We often eat at Allegretto. The food is fresh and very tasty. The location is simply stunning. The Allegretto is like a little vacation in between.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alegretto Ristorante Café, Überlingen Our visit to Alegretto Ristorante Café was simply fantastic! ☺️🙏🏽 We enjoyed a vegetarian pizza with eggplant, feta and sun-dried tomatoes🍕🍕🍕, salmon pasta🍝🍝🍝, carbonara pasta🍝🍝🍝, a prosciutto pizza 🍕🍕🍕 and a mixed salad 🥗🥗🥗. The service and ambience were top notch, with a pleasant atmosphere comparable to L’Osteria. 😀👍 The price-performance ratio was very good - the average price per person was 10 to 18 euros. We sat outside with a wonderful view of Lake Constance, which made the experience even better. At the end there was a delicious Ramazzotti for me and my fiancée. 🍸🍸🍸 A nice location that we would happily recommend!⛵️🇩🇪

The pizza was the best pizza I've eaten in forever. The basement was super nice. Ambiance unbeatable (Lake Constance shore).

Even though it was very busy, we got the food we ordered quite quickly. The food itself was great and the price was completely ok for the location. However, you had the impression that you were being processed more quickly, it was hardly possible to reorder, you wanted to get rid of the finished guests quickly. (The queue of people waiting was also long, ok, but we would have liked to stay) Then came the bill: for 4 people, 5 meals? Luckily we had noted the prices and were able to understand what was wrong. This happened to us once while on vacation last year. The couple, who were friends, paid without even paying attention. A complaint was only made after it was pointed out that this could not be correct. In our case, the nightcap from the next table (which had already left) was added to the bill.

Best pizza in Überlingen!! Fair prices in a top location and the service was always wonderful... Food is always on the table and never disappoints...

I have visited the Allegretto several times. Great location right on the Überlingen promenade. Above all, the outdoor terrace offers a beautiful view over Lake Constance. A good meeting place with friends or family. The service is friendly and quick. The pizzas are very tasty and recommended.

We got a pizza to take away. Therefore I can't say much about the service on site. The location is of course great, right on the promenade. The prosciutto pizza was very good. Thin dough, well topped, crispy edge.

Be careful when paying, the waiter wanted to rip us off by making us pay 12€ instead of 9.80€! He showed us the bill just before typing the amount on the TPE which proves that this is done voluntarily. Oddly after making the remark to him, he didn't flinch and looked embarrassed...

Underground! Had dinner there today. Pizza was okay, but I've had much better... But: the porcini mushroom risotto was a complete disaster! The rice wasn't soggy and the frozen porcini mushrooms were cold and still hard!! The food went back after 3 spoonfuls and we shared the pizza. As “compensation” we got 2 espressos on the house. The waiter tried to sort it out in a charming way. The disillusionment came with the bill: we were charged the full amount for the catastrophic risotto! When asked about this, we were told that we had gotten 2 espressos in return... Excuse me, how much does it cost the landlord to press the coffee machine twice and let out 2 coffees?? Paying full price for a poorly performed service is very disappointing. And we left some real money there! Consumed the most expensive appetizer and drank wine. A richer experience! Never again for us... However, this won't bother the host. He doesn't rely on regular customers, but lives off the tourists who want a place by the lake

Stay away from this restaurant!!!!! I was there yesterday with my wife. The staff has completely lost their job!! Very rude and inattentive! I wanted to pay, which I told the waiter twice. However, he didn't come. After 20 minutes it was too stupid for me. There is a counter next to the restaurant and there were two employees there. I said to my wife let's go there to pay. However, to do this you have to take to the streets. As soon as we got to the street, two waiters came running and accused us of not wanting to pay!! One waiter said to me: "Come here, I'll destroy you". Unfortunately my wife was there and it was all so embarrassing, otherwise I would have tested who had broken who. So nothing like that has ever happened to me! 🙅🏻NOT RECOMMENDED🙅🏻

So unfortunately the waiters are totally unfriendly, that's just not possible... You're not paid attention to, orders are taken with maximum reluctance. If I don't feel like meeting people, then the catering industry is probably the wrong business for you. The food itself is good, the pizza was tasty, the salad was okay, nothing exceptional. I think the price is good considering the location.

Very nice restaurant on the promenade with a terrace and a beautiful lake view. You almost feel like you are in Italy. The service was busy, but quick and friendly. The dishes are large and taste good. Good price for the location. We recommend.

We made a little stop here. You can eat and drink here and be served. We just wanted something to drink and you have to pick it up yourself at the pump. Cash only. Staff is very friendly and when all the tables are occupied that says it all. Prices are moderate. I definitely recommend a visit.

The pizza here is simply fantastic. Big, crispy, spicy... super tasty! The ambience right on the waterfront is also very nice, especially on long summer evenings. Unfortunately, only the boat dock house somewhat blocks the view of the lake. Service is also okay, sometimes it takes a little long. But highly recommended just because of the good food!

A beautiful Italian restaurant, and if you want good food in Überlingen am See, one of my first stops.

Very unfriendly, food ok! When I asked the waiter whether there were traces of alcohol in the food I had chosen due to proof of abstinence, he replied to my companion: "Alcohol in it? Can you please hit him?" That was a normal and relevant question and no reason to treat your customers like that! Also worth mentioning were the constant annoyed looks, poor personal hygiene and the fact that my espresso was forgotten at the end. After paying, he had no change to change and he shouted to his colleagues that he only had large change anyway. I, who also work in the catering industry, can confirm that all of these points are far below all dignity, not only for your guests, but also for how you treat people. It's a shame, I come to Überlingen every year, but I definitely won't go to the store anymore!

Good restaurant, well located, we were there on Saturday for the class meeting, they put us in a nice room upstairs, good service, great food, fair prices. I advise

In a nutshell, what more could you want? Beautiful view and very good value for money (Hefe Weizen €4.90). We didn't eat anything, but what we saw on the tables during the 3 years looked great. No trace of annoyed service and unfriendly service (previous recessions). A great team started today. I just say thumbs up, we will come back, your DJ Tom 😎 ✌️

Good tip whether for eating or just drinking

Service concept is completely missing. Here customers are approached in the most unpleasant way. As a person from Überlingen, you are ashamed of such unusual behavior that an employee shows. That's not how you treat guests! The beautiful location doesn't help either.

Of course a top location right on the lake. But then the rest should also be correct. Iced coffee very small (6.50 euros), coffee also very expensive. We can confirm the unfriendliness described by other customers. Although there were only a few guests in the outdoor area, both waiters ignored you from the start and soon got the impression that they had no desire to serve you at all. If you say hello after 10 minutes, you are told to sit at another table, but then they walk past several times without making any further contact. We didn't do anything other than sit down and say hello, so it's completely unclear why we were treated like that. This wasn't a comfortable place for us, so we went to the competition next door, where we immediately received a very friendly welcome.

It's unimaginable that there are still restaurants where you can smoke. The bar is a smoking area, next to it is the open kitchen, as a guest you lose your appetite, we left after 5 minutes.

A catastrophic experience on Easter Sunday in the Pizzeria GRETH/Arena Our visit to the GreTH/Arena pizzeria on Easter Sunday quickly turned into a nightmare that I would like to spare everyone. Despite a reservation that underlined the importance of the day and our group, we witnessed a complete organizational collapse. First of all we had an eternity of 2! Waiting hours for our food. A wait that defies description and tests every patience. But that was just the beginning of the disaster. A child in our midst, whose anticipation and hunger was probably the greatest, was completely ignored. His food never arrived, even after repeated requests and another 30 minutes of waiting. An absolute no-go! As if that wasn't enough, several of our group simply received the wrong food. Pizza, a dish that you would think would be hard to mix up in a pizzeria, arrived with completely the wrong toppings. A chaos that was beyond imagination and left us speechless. The staff, although attentive and friendly, seemed completely overwhelmed by the situation. However, friendliness alone does not make for good service, especially when you consider that the few pizzas that found their way to us were sparsely topped and far from fresh. A disappointment across the board. In summary, our visit to Pizzeria Greth/Arena was a disastrous experience that I would not wish on anyone. The quality of the food and service has deteriorated alarmingly in recent years. A visit to a restaurant that will unfortunately remain in our memories for a long time, but for the wrong reasons. We expressly warn against this restaurant and will never cross its threshold again.

The main course came before the starter salad was ready, the main course was not nicely presented, the café came before the desert, card payment was only possible on the 3rd attempt. A bad service for a customer.

We had reserved a table. Unfortunately it was very tight, even to the neighboring tables. You couldn't get past each other and had to get up more often. That didn't add to the comfort. For dinner I ordered a salad for just under 20 EUR. There was iceberg with some cucumber and tomato, with yogurt sauce. The portion was rather small, the taste was okay, but even for Überlingen I don't think the price is appropriate, despite the (small and very thinly sliced) veal schnitzel, which was more like a steak without breading. So I definitely won't order a salad here again. At least my neighbors' pizzas looked good. Last but not least, we had to wait quite a long time to be able to pay. After almost half an hour and multiple inquiries, we were finally in a hurry as our bus left on time.

Marakujajuice spritzer was very tasty. Unfortunately the staff is very unreliable and unfriendly. I waited a very long time for my bruschetta. The bread was soggy from the tomatoes and cold. And it also took a while before I could pay.

We were outside on a not busy Sunday afternoon. The view of Lake Constance was of course beautiful, hence the star. After 20 minutes of waiting and one reminder, a waiter came to take the order. We ordered two cappuccinos and two soft drinks. The cappuccinos arrived after a few minutes, but we waited in vain for the soft drinks. After we drank the cappuccinos, we waited 15 minutes until a waiter came back outside. My partner therefore went inside to pay. The soft drinks were of course in the system as ordered. The soft drinks were canceled when we complained that they weren't served, but there was no apology. Personally, I thought that was a shame and I would have expected it. The cappuccino was solid. For us it is clear that this was the last visit.

We were here for the first time and received a very friendly welcome. Free choice of seating and a very friendly waiter. We chose the Pinsa as we have never had one before. I had a special request and it was possible without any problems. We actually wanted one with truffles and one with a special request. We then immediately provided an alternative if the special request was not possible. In the end the special request came with the alternative. The waiter immediately apologized and offered to exchange one pinsa. We left it at that and they were very good. I can only recommend. We only found out later that it was our daughter's favorite restaurant, who goes to school here. If we come to Überlingen again, we'll be happy to come back. Because almost all the restaurants in the area had a lunch break or didn't open until 5 p.m.

Noch nie in meinen Leben so ein unfreundliches Personal gesehen da schmeckt das Essen nicht mehr nach so einem Respektlosen Verhalten

Also wir haben 1x Pizza Margherita, 1x Ravioli, 1x Pinsa und 1x Risotto bestellt. Pizza und Ravioli kamen recht schnell, Risotto wurde falsch aufgenommen und serviert wurden Linguini mit Lachs, Pinsa wurde vergessen. Nach einer Stunde wurde die falsche Pinsa serviert und noch rohes Risotto. Wir haben das harte Risotto zurück gehen lassen und dann kam irgendwann die richtige Pinsa. Der Knaller: Als wir die Pinsa aßen kam der Service und hat gefragt ob wir direkt bezahlen möchten?!?!?! Frechheit!!!! Schade, wir waren schon so oft hier und haben es akzeptiert als Familie nie gleichzeitig essen zu können, wobei das auch eigentlich ein Armutszeugnis für die Gastro ist.....ABER nach heute werden wir erstmal nicht wiederkommen!!!!

Wir waren zu zweit hier bem Mittagessen. Die Bedienung (weiblich) hat bezüglich Freundlichkeit noch erheblich Luft nach oben. Das Essen war gut und vom Preis ok.

Die Penne mit Lachs sind sehr zu empfehlen. Auch der Service ist sehr gut und aufmerksam . Wir kommen immer wieder gerne wieder.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Lokal mit einer tollen Lage am See. Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Mann hatte nicht das Gefühl dass mann einen schnell wieder los werden will, man fühlte sich willkommen. Leider war das Essen, für mich, nicht gut. Ich hatte einen Burger. Bei dem Burger war das Patties tot gebraten und der Emmentaler war nicht geschmolzen. Der Teller war auch relativ lieblos gedeckt. Die Vorspeise (Kraken) war das Gegenteil von der Hauptspeise den die war sehr lecker und auch lecker angerichtet mit dem Salat.
