Wir waren heute spontan zum Essen hier und waren begeistert. Wir wurden von einer netten und freundlichen Mitarbeiterin bedient. Super Service. Wir werden auf jeden Fall öfter hier Essen gehen. Einfach toll. ☺️

Gemütliches Lokal, aber der Service war mittelmäßig. Wir mussten 45 Minuten auf unser Essen warten, obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll war. Die Burger kann ich nicht empfehlen, sie schmeckten wie hart gepresste, halbgare Fleischstücke.

Durch die offene Raumgestaltung ist es leider schnell laut. Die Bedienung ist super nett. Fast schon etwas zu oft am Tisch, um nach dem Rechten zu fragen. Das Essen ist ja immer Geschmackssache. Aber an sich gut und eine schöne Auswahl

Würde mit Boratagerichten zum Mittagstisch gelockt .... War aber aus und dann war eine Gruppe gekommen deshalb langsamer Service. Bin stinkend sauer gegangen. Del sol hat einen top Ruf, IHR werdet dem nicht mal im Ansatz gerecht😳

Wir haben heute für unsere Firma Essen zum Abholen bestellt. Geschmacklich gibt es nichts zu meckern: Die Burger waren wirklich lecker und auch die Pommes waren gut. Sehr enttäuschend waren allerdings die Salate. Zwei Kollegen hatten den Avocado-Salat für 13,30 €. Die Schale war groß, aber nicht einmal halb gefüllt. Enthalten waren hauptsächlich Blattsalat, etwas Gemüse, nicht einmal eine halbe Avocado, ein paar Cranberrys und Dressing. Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier leider überhaupt nicht. Auch die Verpackung könnte verbessert werden. Burger und Pommes werden zusammen in eine Pappbox gepackt, wodurch die Pommes den Burger zusammendrücken. Das wirkt etwas lieblos und macht das Essen nicht angenehmer. Geschmacklich waren die Burger wirklich gut – deshalb gibt es trotzdem drei Sterne. Beim Salat und bei der Verpackung ist aber definitiv noch Luft nach oben

Ich schreibe sehr ungern etwas, aber heute wurden wir maximal enttäuscht. Also ein BBQ Bacon Burger für 13,90 Euro + Pommes (Süßkartoffel Pommes viel zu teuer) der Burger hat einen Warenwert von max. 3 Euro. Mehr nicht. TK Patty, 2 Gurkenscheiben (keine Gewürzgurke), und kein knusprigen Bacon. Ich finde es eine Frechheit sowas abzuliefern für den Preis. Es war das letzte Mal das wir da essen waren! für den Preis kann ich mir einen Top Burger zu Hause machen, sogar für 4 Personen.

Leider ein absoluter Reinfall. Wir haben über eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Als wir die Bestellung schließlich stornieren mussten, weil uns die Zeit davonlief, wurde dies vom Personal völlig gleichgültig und unfreundlich hingenommen, mit den Worten es wäre ja voll und sie könnte da ja auch nichts mache. Das lässt vermuten, dass mit der Zubereitung noch nicht einmal begonnen wurde. Kundenservice und Organisation sind hier leider mangelhaft. Nicht zu empfehlen. Insgesamt waren wir 1 1/2 Stunden dort leider ohne Essen.

Schade um dieses nett eingerichtete schöne Haus. Die Küche taugt wirklich nichts, die Schnitzel sind Formfleisch und TK Ware. Das ist billigstes Imbiss-Niveau und kein Restaurant-Niveau.

Werde im Café del Sol nicht mehr essen. Habe mir einen Salat bestellt mit ein paar Extras. Diese wurden zum Einen vergessen und zum Anderen war der Salat sehr sandig. Auf meine Reklamation hin, wurde nur mit einem Achselzucken reagiert. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung oder das man evtl. ein Getränk erlässt. Sehr schlechter Service und enttäuschend, wenn man mal überlegt dass die Restaurants mit ihren überzogenen Preisen vom Gast abhängig sind. Schade 🤷🏼‍♀️

Essen war lauwarm. Schmeckte nicht besonders.

Heute waren wir hier kurzfristig Brunchen. Es gab ohne Probleme Platz für 2 Personen. Die Auswahl war auch gut. Leider kam die nicht soweit mit mit nachfüllen. Es gab sogar Hänchen Fleisch was sehr lecker war. Und Kartoffel pürre gab es auch. Alles zusammen war ich sehr zufrieden. Ich/ wir kommen wieder.

Service ist super nett, aufmerksam und höflich, aber das Essen und die Getränke, muss man nicht haben. Schmeckt alles wie aus der Tiefkühle und die Getränke sind auch nicht gut. Das war mal bei weitem besser.

Bei einer Gastrokette wie CdS weiss man was man zum Brunch bekommt. Reichlich und gut Qualität.

Leider stark nachgelassen. Beim Brunch im Prinzip keine Küchenleistung mehr, nur noch schnippeln und warm machen. Alle Backwaren waren TK- Produkte, Salate seltsam abgeschmeckt und lieblos geschnitten. Alle Soßen und Süßwaren schmecken nach Convenience. Die warmen Speisen wie der Maultaschen- Auflauf (!) basieren ebenso auf Convenience und sind in Geschmack und Konsistenz undefinierbar; dazu noch fast kalt. Schade um ein früher so schönes Restaurant und schade um den sehr netten Service. Mich hat es geschüttelt. Für 2026 war das nur ein sehr teurer Kantinenbesuch.

Zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen wir sind nur auf einen Kaffee rein. Am Wochenende gab es nur Brunch und das war uns zu viel für eine kurze Pause bei der Durchfahrt.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal zum Brunch vor Ort (Urlaub) und waren sehr begeistert. Super freundliche Angestellte, tolles Ambiente und sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Buffet. Macht weiter so, ihr seid großartig. Euch muss man weiter empfehlen.

Uns hat es super gefallen. Alle waren sehr nett und das Essen schmeckte uns prima. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ich hatte ein fantastisches Erlebnis im Café Del Sol Flensburg! Das Essen war einfach unglaublich – alles war frisch, geschmackvoll und perfekt zubereitet. Die Atmosphäre war warm und entspannt, ein idealer Ort, um sich zurückzulehnen und eine Mahlzeit zu genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal; alle waren während meines gesamten Besuchs äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wenn Sie in Flensburg sind und ein fantastisches Restaurant mit köstlichem Essen und hervorragendem Service suchen, ist dieses Café definitiv einen Besuch wert. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Für einen Mädelsabend super. Leckeres Essen und relativ günstige Getränke.

Ein sehr schönes Ambiente mit einer sehr persönlichen Atmosphäre. Die Tische stehen recht weit auseinander und es gibt auch ein paar gemütliche Sofas. Der Service ist aufmerksam und das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Wir haben den Sonntagsbrunch genossen und waren positiv überrascht. Wir wohnen hier in Flensburg, und es ist das erste Restaurant, in dem das Essen tatsächlich gewürzt ist und auch nach etwas schmeckt. Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir können die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir kommen wieder! 🫶🏼

Einmal, und nie wieder. Eine viertel Stunde verging, bis wir vom Personal am Tisch beachtet wurden. Zwei Personen vom Personal, saßen am Tresen und schauten auf ihr Telefon. (Nicht falsch verstehen, jedem sei seine Pause gegönnt, jedoch kam dies optisch recht unprofessionell rüber.) Bestellt wurde von uns das Menü „Schnitzelurlaub“ Schnitzel nr.1 pilzsauce. Schnitzel war okay, Sauce schmeckte nicht besonders und war wohl eher eine Fertigsauce. Schnitzel nr. 2: Paprika Schnitzel. Was hier geboten wurde, ist eine absolute Frechheit. Das zweite Schnitzel hatte mit dem ersten nichts mehr zu tun. Es schmeckte wie ein Stunden vorher gebratenes Schnitzel, welches dann nach Bedarf abends schnell in der Mikrowelle erwärmt wird, und mit einer der 4 verschiedenen Fertigsaucen ohne Charakter serviert wird. Das erste Schnitzel war deutlich dicker und knuspriger. Das zweite einfach nur dünn und labbrig. Nachdem zweiten Durchgang, wurden wir dann auch wieder komplett ignoriert, damit wir ja nicht zu schnell ein drittes hätten bestellen können. Auch die Frage ob wir noch etwas trinken wollen, oder ob wir mit dem Essen zufrieden etc.waren, kam nicht. Zum bezahlen mussten wir uns dann irgendwann an den Tresen wenden, da der Kellner unseren Tisch wohl im „Toten Winkel“hatte. Also definitiv nicht empfehlenswert. Dann lieber für 20 Euro mehr, ein Restaurant mit einem ordentlichen Koch und Service.

Wir waren als Familie heute mit sechs Personen (3 Kinder) hier. Uns war bewusst, dass es keine "hochwertigen" Gerichte gab, dafür jedoch Pizza, Pasta, Salate........ Die Kinder wählten Kindermenues, die Erwachsenen Pizza und Schnitzel. Alles war sehr lecker und ansprechend angerichtet. Das Personal war überaus höflich und nett und ging auch sehr auf die Kinder ein.

Große Portion, da wird man satt! Mit Vorspeise (Hausbrot mit 3 dips, nur zu empfehlen) Hauptspeise und Getränke 50 Euro für 2 Personen, mehr als human. Gerne wieder 🫶

Toller Laden! Nach etlichen Jahren mal wieder in Flensburg. Bin total begeistert und das nächste Mal wieder im Café Del Sol !!!!!

Mein Lieblingscafé im Urlaub. Tolles Bier, freundliches Personal und fantastische Schnitzel. 👌

Sehr viel Platz, auch für größere Gruppen gut geeignet. 180 Plätze im Außenbereich und ca. 200 innen. Die Pinsas sind einfach nur lecker und echt empfehlenswert. Bedienung top freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne wieder. Bei diesem Besuch auch noch einmal die Schnitzel und Burger versucht, ebenfalls total lecker, als Vorspeise noch eine Tomatensuppe (vorsicht heiß). Danke für den schönen Abend.

Leckeres Essen und eine sehr nette Bedienung.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Der Mitarbeiter war unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht willkommen heißend. Außerdem hat er unangemessene Worte benutzt. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern dort und der Empfang war absolut nicht passend. So ein Verhalten ist nicht akzeptabel. Ich habe deutlich besseren Service erwartet.

Heute habe ich die Aktion Schnitzel Party mit gemacht und bin total enttäuscht worden . Da die Bedienung sich soviel Zeit gelassen hat konnte ich nur 2 Schnitzel essen . 1 normal großes und 1 Babyschnitzel . Das Zweite ist natürlich nur halb so groß. Wie gesagt ich wurde total enttäuscht. Meine Begleitung (6 Personen) sind natürlich schon mit dem Essen fertig gewesen und ich wollte nicht das die wegen mir warten müssen .

Schönes Ambiente☺️☕️ Frühstücks Buffet sehr reichhaltig. Für jeden etwas dabei. Bedienung sehr freundlich und respektvoll. Preise sind sehr angepasst, jedoch bezahlbar. Für jeden der sich mal etwas gönnen möchte sehr zu empfehlen.🤗

Die Mitarbeiter haben teilweise 45 Minuten für kleine Minischnitzel gebraucht die er einem Chicken Nugget ähneln, als einem Schnitzel. Mitarbeiter dazu auch noch ziemlich unhöflich.

Super Frühstück, alles dabei. Aufschnitt, Käse, Ei ,Marmelade Brötchen auch lecker,verschiedene Sorten.

Essen war unter aller Sau. Extremst teuer und hat nach nix geschmeckt. Bedienung war nett. Konnte sich aber auch nur entschuldigen für die Probleme aus der Küche. Wir haben für 2 Personen 80€ da gelassen und waren beide schlecht gelaunt. Über ne Stunde gewartet und trotzdem schlecht geschmeckt. Die Getränke waren Teuer aber nicht schlecht.

Waren heute 1.März 2026 im Café del Sol... es war sehr laut... Tische waren nicht sauber...Sauberkeit im gesamten Bereich sehr mangelhaft. Haben heiße Schokolade mit Sahne bestellt, der war okay. Dazu gab es 2 Kugeln Eis , was nix mit Kugeln zu tun hat. Der Schokoladenhimmel war auf dem Teller serviert, aber auch das war schon eine Frechheit wie es serviert wurde... Für uns war das ein Reinfall...

Mit als erstes bestellt und trotzdem 45 Minuten auf Essen gewartet um dann festzustellen das das Schnitzel bei allen noch roh wahr.

Ich bin jetzt mal freundlich und vergebe zwei Sterne. Essen und Ambiente kann ich nicht bewerten, weil es dazu gar nicht erst gekommen ist. Das Telefonat mit meinem Reservierungswunsch habe ich abgebrochen. So etwas hab ich persönlich noch nicht erlebt. Stress hin oder her, der Mitarbeiter am Telefon wirkte auf mich - freundlich ausgedrückt - unhöflich, unpersönlich und sehr kurz angebunden. Selbst direkt darauf angesprochen, blieb es bei dessen Ton. Hier werde ich definitiv kein Geld lassen. Ich habe das Gefühl, man ist hier als Gast nur eine Nummer und nicht willkommen. Dann wird eben woanders Essen gegangen.

Nettes Personal und leckeres Essen

Wir waren heute zum Brunch dort, qualitativ ist das Essen super. Service vor Ort war auch super. Einziger Kritikpunkt war der gute Maurice am Telefon, welcher bei der Reservierung doch sehr genervt und unfreundlich wirkte. Alles in allem kommen wir gerne wieder.

Ich habe eine Suppe Currycream als Vorspeise sehr lecker. Dann der Hauptgang Schnitzel del Sol ein Haar im Essen, es wurde nur gefragt ob ich es neu haben möchte das habe ich verneint. Man hätte sich auch entschuldigen können, das wäre ein feiner Zug gewesen. Passieren kann es sollte aber nicht. Das Essen meiner Frau war übrigens lau warm. Pasta Napoli mit Chicken.

Wir waren heute da und haben die Aktion Schnitzelurlaub ausprobiert. (bereits das 2. mal) Wir aßen ein Putenschnitzel del Sol. Ich fand das Essen war ok. Die Sauce schmeckte etwas nach Fertigsauce. Auch bei dem Champignonschnitzel schmeckte mir die Sauce nicht so gut. Die Pusztasauce schmeckte gut, schmeckte aber ebenfalls nach Fertigsauce. Mit 19,90€ bezahlt man einen fairen Preis. Ob ich nochmal hingehen würde, kann ich nicht genau sagen.

Personal sehr Unaufmerksam. Obwohl es leer war hat alles ewig gedauert... schließlich haben wir vorne am Tressen bezahlt, weil niemand zum Tisch kam. Die Toiletten waren alle dreckig... mit Resten Vom Vorgänger... Auch der Waschraum war nicht gerade einladend. Wir kommen nicht wieder. Schade Update Heute Februar 2026 Nocheinmal die Chance gegeben.... naja nichts verändert. Es sollte mal renoviert werden ... alles abgenutzt auch das ganze Geschirr .

Wenn man auf aufgewärmtes Essen aus der Tiefkühltruhe steht ist man hier richtig. Möchte man besser essen für sein Geld, sollte man sich ein anderes Restaurant aussuchen.

War zum ersten Ma mit einer Gruppe für das Schnitzel All-You-Can-Eat hier. Beim Ambiente wirkt das Lokal vielversprechend. Trotz wenig Gäste, hat es eine Weile gedauert bis wir vom Service beachtet wurden. Das Essen kam zeitnah und war OK und Durchschnittlich. Der erste Teller war lecker und gut gefüllt. Ab dem zweiten Teller wurden die Portionen doch erheblich kleiner und gerade beim Schnitzel wurde dann auch eine andere Qualität und deutlich kleinere/dünnere Größe genutzt. Preis-Leistung beim Schnitzelurlaub trotzdem soweit in Ordnung. Das Geld wird hier vielmehr mit den Getränken und Desserts verdient. Leider fragen Servicekräfte und das Kartenterminal unterschwellig nach Trinkgeld. Absolutes Unding. Deswegen bleibt es auch bei einem einmaligen Besuch.

Die Schnitzel soweit lecker, könnte nur etwas mehr Soße sein.

Wir waren heute sehr nett frühstücken im Café del Sol. Es war hervorragend, besonders zu erwähnen die absolut freundliche Bedienung ( Sandy) wir kommen gerne mal wieder.👍

Die Burger haben mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, aber meiner Frau hat alles gefallen. 3,5 Sterne.

I was there with a friend and we had two very nice waitresses. We ate the pinsa, which I highly recommend.

My husband was very disappointed. He ordered the Schnitzel Del Sol with fries and mayonnaise. Unfortunately, for that price, it was an industrially produced schnitzel—unacceptable! The salad was brown and missing the mayonnaise. My husband spoke to the server about the salad and the schnitzel. He said he couldn't do anything about the schnitzel; that's just how it is. But for the inedible salad, we would have appreciated a small compensation, like half price for a drink. We only noticed the missing mayonnaise when we got home. In short, this restaurant is not for us!

I went with my German friend and it was really beautiful and everything was great.

Today I received a cold burger for the third time. Furthermore, special requests, such as ordering without tomatoes due to an allergy, were ignored. The first two times I thought it was just a one-off, but when three out of four meals are wrong, it's quite concerning. The compensation of free coffee and a chocolate was okay, but it didn't make up for the lack of service. I'm done with them.

We now always stop here for dinner whenever we drive to Sweden. We can always walk in without a reservation. The food is reasonably priced, and the staff is always friendly!

Very nice restaurant, lovely atmosphere and the breakfast was also very good.

Unfortunately, our visit to Café del Sol was very disappointing. We ordered three schnitzels – all of which were of poor quality, dry, and tasteless. The fries were completely oversalted and barely edible. The service was particularly disappointing: the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, even though the restaurant was almost empty at 5:30 pm. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience – we certainly won't be returning.

Overall, absolutely fantastic! The samba sauce is the best in the world and reason enough to come back again and again.

I ordered schnitzel with sweet potato fries and mushroom sauce. The schnitzel was rather small. It was basically just a lot of breading and nothing else. The sweet potato fries were nicely crispy but almost tasteless; they weren't worth the extra cost. The mushroom sauce was simply outrageous; it was a tiny amount and didn't even cover half the schnitzel. The accompanying salad was tasty, but there were brown spots, as if it hadn't been freshly prepared. For dessert, I had lava cake with vanilla ice cream. Absolutely terrible! The lava cake was neither hot (or even warm) nor liquid, and it was missing the advertised crispy topping. The main courses seem to be okay, but the dessert is awful.

It's nicely furnished and a cozy place to stay. The "Schnitzelurlaub" (all-you-can-eat schnitzel) is recommended if you're hungry.

We had a truly wonderful experience there. Top-notch service and really good food! Personally, I found the music a bit too loud, but it became less noticeable as the evening progressed. 👍🏼 Definitely worth another visit.

Really cozy, fast service, good food.

We ate dinner here for the first time in a long while. Our table was reserved in advance, and since there were six of us, we were seated at a round table. That was good. The server came quite quickly and took our drink order. Later, another server came, brought the drinks, and took our food order. Yet another server then brought the food. The portions, mainly burgers, were rather small. Unfortunately, some of the patties were overcooked and therefore dry. For the price, we found the quality and service unconvincing. Our dessert order was then taken by yet another server and brought incomplete. In short: It's not what it used to be. Sadly. The ambiance and atmosphere are more like a train station. The price/performance ratio is just so-so. We certainly won't be visiting again for a while.

Terrible! You call to reserve a table, but in the end you get nothing!

I don't think the food is very good because they don't prepare it well and the staff is very rude and takes a really long time.

Amazing deal! You book a table in advance and drive all the way from Denmark. No reservation, the staff are completely unmotivated and couldn't care less about regular customers. Go to Steak and More instead. I was truly shocked by how bad the service and customer service were!

Delicious and plentiful food. The bread with the three dips is very large. Edit: We had half the bread packed up to take with us. Conclusion: This evening (about 32 hours later), the bread we took with us – after being baked – tasted better than many loaves of bread sold daily in "reputable" bakeries and then baked in the evening...

Excellent. The food was perfect, the service friendly, and the atmosphere cozy and peaceful. The food was inexpensive and plentiful.

Unfortunately, the food was simply not good and we had to wait an eternity for our meal.

We just waited 50 minutes for our burgers - when I asked, they arrived five minutes later, but somehow with less toppings than usual... It's not a big deal if something gets lost, but not even commenting on it or offering a brief apology is pretty uncool, in my opinion.

The service has improved – recently it's been very good. The food is also delicious.

The burgers are bone dry. The burger bread is cold, and the rest of the food is more or less carelessly prepared. The fries aren't tasty either. Far too expensive for significantly underwhelming service. Edit: The service team asked me if it tasted good. My "No!" was ignored. So, it doesn't matter if it tastes good.

Was there today wanted to eat delicious schnitzel but unfortunately had to leave because we had to wait over 60 minutes and then left, which is a pity

I can't say anything really positive about the shop, only negative ones, like there were bugs crawling around or you say that you have an allergy to tomatoes, why do they serve a burger with tomatoes, then you say again that you have an allergy to them, what do you do, only the tomato is taken away and the burger was cold, never again

Unfortunately, we were disappointed today. The female waitress (A.) was very unfriendly, reacted annoyed, and rolled her eyes when orders took a moment. Twice an order was forgotten, and everything was served very hectically and carelessly. The food was okay, but it could have been better; the pinsa was very hard. The service was truly disappointing, even though they were aware that a birthday was being celebrated.

We were at Cafe Del Sol this week and wanted to take advantage of the schnitzel holiday offer. The all-you-can-eat offer is often heavily advertised, but turned out to be a disappointment for us. The first schnitzel arrived and it was fantastic. Very tasty, crispy, and thick. When we then ordered a second round, we were extremely disappointed. We had been told in advance that the portions would be smaller with each round, but there was no mention of cheap frozen goods being used. There was no mention of fresh and crispy goods at all. We were served a limp piece of pressed meat. A far cry from the taste and appearance of the first round and the consistency of a shoe sole. Even if you know nothing about meat or gastronomy, you could see with the naked eye that this was the cheap version, just by looking at it, even before you took the first bite. The staff were consistently very friendly. When we asked if the schnitzel had run out and we were eating the reserve, or if there were differences in quality from round to round, the answer was that this "actually" couldn't be true. No, we thought that this couldn't and shouldn't be true, which is why we asked. I was really disappointed. Especially about the fact that we were taken for fools. I don't need to go out to expensive restaurants for schnitzel like this. I can just pop a Tilman's Toastie in the toaster at home. No more schnitzel vacations or quick trips to Cafe Del Sol for us.

We were satisfied with the food, but the quality of the products was average. The prices, however, were appropriately priced and not too high. Nevertheless, we can't complain and were very satisfied! The staff member (Merle?) was our highlight of the evening! With such incredibly friendly, humorous, and positive people, you can't help but come back! A big compliment to the service staff, who were all very friendly and competent! We will definitely be back.

For a restaurant chain, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The food is also delicious, and it's a great place to end the evening. Unfortunately, the wait times can sometimes be a bit long.

I was so full of schnitzel that I gave up after three. It was very tasty. The service was prompt! I was very satisfied!

We'd like to extend special praise to our server, Rocco! He was incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish. With his pleasant demeanor, he made us feel completely welcome—something we've been missing for a long time. I particularly appreciate that he asked at exactly the right moment if we wanted anything else, without ever seeming intrusive. Thanks to his positive attitude, he gave us a truly enjoyable evening. While we've had mixed feelings about this restaurant in the past, Rocco's service made all the difference today. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy the evening to the fullest. A very nice, well-planned restaurant. It was our first time here. Huge selection of dishes, everything beautifully laid out and presented. Unfortunately, the vegetables were very oversalted. The very friendly staff responded immediately. We are very satisfied and will definitely come back.

What a shame! I was here for breakfast with my family a few weeks ago to celebrate my birthday. The service was excellent, very friendly, and always efficient. Unfortunately, the place was very empty throughout: no rolls, no scrambled eggs, and then almost everything was empty, so we barely had any breakfast and left hungry. I mentioned it when paying, but they let it go with a smile. It's a real shame, because what you could eat, with a lot of luck, was good. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was like that of a train station concourse, but that was known, so just a comment, not a criticism.

We were at Café del Sol again on Saturday, and I was thrilled again!! Great atmosphere! The professional staff is quick and super friendly, and the drinks and food are colorful, fresh, and delicious. We sat outside today. There were only 12 guests in the entire restaurant at that time, including the 8 of us. The waitress came to us promptly and took our order, and our drinks arrived quickly and in full. The food then followed quickly and, unfortunately, was mostly incorrect. Wrong sauces, wrong side dishes, but this was quickly corrected after consultation. Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre throughout: the chicken wings were small and dry, the fries were completely oversalted, and the pasta dishes lacked flavor. In our opinion, it wasn't much better than good takeaway food. I simply expect better quality for the price. The burgers were OK, but nothing more. Overall, unfortunately, the food was just mediocre, which, despite the restaurant being almost completely full, was incorrect and expensive. The ambiance was good, and the service was nice and friendly. But we definitely won't be coming back. What a shame.

Oh, we had a delicious breakfast with two small children. The staff was very, very friendly. We had breakfast for two, plus waffles, and we were more than satisfied. We'd love to go back.
