I ate there, sat outside, August 2024. Was very happy with my food and also the service, good value for money. Of course you're sitting on this landing site with a lot of activity around it, but it's very exciting and entertaining. So I was completely satisfied and will definitely go there again.

Very good cuisine. Also very tasty desserts. The staff is sometimes a bit disorganized, but friendly.

The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional - there was a lack of basic courtesy and attention. When you ordered, you hardly received any attention, which unfortunately left a negative first impression. It is common to serve espresso coffee with a glass of water. He served coffee without water, When I asked for water, his behavior was provocative and he was rude, he said, "Water is only served if the customer requests it, and he has to pay for the water." When he saw me taking photos, he got it water . He brought it and the way it was presented was bad, as if he was giving us alms.

Outrageous. €13 for a takeaway pizza that only costs €11 in the flyer. When handing it over, a gesture of drinking because glass bottles were rattling in my bag. Simply cheeky. Never again! I've never experienced anything like that.

Unfortunately there are no more than 3 stars here, extremely loud music, you can hardly have a conversation, service is not really interested in guests, you don't feel welcome here. The ice cream tastes average and doesn't knock it out either. Price/performance doesn't match here. The location is great, but unfortunately that's not enough for another visit.

I was at Capri Pizzeria in Überlingen with two friends and we were all very disappointed. Even the beginning was bad: it took about 20 minutes before the waiter even asked what we wanted, even though we had long since closed the menus. The service was also unfriendly. A friend's plate was placed so roughly that he had to hold onto it to prevent it from falling. At another friend's house, the waiter placed the plate directly on the cutlery. The pizza was extremely oversalted, probably to trick us into ordering more drinks. But the worst thing was the treatment when paying: we had to wait 30 minutes, even though we had asked several times, and the waiter was unfriendly and avoided any eye contact. Definitely not a place I would recommend

One star - unfortunately disappointing I recently visited Pizzeria Capri in Überlingen and have to say that my visit was extremely disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional - there was a lack of basic courtesy and attention. When you ordered, you hardly received any attention, which unfortunately left a negative first impression. The pizza I ordered was also disappointing. It was massively oversalted and presented carelessly. The taste lacked the balance and freshness that you would expect from a pizzeria. Unfortunately, the dish seemed more like a product thrown together quickly with no attention to detail. Overall, I felt like this place was more of a rip-off than offering customers a pleasant dining experience. It's a shame that a restaurant with such potential places so little emphasis on quality and service. I cannot therefore recommend Pizzeria Capri and will prefer other restaurants in Überlingen in the future.

The calzone pizza is very good. Very friendly staff and owner! Recommended!

The waiter doesn't look at you when you place your order. Got food and drinks very quickly. But you do feel a bit out of place. As soon as you have finished eating and drinking, we are often asked if everything is okay (please pay and make room) for the next ones

The promising photo on the menu/ice cream menu left us disappointed. Instead of fresh fruit in the summer, cheap frozen fruits were used, which didn't justify the price. The waiter reacted almost aggressively to our criticism and became loud and unfriendly. Absolutely not recommended. We didn't tip.

I was last night in this place located in front of Lake Constance, a very fascinating and serious environment. Very friendly and nice waiters make you feel at ease, excellent and fast service. If you want to eat a good pizza and an excellent ice cream I RECOMMEND you come here as you will be satisfied

Very good pizza Excellent service from the waiters and a lovely place on Lake Constance.

You can tell that they don't rely on returning customers, I can't explain the service any other way. It started with us having to ask the waiter to take our order. He seemed very rushed, but that was understandable because the store was full. Other guests didn't feel like waiting that long and simply got up and left. Then the order came and the waiter simply slammed our plates onto the table and my companion didn't bring what she had ordered. When we pointed this out to him, he first said she had ordered it and then he said what he should do now, if he brought the plate back he would get in trouble from the boss. My companion ate what was brought anyway. Ah but first we had to wait because he hadn't brought us any cutlery. As a thank you, he then went to the next table and gossiped about us. I would have liked to speak to the boss, but we didn't want to cause any trouble, so we ate quickly and left. The pasta and pizzas were ok, therefore 2 points, but absolutely not recommended if good behavior is important to you.

The service staff was really bad. There is no other way to describe it. I was delivered the wrong pizza, both my drink and my friend's drink were forgotten. When it came to billing, you made a mistake by a whopping €6. Below average poor service. The pizza tasted okay.

The pizza wasn't good at all. The bottom had the consistency of cardboard. The waitresses weren't friendly. It was probably the last time I was there!

If I could - I would give zero stars. I'm pregnant and wanted to eat a calzone, but without salami (since I'm unfortunately not allowed to eat this during pregnancy). The waiter wrote this down - and what do I get?! A calzone with salami! An impudence. In addition, I had to pay the full price and only received a sorry. Seldom seen something so unprofessional.

We get ice cream scoops at Capri every time we visit Überlingen. Every flavor of ice cream tastes incredibly good. The prices are of course high, but unfortunately that's the case everywhere. At least the quality is right for the price.

Rarely have I been served as unfriendly as the waiter here. Card payment is not possible. We just wanted a quick coffee and water and then went out for dinner with the family in the evening. We refrain from doing this with this operation.

I ordered ice cream after 2 spoons and then noticed that something small black was moving. Had pizza there, it was really tasty and crispy and not raw. Tomato sauce also good. It was also served quickly. Only one service wasn't that great, I suspect the boss himself.

We were there today with 6 people. We ordered 6 ice cream sundaes. Is the type of ice cream processed where no one wants it? Large ice cream cups so high that you almost have to stand to get over them, but narrow so that there is just enough space for a ball in diameter. You should also work on friendliness. But you don't need to do that in such a hot spot.

Super Italiener mit richtig guten Pizza´s und Co. Mit die besten Bedienungen die mir je untergekommen sind. Da macht das Essen und langes Verweilen richtig Spass.

Bedienung unfreundlich und wenig kompetent. Essen durchschnittlich, man muss viel Zeit mitbringen.

Wir haben nur ein Eis auf die Hand genommen, aber das war echt super. Der Preis mit 1.80 € für eine Kugel ist zwar happig, aber dafür ist eine Kugel auch so groß wie zwei. Wir hatten Sahne Eis Orange Pistazien, was sich erstmal sehr speziell anhört, aber super lecker schmeckt 👍🏻😋. Der Verkäufer war freundlich und die Eisdiele ist direkt am Wasser, was das Eis essen noch leckerer macht.

Etwas teuer (Pizza für take away, 12€) doch Qualität ist gut und schmeckt auch lecker. Eisbecher mit 7,50€ ist schon eine höhere Hausnummer, dennoch beides zu empfehlen

Sehr schönes Eiscafe mit Sitzplätzen drausen. Hier bin ich mit meiner Frau einmal im Jahr zum Kaffee trinken. Schön gelegen.

Beim Italiener essen gehen ist eher nicht so meins...aber dieser hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen...die Pizza war lecker, knusprig am Rand aber nicht hart, Bruschetta war auch lecker....Service italienisch "arrogant", eine Spur zu unfreundlich... Preise fair...

Frühstück minderwertig.. Abpackzeug und Aufbackweckle. Fürs Französisches Frühstück fehlte das Croissant.. Ein Stern mehr weil dieses extra nach Aufforderung aus der Bäckerei besorgt wurde 😂

Leckeres Eis zu angemessen Preisen . Es gibt eine sehr nette Dame im Service der Rest war bei unserem Besuch unfreundlich und unkonzentriert . Telefonisch wurde ein Tisch reserviert der bei der angegeben Uhrzeit nicht frei war und auch nur widerwillig bereitgestellt wurde . Zwei Kellner haben sich dann lautstark darüber beschwert wieso wir nun zwei Tische ( zu siebt ) besetzen die uns kurz zuvor zugewiesen wurden ...Wir haben 7 Eisbecher bestellt , drei davon wurden leider falsch serviert.

Also zunächst mal: Das Restaurant / Eiscafé ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Pizza ist wirklich lecker. Was die Stimmung leider trübt, ist der sehr unfreundliche Service. Der uns zugeteilte Kellner steht vor der Tür, sieht uns kommen, geht rein und lässt uns die Tür vor der Nase zufallen. Dann bestellen wir und ich bekomme die falsche Pizza. Kann ja jedem mal passieren. Aber wenn ich als Gast dann gesagt bekomme, ich sei selbst schuld, weil ich "Peperoniwurst" statt "scharfe Salami" bestelle, ist das ein No-Go. Sehr griesgrämig, das brauchen wir kein zweites Mal. Schade.
