schnitzel was so flattened that it basically only consisted of breading and was completely dry. My husband had fish with croquettes and the portion was tiny. Lasagna totally over salted. Service took forever even though it was very empty. We really don't recommend anything. It's a shame about all the money you still have to pay.

A really recommended restaurant. The food was beautifully presented and incredibly tasty, the service was good and the atmosphere was cozy. The only thing that was a little annoying for me as a non-football fan was the TV, which was a little too loud (the European Championship game was on). Otherwise great!

Very, very friendly and courteous service, I haven't experienced that in a long time. The menu has a good selection, including vegetarian options. Everything was delicious. We sat outside, on the slightly larger street. I can't judge what the ambience is like inside.

Delicious food in a cozy atmosphere

Absolutely disappointed!!!! There were 4 of us eating there today. Two years ago we were very dissatisfied and wanted to give the restaurant another chance. 3 main courses were so salty that they couldn't be eaten and the waiter only passed this on to the cook. It wasn't very busy and we had to wait forever for our drinks. The food wasn't prepared well at all. Photo is attached. There was also a children's menu where the schnitzel looked half torn and fries were simply slapped on top. Nothing more, not even a lettuce leaf or a lemon as we normally know. I had 2 grilled chicken breast fillets with croquettes. There was also no salad and it was carelessly prepared for 15 €😲 In addition, all 4 people had stomach cramps after an hour. Well, thank you very much too. So please stay away from there!!!! Service wasn't that good and the food wasn't good at all😔

I've also eaten here with my parents and was very happy with the quality of the food and the service. This time I wanted two pizzas to take away. It was delicious again and went quickly.

It tastes delicious there, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, we are happy to make a reservation there. I think that reservation will also work.

So I don't know if we really mean the same restaurant. Yes, the atmosphere is great. But the service is abysmally bad. When you want to order you feel like you're annoying. The food is served cold or some are forgotten. If you can't manage something and want to take it with you, you shove it into the packaging with your hands at the table. No, we were here exactly twice. ..Never again.

I picked up a pizza and salad on site. The service was super nice, I was immediately offered an espresso to bridge the waiting time. The preparation went relatively quickly. The salad was fresh and delicious. There is still room for improvement in the dough for the pizza; I found it slightly sweet and too soft. Despite all this, I enjoyed it very much. Gladly again.

The starters were delicious, the main course so-so. We were there at 8:45pm and the restaurant is open until 11pm. The reception was very cold-hearted and people shouted into the kitchen to ask whether they were still cooking at all. The service was incredibly unfriendly and rushed us very much. While we were still eating, everything was being cleaned up and we were asked if we could pay. All in all very unpleasant. I can't recommend it!

Dirty tablecloth. Waited over an hour for the food. Steak burnt on the outside. Add salt to the sauce. Side dishes, for example cauliflower, are still hard. Never again!!!

We've been there several times now. The man who served us is very nice and funny. There are also lollies there, so it's child-friendly and dog-friendly. You can take your dog in with you and they'll give him water if you ask. It's beautifully and romantically decorated and the food is very tasty, I can recommend Bolognese, I would definitely like to go there again and again. Ambiance is really very nice. Food is good

Wir hatten da Weihnachtsfeier, sie haben die Ausrichtung angenommen, waren völlig überfordert, auf die erste Bestellung (Getränke) haben wir circa 30 - 45 Minuten gewartet, das Essen dauerte dann sogar noch länger, ich hatte eine Pizza, mit Abstand die schlecht gemachteste die ich je serviert bekam, ich esse beim Italiena generell Pizza, von 18-22 Uhr haben sie es geschafft mir ein Essen und zwei Getränke zu servieren (überfordert eben), die Krönung war dann die Abrechnung, Schlange stehen nachdem wenigstens 30 Minuten versucht wurde die Rechnungen auf die Reihe zu bekommen. Ich wünsche der Gastro alles Gute für die Zukunft, mich seht ihr nie wieder.

The restaurant is cosy and the employees are warm. The foods are not really special. I can not say that they are extremely delicious. It is average.

Essen war schön angerichtet und geschmacklich gab es nichts zu meckern. Der Personal war sehr freundlich und höflich. Des Weiteren würden alle individuellen Wünsche erfüllt. Es würde sich auch dauerhaft (aber nicht penetrant) erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung sei oder es uns noch an etwas fehlt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Essen einfach nur super lecker, die Leute vor Ort sind super nett,wir waren schon mehrfach dort,haben meinen Geburtstag dort gefeiert,alles perfekt,sehr zu empfehlen. Heute unser Hochzeitstag, und es war wieder Traumhaft, das Essen sowas von lecker, der Service super und alle dort super nett.

Finde das Essen sehr lecker und gut zu bereitet, die sitze kleben zwar und es dauert ein bisschen trozdes würde ich es nicht zu schlecht empfehlen, daher das es ein Resturant ist finde ich die preise sehr niedrig was mich beindruckt hat, das essen schmeckt zwar aber die portionen sind sehr klein

Wir waren zu meinem Geburtstag in diesem Restaurant essen gewesen, ich war bereits zweimal dort und war zufrieden, es gab nichts zu meckern. Aber dieses Mal Katastrophe . Wir hatten z.B Spagetti Cabonara, die Soße sah aus wie aus einem Tetrapack. Nudeln verklebt, dachten für ein Italiener sollte das kein Problem sein, allerdings hab ich den Koch nicht gesehen. Wir hatten außerdem noch Bratkartoffeln bestellt, da wurden dicke Kartoffelwürfel gebraten, hat mit Bratkartoffeln eher nichts zu tun. Meine Mutter ihr Gemüse war leider mehr als Bissfest, es war alles ziemlich enttäuschend für mich und meine Gäste. Der Kellner war sehr nett und freundlich, er hat unsere Kritik ernst genommen und hat uns die Nudeln Cabonara erlassen, was ich sehr entgegenkommend fand. Er bekommt von mir 4 Sterne 🌟 der Koch allerdings nur 1 Stern 🌟 dafür das er es versucht hat zu kochen, aber leider es nach hinten los ging. Schade . Bruchetta war aber sehr lecker, da muss ich ehrlich sein.

Man ist danach satt,aber nicht zufrieden. Irgendwas ist immer, entweder ist das Hähnchen zu trocken oder die Soße ist wässrig. Dafür ist das Personal überaus freundlich

Super tolles Essen. Speisen immer wieder lecker und frisch zubereitet. Ich liebes es und meine Nachbarn auch. Ein großes Lob an das Team.

Wir waren heute zum ersten mal im Artigiano essen, und wurden positiv überrascht. Der Service ist zuvorkommend, das Restaurant hell, freundlich und sauber. Das Essen, wir hatten Saltimbocca ala Romana, war ausgesprochen lecker. Einziges Manko ist lediglich, dass Hunde im Restaurant erlaubt sind. Das finden wir nicht so gut.

Seit langem hat dieses Lokal mal wieder einen guten Betreiber. Das Essen ist wirklich gut und noch dazu preiswert, die Bedienung ist flott und sehr freundlich. Der Hund bekam sofort eine Schale Wasser. Einziges Manko ist der Autolärm, wenn man draußen sitzt. Aber man kann sich trotzdem ganz normal unterhalten. Hierher komme ich sicher bald wieder mal und probiere so nach und nach die ganze Speisekarte durch 😉😋

Habe heute dort mein Geburtstagsessen bekommen und bin begeistert. Das Fleisch war auf den Punkt gebraten und super zart, die Beilagen waren sehr lecker und die Bedienung ist freundlich und rücksichtsvoll. Die Portionen sind genau richtig und preislich kann man auch nicht meckern. Alles in allem: Note 1. Hier gehe ich gerne wieder essen!

Muss da immer anhalten, wenn ich mit meinem Trike unterwegs bin und durch Nauen durchfahre. Parkplätze vorhanden, man kann draußen sitzen und wird schnell und freundlich bedient. Getränke und Speisen sind erschwinglich und sehr lecker. Immer wieder gerne - auch bei der nächsten Durchfahrt wird dort eine Pause eingelegt.

Hatten Glück und es war heute sehr ruhig. Der Service war total entspannt und auf alle Fragen gab es direkt eine tolle Antwort. Von der Vorspeise bis zum Hauptgang und dem Amaretto aufs Haus war alles perfekt. Wir kommen wieder.
