NORDSEE in Flensburg

The roll was as hard as concrete, it was remade but unfortunately it still wasn't tasty.

Absolutely disappointing, the fried fish roll. Fish bland, watery and without any taste, just lukewarm. Rolls are the cheapest, dried-out industrial goods. Tartar sauce is just disgusting. I remembered the North Sea much better.

I had the plaice fillet with asparagus, potatoes and extra mushrooms in the Nordsee restaurant in Fördepark, the food was very good and the staff are extremely friendly, the food is served at the table. There are many free parking spaces at Fördepark, and parking in the parking garage is also free.

Staff totally incompetent. Was asked about my order 8 times by an employee at the checkout. After I got a little louder, an employee refused to serve me. I was told that I couldn't get anything here. I own a company myself and am 68 years old. I've never experienced anything like that in Germany. You will never see me and my family in any of your branches again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just ate at Nordsee. I have to give them a big compliment. I met two very friendly employees (a young woman and a young man). I ordered and sat down. First, the young man brought me my Bremer and said the fries would be here soon. He didn't speak German very well, but he was extremely polite and made a real effort to do so. After sitting there for a while, I noticed a customer approach the ordering counter and suddenly start yelling at the foreigner. It was probably because he didn't understand the employee very well, or that they were out of fries, or something like that. The employee who was supposed to be assisting him had briefly gone back to get something to eat. She hadn't managed to eat anything earlier and wanted to quickly grab a few bites. (She told me this afterward.) The customer became increasingly rude and then, when the employee returned, even shouted at her, saying that he was the customer and ultimately had the right to be treated properly. (The employee was at most a bit helpless and tried to explain himself in a friendly manner.) Both employees nevertheless maintained politeness and decorum. And as befits a customer-friendly snack bar, they gave him a fish sandwich as compensation. Here, both employees demonstrated a high degree of social and professional competence. I'll be happy to come back, because the food was, of course, delicious too :))🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

I ate there often. The plaice with fried potatoes tastes very good. But the rolls are always harder than a stone.

We were there at 1 p.m. at lunchtime. Two employees were behind the counter refilling drinks. They stood at the counter for a full two minutes, staring at us and continuing to work. Neither of them asked what we wanted. I've never experienced anything so rude. We left and will certainly never eat there again.

Good food, good service, short waiting time, cleanliness ok

I'm rarely in Fördepark, I know North Sea from the pedestrian zone. I looked at it today, a little undecided. Friendly advice, then asked if I wanted the bread roll warm. Then it was brought to the table. Price wise, everything is more expensive these days, but in this case absolutely within reason.

Unfortunately, the staff there is very unfriendly, the wrong food is served and we waited over 30 minutes for our food. When it arrived, the few fried potatoes on the plate were only lukewarm. We will definitely not eat here next time.

I've never been to Nordsee and wouldn't recommend it... Service unfriendly. Food okay...I expected more...the amount of food is sufficient. I think you can find other options to eat in Fördepark that would be better for the same money.

The food was good, but I was shocked at the price/performance ratio... A normal portion of fish and chips for over five euros - and there were only three nuggets. It's a shame, because the taste was good, as was the herring.

We were disappointed. The offer was only mediocre in terms of price-performance ratio, as it was a relatively large amount of money for fish that was fried/boiled/cooked for too long. That wasn't where we actually thought the NORTH SEA could fish. Two dry shrimp skewers were completely disappointing. The drinks were very questionable. The Sprite tasted like cheap lemonade, the Fanta a little better, but we don't assume that the original drinks were served here. The ambience is mediocre at best. We smelled of disinfectant, although the table was still sticky. Plus, it was pretty quick in the front seating area. The response to our feedback was that there had been no comparable comments to date. Result: no recommendation, then for the meat eaters next to it is the kebab. Looks much better. In the end it's a shame because we thought we were in good hands for fish at NORDSEE.

Waren wieder mal bei Nordsee um Fisch zu essen , leider hat sich das hier sehr zum negativen gewandelt , alles teurer geworden , dafür weniger auf dem Teller und das auch noch in miserabler Qualität , was ist los bei Euch ? Wir sind enttäuscht und sparen uns den Weg zu Euch

Meine absolute NORDSEE Lieblingsfiliale. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Fischbrötchen werden auf Wunsch auch warm frisch vor Ort zubereitet und sind super lecker. Auch die Auslage mit ständig frisch geputzter Verglasung hinterlässt einen guten Eindruck. Der Verzehr vor Ort auf Porzellan Tellern verhindert eine Menge Müll und man sitzt bequem. Ein dickes Lob an das gesamte Team. Macht weiter so. Danke!

Große Mix-Box, schon dutzende Male irgendwo bei Nordsee gegessen. Immer ganz OK. Wie man die aber so verbrutzelt, verfettet und mies hinbekommt is mir ein Rätsel. Viel weniger Fisch als gewöhnlich drin. Chaos bei den beiden Damen hinter der Theke, redeten permanent aneinander vorbei. Deswegen hat das trotz sehr wenig Betrieb auch so ewig lang gedauert. Hätte ich nicht schon vorher bezahlen müssen wäre ich nach 15Min. gegangen.

Leckeres Essen Portion hätte gerne mehr sein dürfen.

This Forde Park restaurant is my favourite Nordsee, which is saying something, because Nordsee is my favourite Mall eatery. I've eaten fish, potatoes & vegetables in Nordsee all over Germany, and this one, this particular restauarant, has the best and freshest tasting fish of them all. Also the staff are really friendly and very helpful. The end.

Gute Auswahl an Fisch.. Verschiedene sind belegt auf einem Brötchen.. Auch zum dort Essen als Gericht mit unterschiedlichen Beilagen..

Essen war nicht so lecker was wir gegessen haben

Viel zu teuer für die durchschnittliche Qualität. Es fehlen die Brötchen für die Laufkundschaft

Man sitzt leider mitten im Einkaufscenter und hat viel Lärm aber das essen und der Service sind sehr gut

Die Jahre haben ihre Spuren hinterlassen!! Emotionslos !! Nur darauf ausruhen das der Laden da steht und die Mädels ihren Job machen.Langt nicht!! Angebot und Ambiente brauchen frischen Wind!! Es ist nichts besonderes mehr bei Nordsee zu essen es ist da und wenn die Lust Mal da ist dann jaaaaa... dann überlegt man es sich 2 mal ob man da essen holt.

Kurz vor Feierabend wurde mir noch eine Scholle gebraten und ein rotes Kissen hat sich auf meinem Stuhl verirrt🙋🏻‍♀️🙏🏻 Vielen Dank

Haben gute Fisch Gerichte und es ist gemütlich mit der klikke da zu sitzen und Spaß haben

Das Personal war mit mehr als drei Kunden überfordert, wir hatten fish and ships gross, bei aller liebe 4 Stück Fisch fanden mein Mann und ich etwas wenig, zumal der Fisch kalt und die frischen Pommes-frites so heiß waren.... Alles in allem ist es das zweite Mal das wir von Nordsee enttäuscht sind, der nächste Besuch wird wohl etwas dauern.
