We were on our way to the cinema, so we didn't have much time, as we mentioned right away when we were looking for a seat. It was amazing. We'd never gotten our food so quickly before. It was so delicious, amazing. I've eaten Papa Chicken there many times, but it was even better than usual. So, from the three of us girls, it more than deserves 5 stars.

I ordered, and they forgot my fries. When I asked, they said they'd send them on. After an hour had passed and I asked repeatedly, they promised me a voucher, which I never received. The food wasn't bad, but it was still a total dump and I don't recommend it.

A great place to relax and have a snack in the very center of the city. Perfect steaks, properly cooked, good presentation and service. Quite a large selection of dishes, portions are quite large.

Overall, it went well because the tables outside are very nice, especially in the evening, and there's a nice breeze. I recommend going there.

ATTENTION ALLERGY SUFFERERS My summer salad with avocado and walnuts didn't contain a single walnut, but peanuts. I wasn't informed of this, but was simply served as is. That's unacceptable. Thank goodness I'm not allergic. Peanuts are, of course, much cheaper than walnuts. The waitstaff couldn't keep up with the work, even with the restaurant almost full, resulting in a roughly one-hour wait for pizza and salad.

We came for the Kerwa festival and first ended up at the Cancun. It was simply perfect. The food, the service, and everything about it. It was so great that we spent our second and last evening at the Cancun again. The loving preparation of the cocktails deserves special mention. We'll be back.

We returned to Weißenburg after years, and we were very happy that the Can Cun was still there, just like in the old days. As always, everything was great.

Very tasty food, the waiters are very friendly at first, but after the second drink order, you'll need a lot of patience; it can take an hour, and you shouldn't expect friendly service anymore. Conclusion: Far too few staff and completely unwilling to accept criticism. The customer isn't king here, which is a real shame! A good restaurant stands or falls with its waiters.

Our food didn't arrive until two hours later. With a toddler who should have been in bed long ago, it was very frustrating. With a whining child and a bad mood, we finally filled our growling stomachs. Unbelievable.

Visited twice, unfortunately disappointed twice: A while ago, we visited this restaurant on our vacation to enjoy a few cocktails. Since the sign on the window said "Happy Hour" (and more), we decided to go in and order a few of those drinks. So far, everything was fine; the cocktails were tasty, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, when it came to paying, the waitress had to explain to us that the sign on the window was out of date and we had to pay the regular price. Unfortunately, no one there wanted to acknowledge the mistake. On our vacation this year, we wanted to eat there to forget our last visit. Since they had burgers on offer, we opted for them. When my burger was finally placed in front of me, I was deeply disappointed. The portion of the smashed burger was quite small, and the bottom of the bun was completely burnt. When we pointed out the black underside to the waitress, we only received an "okay" in response. When paying, we pointed it out to him again, and he simply replied, "I'll pass it on." No "compensation," no reduction in the bill, and not even an "apology" for the inedible underside. I would actually like to recommend the restaurant, as the ambiance is really nice and the food is delicious. However, the staff's response to these rare, but quite common, incidents needs to be better!

Big disappointment. They were the best burgers I've ever eaten, but today we got something disgusting – really dry rolls for burgers, old, rotten salad... I was surprised... what is that, please? A week ago we waited ages for someone to come to us, and after speaking to them we were given an unfriendly answer: "Someone will come when they have time"... we just walked away... outrageous! A real shame, it used to be a good place where you could enjoy good food... not anymore.

Don't be too swayed by the website. This isn't just a takeout place. You can sit comfortably both inside and outside, the pizzas were delicious, and the cocktails weren't for the faint of heart. They pack a punch! Thanks to pizza day on Thursdays, it's also a real bargain.

After a long wait, we decided to give the Cancun restaurant another chance. After our winter visit was an absolute disaster (after assurances of: sorry, we're having a new concept, we'll improve... blah blah), we used the delivery service again. After a (relatively) short delivery time of 1:07 hours, the food arrived. Half of the quesadillas were missing, no salad, and no dips. Overcooked meat between two cardboard lids. The burgers were dry, cold, and carelessly put together. The meat tasted strange. Of our two cocktails, the Touchdown was somewhat drinkable. The Pina Colada was absolutely inedible. It basically just tasted like rum and water. A disgrace to deliver something like that. We then tried to complain by phone and point out that our order was incomplete. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone! Probably for good reason! So I complained by email. My email remained unanswered for two days, no apology, nothing!! Apparently, customer satisfaction isn't in the operator's interest. This whole thing cost us over €50. Thanks very much. I can only advise everyone against spending money on this!

Great value for money, the plates are provided, even for a salad. There were five of us, and we were all satisfied. The cooking was perfect, the ingredients were clearly fresh, and some of the à la carte dishes were quite original. As for the service, it was full, but the server managed to find a solution for us. In short, we had a great evening. A restaurant like this close to home, I'd sign up right away.

This place is absolutely extortionate. I waited almost two hours for the food and 45 minutes for the drink. They crossed a line where I have to say I can no longer consider this a reputable restaurant. And the food didn't taste very good either, at least not for the price.

There was no explanation or even an apology for the long wait. Conclusion: If you have a lot of patience, you can enjoy good food here. However, if you value quick service or don't have much time, you should look elsewhere.

No service after 15 minutes. Don’t forget to wash your hands after using the menus. Leave the premises after 20 minutes. It's unbelievable how you can give 5 stars here. Weissenburg has better to offer.

What can I say? The hamburgers were super delicious! My wife had a cheeseburger, I had one with shepherd's cheese. Extra without rolls because I can't tolerate the normal wheat rolls. There wasn't an alternative with spelled flour or gluten-free, but it was still 100% delicious. Only recommended. In the middle of the beautiful old town of Weissenburg. Top!

My girlfriend and I attended the photo days in Weissenburg and were lucky. The food was very tasty, the steak was fried just right, the home made lemonade with raspberries was great. Just a little tip: one dish is enough, we couldn't eat it all and took half with us. Service was also really nice and kept asking if everything was okay.

Juice shop - overpriced for what you actually get, mediocre service, you pay more than half of the main course for the actual side dish (€9 burger/€5 for curly fries... (printed very small at the bottom of the menu)), burgers are dry, pizza tasted like onions, you have to pack your own food to take away, etc.; In conclusion, I would "recommend" it for a last-minute decision, but the quality is different.

The worst meal I've ever had so far. Apart from the fact that the food was ordered over an hour after the requested time, it arrived 2 hours late! The order or the food was cold! When it arrived to us... We ordered bacon with our meal and we hadn't even seen the grill yet. We paid for it but didn't get it. Shrimp were undercooked and completely shelled, tacos were extremely soggy. We paid €90 for 5 people and it wouldn't even be worth €30. Drinks (2 bottles of Cola and 2 bottles of Fanta) were added as compensation I will never eat anything there again The two times I ordered something there was always something wrong with the order.

Far too long delivery time. Delivery takes much longer than stated. Orders are very often wrong due to forgotten salt, which was then delivered but the salad sauce was missing. That happened more than once and I think it's a disgrace if you can't get deliveries and orders done and you should leave it alone!!

Unfortunately, waiting over 1.5 hours for delivery is normal. The food has always been good. Today my burger was raw in the middle and instead of the “cranberry foam” described, there were frozen raspberries on my burger?? Which simply tastes completely different and, above all, is totally sour... And that includes fries for €18. We definitely won't order again.

I've been here a few times now and I'm thrilled every time! Whether it's tacos, pizza, burgers or a juicy steak - everything tastes brutally good. You can tell that the boss really knows his stuff. The service is also next level – super friendly, relaxed and still totally attentive. You simply feel comfortable here. If you're in the mood for great food in a relaxed atmosphere, you definitely have to stop by here. Clear recommendation!

The house from the outside is an impressive eye-catcher. Perfect in the middle of the old town. Inside, the dining room is a mix of modern and ancient history that gives you the Mexican feeling you expect when you go to a Mexican restaurant. A young, friendly team welcomes you and serves the modern but clear menu. After a good beer and a Tappers plate (cold plate, light and versatile), which I took as a starter, I decided on a delicious cocktail (recommended by the house) to go with my burger 🍔 both just a dream. What you should really bring with you is some time because the ambience invites you to stay seated, but the meal can also take a short time. Well, the restaurant was full, it was busy, but the food made it up to you so you're happy to wait. In any case, we'll come back, just make a reservation next time. Ordered on Lieferando. The burgers were cold as were the fries and the delivery was 30 minutes late. The only good thing, the salad was fresh and the driver was nice.

I can't judge the ambience. But food cold, delivery way beyond the time stated on Lieferando. Maybe it would have been good warmer too. So I can only advise against ordering. Save yourself the disappointment!

Waited forever, then got cold food, burgers soggy, partly burnt buns and wrong burgers. 12.90 paid for another burger for €8. Chicken ribs cooked and just sauce over them. Nothing crispy. Burnt pizza. According to other assessments, a complaint would not have been worth it. Mäces is better and cheaper. I could have gotten more for over €50

Ordered pizzas and burgers. Burgers were OK. Pizzas were simply completely oversalted and instead of 32cm they were simply 25cm. When asked, the only response was "we'll call back". Of course it wasn't done. Unfortunately delivery was not 1 hour as requested but 2 hours.

I had to wait almost 2 hours for food. Triple Super Smash was very compressed and the burger buns were soggy Crispy chicken burger was no longer warm and didn't taste very tasty. The dough from the ham pizza tastes industrial and not homemade. French fries+curly fries were cold and soggy.

The Cancun Triple Smash Burger came with the wrong bun (sesame seed bun was selected) and two dips were missing for the sweet potato fries and the curly fries (sour cream dip) I then called the driver and he said he wouldn't come again because of the two dips. One should have come when asked, but unfortunately it never arrived. The cell phone was used for this at the guest table. You basically can't see your food. A note that the outside seat, which is a little away, is included would also be a suggestion for improvement. We wanted to leave again and then by chance saw the waitress rush past. HappyHour is also a bit strange: We were sitting at our table 10 minutes before the end and two minutes before the end the waitress came and said... well, I'll make an exception for you. In the evening we had the impression that the outdoor spaces were forgotten. On the “white night” the staff was completely overwhelmed.

We had food delivered to the motorhome parking lot in Treuchtlingen. It worked great and without any problems. The driver was also very friendly and the food was really tasty. Had 2 burgers and a children's menu for the little one. The burgers were well topped, the meat was well done and really tasty. The nuggets and fries also tasted really good for the little one. If we are in the area again we will definitely order there again. Top.

Had dinner there today, food really wasn't that good. However, the ambience and service was perfect. 5 stars because you can always go there in the evening to drink with the boys and they have everything you need to drink.

We stopped here for the old town festival and were able to enjoy a super drinkable and perfectly made Aperol in the outdoor area, with the best weather and super nice service, with extra ice because of the warmth. It's nice here and the price is good too. We'll be back soon to try out the food here.
