I was totally unhappy with their service and the price which in my opinion is not worth the quality, when I entered they told me I can stay only for one hour, the greeting was not so friendly from the beginning, and the truffle pasta was very average and lacked enough truffle in it, in other places I got much better truffle pasta with half this price! Then after the food I had to wait alot for my dessrt and even noticed one of the staff about it but it still took them long to bring it to my table, generally speaking, I fond this restaurant average and I'm not interested in visiting it anymore.

Totally nice atmosphere, especially in summer you can sit in the green courtyard. The service is very friendly and accommodating, but the order took a little longer and the tables that were there after us were given priority Food was good.

Very nice atmosphere, very nice service and really delicious cuisine. Not for people who prefer quick, inexpensive cuisine, but a perfect location for a cozy evening for two or with friends. Yummy

The gnocchi was not worth the whooping price of 26,90€! It was overcooked and bland. The other dishes were also below average. 190€(exl. Tip)for three ppl dinner, 3 appetizers, 3 pasta dishes, 1 red wine(no vintage or anything) and 1 water. Not worthit.

We were in Dusseldorf for a bachelorette party (Taylor Swift Concert) my daughter attended 4 weeks ago and the bride to be insisted she take us to Luigi’s. She knew I would like the tagliatelle with truffle sauce so we ordered several entrees. The tagliatelle was to die for! It was excellent as was my wife’s gnocchi! I’m a cook and former restaurant owner who probably loves food too much! We’ve travelled around the Italian boot 4 times but never experienced the excellence of this dish! The truffle sauce was beyond amazing! We ended up traveling around a few weeks before the wedding, but upon our return went back to Luigi’s. We tried to get in for lunch but reservations are required, so made them for the next day. The second time around was just as wonderful. This is a professionally run business and the service, ambiance, staff, wine list, etc are superb!!!

One of the best Italians in Düsseldorf. Good service, good food and good wines. I've enjoyed going there for years. The carpaccio as a starter and the tiramisu as a dessert are definitely recommended…

The service at Casa Luigi is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is casual and warm. It offers authentic Italian cuisine in an elegant setting. I had the dish Polipo - definitely not enough for those very hungry but perfect for those looking for a tasty but not heavy meal.

I like the restaurant and the food but.....the owner is an extremely rude and entitled person, I called to book for a birthday reservation for 12 people (that we have already discussed the day before), while trying to ask for some basic information about the dinner arrangements he told me "I am busy, I don't care, do not come at all. we are full anyway I don't need you there. Don't come go somewhere else." I'm writing this in Italian so you understand better, your business is called Hospitality, don't forget it. You were rude and rude. Maybe the restaurant is doing well now, but if you treat your customers like this at some point you will pay the consequences.

There for a business lunch during the week. Nice menu, fine cuisine, but even the little things were right (e.g. extremely good olive oil and super crusty bread). Service friendly and at a good pace. Tables are a little cramped, so for a confidential conversation you should ask for a position at the edge/corner.

The food was really delicious and the service was quite good, but the employees didn't coordinate with each other and so our wine glasses were refilled by different people every 2 minutes.

Casa Luigi is our happy place. I can honestly say after apprx 15 visits (maybe more) the taste, service are all the same. My husband always eats the same thing because he is not that adventurous and we receive always the same taste and excellent service. Thank you Casa Luigi when we are there we always feel -in a little bit crowded- home ♥️ tartufatti and lambchops are divine 🎉

Unfortunately not what I expected. The pasta with Bolognese was okay. The espresso afterwards was more like half an espresso. Staff is attentive but a bit “too attentive”. You get the feeling that you don't really have time to eat.

Wow wow wow!! We were here for the first time this evening and we are 100% convinced. Perfect food in terms of appearance and taste. Price performance is really very good and the staff and especially the owner are super nice and make the evening priceless. We'd love to come back!

Casa Luigi is a MUST for anyone who loves Italian cuisine. From the hearty service to the comfortable atmosphere and of course to the fantastic food, everything was perfect. We were warmly welcomed and at the beginning there was delicious warm bread and olives. The selection of dishes is very diverse and there are also very tasty vegetarian dishes. The food is of very high quality and tastes a 12/10. I can particularly recommend the eggplant tart. The service was also very courteous, attentive and warm. For anyone who loves or wants to learn to love Italian cuisine, Casa Luigi is the right place for you. This was definitely not our last visit. Thanks to the great team for this great evening! ❤️

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und zu Beginn gab es leckeres warmes Brot und Oliven. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist sehr vielfältig und es gibt auch sehr leckere vegetarische Speisen. Das Essen ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig und geschmacklich eine 12/10. Besonders das Auberginentörtchen kann ich sehr empfehlen. Der Service war ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und herzlich. Für alle, die die italienische Küche lieben oder lieben lernen wollen, bei Casa Luigi seit ihr richtig. Das war definitiv nicht unser letzter Besuch. Danke an das tolle Team für diesen tollen Abend! ❤️

Wenn man einen schönen Abend mit italienischem Flair und leckerem Essen haben möchte, muss man in Düsseldorf zu Casa Luigi. Nicht zu vernachlässigen sind ebenfalls der nette Service und der authentische Chef Luigi! Nur zu empfehlen.

Truffle pasta very, very tasty, but a big point deduction because no fresh truffles are used. About two years ago we were sitting in the kitchen and a pre-made truffle cream was just being refined in the pan. 2 years later there is still no fresh truffle on the pasta. For the price you can definitely expect that and so the price is very excessive. It has nothing to do with cooking

Wunderschön! Wir lieben es nach CasaLuigi zu gehen und einen romantischen Abend zu genießen. So ein schönes Ambiente und mit Abstand die beste Trüffel Pasta die ich je gegessen habe! 100% von mir empfohlen.

The meatball tomato pasta I received for lunch was very delicious! The staff were all friendly and pleasant, and I wanted to come back again.

Because we decided to eat “truffle pasta” out at very short notice on a Friday evening. We were able to reserve a table on the same day. ☺️ Luckily for us. Otherwise the ambience was nice. Something dark and romantic. After we placed our order, it arrived within a very short time. My friends and I all have a “truffle pasta”. The pasta was good. The sauce was creamy. The truffle was in the sauce. Not on the pasta. The portion was okay. Small personal criticisms: For me personally it was a little too loud. I could hardly follow the conversations at the table. For me personally the sauce was a bit too creamy/greasy. Because it was too creamy, I couldn't have eaten any more. I had to add seasoning. And I would have been happy with a pasta in the parmigano show. Unfortunately, this was done at the back of the counter and rather hidden. Which was a shame. All in all, it had been a nice girls' evening.

Spontaneously during a visit to Düsseldorf. Top food, top service.

Personally, I have never eaten such incredibly fantastic taglierini tartufati in my life. My partner had the scallop risotto and he also found his dish to be very tasty. For dessert there was plum in red wine/cinnamon sauce and even though I wasn't really into red wine, I felt like I "inhaled" our dessert because I liked it so incredibly well. The staff is also super friendly, especially the lady with the glasses. Ambiance is also very pleasant, value for money is great. Will definitely come back :)

One of the better Italian places in Dusseldorf. Definetly not a touristic place which is nice! The new cellar is also very cosy to sit. Try the risotto al tartuffo!

Die selbstgemachten Gnocchis waren fantastisch. Auf Wunsch wird von der Bedienung Parmesan frisch über das Gericht gerieben. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam und professionell. Das Restaurant ist eher klein und etwas beengt. Da das Restaurant auch unter der Woche gut besucht wird, würde ich grundsätzlich eine Reservieren empfehlen.

Bad service and very unfriendly staff. We arrived at around 7:30pm without a reservation. A grumpy waitress took us to a table right at the entrance, a very packed area with lots of people walking in and out. It was -3°C outside, so we were hoping to be seated somewhere else. At the corner there were 2 empty tables (both were tables for 2), the waitress said those were reserved. The table at the entrance was the last available one for tonight, so we took it without complaints. Five minutes later, there were two other groups of guests, both came in without reservations. (We heard their conversation very clearly since we sat right at the entrance.) The same waitress simply gave them those "reserved tables" that we asked for earlier. Totally unacceptable. On top of that, we sat down for 15mins, no one gave us any menu, no one talked to us, no one looked at us at all. We had to ask for the menu, even after that we waited for another 5mins, but still no one came to take our orders. We simply stood up and left. It was very unfortunate. The dishes from the next tables looked really delicious, and I have been looking forward to coming to Casa Luigi. But the service was really bad and the experience was really disappointing. Will never come again.

Unfreundlich, haben extra reserviert uns wurde gesagt in den Keller zu gehen obwohl wir einen Tisch für oben haben. Wir wurden nach der Bitte ausgeschickt. Mehr Schein als sein. Wirklich enttäuscht. Um 20.30 ist es auch schwer ein anderes Restaurant zu finden. Absolute Frechheit.

Lecker Essen freundliches Personal alles super

La última noche de nuestro viaje cenamos en este magnífico restaurante. La cocina es de autor, platos muy elaborados, con gran sabor y generosos. La camarera que nos atendió estuvo toda la noche pendiente que de todo fue bien, si bien no hablaba castellano, nos entendimos perfectamente con ella con mi bajo nivel de alemán. El traductor hizo el resto. El local es muy romántico, tematizado en torno al cine, con las mesas situadas a una distancia que nos permitía mantener una conversación discreta. Un regalo para los sentidos

Gutes italienisches Restaurant für leckere hausgemachte Pasta, aber das Mandel-Parfait zum Nachtisch war mein Highlight. Das Restaurant war am Montagabend gut besucht. Eine Reservierung ist empfehlenswert. Hier kann man gut zu zweit oder in kleineren Gruppen essen. Zum entspannt Unterhalten ist es im Restaurant aber etwas zu laut. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und sehr professionell. Man merkt, dass hier viel wert auf gutes Essen und hohe Qualität gelegt wird.

Absolutely bad behavior of the owner Luigi. No respect to the clients . Despite an earlier reservation we were not seated in the restaurant but in the very poor basement with bad smell and no atmosphere. An awful place. Unfortunately we were a group , hungry after the whole day at exhibition and it was not possible to leave! Not acceptable at all! I will not visit the place again! And it was one of my favorites in Düsseldorf for many years!

We have a been visiting this place for few years. This year I made also a reservation for me and my guests. Unfortunately, we have been seated in a basement, with bed smell, and no atmosphere at all !!! Not at the restaurant ! I was so much ashamed in front of my quests. I made a reservation last week and I did it for the restaurant and not for the regular basement. Please be careful when making the reservation. I will not visit this place again. This is not the way to treat the guests.

Lovely atmosphere here. There is a wide selection of dishes to choose from, but as I am a fussy eater, there was nothing on the menu I wanted. The chef kindly made me a bespoke meal to my tasting and it was delicious! It was one of the best meals I had

The meal was tasty but came at a high cost. We shelled out 44€ for a "wine of the month" bottle, which turned out to be quite ordinary. The food was enjoyable, but the restaurant was packed, offering very little space. The restroom didn't meet our expectations. In total, we spent 120€ for a dinner for two people. The service was decent, but there was an unpleasant food odor in the air while sitting, and our clothes ended up smelling quite bad afterward.

Food was very delicious and good quality. Real Italian cuisine! Very good place for a dinner party with friends and family or your wife. I don’t recommend this place for a big party or business events because there is no so much place and no big tables.
