Cafe Ani Kebab in Coburg

Habe ein falafel döner im Fladenbrot bestellt, Fladenbrot schmeckt fad und als wäre es nicht durch gebacken, allgemein sehr fad und nach nichts geschmeckt, war sehr trocken. Werde hier definitiv nicht mehr essen. Gibt besser Alternativen in Coburg z.B. BB da schmeckt das Fladenbrot sehr gut und die Auswahl an aromatischen gut Gewürzen Soßen, sowie Gemüse ist viel besser.

Insgesamt ein solider Döner in Coburg. Das Putenfleisch hätte für meinen Geschmack etwas würziger sein und noch etwas länger am Spieß bleiben können. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die scharfe Soße die ist ihren Namen wirklich gerecht und angenehm scharf. Schade war außerdem, dass der Rindfleischspieß bereits 5 Stunden vor Ladenschluss ausverkauft war. Der Dönerteller für 13,20 € war geschmacklick ganz ok, allerdings finde ich die Portion für den Preis etwas klein. Auch 4 € für einen Ayran sind meiner Meinung nach ziemlich teuer. Insgesamt ein guter Döner, beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aber noch Luft nach oben.

Wir wollten eine Viertelstunde vor Schluss noch etwas bestellt und wurden sehr blöd behandelt , es gibt nichts mehr und er hat keine Lust mehr etwas zu machen. Das ist kein guter Service

Leckere Rollo Döner und super zum Essen verpackt! Ist etwas teurer aber das passt schon für das was man bekommt. Sehr Gut belegt 👍

Ich kann diesen Laden absolut nicht empfehlen. Der Umgang mit Kunden ist respektlos, und ich habe mich als Frau dort extrem unwohl gefühlt. Statt freundlich bedient zu werden, wurde ich mit unfreundlichen und sexualisierenden Art und Weisen konfrontiert. So etwas hat in einem Gastronomiebetrieb nichts verloren. Zusätzlich war der Service unfreundlich und wenig professionell. Als Kundin erwarte ich Respekt und einen normalen Umgang – beides habe ich hier leider nicht erlebt. Ich werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen und kann nur hoffen, dass der Umgang mit Kundinnen in Zukunft deutlich verbessert wird.

Das war mit abstand die schlimmste Behandlung die ich als Kundin je bekommen habe. Der junge Mann hinter der Theke war MEHR als unfreundlich zu uns. Kein Danke, Kein Bitte, Kein Hallo, kein Tschüss. Hat uns böse angeschaut und nicht ausreden lassen. Er war extrem schnippig und hat ein Gericht einfach komplett vergessen. Als ich das Angesprochen habe, hat er mich einfach komplett ignoriert, selbst als ich darauf bestanden habe, dass etwas Fehlt. Sehr schade und Enttäuschend. Wir sind ein Mehrpersonen Haushalt von insgesamt 7 Personen und einer hat jetzt einfach kein Essen Bekommen. Für uns kommt dieser Laden nicht mehr In Frage bei so einem Umfreundlichen Verhalten!

Bester Döner in und um Coburg. Immer frische Zutaten, freundlicher Service und Portionen von denen man satt wird. Immer wieder sehr gerne - uneingeschränkte Empfehlung von mir :)

Als deutscher touri wird man hier nicht bedient nur weil man ein bisschen tätowiert ist und keine Haare auf dem Kopf wird man hier sofort in die rechte Ecke gedrängt männliche Bedienung setzt sich demonstrativ mit dem Rücken zum Kunden und spielt mit dem Handy ohne zu fragen was darfst sein Dieser laden will deutsches Geld aber keine deutschen Kunden

Wirklich gutes und frisches Essen!

Ich habe gemeinsam mit einer Freundin bei Cafe Ani Kebap gegessen und wir haben beide einen Döner bestellt. Leider mussten wir nach wenigen Bissen feststellen, dass das Fleisch im Inneren nicht durchgegart, sondern roh war. Nach unserer Reklamation erhielten wir Ersatz, jedoch war auch dieser erneut nicht ausreichend gegart und teilweise sogar blutig. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen insbesondere bei Geflügelfleisch haben wir das Essen nicht verzehrt. Zwar wurde uns der Preis erstattet, dennoch ist ein solcher Vorfall aus unserer Sicht äußerst bedenklich und sollte dringend überprüft werden.

Geflügeldöner schmeckt soweit ganz gut. Personal wirkt irgendwie patzig bzw. genervt. Hinter dem Tresen herrscht teilweise Chaos.

Es gibt eine große Sprachbarriere – kaum Englischkenntnisse. Davon abgesehen ist das Essen hervorragend. Auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Das ist einfach der leckerste Döner der Welt! Die Zutaten sind alle knackig und frisch egal welche Uhrzeit! Das Brot schön lecker- das Fleisch lecker würzig! Nicht zu überladen mit Soße, so dass man die Zutaten auch wirklich gut rausschmeckt!

I got a kebab there again during my lunch break today. It's gone downhill. The price is far too high for what you get. The "regular-sized" kebab costs €7.10 and unfortunately doesn't fill you up. Generally, there's not enough toppings, far too little meat, and too much bread. The bread-to-topping ratio is unfortunately not right. Also: the meat was extremely pale and bordering on raw – not so great for poultry. There are better alternatives...even in Coburg. That was my last visit here.

Finally, a kebab with character – but please, without the bitter onions! 😉 The rotisserie meat definitely stands out from the crowd in terms of taste – and that's a real plus in Coburg! If they now switch to a real doner kebab skewer, it would be a real hit in terms of taste and uniqueness. The remaining ingredients don't just seem to be bought in, but rather selected with a bit more care – we like it! But (and here comes the kicker): The red onions! 😬 Sliced by machine and, unfortunately, probably with a blunt knife – this makes them bitter, which kills the flavor of the whole kebab. Please, please: Either cut by hand with a sharp tool or leave them out altogether – because that unfortunately turns enjoyment into frustration. Also: The meat can definitely show a bit more roasted flavor. The crispy, slightly crunchy texture is the heart of every good kebab – so please add more! Conclusion: The best kebab in Coburg, hands down – but it could be better! We'll be back – but without the onions 😄

We got a kebab for the first time, and I can't say it was bad. But I can't say it blew me away either. The guys behind the counter were very friendly.

We've been planning to go here for quite some time. The food wasn't bad, but the staff was very rude and judgmental. They overcharged us and gave us two different orders, even when we tried to explain what we wanted. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and we were disappointed!

I've usually been satisfied, but today... phew... fries that cost €6 were cold and hard, definitely not fresh, more like they were from the day before! The fried chicken with the minced meat on top was bone dry and rock hard! Even my pide didn't taste as good as usual today... We won't be ordering again anytime soon, what a pity...

Kebab to go. It was delicious. You could choose from a variety of sauces and order it small or large.

I recently visited the restaurant and ordered a falafel roll – unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The wrap consisted almost entirely of lettuce, and the actual flavor of the falafel was barely present. The dish had little in common with traditional falafel in terms of taste. In addition, the price seemed significantly inflated compared to the quality and quantity offered.

Located right next to the traditional pub "Adam" (traditionally without a comprehensive menu, even though the currywurst is top-notch), it's a perfect complement! Clean, generous portions, good selection, very good quality, and reasonable prices. The staff could all be a bit friendlier, but it's okay. Highly recommended!

The doner kebab was okay, but the service was not. There are seating areas outside the shop, similar to a beer garden. Unfortunately, there was no sign or notice indicating that self-ordering/servicing is preferred inside. So you sit outside for 30 minutes without anything happening. Two employees had nothing to do; one was also sitting outside at the next table playing on her phone, and another was wandering around relatively idle. Please put a large notice outside saying "No service! Please order inside and take it out yourself."

The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the delivery is fast! I recommend lowering your minimum order value to €15 or less on Lieferando! I would order much more often if you didn't have such a high minimum order value (-1 star for that reason). Living alone, nobody eats that much, and kebabs don't taste good cold. Reheating the food isn't good either, or rather, it doesn't taste good. Who likes warm salad anyway? Just a tip from me!

Clean and friendly staff. The food is rather cheap snack quality.

So we ended up in this place without any reservation or announcements during lunch time. We were around 25 people so you can imagine how difficult was the process of ordering. But the girl behind the till did a very good job of taking the right orders and gave us food more less quite fast. We ordered Adana sandwich, Tashenbrot and freshly prepared Ayran. All in all a very cozy place for lunch or dinner.

Super tasty, in my opinion the best kebab in the city. The staff is always nice and the price is also great. All in all, very satisfied.

The preparation took less than two minutes. Despite this, the meat was cold and the fries had probably been there for a quarter of an hour, otherwise they would have still been warm. Disappointing, I won't be visiting again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Ani Kebab kebab shop in Coburg and was thoroughly impressed. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel immediately welcome. The interior is tastefully designed and creates a pleasant atmosphere. We ordered food for a certain time but the food arrived ice cold. In addition, the quantity for the same price was significantly less than usual. The last few orders had real meat, but this time the whole thing looked like it was molded meat and had nothing to do with beef in terms of taste. Just for your ass you get a fake kebab without paying for meat but for 2 pieces for 14 euros there's no cheese on it even though cheese is written on it and it's not okay..

Nothing special about the kebab, it had actually too much fat. And this place requires much more hygien. They prepare everything in plastic boxes, which god knows when they changed last. Not recommended at all.

Guys, I'm telling you, this kebab is a creation of God himself, I thought I didn't like kebab until I got to taste this masterpiece created by God. It tastes so hard, I swear by everything. If you want to eat kebab in Coburg, then you HAVE to go there, there is no other option. Don't listen to the other reviews, it's all intellectual nonsense. The shop never really caught my eye because it's a bit out of the way, but ever since I was able to sniff this kebab for the first time, I've been dreaming about it at night. The meat tastes the way meat should taste and it's sooooo tender and grrrhggrh, such a tasty treat and the bread is just ham ham. This is warmer and crisper than my grandma's hip joints. Herb sauce is like Gordon Ramsey's I have no idea what. Simply awesome, hey I never actually do Google reviews, but they deserve it. Everyone must have tasted this divine kebab at least once in their life, otherwise you won't have a happy life. And charging €6.90 for such a high-quality kebab is really justified. Go there, otherwise I'll come personally and ram it into your feed hatch. Manetti is out.
