Feuerstein in Flensburg

The food was simply not edible! Have ordered for delivery! Fries arrived cold and soft. The sauces were almost identical (Jaeger and Metaxa). We won't be ordering there anymore! For 45 eu, you can also eat somewhere else where you know that it tastes good.

Wir haben im Internet zwei Gyrosteller und extra Metaxasoße mit Lieferservice bestellt. Das Essen kam in einer angemessenen Zeit , aber leider war es kaum genießbar. Die Erwartungen bei Gyros, sind Fleischstücke vom Spieß... was wir bekommen haben, war etwas geschnetzeltes mit angehauchtem Gyrosgeschmack was in Fett schwamm; ebenso die Pommes. Die Metaxasoße war mehr eine sämige Tometensoße mit Pilzen. Insgesamt so enttäuschend und das Geld leider nicht wert. Schade um unseren schönen Abend und unser Geld.

We ordered and picked up 5 party pizzas today. The pizzas were ready on time and were all still hot. It also impressed us in terms of taste. However, I think the pizza is too expensive. Almost all toppings charge €8. That's just too much for corn, mushrooms, broccoli, etc. Party pizza with 3 toppings is €45. But you know this beforehand, so only one star deducted.

Ordered Pizza Italy on October 1st and found out that the broccoli on the pizza smelled and tasted like fish, everyone was very dissatisfied.

There were two of us there. The main courses (bifteki or cream schnitzel) were okay, but the salads were careless and prepared with pieces that were too large. I was annoyed with the waitress (a young woman) because she seemed so unfriendly/emotionless and didn't even say goodbye to us on the way out - even though we walked right past her and there wasn't much going on. I found her rude and very unmotivated/reserved, a shame ☹️!

I ordered schnitzel with fries and the schnitzel was not appetizing at all! The schnitzel didn't look nice and was very wobbly and didn't look fresh either! I wouldn't recommend the schnitzel.

Delivery took forever, didn't taste good...

We ordered bifteki filled with cream cheese instead of shepherd's cheese, the mini pancakes tasted like they were several days old, cold and hard. The bifteki that is supposed to be gluten-free according to HP actually isn't. Luckily I called again before dinner and asked. I was then able to give it to my girlfriend. Maybe it tastes better in the store but I won't order there anymore

We ordered pizza, the order was forgotten. After we asked over the phone, the pizza arrived relatively quickly, it was hot, but it was extremely greasy and the toppings had slipped off/the entire box was soaked with grease and smeared with the toppings. The payment instructions were also forgotten, we paid with Paypal and the messenger wanted to invoice again... Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the Feuerstein

We were just there as a family, discovered it by chance after sightseeing, received a very friendly welcome, service was extremely friendly and fast, pizzas were first class, can only be recommended.

I had food delivered. Then I got a call saying I had given the wrong address. Definitely not... written down!....difficult to make clear where the food should go. So finally, half an hour later, the pizza was sticky and dry, more cold than warm, and the cheese on it was hard. No real enjoyment. Definitely the last order.

A very good pizzaria in Flensburg. Here you can either stop by on site or order online. The prices are above average, but so is the quality. Price-performance is absolutely given here. There is a delivery fee when you order, but regular customers receive regular vouchers via email to compensate for this.

Today we had dinner at Feuerstein with 8 people. Delicious pizza and salads...large portions for a good price. Very friendly service. We'll definitely come back again. Thank you... ;-)

Das Restaurant ist die reinste Katastrophe. Die hygienischen Bedingungen im gesamten Lokal sind nicht hinnehmbar! Gesetzlich gesehen muss das Lokal auf der Stelle schliessen und erst einmal von Grund auf gereinigt werden. Das Personal muss auf jeden Fall in Hygiene dringend geschult werden. Das Gesundheitsamt der @StadtFlensburg muss hier umgehend und sofort aktiv werden. Die angebotenen Speisen eine Schande für die Gastronomie. Was da an die Gäste verkauft wird, hat mit Essen überhaupt nichts zu tun. Das Personal, ist weder im Service noch in der Küche ausgebildet! Hier sind definitiv und eindeutig Laien am Werk. Der DEHOGA (Deutsche Hotel- und Gaststättenverband e. V.) sollte sich dieses Lokal ebenfalls mal anschauen. Für das Hotel- und Gaststättengewerbe in Flensburg ist dieses Lokal in der Norderfischerstraße 2 ein Schlag ins Gesicht. Leider ist es nicht der einzige kulinarische Schandfleck an der Förde. Wer aber Pizza, Pasta etc. liebt, der geht in Flensburg lieber ins San Marco in der Große Straße. Da sind tatsächlich Profis in der Küche. An das Feuerstein sei gesagt, schließt bitte euer Lokal für immer. Damit tut Ihr Euch einen großen gefallen.

I am always amazed at the high price level in Flensburg. It's probably in nearby Denmark. The iced coffee was delicious. We ate w/prices but nothing.

The pizza delivered was average in taste, but relatively greasy Delivery was quick (45 minutes on a Friday evening)

I ordered a large pizza, it was late so I called to ask about it. They had my adress and said its on its way, it came 10 min. Later. The food was okay enough, but after we eat the large pizza, another order came with the same large pizza and then we had to pay for two pizza when I only had ordered one. I will avoid order from here again.

Kan ikke anbefales!! Siger at pizzadejen er hjemmelavet, hvilket den tydeligvis ikke er. Selv da jeg konfronterer dem, påstår de at den stadig er hjemmelavet. - Kan IKKE anbefales! Brug jeres penge andet sted. 113 kr for frysepizza. Aldrig mere. Stedet var helt tomt og ingen mennesker. Ingen service. Servitrice røg cigaretter udenfor under hele vores besøg. Spurgte ikke på noget tidspunkt ind til vores oplevelse.

Can not be recommended!! Says the pizza dough is homemade, which it clearly isn't. Even when I confront them they claim it is still homemade. - NOT recommended! Spend your money elsewhere. DKK 113 for frozen pizza. Never again. The place was completely empty and no people. No service. Waitress smoked outside during our entire visit.

Tortellini a la panna was ordered. Unfortunately it was a soup with tortellini. The taste was just OK, but it didn't taste like home-made food, but rather like ready-made food from the canteen. The special was Mezzo Mix, so it wasn't homemade either. The service staff was taciturn and the whole thing was really expensive. The pizza was probably okay and the Alster too. Unfortunately for me it's primarily stupid. Better not again.

Very confusing: if you want the Italian style pizza (according to the service: rolled thinner, less toppings) you have to pay €3 more. Salad dressing is a bad finished product. Service very friendly, music too loud.

We are very satisfied with Feuerstein, when ordering over the phone they are very friendly, so the pizza delivery people are also always very friendly and helpful and always deliver on time, the food always arrives hot, the food itself is so delicious is always fresh, whether pizza or other food, it is always fresh, And that's why Feuerstein gets 5 stars from us, it's a shame that it can only give 5 stars. In my opinion, Feuerstein deserves 10 stars, I can only recommend Feuerstein.

There were three of us who quickly decided to eat at Feuerstein on May 9, 2024 around 6 p.m. We once waited 10 minutes for our drinks in an almost empty restaurant. I ordered chicken schnitzel with fries. Surprise, a thin something came out of the deep fryer. I thought I was in a restaurant here! And not in a snack bar. The outside parts of the schnitzel were burnt, hard and tasteless. At a price of €19.90 I expect something better. Some of the fries were also very hard and very irregularly cut. So very large slices and normal pieces of fries. My son's schnitzel, asparagus schnitzel, was also from the deep fryer. To be honest, it doesn't work at all. Here too, the fries seem like a second choice. Only my husband's pizza was okay. I recommend not ordering a schnitzel here. The waitress apologized and wanted to bring something different, or maybe a coffee. But we had lost the taste.

Wir waren zu dritt dort essen und haben und für2 mal Giros mit Metaxa Soße und eine Hawaipizza entschieden. Es war nicht nur schlecht es war richtig ekelhaft. Das Giros war eher gekochtes Schweinefleisch aus der Dose mir Einer Tütenbratensoße mit viel Käse überbacken. Die Pizza war soweit in Ordnung nur auch sehr fettig. Also wir werden dieses Lokal nie mehr besuchen und raten auch allen anderen davon ab.

I was really looking forward to the garlic bread I ordered; a simple flatbread was delivered to me. I was also looking forward to the Diet Coke for free, but the Coke Zero wasn't delivered to me as ordered. The pizza rolls weren't that tasty either. I won't order here anymore. The food is from another universe. 10 cm thick potatoes are declared as fried potatoes, plus a rump steak for €26, which is just swimming in fat and tastes like nothing. The cream schnitzel was served with ready-made breading and from the deep fryer together with the watered-down salad. The gyros pan Metaxa was an undevinated glutamate slice. We don't know what it was... Never again. This has nothing to do with food!

We were super excited! The restaurant was beautifully rustic decorated and our service staff was super fast and really caring. This service is no longer a given today and we have had more than bad experiences elsewhere - The schnitzel portions were super big with two beautiful breaded schnitzels more than too much...we'll definitely be back! Hello, we just ordered two pizzas to take away from a taciturn waitress. We had to wait a long time and then went out. At some point the pizzas arrived. But at the wrong price! When asked about this, the waitress replied that the prices on the menu weren't correct and the correct cards wouldn't arrive until next week. Then she also miscounted the change! Once with professionals!

Food is mainly sold outside the home. It's not very busy during the week, which I really like. I'm always excited when I eat. The prices are adjusted, OK for the very good quality. I'm looking forward to the next visit.

Tested for the first time. Two small pizzas (one margarita) for €19.50. Delivery time was ok, 35 minutes. The delivery person was super friendly and they were happy to give tips. Pizza dough is a little thicker here (just like it was from another Feuerstein over twenty years ago 🙂). Both were well topped and tasted good. These were also pre-cut at our request. Price a bit high for two small ones, in my opinion, but maybe normal now. Will definitely order again.

Were there shortly before closing time. Nevertheless, something was prepared for us. I even suspect that everything was switched on again for us. The atmosphere was wonderful because there was no one else there except us. (I prefer it quiet) Decoration/furniture/presentation generally very nice. Pizza was wonderfully tasty and filling. I also think the prices are very good and fair! Service was 1a! It was very nice to be able to welcome and serve us despite the time being much too late on our part. I ordered from Feuerstein today and waited over an hour longer than the stated time. If that wasn't enough my food was cold and the dip was missing with my food so I tried to clarify it and the only thing I heard was I've only been here for a while There for two minutes and can't help you. Well, I thought to myself and threw my food in the trash!! So thank you very much for that, Feuerstein, I could have just thrown the 50 euros in the trash

Update: The restaurant was tested again afterwards and everything was excellent and delicious! Mistakes can happen. The restaurant is recommended! We had crabs on a pizza for €2.30 extra - the pizza arrived WITHOUT crabs - after over an hour, brought by a rude delivery person. Complaint by email (no one answered the phone) so far without success... If you can't do it, you should leave it alone! Our tip: Anywhere, just not at Feuerstein...the good times are over...and it shows!

Vor Fett triefendes Essen. Spiegelei im Auflauf war noch total roh (Eiweiß und Eigelb total flüssig, Das Einzige gute war, dass die Bedienung bemüht war, eine Lösung zu finden. Wir haben aber trotzdem das Essen fast vollständig zurück gegeben. Die Lüftungsanlagen und Lampen im Gastraum benötigen dringend einer Reinigung. Die standen vor Schmutz und Fliegendreck

During a previous telephone conversation I clarified whether the restaurant was accessible to disabled people and I was assured of this. The steps wouldn't be a problem either, you could also help me with that. Unfortunately, they forgot to tell me on the phone that they didn't have a disabled toilet. So unfortunately we would have to stop eating and look for someone. We were still allowed to pay the full price for this. Because of false statements to attract the customer and then having the audacity to charge the full price, I only give 1 star and that's still too much.

Turbo preparation time. Good level of cooking and the pizza is pleasant and plump, even in the edge that you can fill with air as desired. Service can be better.

Ich habe zuletzt hier für mich und Freunde am 7.11.2023 bestellt, das essen ist ausreichend und geschmacklich okay. Da ich längere Zeit nicht mehr vor Ort gegessen habe, ist meine Aussage zur Atmosphäre nicht relevant. Der Lieferservice ist gut.

Wenn man sich das Essen Liefern lässt geht es sehr schnell und es schmeckt einfach mega Lecker

Wir hatten uns drei Pizzen bestellt zwei sind gekommen. Direkt angerufen sie sagte das sie es Akustik nicht mitbekommen hätte sie würde es nach schicken und mussten nochmals 1,50 Fahrtgebühr zahlen . Wo ich her komme hätten wir ne Flasche Cola oder Wein bekommen . :(

Es war eine seltsame Uhrzeit zum Essen (16:00 Uhr) und der Laden komplett leer, das Essen war schnell da. Geschmacklich okay. Daher immerhin zwei Sterne. Auf dem Weg zu den Toiletten kommt man am Büro und der Küche vorbei. Im Büro wird bei offener Tür geraucht, Küche und Toiletten erstaunlich dreckig und unhygienisch dafür, dass überhaupt kein Betrieb war. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Ich bin ins Feuerstein gekommen, es ist sehr ruhig und chillig mir hat der service gefallen sehr nett die dame mit blonden haaren. Eine Schönheit. Das essen war wirklich erste klasse sehr lecker und preislich fair. Ich empfehle es weiter es ist sehr schön hier.

Ich war zum ersten Mal dort und ich muss sagen - Der Hammer!!! Mega lecker, frisch, schnelle Bedienung und toller Service. Selbst die Majonaise war selbst gemacht. Und für 3 Personen 64 Euro bezahlt. Das gab ein ordentliches Trinkgeld. Daumen hoch 👍

das essen war sehr lecker und wir wurden von der jungen frau am telefon sehr gut bedient wir hatten ein paar änderungen an dem essen und es war garkein problem sehr sehr freundlich hier bestellt man wirklich gerne

Bin gerade nach Flensburg gezogen und das war meine erste Pizza, aber mit Sicherheit nicht meine letzte. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr freundlich genauso wie der Lieferant und die Pizza Mexiko war eine glatte eins. Aussehen,Belag und Geschmack haben mich voll überzeugt, deshalb gerne fünf Sterne.

Ich bin schon seit geraumer Zeit Kunde. Allerdings haben mich in den letzten Monaten vor allem die Lieferzeiten und die häufig nicht konstante Qualität des Essens gestört. Die Preise empfinde ich auch etwas überzogen. Dennoch ein gutes Etablissement.

Die Pizza 🍕 schmeckt mir aufjedenfall von dort obwohl ich leicht Sodbrennen hatte wegen der Sauce Getränk schmeckt mir aufjedenfall auch hab das Essen und Getränk in kurze Zeit bekommen

Die Pizza war gross, sehr lecker und günstig. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl im Restaurant Feuerstein, dass über viel Ambiente verfügt. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und lieb. Das Essen kam schnell, lange Wartezeiten gibt es hier kaum. Die Toilette war blitzsauber, zumindest was das Herrenklo anging. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Restaurant Feuerstein, sehr gerne für alle die Flensburg besuchen, weiter empfehlen und ans Herz legen. Danke an alle Angestellten des Restaurants Feuerstein, ihr macht den Besuch eines jeden Besuchers/in, zu einem unvergesslichen kulinarischen Erlebniss.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Wir waren mit dem Kindern da und mit Rolli. Ging alles ohne Probleme. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und für den Rolli war alles swhr geräumig.

The best pizza I've had! I ordered two Hollandaise sauce pizzas and they were so delicious. The staff were also very friendly and on point with their pizza recommendation.
