pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff very friendly. The food was delicious, with generous portions and reasonable prices. I particularly appreciated the grilled meat and the dessert was no different. I will definitely be back!

We often come in groups of 6-8 people but there has never been anything like today. Waited almost 2 hours for food. One person specially orders a thin pizza, the pizza comes with a thick crust. Complained, the pizza came back after 5 minutes, this time with a burnt edge. Everyone else had already finished eating. As the waiter was clearing up, people asked if the rest of the burnt pizza should be packed up to take away. We were speechless. The other guy drank rose all evening and suddenly got a red wine. There really was a worm in there today. After a little discussion, the pizza wasn't charged for, but overall it was really awesome today. Absolutely not the quality of service we are used to. And there was no apology for the long wait for the food and no accommodation in the price. Very, very unfortunate and sad.

As always, a lovely evening with great food and great service! Gladly again.

Craziness!!! If it were possible, we would give significantly more stars. The four of us were at 'Cà del Re' today and we were overwhelmed. The starters were amazing. Followed by an outstanding main course - and finally a Zabaglione show like we've never experienced before. Absolutely further recommendation - you have to eat here, we'll be back - kudos to the boss and his super friendly team 🤩👏

Disappointing visit to your restaurant About a year ago we had the pleasure of visiting your restaurant and were absolutely amazed by the quality of the food and service. For this reason, we were very happy to be able to eat with you again during our next stay in Düsseldorf. Unfortunately, our visit was a huge disappointment. There were ten of us and we had been waiting for our food for over an hour. We were forgotten: (It was only after asking several times that our food was served after another 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the quality of the dishes was far below our expectations: the pizzas were overloaded with cheese and partially burned. Since we were all under time pressure, we paid the bill without further checking. We noticed afterwards that we were charged three times for "Saltimbocca Romana" at €19 each, even though we had only ordered a simple salad for €7.

The food was really good, had spaghetti made from a parmesan wheel with black truffle. The loaf was brought to the table and the noodles were tossed with a splash of pasta water. Finally, the black truffle was sliced ​​by hand and sprinkled on top! Perfect The teams are real Italians, I had to ask for a second drink two or three times on Sunday evening... But forgive me, the food definitely makes it better!

Ate a Pizza Diavolo there today. Unfortunately it wasn't spicy, but everything else was fine. First there was some bread with olives and dip. The pizza was also delicious. Everything worked out for us. Buon Appetito

I was there on a Sunday evening, 2 weeks ago. The terrace was completely full and a good 2/3 of all seats in the restaurant were occupied. The waiters were overwhelmed because it was probably rush hour. I waited almost an hour for my Pasta Frutti di Mare. Then I took her with me. It tasted very good and I'm not mad either. I come from the catering industry myself and know exactly how you feel as an employee in such situations. I would be happy to have a second chance again soon. Kind regards, Marcel

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant encounter there this evening. Ordered food and something to drink. Well first of all we were served very late. After dinner I wanted something to drink. But then we got the bill without a word and were allowed to leave the restaurant. So child-friendly is something different... once and never again. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Yesterday we spontaneously visited the restaurant and were given a seat on the terrace, which unfortunately faces the street. The service was quick, attentive and very friendly. I was disappointed with the food, but the mixed starter plate still convinced me. The two main courses, lasagne, with a little minced meat, cooked ham and a lot of cheese. The tagliatelle tartufo were a good portion, the truffle was freshly shaved at the table, the sauce had a strange consistency and unfortunately the taste didn't meet my expectations. Next time I'd rather just have a pizza.

The pizzas were really good, nothing wrong with that. But why do you put this gentleman with glasses and a blue shirt who greets the guests at the beginning first? He destroys the typical Italian hospitality. He doesn't speak, doesn't even smile, as if it costs extra, and this immediately creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. You are known for your warm nature, and that is one of the reasons why people like to eat Italian food, and not just because of the delicious dishes. Perhaps it would be better to move this man to a position where he does not have direct contact with guests. Then everything will fit perfectly and visiting you will be fun again

As a pick-up person, you are no longer treated the way you used to - namely as a welcome guest. Rather, you are given the feeling of a disturbing person who doesn't fit in visually and the espresso while you wait is history. The spaghetti carbonara my husband had was filling and okay in his opinion. My lasagne was overloaded with sauce and it just tasted overly seasoned and cheesy and there was no counterbalance in taste, such as a slightly sweet spiciness. So it was a bit boring and the food had delivery service quality of a pizzeria with 2 bar tables. Very unfortunate! The status “It tastes absolutely good and is absolutely recommended!” Unfortunately, you've lost out on me personally. 🙎🏻‍♀️ Where has the quality and nice service gone? Are only seated, higher-class guests desired? Then why the pickup service? The turning hammer is no longer blocked by guests. I see that as a plus for the Düsseldorf public order office.👮🏼‍♀️ The lady seems to love her job. 😬 For the difficult parking situation in the past, the poor service and unsatisfactory quality, a free meal delivered would actually be due. In the fall of 2023, a Margareta pizza (with buffalo mozzarella cost just under €7.00... (it was also worth it...). On May 9th, 2024, Pizza Margareta Tel. was ordered and picked up... yes 15.00 ??? € the inflation according to. Federal government is approximately 3.7%. I ask myself the question “was that the last pizza I bought from you…???? The VAT was (VAT rate in the catering industry for consumption away from home. Even if food and drinks are consumed away from home, the 19% VAT regulation does not apply. This generally applies to food that guests take away or order for home delivery , only 7 percent VAT on January 9, 2024).

I can only recommend this restaurant. The food, as always, was excellent again!! I have never tasted such good asparagus risotto. We also had a meat dish, it was also incredibly tasty! The owner and his wife greeted us and asked very nicely if everything was OK with us. They had a short, nice conversation with us, which I find particularly special :).Both are very friendly, polite and personable. We heard Italian speaking from the kitchen, we felt so comfortable when we were on vacation :) . I have to say everything was great and we always enjoy coming back! :) :) :)

We sat at a table with 6 people. The service was very attentive, as it was with the previous one. As a starter we had roasted ciabatta, dip and olives. The dip was a bit tight. The various drinks were ok. The pizza was satisfying. Where the diameter The edge of the dough is a matter of taste. I prefer thin dough, but it was fine for my husband. Among other things, steaks and lamb chops with side dishes were ordered. Both meat dishes were very delicate, tender and well seasoned. The side dishes consisting of soggy frozen vegetables with no bite and very small portions didn't inspire me. Neither do the spring potatoes in oil, which are easy tasted bland. It's a shame, so my advice would be, working on the supplements.

Highly recommended place on the outskirts of Dusseldorf, we had a very comfortable and delicious dinner for just €27 for two people (drink + dish) more than enough, we were very satisfied and the service was very friendly. I was left wanting to try the pasta in the parmesan wheel with truffle.
