Really great pizza and not bad pasta either, but the pizza is the star in my eyes. Especially the more atypical creations. Service has always been friendly and good. Ambience is nice but not very comfortable. Prices are reasonable. I'd love to come back. Mahalo Phil

You can eat exceptionally good pizzas here. Highly recommended. You should definitely make a reservation here as the restaurant is always very busy. Price-performance ratio is definitely the same here. We would love to come back.

I was at Centrale on July 24th, 2024 and was there around 1:45 p.m. to choose lunch. This lasts until 2:00 p.m. I then sat there for 10 minutes until a service came. She then said that there was no longer any lunch. When I pointed out to her that I had already been sitting there for a few minutes and it wasn't even 2 p.m., she just said, "Didn't you see how busy it was today?" Then she said I could do that, outside Order a pizza for lunch. I completely missed the connection, especially since I actually got there in time. Then I didn't order anything and left.

The pizza is one of the best in town! Clear recommendation.

Yesterday I was there with my family. I ordered a beer but beer is not really cold. It was hot weather and I wanted to add ice in beer. I ordered also pizza Bresoloa. We waited half an hour for it. I think it is normal. But it can come warmer. It is a bit cold because waiter was searching the pizzas owner. And meat cen be better in it. The more I can say I can't pay the bill with my MasterCard. It is the only restaurant I can not pay with my MasterCard in Tübingen. If you have this card bring cash with you.

The classic in Tübingen. Delicious breakfast - but no scrambled eggs etc. Just the bakery's standard goods. But it's nice to sit and the coffee is good.

Very good quality wine... Trained, friendly staff with a professional demeanor. Great atmosphere inside and outside. The food was very tasty but actually nothing special for an Italian restaurant. Nevertheless, we will come back and can recommend the Centrale.

Friendly service and delicious pizza!

Went there for dinner today and were very, very satisfied. Everything really fit. Super delicious food, quick, attentive service, cozy atmosphere and nice crowd. Not to forget the very moderate prices for the service offered. I had “Linguine al filetto di manzo” and a side salad, accompanied by “Stone oven pizza Spinaci e Gorgonzola”. Everything is visually very appealing and totally delicious. Portion size just right. Thank you very much and gladly again.

"Nothing to write home about." Stayed enough for a beer and a hot chocolate. Even that took the staff extra effort...We assumed she was new and just left the place.

Very nice restaurant with good food. The service was also very accommodating and the boss invited us for a coffee. In addition, the forgotten cell phone was put aside for us and could be picked up without any problems after a short consultation.

Nice and relatively cheap Italian. The selection and food is nothing special but solid. Not a stiff restaurant atmosphere but rather relaxed. We were there as a group of friends to have something to eat and drink.

Super central and super nice! The ambience inside is great and you can also sit outside. Service is very friendly and fast and the food is very good (this time a bit too salty though) but usually it’s perfectly done. Would recommend.

Schön gelegen kleine Pizzeria, bei der sich besonders im Sommer ein Besuch auf der Terasse lohnt. Das Essen kam schnell und der Service war nett. Leider muss ich einen Punkt abziehen, weil die Portionsgrößen bei diesem Preis nicht gerechtfertigt sind. Man wird für relativ viel Geld nicht gut satt.

We waited one hour for our food. The other tables got their food faster. After asking, why it takes so long, the waiter replied: "everyone is waiting" (lie). They simply forgot our order. Also pretty expensive.

Super netter Service. Sehr aufmerksam. Man sitzt gemütlich und die Pizza schmeckt auch gut. Die Pizza wird frisch im Steinofen gemacht. Deshalb konnte der Belag variiert werden. Richtig gut.

Sehr gemütliche Bar, in der es auch was zu essen gibt. Die Steinofenpizza ist richtig gut! Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes und aufmerksames Personal. Bei Kartenzahlung funktionieren nur Bankkarten, keine Kreditkarten.

Sehr leckeres Essen und tolle Atmosphäre bei nettem Service! Pizza und Pasta mit frischen Zutaten. Große Getränkeauswahl.

Zum wiederholten Male dort in der Mittagspause gegessen: Das Essen ist das, was man von einem Italiener kenn – also erwartbare italienische Standards, keine Überraschungen. Wir testeten verschiedene Pasta-Gerichte. Die Qualität war gut, aber nicht sehr gut. Bei den Tagliatellini al limone war das Zitronenaroma (im positiven Sinne) nicht zu aufdringlich, dafür schwamm alles in Öl (bei fast allen Gerichten verblieb eine üppige Ölpfütze auf dem Teller), die aufgestreuten Hühnerfleischstückchen waren fad und eher überflüssig. Großes Manko: Der Service. Langsam (trotz nur mittlerer Kundenfrequenz), keine Kommunikation mit den Gästen, Gerichte werden einfach nur abgestellt, wärend die Aufmerksamkeit offenbar anderweitig gebunden ist; das Abräumen erfolgte über zwei Personen hinweg, die dabei beim Essen unterbrochen wurden und dafür nicht einmal eine Verzeihensfloskel hörten. Fazit: Für ein Mittagessen oder Abendessen okay, aber sicher nichts, um zu genießen.
