Good food, nice service. What I find very positive is the new menu with a nice selection of vegetarian dishes and a larger selection of desserts. Highly recommended for me again.

The brunch itself was okay. The food was good, there was plenty of it, but it was replenished quite late. The pancake and waffle station was not permanently occupied, so as a guest you have to wait quite a long time to be served there. The table was full of plates and unfortunately the service staff didn't clear up until late. Table trash cans would also be recommended. The open structure makes it seem very cluttered and disorganized. Some of the actually warm dishes were cold and it was ready-made food, such as the potato gratin - it didn't taste good. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for the drinks. I've had better experiences before, which was a shame.

The Cafe del Sol at FördePark in FL is a beautiful, nicely decorated Mediterranean restaurant. The food and drinks menu is great. Prices are completely reasonable in my opinion.

Four of us had dinner there on a Saturday. The service was very friendly and on point. We didn't have to wait long for the drinks. And the food came quite quickly too. These were very attractively prepared and tasted very good. We almost only ordered vegetarian/vegan dishes. The selection was plentiful. Garbage that is nicely packaged. Prices way too high. A burger like you get in a fast food chain WITHOUT a side dish for €10 and then burned. The food portions themselves are much too small. We waited over an hour for the food and it was lukewarm.

Visually a very pleasant restaurant with a good selection of drinks and dishes. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for our food and were then disappointed by the value for money. Both in terms of portion size and quality. At least the service staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, based on other reviews, this doesn't seem to be an isolated case, so my recommendation: Useful for chatting with friends over a drink, but you should go elsewhere for food.

Hello everyone, The food in Cafe Del Sol Flensburg is delicious, but as a grown man I simply can't get enough of the portions in this restaurant. I've tried it three times now with different dishes. Of course it always depends on the person, but I don't have that problem in other restaurants, so I wouldn't go here again for the reason mentioned, even if I liked it. I think it's good that reviews are addressed here, even though I know that unfortunately there can't be any improvement in mine. All in all, a cozy shop with friendly staff. Even without a reservation, I managed to get a seat on a busy Sunday morning, outside, but not too bad. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and drinks orders are taken quickly. However, the buffet is somehow very dark (the whole room), and the arrangement of the food is without a system (everything is placed all over the place).

Lots of space, also suitable for larger groups. 180 seats outside and around 200 inside. The pinsas are simply delicious and really recommended. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. Would love to come back. During this visit I tried the schnitzel and burgers again, also absolutely delicious, and a tomato soup as a starter (be careful when it was hot). Thank you for the lovely evening.

Update October 3rd, 2024 Today was the day when we definitely won't be visiting Café de Sol again for a long time. The greeting was very unusually cool, and we were then shown the reserved table, but there is a different way to be friendly. The employee who served as a service person for the area was friendly, the drink order was taken quickly and the drinks were served and then nothing else happened to us. Orders were placed at neighboring tables. We weren't asked. The employee then disappeared outside and was never seen again. After 45 minutes, another employee (from the beginning) took the order at the next table and after we had called in, we also took it. By this time the table of four had already had their drinks and appetizers. The next table and other tables received their food, and everyone arrived and arrived. I forgot to mention that the actual service person then briefly confirmed that our colleague had eaten our food. After another 20 minutes he asked the next table if everything was OK. When we asked about our food, he looked at his terminal, listed our order and said that he would ask in the kitchen. But instead of asking in the kitchen, he went to a table of 6 and took the order. I first asked him and then the other colleague how far the food was. The colleague also wanted to take care of it. We then received the answer that our food would be prepared after about 1:20 hours. Because we had another appointment that evening. We didn't wait any longer. At least they showed understanding that we didn't pay for the drinks. A lot of things may have been unfortunate, but we never experienced that in all our years there. We had planned the hour and a half as a nice start to the evening... it didn't work out. Too bad... I once gave four stars: Always good. Breakfast buffet on Saturday was very good. Staff friendly and attentive. But it's always good to have a coffee or a warm meal.

We ordered a table by the window 6 weeks in advance, even though there was a free table there, we got the smallest table in the middle of the restaurant, the cola tasted stale, almost no carbonation, the food came after 40 minutes and was cold, that's not possible ☹️, I will avoid this restaurant in the future.

Even one star is too much for the store. I've never bothered to rate a store in any way. I come from the catering industry myself and it's an absolute disgrace that the shop is even running because I still remember how beautiful it used to be here. That's why I gave the store one last chance, even though I was completely dissatisfied the last three times. The shift management first put us in a corner where it was extremely narrow and when I asked if they had another place we were initially told no. After I asked the question for the third time and said that we would otherwise leave, we got a decent seat, which meant we didn't hit the guests at the back every time we moved the chair. I had a burger and my mom had a salad. There was pineapple in her salad even though it's not on the menu. When it comes to fruit from the session, I don't understand pineapple in October either. My burger was so cold and the patty was so burnt that you really couldn't eat it. Then I brought the burger back and wanted a new one. (Because no one came to ask) then Nicola came after 20 minutes and was the only one who cared at all and asked if everything was okay. I returned the burger to the shift manager and no one took care of it. I saw how all the other tables received their food. Nicola then took care of it - many thanks to you - then my second burger came. I really don't understand how you can send a burger like that as a chef. The bread is completely cold, so no one can tell me that it didn't come straight from the package onto the burger. The cheese wasn't melted and and and. Really lovely cafe del sol team. You can't reduce your performance that much. For example, I also saw from next door how they sent a burger back once because they didn't want bacon, which is what they said, and a second time they got a burger with bacon. It's really a total disaster. Do yourself a favor and don't eat there, I know that the atmosphere there is really nice. You can definitely go have a drink there.

We were there recently for breakfast. At first we wanted to sit outside, but the music was so loud that we decided to take a table in the restaurant. The tables were dirty and the employees didn't try hard. Our used plates were not cleared away until the end. Although the breakfast buffet is offered until 1 p.m. on Sunday, from 10:30 a.m. there was no more cream cheese, no Nutella or a similar chocolate spread and later no fruit. Nothing was refilled either. We were put off with the fact that “there was still something we could do” about the bill. In the end, the costs of €3.40 for the small water were generously waived. The €20.90 p. P. without drinks are absolutely not worth it. We won't be coming back.

It's a bit of a shame that a larger chain doesn't offer a selection of gluten-free foods. Not even the fries are gluten free. It's a shame.

It simply has 5 stars. The food is beautifully prepared and corresponds to fine fast food. Good drinks and socializing with dogs is allowed. Solid gastronomy!

The food was good. But what really shocked me is that the extra charge for oat milk in the café is €0.70. I think that's somehow out of date. We had great service and delicious food 😊

Hello Hello.. . There were three of us who spontaneously had breakfast at Café de Sol in Flensburg. In addition to a very attentive but not intrusive employee...we had a lovingly prepared breakfast at a window seat. We really liked the overall ambience...we would love to come back 😊

We happened to be in Flensburg yesterday and decided on the breakfast buffet at Cafe del Sol. We were thrilled... The staff was extremely courteous, the buffet was rich and balanced. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, cafe del sol Flensburg had a really bad day. No scrambled egg rolls or knives at the buffet. I complained three times or pointed out the errors. Waited 45 minutes for coffee. The service really tried everything and was nice. We were happy with the price, but we won't be going there again anytime soon.

The atmosphere on the terrace was very nice! The salad was boring, and the pasta was... oh well. You can eat it, we'll definitely come by again, the drinks and service were good. But the glasses and cutlery could be a little cleaner :)

The food is OK for convenience food. The service is underground. The staff is usually friendly, but the waiting times are usually far too long. We have never been proactively asked if we would like anything else. My recommendation: choose a dish and ask directly (!) when ordering whether you are allowed to pay.

A great ambience, great service but the food is not good at all. It probably depends on who is doing something in the kitchen. I can also use the microwave and deep fryer at home and do it better. It is clearly better at a snack bar or fast food restaurant and is half the price. Too bad!!!.

The breakfast buffet lasts until 1 p.m. - which means you can't order anything else beforehand. It's a shame, we just wanted a little something (Sunday buffet costs €19.50 + drinks) Okay, so we had no choice and had the buffet at 12:15 p.m - Fruit was empty, I asked several times, it was out - Pancakes were still cold and dry and no new ones were made - applesauce was already out anyway - An abandoned slice of semi-hard cheese curled up on the cheese plate - The arugula was dry and wilted - Meat salad was also only in the empty bowl - I won't even talk about the dead flies (plural). If you don't want to refill anything in the last hour so that you have fewer leftovers, that's okay, but then you should set a different price for customers who come during that time. When asked whether there would be a discount if there were so many defects, the answer was “Sometimes something can happen, we don’t give a discount for that.” I went to the counter to pay. There were 4 employees standing behind it and chatting when I was informed that I wanted to pay. “Yes, my colleague is coming soon.” She then apologized that the others had already finished work - sorry, whoever is standing behind the counter in work clothes is in service or he changes clothes and goes somewhere else.

Parking was only possible in the adjacent supermarket parking lot and when the sun went down we were very blinded. But we could have moved inside. As always at CDS, the food and drinks were fantastic!

Just wanted to make a reservation for the weekend at 9 p.m. Was rudely brushed off by saying that the “laptop” was out. Despite opening hours until 11 p.m. As a potential customer, I actually expect to be able to make a reservation up to about half an hour before closing time. When I was told that there was currently no way to make a reservation online on the website, I was told, “Well, bad luck, you'll have to call at 9 a.m. tomorrow.” In my opinion, that's terrible and not customer-friendly.

All in all, had a lovely evening here! Unfortunately, despite asking, the staff couldn't “remember everything correctly” and we had to have our wrong order returned twice! However, this was done flawlessly and without any problems! Right next to Förde Park, the Café del Sol is ideal for just a quick break. To enjoy coffee but also for dinner! The food was classic Café Del Sol and the portions were perfectly fine!

Hello, I ate there today and I actually know the place well and I WAS ACTUALLY VERY EXCITED to this day. The food, sorry, is now underground, schnitzel is so dry, you can make bricks out of it, my burger, the patty is burnt and only frozen goods are left and then the price of 18.90 euros for schnitzel from frozen and the salad was next to the dressing but nothing more! I'm not a person who writes criticism lightly unless it was really bad and I will never eat there again!!!!!

Nothing was going on in the café this afternoon. There were two of us and we each ordered a drink because we hadn't yet decided on a cake or ice cream. It took more than 15 minutes for the two drinks to arrive. I then took the opportunity to order an apple pie with whipped cream to go with my drink. I drank my drink very slowly because I would have liked the cake with it, but when it still wasn't served after 20 minutes and my drink was now finished, I told the waitress that I no longer needed the cake. When another waitress came to collect and we told her what drinks we had, she said there would also be an apple pie in the order. I explained why I didn't get this cake and paid...Without words this cafe visit

I just had a spontaneous breakfast there with my daughter. We both had scrambled eggs. Our special requests were gladly implemented. The food came really quickly and tasted very good. We have been to Cafe de Sol several times. So far always more than satisfied. Whether burger or schnitzel. Then the burgers came yesterday. The buns are totally soft and the decoration on the burger is so bland. It's a shame, but it's too expensive for us. But the fries were very tasty and the service was friendly as always. Previously there were 3 different burger buns to choose from. It was delicious.

A visit to Café del Sol is suitable at almost any time of day. Whether for a long breakfast or dinner with a large group. The dishes are well proportioned and reasonable value for money. The drinks in particular are worth highlighting. Really delicious and very fruity. The service is always friendly, even when things get a little busy. A big advantage is that you can almost always find a place, even if you haven't reserved it beforehand.

Ordered 2 x burgers, 1 pizza and you get hair as a side dish. We complained and no response.

A pure system gastronomy. The sauce was from a tetra pack, the schnitzel was frozen. Once and that's enough.

Food was delivered incorrectly again. Service seems to be poorly or not at all trained, clearing the table while someone is still eating, whose food came way too late, is not possible at all. We were asked whether bread should be put on the table for us, it sounded as if it was a greeting from the kitchen, and the fact that it should be charged afterwards was incomprehensible.

A very comfortably furnished restaurant. We had burgers and pasta, both of which were very tasty and freshly prepared. The waitresses are very attentive and friendly. When the weather is nice you can also sit on the large terrace.

We went to the buffet on Saturday morning. We were warmly welcomed and the drinks were immediately picked up and brought to us. The staff was attentive and very nice. The buffet left nothing to be desired. I have never seen so much choice of bread/rolls at a buffet. Everything was there, including dessert (4 different ones) as well as fruit and vegetables. Lots of different salads, hummus, a good selection of cold cuts and cheese, plus scrambled eggs, sausages, meatballs, bacon. All in one, a successful start to the day.

Today I was at CDS Flensburg again with a friend for a long time....4 p.m. in bright sunshine and a pleasant 20° on the spacious outdoor terrace.....unfortunately after about 20 minutes there was no service and then I went in into the 'inside'! I asked about outside service and was asked by a smaller, tattooed young woman at the counter what I wanted and where I was sitting... 4 other employees who were also at the counter all looked at me... because... .there was hardly anything going on inside!! I really only ordered 2 coffees because the rest was really unnecessary at that moment!!! I was then allowed to take the coffee out myself, depending on the situation!!...sorry dear staff that I disturbed you!!! It's a shame, we actually wanted to eat something too but we saved ourselves that! Never ever......service is different!!!

I'll start with the positive. The service, the employees are very nice and professional. My girlfriend and I ordered citizens. Fries were cold. Citizen bread not warm. The meat STONE hard. I was so hungry and forced it down, the food was like a stone in my stomach. My girlfriend could only eat a few bites. The friendly employee didn't charge us for one citizen. Our table neighbors immediately had the entire meal returned. How can a chef send something like that out, that's really questionable and worrying. Never again Café Del Sol

Super tasty, pork schnitzel with champion and fries, beautifully garnished and prepared. Plenty, had an additional portion of fries, but I didn't need them, it was really a lot. Price and performance absolutely fine. Service was super nice and patient. We were there in a larger group, no one had to wait long for the food, it all came at the same time. For dessert, vanilla ice cream and coffee with milk, delicious. I've been coming there for many years and it's always worth it. I can only recommend everything. Definitely coming back.

A very nice location and our waitress was also extremely accommodating and friendly, the woman would have gotten all the stars in the world, especially from our daughter. But unfortunately the food isn't really hot, it's apparently been standing for a bit and the schnitzel comes out of the deep fryer, what now? That's not quite our case either.

We went to CDS for brunch today on Easter Monday and were more than positively impressed. The food on the buffet was fresh and tasty. The waiter Finn who served us was friendly and very attentive. We kept asking if everything was okay and if we had any requests for drinks. The selection from the buffet was also more than sufficient. It was always topped up and for me it was a successful start to the day. I felt very well. The atmosphere was also very pleasant. Despite the restaurant being full, it wasn't too loud or chaotic. We will be back definitely!
