Restaurant "Nauener Hof" in Nauen

Staff are always friendly, even when you can feel the stress of the day... You're human too 😉 So, solid German home cooking. No question! - Please leave the dumplings in their original state --> don't fry them when there's already a knuckle of pork that would be enough for two people. - There's no need for coleslaw on the plate when there's a decent portion of sauerkraut (my very personal opinion). - Better to pay 2 euros than oversized portions. - Unfortunately, the plates are overloaded. A small request: the chairs are faaaaar too heavy and too loud. PERHAPS there could be an option for industrial carpeting, or for older people in particular, chairs that could be moved quietly. That would significantly improve the atmosphere.

Restaurant with traditional German cuisine. We were passing through on September 29, 2025, and had lunch there. There was a family celebration going on in the restaurant, and it was otherwise well attended. We got the last two seats inside. Despite the busy schedule, we were served promptly. Thanks to Sara, the friendly waitress. The food left nothing to be desired, and thanks also to the kitchen. Ox cheeks and cabbage rolls. Highly recommended!

We were there for lunch as part of a wedding reception. They served a very delicious, large, fresh schnitzel with a variety of vegetables.

Good place to eat. Most of the dishes were good. Only the salad was awful. The tomatoes were huge, the leaves were too big, and there was no dressing, all on a plate that was far too small. You should consider getting a larger plate. The service was prompt and polite.

For this year's Mother's Day, my family, my mother-in-law and I visited the Nauener Hof - and as on our previous visits, it was again a completely successful stay. With wonderful weather, we were able to sit in the cozy courtyard and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. Since it was our third visit this year, now is the time to leave a review. Anyone who appreciates traditional German cuisine with a seasonal twist will get their money's worth here. The dishes are freshly prepared, taste excellent and are served in generous portions - everyone will definitely be full here. Particularly noteworthy is the attentive and friendly team, who always greeted us with a smile. The price-performance ratio is also convincing across the board. The Nauener Hof remains a permanent address for us when it comes to good food in a pleasant atmosphere. We'd love to come back!

On October 20th, 2024 we were able to enjoy the silver wedding anniversary lunch buffet in this restaurant. It was extremely tasty and if something was missing, more was added. It's really cozy there and we've made it our favorite place.

The outside board advertised a 'large selection of cakes'. However, when I ordered it was just a kind of egg pie and a crumble cake. Both cakes tasted like nothing and we were very disappointed. Then it's better to get it somewhere else...

Today we went to Nauener Hof for brunch with 5 people and it was really tasty. The selection of dishes on offer was very diverse, both for breakfast and for warm meals. There was something for every guest, even those who don't eat meat. The sweet creams were also tasty. The service was very attentive and the entire staff was extremely nice. The price-performance ratio is also perfect. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!!

We were there yesterday, June 16, 24. We waited 15 minutes until the waitress came and then told us: wait an hour until we got something to eat. No staff, too long of a wait...we were very disappointed.

It's very pleasant there. Friendly service. Food is worth its price. It's just a shame that your cards always seem to be taken away. It's not the first restaurant recently. Which I personally think is a shame, if only because of the sales. If at least one card were left behind, people would definitely order more.

We celebrated a birthday in the restaurant and ordered a buffet. Unfortunately, it wasn't well received by our guests or us. Most of the food was cold, the fillet and fish were completely dry (the exception was the roulades!!), the pasta pan wasn't even lukewarm and therefore completely inedible. There wasn't dessert on the buffet for everyone. We have eaten there several times and have always been satisfied, but for a celebration it was unexpectedly bad. This was very, very unpleasant for our guests. The service was friendly and well placed. It was just a shame that despite the group being closed (it was also written on the board at the entrance and agreed upon when booking), a couple was still served (full meal) and so inevitably sat in the middle of our guests and attended the performances for the birthday child. We will no longer have a celebration here. Maybe it's a bit much to have several buffets outside of the house in one day and also host several celebrations in the restaurant.

We were in this restaurant for the first time yesterday. Even the reservation was unproblematic. The furnishings and decoration are very tasteful. The offer is varied and there is also a special menu for children, which can also be colored in. The pens are brought along without being asked. The food was great and the service - a force for the counter and service, which doesn't work in other restaurants with significantly more staff - fast and super friendly. Payment is possible in cash and with various cards. We were thrilled and will definitely come back.

Fast friendly service. Food and portions are great. Prices are appropriate. Uncomfortable lighting (cold white light), curtains white with glitter, ugly. Subtle country house style would fit better, plastic plants in the windows. Beams from the half-timbered structure are painted dark; natural would also be better. Conclusion We'd love to come back, but only to try the other dishes and not because of the cosiness.

Terrific! The 5 of us were all absolutely thrilled. Starting with the super delicious bruschetta, through schnitzel in every variation to vegetarian chanterelle scrambled eggs. Simply delicious, fresh and excellent quality. The service was wonderful. Luckily the restaurant was recommended to us, otherwise we would probably have walked past as it seems inconspicuous at first glance. Reservation could be an advantage. Card payment possible. Parking lot opposite. You can also sit outside. Will definitely come back!! Great praise! Update at the beginning of 2024: The food was again very hearty and good :) As a dessert, the clamp cake rounded off the good home-style cuisine (beef roulade, pork medallions, pork knuckle and schnitzel). Unfortunately the restaurant was cold this time and you got cold fingers while eating. Unfortunately that was a bit unpleasant but definitely just an exception. We'd love to come back in the summer ;)

We were on our way to the Baltic Sea and were able to make a reservation for 8 people by phone at short notice (30 minutes in advance)! Located just under 10 minutes from the Berliner Ring A10. Food very good and price-performance ratio is 100%! Thank you very much and gladly again! Recommended…

Sehr gute Hausmannskost. Hier und da merkten wir das Personal knapp ist in der Küche. Wenn zbsp die Bratkartoffeln nur auf einer Seite braun und knusprig sind. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr leckeres Essen, schön zubereitet fürs Auge, sehr freundlicher Service, wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wir waren hier auf der Durchreise nach einem langen Tag von Potsdam nachhause. Und wurden keineswegs enttäuscht. Angefangen von der Reservierung eine Stunde vorher welche super angenehm war bis hin zum Essen Vorort und der super Bedienung. Hier lohnt sich der Abend alle mal und man geht vor allem rundgefuttert und glücklich nachhause. Typisch deutsche Hausmannskost mit super Ambiente.

Etwas versteckt auf dem Innenhof des Rathauses aber dafür sehr nett ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, faire Preise und mein Essen war lecker.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Die Bedienung super nett und zuvorkommend. Allerdings finde ich die Einrichtung ein wenig zu klein. Ist aber nebensächlich. Da es bei sonnigen warmen Wetter auch genug Platz draußen gibt. Tolles Restaurant. Gerne wieder

Nettes Personal und gutes Essen

Wie immer alles sehr gut, nur das Essen war schon mal besser.

Heute sind wir für den Mittagstisch in den Nauener Hof. Der Aufruf zur neuen Karte hat mich persönlich gelockt, weil ich in der Sparte 'Leckeres Vegetarisches' den gebackenen Blumenkohl mit Serviettenknödel in hausgemachter Rahmsauce entdeckt habe. Dazu gibts auch eine kleine, sehr frische Salatbeigabe. Für mich war es perfekt! Für den gebackenen Blumenkohl komm ich gerne wieder und wenn das vegetarische Angebot erweitert würde, auch gerne noch öfter. Kompliment! Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt!! Außerdem war es gemütlich bei gutem Wetter im straßenlärmgeschützen Innenhof zu sitzen.

Man sitzt dort drinnen oder draußen sehr gemütlich. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und das Essen ist sehr lecker.

Die gute alte Küche wo mann sagt, da schmeckts wie bei Muttern

Wir haben Topfwurst gegessen. Zu wenig Kartoffeln, das Sauerkraut ging gar nicht, war zu süß. Kein Vergleich zu Nauener Konkurrenz. Schade
