Ordered on Lieferando. The burgers were cold as were the fries and the delivery was 30 minutes late. The only good thing, the salad was fresh and the driver was nice.

I can't judge the ambience. But food cold, delivery way beyond the time stated on Lieferando. Maybe it would have been good warmer too. So I can only advise against ordering. Save yourself the disappointment!

Waited forever, then got cold food, burgers soggy, partly burnt buns and wrong burgers. 12.90 paid for another burger for €8. Chicken ribs cooked and just sauce over them. Nothing crispy. Burnt pizza. According to other assessments, a complaint would not have been worth it. Mäces is better and cheaper. I could have gotten more for over €50

Ordered pizzas and burgers. Burgers were OK. Pizzas were simply completely oversalted and instead of 32cm they were simply 25cm. When asked, the only response was "we'll call back". Of course it wasn't done. Unfortunately delivery was not 1 hour as requested but 2 hours.

There were two of us there and we were completely satisfied. The service was friendly (especially a brown-haired gentleman), the food was more than sufficient and very tasty. After a meal in Weissenburg, we spontaneously went to Cancun. Despite the full house, thanks to the Christmas market and Christmas parties, the boss and especially the waitress A. were super friendly and always had a smile on their face and were able to chat with you at the same time:) the long drinks were great and the food smelled really delicious, so you immediately got hungry again 🤣👌🏽 We'll definitely be back! I had to wait almost 2 hours for food. Triple Super Smash was very compressed and the burger buns were soggy Crispy chicken burger was no longer warm and didn't taste very tasty. The dough from the ham pizza tastes industrial and not homemade. French fries+curly fries were cold and soggy.

According to pictures on Instagram, we wanted to eat Smashed Burgers and got burgers that were very different from the photos on Instagram. Meat tasted like it was frozen and was definitely not freshly chopped and fried. There's nothing negative to say about the service, nice young lady.

Had to wait an hour and a half for food

Been waiting for our meal with 6 people for almost 2 hours! The people next to us came half an hour later and have already had their food. I've already asked twice what's going on but are only told that the waiters are waiting for the kitchen. Service 0 Ambiance 1

We waited over 3 hours for the order and the food was more than just bad and the extra requests were charged for but not taken into account, never again! And if you're honest you have to be careful that the reviews are deleted because of denial, funny club

The house from the outside is an impressive eye-catcher. Perfect in the middle of the old town. Inside, the dining room is a mix of modern and ancient history that gives you the Mexican feeling you expect when you go to a Mexican restaurant. A young, friendly team welcomes you and serves the modern but clear menu. After a good beer and a Tappers plate (cold plate, light and versatile), which I took as a starter, I decided on a delicious cocktail (recommended by the house) to go with my burger 🍔 both just a dream. What you should really bring with you is some time because the ambience invites you to stay seated, but the meal can also take a short time. Well, the restaurant was full, it was busy, but the food made it up to you so you're happy to wait. In any case, we'll come back, just make a reservation next time. Very nice staff! The food tasted great! Good selection! The cocktails were also very good! I just missed the Mexican atmosphere a bit (music, furnishings) so 1 point deducted (but should only serve as motivation to perhaps improve something in this point)

The Cancun Triple Smash Burger came with the wrong bun (sesame seed bun was selected) and two dips were missing for the sweet potato fries and the curly fries (sour cream dip) I then called the driver and he said he wouldn't come again because of the two dips. And the next time I order I’ll get a free Coke.

Wonderful to sit outside in good weather, right in the middle of the venerable old town. Great opening times. Nice service. Small Mexican-style menu, completely sufficient.

The Tex Mex is really impressive and you can't go wrong. Top! The ambience could be made cooler - such as candlelight on the tables. One should have come when asked, but unfortunately it never arrived. The cell phone was used for this at the guest table. You basically can't see your food. A note that the outside seat, which is a little away, is included would also be a suggestion for improvement. We wanted to leave again and then by chance saw the waitress rush past. HappyHour is also a bit strange: We were sitting at our table 10 minutes before the end and two minutes before the end the waitress came and said... well, I'll make an exception for you. At the end the cocktails were at regular price on the bill. Was kindly corrected upon request. Bottom line -> you can do it. I just don't understand how the potential is simply wasted. Too bad for the golden location.

Very tasty dishes and homemade lemonades. Unfortunately, the service leaves more and more to be desired, as we have repeatedly sat for a long time without being served. In the evening we had the impression that the outdoor spaces were forgotten. On the “white night” the staff was completely overwhelmed.

We had food delivered to the motorhome parking lot in Treuchtlingen. It worked great and without any problems. The driver was also very friendly and the food was really tasty. Had 2 burgers and a children's menu for the little one. The burgers were well topped, the meat was well done and really tasty. The nuggets and fries also tasted really good for the little one. If we are in the area again we will definitely order there again. Top.

We were outside and the atmosphere was totally pleasant. The food was SUPER DELICIOUS thanks to the kitchen 🥰 I had the grill plate and churros. Best churros I've eaten so far. Also on the grill plate, the best sour cream I've ever eaten. Fries are super cool. Drinks too. I'm totally thrilled. We'll be coming by again soon by bike from Eichstätt. 🚲

Delicious food in the center of Weissenburg

Had dinner there today, food really wasn't that good. However, the ambience and service was perfect. 5 stars because you can always go there in the evening to drink with the boys and they have everything you need to drink.

We stopped here for the old town festival and were able to enjoy a super drinkable and perfectly made Aperol in the outdoor area, with the best weather and super nice service, with extra ice because of the warmth. It's nice here and the price is good too. We'll be back soon to try out the food here.

The food was good. But the service and the waiting time were absolutely not okay. Several people also complained because it took so long. We were hardly understood, the order was taken incorrectly, which meant that we were brought a dish twice and were/would have been charged for it. It was then deducted by one of the service staff and the other then spoke to us loudly in front of all the other guests. We still have to pay for our food and we can't just leave. That was very unpleasant. Everyone was looking at us and we couldn't do anything about it.

Liver service was quick, the food was warm and very tasty. Always happy to go there.

The food was okay, but it was all frozen fries etc. The food took a long time because there wasn't much going on. The prices are way too expensive. The “homemade” lemonade is just sparkling water and ice cubes with a small dash of syrup. I didn't manage to eat my food and was given a pap box to pack it with. In the end it turned out that these 50 cents!!! It costs even though we already tipped a whole €2. Cheeky. My friend just didn't get her change anymore. Price performance not justified. No recommendation.

If you order online, you can plan for a delay of 45-60 minutes. But maybe 2 hours. Bottomless!

Ordered today at around 6:30 p.m., after 1.5 hours I got a call that the delivery had been forgotten and they would be there in half an hour, no one came... called again and asked what was going on, the answer was that they would be there shortly (approx . 10min drive). After 30 minutes there was still no one there. We canceled our order... since this has happened several times, we will never eat or order anything there again.

I had a more than disappointing experience in Cancun yesterday! Went there for lunch yesterday. Despite the Walpurgimarkt in Weissenburg, the outdoor area wasn't even half full, which was pleasant. The drinks took a while to arrive, but it was manageable that they only came shortly before the meal. However, it was more than unsavory that the young man who was our server took the glasses in that area and brought them to our table with fingers that were not clean and more than unkempt (I don't know how else to put it politely). places which was the drinking area for the lips. After our food came, which was burgers with sweet potato fries and tacos with 2 dipping sauces, there was no cutlery that went with the food. However, at least napkins would have been good, which we had to ask for and wait for. Since I could only eat one of my three tacos and one bite of the second, I tried to use my dipping sauces sparingly so that I would have enough at home and only used about a third of each. After asking me to pack my food to take away, the young man took my food, put it on another table where guests were sitting, turned around to collect money from another table, which is not possible! Since he had his back to my plate, he couldn't see what was happening to the plate. When I opened the packed food at home that evening, I was very disappointed when I saw that only the tacos were in the box, which unfortunately had been put in so that they had completely fallen apart and both of my sauces were missing. None of this should happen for the prices you pay. And yes, I know what I'm talking about because I worked in the catering industry myself

I've always ordered there and every time the food doesn't come at the specified time. When you call, you're greeted with "going out in 5 minutes" or other times and you've already waited 60 minutes, so I'm disappointed with this service... ..

A really great atmosphere with delicious food. Everything was fine for me, the only thing that costs one star is that the table isn't cleared and nothing is taken away when the bill is ordered. That would be my only suggestion for improvement :-) Guacamole is awesome ;-)

Burgers and Mexican food are very good. We also had a starter of mozzarella stick... tasty but definitely too expensive. The ambience was nice, but the room was very cold to cold.

Now Cancaun looks great, there are several angled rooms. There is everything to eat, kitchen throughout. I ordered enchiladas. It was lukewarm. Not even cheese was melted well. Most dishes are semi-finished products with a lot of flavor enhancers. I can't recommend food.

I ate today at 3:40 p.m. I am really disappointed with the service staff. They didn't give me cutlery to eat with and I had to use my hands to eat. They came by and saw me, but they didn't care about me. I told them to bring it to me but they ignored it. I'm really bored. When billing, the employee charged me the wrong amount. They actually charged me for the food I didn't eat even though I said I didn't eat it. Probably the first and last time I eat there. Bye

After an extensive day of relaxation in a nearby thermal spa, the three of us were looking for dinner late on a Friday shortly before Christmas. Mind you at 9:30 p.m. Called the restaurant around 7 p.m. and asked what a free table would look like. We were kindly told to just come by. Said and done. Quickly to the Christmas market and straight on to Cancun. We were greeted very nicely and were immediately assigned a table. Friendly, quick and, above all, it was clear to every employee that they enjoyed their work. We were a bit at a loss at the beginning because we couldn't decide. We were then advised by the boss without any problems and it was... divine. We were all really surprised by the overall impression of the entire package. Food top!!! Atmosphere informal!!! Employee 1A!!! Boss absolutely brilliant guy!!! So the walk for a simple “food intake” was the culmination of the day. Thank you for the lovely evening and keep it up!!! I will stop by again soon. Highly Recommended!

Will not order from this restaurant again. Instead of the stated 45 minutes, it took 90 minutes for the food to arrive. Instead of the sweet potato fries we got normal fries and the rest of the food was only lukewarm despite the 10 minute drive.

Ich war schon mehrmals Gast und es gab immer wieder Fehler durchs Personal. Aber man konnte es noch ertragen, da wir alle Menschen sind. Aber was sich am 31.12. zu trug, kann man sich nicht ausdenken. Mittags im Lokal angerufen ob über den Nachmittag geöffnet ist und man zum Essen kommen kann. Freundlicher Herr am Telefon sicherte zu und nahm meine Tischreservierung entgegen. Für den späten Nachmittag und gab dem Hinweis, bis 17.30 spätestens kann man essen und verweilen, danach müssen sie herrichten für das Silvesterbuffet etc. Alles klar, bis dahin sind 2h Zeit. Zur reservierten Uhrzeit angekommen, waren ca 3 Tische belegt, die leeren Tische hatten Reservierungsvermerke. Schnell wurde ein Tisch freigemacht, aber Besteck lieblos auf den Tisch klatschen Fehler #1. Dann fragt der selbe Mann, wie am Telefon, ob zum Essen da sind. ??? Ja, wozu sonst reserviert? Zum trinken von überteuerter Limo und Cola bestimmt nicht. OK Fehler #2. Er nimmt die Getränkebestellung auf und gibt uns die Speisekarte. Nach 5 min kommen die Getränke und er sagt uns mit Ernst und ja- es war ihm unangenehm - "dass wir doch nix essen können, weil der Chef mit Personal plötzlich eben vor 10 min weggefahren ist." 🤔 Fehler #3. Nirgends steht "keine Wärme Küche" man fragt extra nach und fährt dann 20km extra dahin. "Freundlicher Weise" hat er die Getränke nicht berechnet. Wozu auch, zum trinken sind wir nicht gar nicht gekommen, da wir dann gehen mussten. Da wir alle Hunger hatten. Der Kellner wollte im Boden vor Scham versinken. Das sollte der Chef!!!! Und das zutiefst. Seinem Personal sowas zumuten, geht überhaupt nicht. Ich hoffe aber, dass es nicht der Chef selbst war...denn wer weiß schon heutzutage, wer vor einem steht. Mich sieht dieser Laden nie wieder. Obwohl das Essen bisher immer köstlich war. Aber so mit Gästen umzugehen, zeigt dass die Politik scheinbar euch Gastronomen das Überleben noch nicht schlimm genug gemacht hat!

Wir bestellen immer wieder gerne bei Cancun. Besonders die Frische und Würze gefällt uns immer wieder sehr gut und vor allem bekommt man das Essen immer warm geliefert. Im Sommer sitzt man sehr gemütlich im Außenbereich aber auch Innen ist es immer wieder gut. Ich persönlich liebe die Salate sowie die Ofenkartoffeln!

Bestelle meist zur Selbstabholung ... die Auswahl der Burger ist sehr vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Habe schon einige durchprobiert und wurde nie enttäuscht. Auch bei der Selbstabholung ist das Essen zur ausgewählten Zeit meist fertig (ab und zu muss man noch ein klein wenig warten).

Haben Burger für einen gemütlichen Abend Zuhause bestellt....war wie immer sehr lecker. Die Burger sind riesig und schmackhaft, die Pommes knusprig und der Salat 👍. Cancun ist einfach immer unsere erste Wahl für Burger
