Oh yes, the breakfast is to die for! To try out the menu, you'll probably need 30 visits to this beautiful restaurant.

A very nice rustic restaurant in a good location with a cozy, old Berlin atmosphere. The menu has a very tasty, diverse selection to suit many diets. The prices are correspondingly high, but the quality of the food is really good. Unfortunately, the restaurant has two major limitations: it is not exactly barrier-free and it is not suitable for working due to the lack of WiFi. But definitely for other occasions!

Nice breakfast, I had blueberry pancakes and my husband had English breakfast. Both parts were delicious. The pictures have become blurry because of the sun/parasol. The service was friendly and it was nice to sit outside.

Unfortunately, the BUTTER fell a little short of my expectations. Because it looks really great from the outside in the evening and according to the reviews you can also enjoy it inside. Maybe it was due to expectations, because we were greeted very nicely and Berlin like relaxed. We love. The cocoa was definitely warming, even in these temperatures. The food was delicious and satisfied my need for eggs Benedict. Everything was very solid and definitely recommended, although the inside was less comfortable than I had hoped.

The staff is very nice and the food tastes great! Unfortunately, it was very loud on my last two visits, but the store was also full.

Café Restaurant in a typical Berlin corner. Pleasant room and service. Friendly staff. Good dishes (they master cooking eggs). Reasonable prices. We come back to it.

How much of the Avocado Eggs Benedict can you eat before you burst? 😉 Wow, that was delicious, fair prices for great food, but it was a bit noisy because the place was very full. Very friendly staff, conveniently located, god, what more could you want.

very nice and attentive staff, all wishes were taken care of, unfortunately it was very loud and therefore the ambience couldn't really work, Sunday morning at prime time this will be the case regularly, better try it during the week ;)

It was a little discovery for me, as I usually only go for breakfast in Schöneberg. Saturday, 12:00, spontaneously without a reservation, we spontaneously got a table for two. A lovingly furnished café where it was just fun to linger. The service is friendly, the menu varied. As a vegan, I also found what I was looking for. The portions are sufficient. Everything was freshly prepared and looked attractively presented. The price/performance ratio corresponds to Berlin standards. Also suitable for wheelchair users. Easy to reach by tram or bike. We'll definitely be back.

We were visiting from London when we found this place online. We were so glad we went! Delightful food, cosy setting, lovely bustling neighbourhood, reasonably priced, could possibly be one of the best scrambled eggs I’ve had

Came for brunch with family and its was very nice, but also great place to just stop for a coffee and cake. Good food and the french toast I had was delicious, the place is also sweet and the staff was very kind, no complaints there.

Love brunching in here. For the weekends make a reservation. Is always full.

It’s a cute spot for a catch up with a friend. The restaurant is well spaced out , service is friendly and the food is alright for the price. They’re very experimental with their seasonal menu, specifically pumpkin, which is not a bad thing but definitely depends on your taste. Would love to come back here and try their breakfast menu.

Came towards the second half of the Sunday service and ordered brunch for 3. After some waiting time (understandably since it was quite busy) the food came. One out of three was wrong. Service pretended to care very little and correct order came after 10 minutes. In the meantime Tea was delivered lukewarm and freshly pressed orange juice is in fact regular orange juice with pulp. Overall quite pricey and small portions. Will not repeat.

Delicious food, unfortunately super slow and unreliable service. Very long waiting times between service and receiving the order. No questions asked if you wanted to order anything else. Unfortunately, the orders were forgotten and not delivered twice during the stay. Each time it resolved after waiting 30-60 minutes. Too bad.

A family with 2 children and ordered pancakes for the kids. The food took over 40mins to come out. When we asked for another glass of tap water for the kids, they refused and said that it would be a charge because they don’t give out tap water for free Not even for children. Wow. Excellent Don’t waste your time coming here, bad service, average food and the sour taste of no water is down right ridiculous

One of our favourite places in Berlin. Not for special occasions just a great regular restaurant. Especially the breakfasts. We love the Full English Breakfasts (especially now that there's a vegan one) even though they are not mistakable for actual English breakfast. Sure there are beans, but there's also salad and pomegranate seeds :-D But the echt German food they have in the evenings is also increasingly good, and also seasonal.

Food was ok. Asked for a glass of tap water then charged €3.70 for it on the bill. Highlighted I asked for tap water and responded with we don’t give tap water and it was in fact still water. Water comes free with coffee only, which I also ordered. Could have mentioned it when I requested a glass of “tap water”. Bring your crystal ball because they make it up as they go along. Won’t be back,

My family and I had a wonderful brunch here. The patio is spacious with plenty of seeing. The service was very friendly and stopped by often to make sure we had what we needed. Overall, the food was delicious and we were happy that we made the trip across town to give it a try..you should too!

There is everything. Shady, sunny, airy, sheltered, indoors or outdoors. Despite the busy times, the waitress was very patient and friendly with us. Highly recommended: lemon ricotta pancakes! They fill you up and are still fresh and fruity. The lemon sauce is really sour!!! Thanks!

My favorite brunch place - the food is consistently great, the ambiance chill and pleasant and the coffee super tasty. It's also the first place I've been to where English Breakfast is actually great and bacon and eggs pancakes are mouth-watering!

Sunday breakfast at 9:30 is perfect time for this place and Berlin. Not crowded and very chill. The food is super tasty. Lemonade is amazing.

A really tasty breakfast, pleasant atmosphere. We were there for late breakfast on a Saturday. It was quite busy but we were served quickly and well looked after and the food was great.

Both the breakfast and the dishes from the lunch and dinner menu are always delicious, there is something for every taste and allergies/intolerances are also taken into account. I can't understand some of the negative reviews here, my experiences with the service staff have always been positive, everyone is friendly, open and helpful :)

Unfortunately we waited 15 minutes until the menu was brought to us, then another 25 minutes until we could order, drinks came half an hour later. Although guests who came after us and sat next to us had already received their food. Unfortunately the food was moldy, I have no idea who in good conscience cuts a moldy strawberry and puts it on the food. All over, poor experience and way too overpriced for the minimum level of gastronomic expertise, McDonald would probably be more qualified.

The location is really pleasant and ideal, especially in summer, for enjoying a drink or two. I ordered the Shakshuka, which was unfortunately far too spicy and not particularly typical. Otherwise, the drinks were very tasty and the service was a bit inattentive, but that could also be due to the number of visitors.

It's really bad that you can't make a reservation after 9:30 on a weekend 4 weeks in advance - sad, just sad, especially for people who have been there several times and left a turnover of > 200 €.... Super inflexible, others are happy about our sales

If schnitzel (veal and pork), then butter. 😎 Wine whether open or bottled is very good. Friendly people behind and in front of the counter. Update: If there were crystal wheat in summer, 5.5 points from with.

Great outdoor space and the food was delicious. Try the schnitzel… it’s as big as Europe.

lI don't even remember how I came across Café Butter. The service was very nice and we had avocado bread, a mixed breakfast and pancakes. The bread looked great, there were 3 rolls with the mixed breakfast, but far too few toppings. The cheese also looked like it had seen better days. I wanted the pancakes with mascarpone cream and strawberry puree. Apparently strawberries were out, so I decided on raspberries. But I have seen strawberries as decoration on many plates. The pancakes were tasty, but they all looked equally accurate. Either a ring is used here and they were purchased. The price-performance ratio simply doesn't fit here. Everyone there was very nice, but I wouldn't go there again.

I had brunch there recently. The food was delicious and the service and staff were very attentive and friendly. I chose the Benedikt Egg avocado. I know it's not cheap, but if you treat yourself to it every now and then, you're doing something good for yourself by eating butter.

The perfect place for a cozy and extensive breakfast/brunch with friends. The menu offers something for every taste: sweet to savory, traditional to modern. The price may not be cheap, but just the sight of the beautifully presented dishes, which always include fresh fruit and vegetables, can lift your mood enormously. Hyggelig café med ok morgenmads-menu. Udover det vi bestilte, var der et fint udvalg af morgenmad med æg tilberedt på mange forskellige måder (porcheret, scrambled etc.) Vi betalte ca. 30 EUR inkl. 2 store glas friskpresset juice.

Wir kamen eigentlich immer gerne hier her, doch heute mussten wir ewig warten. Unsere Bestellung wurde trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage vergessen, sodass wir am Ende wieder gegangen sind, hungrig und frustriert. Bei den Preisen eine Frechheit.

A very pleasant place! We've enjoyed coming there for years. You don't follow every trend here and everything is pleasantly calm and personal. That doesn't happen that often in this neighborhood anymore! The food is of very good quality and lovingly prepared and served. And all for a reasonable price. Please keep it up!!
