Hallo vorab sei zu erwähnen das die Bedienung sehr freundlich war und auch sehr schnell und sauber gearbeitet hat Aber das Essen war echt bodenlos schlecht.Ungenießbar waren die Burger . Jedes indische streetfood ist besser

Delicious breakfast with a large selection. During the week there is very little going on and you can sit undisturbed and go to the buffet. Staff very friendly 👍 It is extremely crowded on public holidays. (Certainly to the delight of the owners, but not the customers).

2 1/2 stars Unfortunately, the food wasn't tasty... The currywurst is a large (German?) bockwurst with Hela spice ketchup (at least it tastes a lot like it) and the fries were limp... The pinsa wasn't blessed with much taste either... that Service was great though! Very friendly and courteous staff. Ambience okay

Not recommended for gluten intolerant people. We were at Cafe Del Sol Iserlohn, today it was supposed to be a family breakfast and a birthday breakfast. We went to Cafe de sol because they have gluten-free bread, which you rarely get anywhere else. Unfortunately we thought wrong, we had all ordered until the nice waitress came and said they no longer had gluten-free bread at 9:30 in the morning. Do you actually know what it's like when everyone eats and only one person can't have breakfast? Breakfast went accordingly. Really disappointing.

Well, if you like frozen schnitzel from the deep fryer, you've come to the right place. How else can they do it given the size of the store? Plus points for ambience & service.

The staff was either there very often or not at all. Unfortunately the fries were cold.

We actually went to this restaurant to eat pullet burgers... unfortunately they were served cold... although they were exchanged after a complaint, they weren't much warmer and weren't good value for money... Lünen Kaffee Del Sole has more for the price of 1 burger for €13.90... I think the fries were also counted here and the price-performance ratio was more than questionable. ...in any case, there is still a lot of room for improvement to the old days at Café Del Sole.

The staff is very friendly! It is very loud in the location due to the height of the ceilings. (Hence only 4 stars for the ambience) The food is delicious, as in other reviews, I unfortunately have to agree that the price/performance (e.g. size of the salad) is not necessarily appropriate - I also pay that at the Italian restaurant or sometimes less and get more.

I don't recommend. There was a fly in my coffee that I ordered. I didn't pay for the coffee, but unfortunately I didn't hear any apology from the waiter.

There is a wide range of vegan and vegetarian dishes here. The food is really tasty, the atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will come back.

Still a good selection and also some things outside of the classics. Drink prices are a bit high, but still reasonable. After a few years of “abstinence”, we were definitely very impressed again and can recommend the breakfast buffet on Sundays.

Went there for breakfast today and it was also really tasty. But for 2 people (1 coffee, 2 o juice, 1 apple spritzer) €60 is far too expensive in my opinion.

We had reserved a table, but it wasn't busy and we were able to choose a table. After 15 minutes a waiter finally came and took the order. The beer didn't taste good at all and tasted stale. Unfortunately, the food was absolutely not convincing either. We both had burgers and expected much more. When we cleared it we wanted to pay straight away. After 10-15 minutes I went back to the counter and had to remind the staff. Good thing it wasn't full and the terrace wasn't really occupied due to the weather. How would it have gone then...

It's a shame about the beautiful ambience when the food no longer tastes so good. The schnitzel was burnt, simply turned over and covered with lots of sousse. When it comes to another dish, you don't just leave things out. If you tell the guests beforehand, they may decide on something different. When asked, the answer was: "It's all now" and gone... Chocolate lava cake without lava.... I'm very disappointed.... Del Sol WAS popular...

What can I say? So far 5 dishes on the menu are not available, which of course was only communicated to us (a group of several people) 10 minutes after we ordered our dishes. Orders were only taken after up to 60, while the waitress had already pointed this out twice in the meantime It was said that we would like to order food, the cola for a damn €5.30 was so watered down that I hope it was mixed with Fiji water, and the waitress asked, rolling her eyes, "What do you want?" when taking the order. Great, I feel really well served. :D I thought the cds motto was something with a smile, but you could be wrong c: Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food because I haven't received it yet, but I've only been sitting here for 1.5 hours :)

Mein "Schnitzel del Sol" bestand aus zwei ca. 6mm dicken, dunkelbraun bis fast schwarz frittierten Fleischscheiben in der Größe eines Mobiltelefons. Die Panade war beidseitig steinhart und wäre selbst als Knäckebrot durchgefallen. Das Innenleben der Steinplatte war ein hellgraues , zweimal tot gebratenes etwas und hatte keine Ähnlichkeit mehr mit Schweinefleisch. Dazu eine Kelle Pommes Frites ohne weitere Deko. Abgerundet wurde der "Gourmetteller" mit einer Miniportion Salat in einem Schälchen in der Größe einer Kaffeetasse. Vielleicht kann der Gast für einen Preis von 18,90€ ! nicht mehr verlangen, ich lasse mich da gern belehren. Meine Beschwerde mit einem freundlichen Gruß an den Koch bei der Servicekraft wurde freundlich weggelächelt. Im Laufe der Jahre hat das Preis - Leistungsniveau im Cafe del Sol in Iserlohn dramatisch abgenommen und ist kein Grund mehr für einen Besuch. Die Konkurrenz in unmittelbarer Nähe wird sich freuen.

We were there for brunch. The selection was large (I was personally missing a few things). Everything was fresh and it was constantly being replenished. Despite the holiday (Sunday and Mother's Day at the same time), the staff was very friendly, competent and quick. The restaurant is nice but lacks accessibility. The stay was very nice and we will come again.

The store itself is very nice, but unfortunately that's about it. The price-performance ratio is not right at all - it is far too overpriced for the small and, above all, not tasty dishes. A pity

I've definitely loved the Del Sol schnitzel there for at least 10 years. Since Corona, the quality of the schnitzel has deteriorated incredibly significantly. Anyway, I don't go to Del Sol anymore. The price doesn't match the quality of the schnitzel. Above all, the price has risen from €11.90 back then to €19.90 now. In my opinion, an outrage for the (sorry) shoe sole.. Note on service: the waiters often forget something. About the ambience: incredibly loud in the evenings. Despite this, I always felt comfortable. It's a shame... I always enjoyed being there. Now go to Dahlhauser Landhaus for a delicious schnitzel.

Clean. Pleasant. Beautifully located in the countryside. Parking right in front of the door. Price performance good.

Delicious food and very nice service

Because my first salad contained a snail and the second contained a worm, I got a pretty modest impression of the care. It may be true that it can happen, but I still don't understand how it can happen twice in a row. I reported the problem to the staff and they made a mockery of it, which I don't think was necessary. The impression I now have of this café will remain for now.

A beautifully decorated café with a pleasant atmosphere. The hearty dishes and deserts make a good impression of quality. The hummus falafel with sweet potatoes was excellent.

You can't go wrong with a visit here - but in my opinion you shouldn't expect “too much”. Unfortunately, the service is not that good. As soon as the food/drinks are brought, we have always had the experience that no staff came to accommodate any additional drink requests or similar.

The place gets worse and worse, you are sent to impossible places... Giuseppe pretends to be the head waiter... The fries are becoming less and less... the dips that come with them are basically just a blob.. I would advise everyone not to go to the store

We really enjoy going there. If you want to go there for breakfast during the week, you don't need to make a reservation, there's always something available. Service staff are super nice! Milkshakes are very tasty

Unfortunately I got a chicken burger without dressing, it was a very dry meal, the service just said that she would let the kitchen know. For dessert I ordered creme brullee, but unfortunately it couldn't be served because the consistency wasn't right. Only the sweet potato fries were really crispy and delicious. It's a shame it wasn't a pleasant experience

We had a wonderful time here with the whole family. Young and old really had everything they wanted on the great buffet. Thanks to everyone in the kitchen, service, cleaning and technology team.

I felt very comfortable when I visited the café today. The waiters were extremely friendly and attentive. The ambience of the café is very cozy and inviting, which made the stay particularly pleasant. The coffee really impressed me. Another plus point is the great parking options, which rounds the whole thing off.

In my opinion, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit.

We had made reservations for brunch from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Easter Sunday 2024, but were called ONLY the day before and “uninvited.” Apparently because there was an overlap when booking. Anyone who buys that from Cafe del Sol also believes in the flat earth. What then decided who was disinvited and who wasn't should be obvious. It's likely that there are simply larger groups that spend more money than a small group of three people! Impudence! A restaurant whose service leaves more and more to be desired on various visits and whose prices have always been very high can't get enough and doesn't cancel a telephone reservation 24 hours before the start. Everywhere else you have to pay compensation for this, but there wasn't even anything like a voucher as an excuse. We are pissed off and recommend everyone to find an honest establishment.

The ambience is really great. The food is okay, but the prices are just excessive. If at least the quality of the food stood out, the prices would be understandable. The map is now also very sparse. Service is okay. We were served quickly and the table was quickly cleaned beforehand.

In the beginning, Café del Sol was THE meeting place for the whole family. Today it is just a run-of-the-mill restaurant with very expensive dishes such as Penne Honey. They simply removed the dish, changed the name to Penne Spezia and you can now also order the chicken. Everything has become more expensive, everything is no longer tasty and nothing is as juicy as it used to be. We're not thinking about coming here anymore. A pity. Positive: The service is totally polite and respectful.

I love this restaurant so much. I've been there so many times with my boyfriend and we really enjoy going there. You almost always get a table, the waiters are friendly and always ask if everything is okay. The ambience is so beautiful and really gives you a summer feeling. If it gets too crowded, you sometimes end up sitting too close to other guests for my taste, but that's still within limits. My recommendation would be the Caeser Burger with a homemade iced tea :)

Waren heute mit 8 Personen im Cafe del Sol zum Essen. Leider war das Essen bei allen kalt. Die Bedienung hat gleich alles abgeräumt ob wohl wir noch gekaut haben. Beim Blick unter die Sofas ist uns der Appetit dann ganz vergangen.......nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Schade

The waiting time on a schnitzel holiday is far too long, sometimes up to 45 minutes and you also have to wait 30 minutes for the bill.

Far too long of a wait for a schnitzel vacation. The service person only takes the order from one person at a time. Even after asking whether you can pay, there is at least another 30 minute wait.

Unfortunately, this restaurant doesn't deserve more than 2 stars. I've been there for years and it gets worse but more expensive every year. Almost €7 for a raspberry lemon soda, which is just a Sprite with some raspberry syrup poured into it. Absolutely outrageous price. The pasta dishes feel like they are only half of what they used to be and you can now pay extra for the meat and are now paying almost twice as much. Definitely not recommended. There are two stars only because the atmosphere is really nice.

The Café del Sol is always worth a visit. Good atmosphere, nice service. Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food and drinks are always good. Unfortunately, breakfast has been a bit sparing lately, but it could be a bit more scrambled eggs and butter!!! In the evening you can just go out and have something to eat and drink, Café del Sol is a good place for that!!!

We arrived 20 before 1, were able to order drinks and were told that we can only order food after 1. No problem, we got our drinks and waited. After 1 o'clock we had finished our drinks and were still waiting patiently while other guests who came after us had already had their food and were able to order. At 20 past 1 we got up, our waitress came over and we were able to pay - and it became even more noticeable that we had probably been forgotten. It's a shame, we went home hungry. This is the second time I've been forgotten by the waitress at Cafe Del Sol. Probably won't go here again.

Positive: The food came quickly! Negative: When I was paying and giving the tip (which I don't have to do), the young waiter just said "OK" to me without saying thank you! Really outrageous!

Can't recommend coming here. Everything that could go wrong went wrong this evening. I made a reservation by phone days in advance. Then you have to check whether something is free. We waited almost 2 hours for the food. Other guests who arrived an hour after us got their food beforehand. Drinks were forgotten, brought incorrectly and special requests for food were also ignored. The store was overcrowded to the point where it was no longer possible. You couldn't even hear the music because it was so loud. The team is completely overwhelmed. It was definitely the last time.

Ich war zum ersten mal zum Frühstücks Buffet da. Es war alles lecker und Appetitlich angerichtet. Das junge Mädchen das sich im uns gekümmert hat war super! Sehr aufmerksam und flott! Das Ambiente haut mich immer noch nicht vom Hocker aber ich hab es lieber etwas gemütlicher. Da sind ja aber Geschmäcker unterschiedlich! Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir waren zu viert im Restaurant. Das Ambiente ist wirklich schön. Die Dame vorne war wirklich sehr freundlich und auch beim Gehen wurde uns die Tür aufgehalten und wir würden sehr freundlich verabschiedet. Deshalb drei Sterne für den Service. Der Kellner war leider nicht sehr aufmerksam. Getränke waren leer und er hat nicht von sich aus gefragt. Man musste ihn erst darauf ansprechen. Auch saßen wir die ganze Zeit vor "leeren" Tellern ( man sollte sehen das wir nicht mehr gegessen haben). Abgeräumt wurde nicht, obwohl wir lange fertig waren und er zweimal am Tisch war. Das Essen hat uns auch nicht überzeugt. Essen nur lauwarm und Pinsa kalt. Beim Texas-Burger schmeckte das Fleisch komisch/trocken. Mit gutem Fleisch könnte man mehr aus den Burgern holen. Kenne es von wo anders mit frischem saftigem Fleisch. Das werden TKK Parties sein. Habe es von meinem Sohn probiert, da er sagte es schmeckte ihm nicht und konnte es nur bestätigen. Die Qualität des Essens sollte man wirklich verbessern. Hat uns nicht leider nicht überzeugt. Nachtrag: Toll diese Standard Antworten. Es gibt gute TKK Ware, aber die Qualität die Eure Burger haben mache ich besser zu Hause. Dafür muss ich nicht so viel Geld bezahlen.

Nichts besonderes... Sonntags 19,50€ für das Frühstücksbuffet. Auswahl 0815. Kein Wasser oder O-Saft. Getränke kosten extra. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal woanders für mehr Auswahl und weniger Preis frühstücken gehen.

Hallo liebes Cafe Del Sol Team. Vielen Dank für die tolle Silvester Party und ein großes Lob! Der Service war super, die Mitarbeiter waren abends um 19Uhr genau so freundlich und gut gelaunt, wie noch morgens um 3Uhr. Das Essen und das Ambiente waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Essen schmeckte super. Service war auch top. Aber die Portionen (schnitzel mit pommes) sind total klein geworden. Es lagen genau 19 pommes auf dem Teller und die schnitzel passen auf ein toast. Das war früher anders.

Wir waren zum Frühstücken/Brunchen an Weihnachten dort. Das Ambiente und der Service waren gut. Preis Leistung stimmt leider überhaupt nicht. Waren vor vielen Jahren dort und hatten es deutlich besser in Erinnerung. Für 20€ pro Person gab es eine 0815 Auswahl am Buffet. Es gab weder Wasser noch Säfte dazu. In anderen Cafés bekommt man für weniger Geld deutlich mehr Auswahl. Was angeboten wurde (auch die warmen Speisen) waren lecker.

Das Café Del Sol in Iserlohn unterscheidet sich auf den ersten Blick nicht von den anderen Del Sols in Deutschland. Großzügig vom Platzangebot und im gleichen zeitlosen Del Sol typischen Design. Wir waren vor Weihnachten unter der Woche dort. Ohne Reservierung und mit 4 Personen haben wir Problemlos einen Tisch bekommen. Der Service war schnell und freundlich und hat zwischendurch immer wieder nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas möchten. Leider war auf dem Schnitzel wirklich sehr wenig Sauce und die Pommes waren etwas kalt. Leider gab es beiden bestellten Burgern nicht die angegeben Brioche Buns sondern nur Körner Buns. Erst auf unsere Nachfrage hin wurden wir darüber (dennoch sehr nett) informiert. Dafür gibt es Sterne Abzug.

Das Personal ist hier wirklich sehr freundlich , zum brunch am Wochenende waren wir mehrmals sehr zufrieden!

Bedienung sehr nett. Hatte ein schnitzel. Schmeckte wie tiefgefroren. Nichts für mich. Nudeln wurden auch bestellt. Aber schon nach 15 min. Sagte man uns, dass diese ausverkauft sind. Wir waren am Mittwoch um 12 Uhr da. Verstehe wer will.
