We went there two nights in a row during our vacation. The staff was super friendly and the location was fantastic, right on the promenade. The cocktails were also very good. It was good value for money. You can also play cards. We'd love to come back!

We wanted to go out for dinner again on our last day of vacation and chose this restaurant. The restaurant, which is located directly on the promenade, looks inviting. The waiter came to our table quite quickly to bring us the menu. An order was only possible about 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, the food was brought before the drinks, which should usually be the other way around. The food (1x pizza and 1x pasta dish) were mass-produced. The pizza had little taste, the pasta was lukewarm and barely seasoned. I asked the waiter to bring me salt and pepper and parmesan cheese. However, since he was serving several other tables, I asked the neighboring table to give me salt and pepper. After several minutes, I finally got up to get some parmesan from a service station. The waiter then returned to the table. But not to apologize for having to get the spices myself, but to complain about what I would think of helping myself. True to the motto: If one guest does it, everyone does it. I understand his argument, but I didn't feel like eating my already lukewarm pasta cold because the waiter preferred other tables. Conclusion: we will not come back due to the unfriendliness of the waiter and the mediocre food. Maybe you plan more staff or have a better structure so that things run more smoothly. We were here on the evening of May 1st - absolutely full capacity inside and outside, but still very friendly and quick service. The pizzas are very good, everything else I would describe as rather average. Is it strange that guests are allowed to smoke in the bar area - I thought it had been banned for years? All in all, good for a drink on the terrace overlooking the lake, for a nice dinner go to the Ristorante Arena on the 1st floor :-).

Because of the poor, incompetent and rude service I would not recommend this juice shop to anyone!! Spend your money elsewhere!

We had realistic expectations - but unfortunately we were seriously disappointed. We waited almost an hour for our food. When it finally came, the anticipation quickly gave way to great disappointment. While we were waiting, we heard complaints from the neighboring tables: the food was not cooked properly and was inedible. Unfortunately, this impression was also true for us. My Gamberetti pizza tasted almost exclusively of garlic and was in no way reminiscent of what we know from L'Osteria, for example - a world of difference. The service also left a lot to be desired: the waitress seemed unfriendly and uninterested. Even simple requests, like a napkin, were not taken seriously - even though it was clear that the request was serious. We also noticed that plates fell to the floor and broke twice during our visit - that seemed anything but professional. Our glasses were also dirty (see picture), which further worsened the overall impression. The only positive thing about our visit was the beautiful ambience and the view of the water. Unfortunately, that couldn't make up for the rest. Would you like to shorten the text or adapt it for a specific platform such as Google or TripAdvisor?

We were there with a group and had no problems. The food came quickly and was very tasty, the portions were big enough. Overall the price is also very reasonable for the location. Only the service could have been a little friendlier. The gluten-free pizza selection is great and the gluten-free pizza is really delicious too! Only €4.50 extra for gluten-free is above average - but at least you get something for it.

Unfortunately, the service lady wasn't particularly friendly. Didn't feel welcome. Pasta was OK. The toilet on the upper floor was a real disaster!!!! No Go!!! Dirty and broken faucet. It's a shame, we were here on vacation several times 4 years ago. Stopped here while passing through and was disappointed.

There were four of us in the restaurant and we ordered a small salad as a starter. This was brought back while we were smoking, but the main course was left on our table, the only justification was: "You were away, so we served the salad with the main course, sorry." Personally I think it's too expensive, my brother ordered a meat dish that was similar to a children's portion. Simply an impudence. Tap water comes fresh from the tap and the full price is charged.

We were seated at the table fairly quickly. My partner's carbonara was okay (could have been hotter, it was more like warm). The pinsa was a special treat. The description said the dough should be light and airy - it was wafer-thin and incredibly crispy, so hard in places that you couldn't cut it with a knife or eat it. I asked the waitress over and showed her this, also telling her that I was absolutely not satisfied. She clearly didn't care - her answer: it's a pinsa. Even when we paid, she asked if everything was okay, so I told her again that I absolutely didn't like the pinsa. Her answer: so many people had this pinsa and everyone loved it. Tastes differ, I know, but the fact that you can hardly eat it because it was baked for too long and was therefore much too hard around the edges has nothing to do with taste. And if it's just soggy in the middle because the dough is so thin and there's a lot of topping on top, then unfortunately it's not as airy as described. Two stars, but only because the carbonara was okay.

A good pizza, friendly staff, and now the big one, but it can't be that people smoke at the bar in a pizzeria without there being a spatial separation. When we asked about it, we got the answer that it is allowed at Theresen, which is not the truth. Smoking is forbidden in restaurants, bars or cafés. So if you want to eat well, but without smoke, you don't have to go here. It's a shame.

Went spontaneously to Überlingen yesterday and came across this Italian restaurant. We were seated without a reservation and didn't have to wait long to receive the menu. The drink order was taken quite quickly. Unfortunately things progressed more slowly... Food was taken by a very unfriendly lady who made us feel like we weren't welcome with our children. Unfortunately, this lady served us throughout our entire stay. She threw the food rather roughly on the table, let's say, rather than putting it down. About the dishes: Bruschetta was very tasty, the salad was presented rather carelessly, the spaghetti bolognese for the kids was warm, my husband's carbornarra was lukewarm and my pinsa was unfortunately cold even though, according to the lady, it came fresh from the oven. Conclusion : Unfortunately we won't be eating there anymore

The Allegretto is located directly at Landugsplatz in Überlingen, directly on Lake Constance. The most central place in the picturesque town of Überlingen. Whether summer or winter you are sitting directly on the shore of Lake Constance and can see the beautiful Lake Constance on the one hand and the opposite shore on the other. At Fön you can also see the Swiss Alps. A wonderful place to unwind. The ambience of the café, both inside and out, is an oasis of well-being for me, as there are many people who want to enjoy the same experience. The menu is richly packed with the best Italian dishes. The stone oven for baking pizza makes every pizza a pleasure. But the other dishes from antipasti to main courses, and cakes, ice cream or drinks are simply delicious. The price-performance ratio is great considering the ambience, the location, the service and the food. I mean, reasonably affordable for the average budget. I really enjoy being there.

The staff was friendly, but that alone isn't enough. Unfortunately not a visit we would repeat.

However, something that was definitely rude and tasteless is that the chef, without my having sought contact, only addressed me with the words: “Are you Arab?” No hello, no good evening, he just came here to ask that. What an insult and what a way to ruin my evening. No one has the right to try to guess my origins, especially if I don't even belong to that ethnic group.

Horrible. Longer than average waiting time. Drinks came after 1.5 hours. Not even mentioning the food. After 2.5 hours we canceled the food and left. The icing on the cake was that we also had to pay for the food we didn't receive. Never again!

Old beams, attractively furnished restaurant. Unfortunately the food is not good at all, reminds me of a tourist trap in Italy... Pizza Marinara with seafood? What is that? Pizza was ok but not Italian, delicious, fluffy, rather chewy. Otherwise neutral, emotionless service. And the worst thing, since there were children in the restaurant, people smoke at the bar, which is directly in the restaurant area with no separation. The ambience is actually 4 stars but unfortunately only 1 star. There doesn't appear to be a separate smoking area. Is that even permissible? I think not.

What we don't like is the smoking area within the restaurant. You inevitably have to inhale the poison. Too bad. We would prefer a smoking area outside. The Pizzeria Allegretto has quickly become my favorite pizzeria in Überlingen. It is always a wonderful experience to dine there. This happened to us once while on vacation last year. The couple, who were friends, paid without even paying attention. A complaint was only made after it was pointed out that this could not be correct. In our case, the nightcap from the next table (which had already left) was added to the bill.

The waiter tried to sort it out in a charming way. The disillusionment came with the bill: we were charged the full amount for the catastrophic risotto! When asked about this, we were told that we had gotten 2 espressos in return... Excuse me, how much does it cost the landlord to press the coffee machine twice and let out 2 coffees?? Paying full price for a poorly performed service is very disappointing. And we left some real money there! Consumed the most expensive appetizer and drank wine. A richer experience! Never again for us... However, this won't bother the host. He doesn't rely on regular customers, but lives off the tourists who want a place by the lake

Be careful when paying, the waiter wanted to rip us off by making us pay 12€ instead of 9.80€! He showed us the bill just before typing the amount on the TPE which proves that this is done voluntarily. Oddly after making the remark to him, he didn't flinch and looked embarrassed...

However, he didn't come. After 20 minutes it was too stupid for me. There is a counter next to the restaurant and there were two employees there. I said to my wife let's go there to pay. However, to do this you have to take to the streets. As soon as we got to the street, two waiters came running and accused us of not wanting to pay!! One waiter said to me: "Come here, I'll destroy you". Unfortunately my wife was there and it was all so embarrassing, otherwise I would have tested who had broken who.
