Takes a very very very long time

I ordered it by Liferando and I got a really bad food poisoning from their burger. I had bad symptoms for approximately 24h and needed to be in contact with Notdienst and Hausarzt. Stay away from it.

The burger here rivals McDonald's. Freshly prepared is not the same as fresh.

Great burgers, fries and service. I had a great meal there tonight, only to realise that I left my poster behind. Despite the place being closed already, they answered the phone and met me at the restaurant to give me my poster. Thank you!

The only reason why it is not full is because there is no children's menu. Good food and good atmosphere. The vibrant city life is right outside on the street and fun to observe. We bought a menu with a burger, fries and drink for €10 each, good value for money.

We were scared at first after reading the recessions here. But were pleasantly surprised. Very tasty burgers, freshly made fries. Nice staff and we didn't wait longer than 10 minutes for the food.

Sehr günstig und sehr lecker. Ich war hier während der Klassenfahrt Abendessen und es hat sich sehr gelohnt. Burger sehr geschmackvoll (halt Smashburger) und die Pommes waren auch sehr gut. Hütte von den anderen Bewertungen hier eigentlich nichts Gutes erwartet.

There was simply no one in the store at pickup time. The door was open, the sign said closed. After calling several times, someone eventually came and found our order (wherever it was); slightly soggy fries. There was no communication. Very strange experience, can't recommend it to anyone.

The food arrived an hour late. The fries and buttermilk chicken were left in the fryer too long, and for the second time, the extra mayo wasn't included.

I waited over an hour and a half for my order, which was then canceled. I wouldn't recommend it.

I ordered food from liferando and it was awesome. I got good deal burger with coke complimentary. Very guickly order was delivered by delivery guy. Loved it..

I ordered 2 finger food sets and fries thru Uber. Fries were very bland and tasted like nothing. 2 sets combined were the size of what single set should have been, with extremely dissappointing hard cheese sticks, weirdly flavored nuggets and the worst chicken wings I had in my whole life. Zero taste, strange smells, this is the worst finger food I've ever had. Not to mention that delivery was 25 minutes late. Edit 21.03.2025: The owners of the venue decided to mark my review as “defamation”. I made an appeal, and the review is back. It’s shameful and pathetic way of dealing with problems, and speaks a lot about the place.

Lange Wartezeiten, Pommes ungenießbar, zu lange frittiert, trocken ohne Geschmack. Smash-Burger mit lappigem Billigbrötchen. Doppelte Fleischlage extremer Zusatzpreis (2,50), davon nichts zu merken. Der Chiliburger war sanft wie ein Lämmchen. Selbst eine zahnlose Oma hätte nichts zu kauen gehabt. Geschmack Null, Wartezeit viel zu lang, kein Tischservice. Hygiene gruselig, obwohl der Laden neu ist. Hier wird versucht, einen schnellen Euro abzugreifen. Finger weg. Mit mir nie wieder

Good but not very good smashburger. Super cheap! The shop is clean. The staff is friendly.

The meat is good, it's a shame because the bread is very oily. It makes a greasy paste in your mouth...which takes away its charm.

I bought a snash burger and some bacon fries. The burger was excellent and a lot of cheese, when i bought the bacon fries i expected them to be a small portion of fries but it came with huge packaging and so much fries that you could definetly share it with 3 people at once.🤩🤩

Hallo liebes Burger Vision Team, Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Ich hatte heute abend via Lieferandoo per Abholung bestellt! Als ich die Bestellung abholen wollte, hat es draußen geregnet und ich wollte die Burger drinnen essen. Da meinte der Mitarbeiter, dass ich sofort raus muss, weil man eine Bestellung nicht hier essen darf, obwohl ich angeboten habe, noch zusätzlich etwas zu bestellen (Pommes und Fanta). So ein Verhalten ist Respektlos, nicht Kundenorientiert und einfach unverschämt, weil der Laden in Schöneberg um ca. 20.00 Uhr einfach leer war. Ich war der einzige Kunde dort und die haben mich raus geschmissen... Wahnsinn!

Comida fría, pedido sin completar, nada recomendable, No repetiría si volviera a Berlín ni mucho menos. Los camareros antipáticos cuanto menos.

So mega bad wow, always arrives cold, all the drivers are extremely overwhelmed and the waiting time that is displayed never works, unfortunately no one understands their job!

Order via Lieferando: burger was almost empty, the meat was grilled then divided into 2 to make it look like a burger, it looked like skin. Drink not delivered and no response to email or text message. 😡😡😡

Disastrous delivery times - never again

We ordered online, but the food was never delivered and the delivery status was not updated. Unfortunately, the order wasn't canceled early enough, so we couldn't think of an alternative. I can understand if you can't deliver because of lunchtime, but you should at least inform the customer about the cancellation.

Oh yes, one of the finest burger I've eaten. Yes, this is fast food type of restaurant, so it does not build confidence at the first look, but trust me the taste of food is top notch.

Very cool smashed burgers. Very good meat and super soft bun. The curly fries with the chilli cheese dip is simply divine. Wasn't the last time.

Really really really tasty but WAY too little! You eat the burger and are at least as hungry afterwards as before, but it's really too expensive for that. The bite shrinks in the mouth to the size of a pea. Smash Burger yes, but not lash Burger :,( PLEASE make em bigger 🙏😩

SuperB burgers, especially the single smash burger. The bun was great, onions were amazing and the beef was nicely grilled. The staff was relatable and friendly. Would recommend visiting. Great prices as well.

This has gotta be the best burger I have ever had, if you ever considering visiting Berlin you gotta try this spot. Sadly I ate this at the last day of my trip in Berlin. I should’ve eaten this everyday.💯

So bad! I ordered there online twice, and both times my food simply didn't arrive and ended up simply being canceled. When I called and asked what was going on I was simply told that they hadn't received an order, which was clearly a lie, and without me being able to answer they simply hung up! Absolute impudence.

Very delicious smash burgers and cheese fries

The delivery simply took too long. The fries smelled strange. And the meat tasted strange.

The burgers were just right, interesting and tasty combinations of ingredients. The fries were hot and fresh. The selection of burgers is manageable, which I rate as an absolutely positive thing. Overall we were very satisfied and received our food quickly and easily. Fresh, good portions and the price-performance ratio is right. Another visit is certain.

Unfortunately, Beyond Smash wasn't to my taste. Patty would have liked to have been more mashed and with more roasting, but especially the coarsely chopped and raw vegetables reminded me of classic burgers from 20 years ago. It's a shame, because more choice in Berlin for Smashburgers would be nice, especially in the vegan/vegetarian area.

Das ist unter aller sau wir haben um 19 Uhr bestellt und warten gefühlt 2 Stunden drauf und kein Mensch geht ans Telefon wurde niemanden empfehlen hier zu bestellen es gibt nur Frust danke für nichts niemals mehr werde ich bei euch bestellen

Un lugar tan terrible, consiguió la hamburguesa de pollo como menú por 14 euros que era un precio razonable teniendo en cuenta que toda la porción era grande. ¡Pero el pollo estaba mal cocido! Las papas fritas estaban buenas, pero como resultado de que no pude comer la hamburguesa fue un desperdicio total de dinero.

Lovely burger, was worried with amount of people food would take a while, but really quick and prompt. Clean, welcoming and a delicious burger. What more could you want!

High-quality burger for sure, but with the caramelized onions, the sauce, and the pickles, it's way too sweet! Thinly slicked raw onions, and a garlic or dill pickle would make this much better!

I had a really good Smashburger for lunch today. There was the Double Smash Burger Special with fries and a drink for €13.90. The patties were perfectly mashed and had a good taste. I particularly like the cucumbers and the bread reminds me of Martin's potato buns. The fries were super crispy and the additional seasoning you could sprinkle on them rounded them off really well. I've ordered here before and the whole thing was rather poor. However, it's really good on site. Price performance is right for me.

I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life. It's not necessarily my favorite dish, but if you're in a hurry, then hamburger too. To my surprise, the hamburger was actually very tasty with a slightly sweet taste coming from the bun. Fries were pretty average. Service and ambience are standard like everywhere else in other comparable stores. Price including iced tea 0.3 l €11.90. I also found it appropriate. I can only recommend!

Beautiful chicken burgers with fries 🍟

I placed an order for delivery yesterday on Friday evening at around 9:00 p.m. After waiting for an hour and a half, I called the restaurant. The employee told me that my order had been canceled because Lieferando had no drivers. For the entire hour and a half, the Lieferando app showed me that the food was also being delivered and, strangely enough, my order was canceled 3 minutes after I called! Really an absolute disaster. I waited an hour and a half and ordered for €40 and didn't get anything. Absolutely no recommendation

The food has good Quality, But last time I orderd from Lieferando and then waited about 1 and a half hours maybe more just for them to cancel my order! they waited 1 hour 30 minutes (it was more than this time ) to cancel after they accepted it! I could understand if they would reject my order but to make me wait so long and then Cancel! it was really a bad experience there are a lot of good burger places I don't need to order from here.

Worst service I’ve been to ever. The guy starts to argue if I told him Mitaggsmenu or not. Say I even made mistake he can just adjust , he didn’t want to serve me food after that. Most horrible service ever ! Avoid if you do have some self esteem

I'm disappointed! Whatever is not working logistically/service-technically here must be remedied immediately. It was ordered via Lieferando every 30 minutes, there were constantly new delivery updates until after 2 hours of waiting (hungry) the order was canceled! How can that be an impudence!

The waitress was in a bad mood and absolutely didn't want to work. The burgers were cold and the meat was still pretty pink. The fries were unseasoned, but salt and fries seasoning were available. You had to get your own drinks, napkins and cutlery and finally clean everything up yourself.

Really good burger, flavourful and juicy. Not bad price as well. Not busy at all when I went close to closing but that was nice as I got served immediately.

Smashburger was really good. The caramelized onions made it. But meat isn't the best, I tried it first without bread, sauce, etc. It was a bit gristly but the burger tasted good overall. But €7.50 isn't that fair for a single Smashburger.

We ordered via lieferando. They had a 2 for 1 offer on the single smash burger for 8.5€, we added an extra patty (2.8€) for each of the burgers bringing the total up to 14.1€ for the 2 burgers. We then doubled the order, to get 4 burgers in total, for which we paid 28.2€. We should’ve gotten 4 double patty burgers but we just got 2! And then when I called to explain, the guy on the phone refused to hear me out. I believe they got the order wrong from lieferando, which isn’t their fault. But I was trying to get him to understand the issue by explaining the price I paid for the burgers... however, he refused to hear me out and told me to go get my issue fixed with lieferando instead! I loved Burger Vision, and I’m sad from the way they handled this. I honestly thought they’d react very differently...

Wir haben hier über lieferando bestellt und wir mussten 4 Stunden auf die Bestellung warten. Uns wurde auch nich weitergeholfen nicht über lieferando oder Burger Vision wir wurden einfach im dunklen stehen gelassen. Als das Essen mal ankam nach 4 Stunden war es kalt und pappig ungenießbar. Am besten nicht hier bestellen.

You want to eat something at 10 p.m. and are sent away again, even though it's open until 11 p.m. We have now gone to another Burger Vision.. We've been there many times, the food is always really tasty and the service during the day is always very polite and nice. Unfortunately, the service in the evening leaves a lot to be desired and that didn't happen just once... maybe he should look for another job. It's not the food, it tastes really good.
