you order from Lieferando and wait an hour and a half, is this normal? if I had known, I would have ordered from Spain

Very delicious smash burgers and cheese fries

The delivery simply took too long. The fries smelled strange. And the meat tasted strange.

The burgers were just right, interesting and tasty combinations of ingredients. The fries were hot and fresh. The selection of burgers is manageable, which I rate as an absolutely positive thing. Overall we were very satisfied and received our food quickly and easily. Fresh, good portions and the price-performance ratio is right. Another visit is certain.

Unfortunately, Beyond Smash wasn't to my taste. Patty would have liked to have been more mashed and with more roasting, but especially the coarsely chopped and raw vegetables reminded me of classic burgers from 20 years ago. It's a shame, because more choice in Berlin for Smashburgers would be nice, especially in the vegan/vegetarian area.

Such a terrible place, got the chicken burger as a menu for 14 euros which was a reasonable price considering the whole portion was big. But the chicken was undercooked!! The fries were good, but as a result of me not being able to eat the burger it was a total waste of money.

Lovely burger, was worried with amount of people food would take a while, but really quick and prompt. Clean, welcoming and a delicious burger. What more could you want!

High-quality burger for sure, but with the caramelized onions, the sauce, and the pickles, it's way too sweet! Thinly slicked raw onions, and a garlic or dill pickle would make this much better!

I had a really good Smashburger for lunch today. There was the Double Smash Burger Special with fries and a drink for €13.90. The patties were perfectly mashed and had a good taste. I particularly like the cucumbers and the bread reminds me of Martin's potato buns. The fries were super crispy and the additional seasoning you could sprinkle on them rounded them off really well. I've ordered here before and the whole thing was rather poor. However, it's really good on site. Price performance is right for me.

I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life. It's not necessarily my favorite dish, but if you're in a hurry, then hamburger too. To my surprise, the hamburger was actually very tasty with a slightly sweet taste coming from the bun. Fries were pretty average. Service and ambience are standard like everywhere else in other comparable stores. Price including iced tea 0.3 l €11.90. I also found it appropriate. I can only recommend!

I placed an order for delivery yesterday on Friday evening at around 9:00 p.m. After waiting for an hour and a half, I called the restaurant. The employee told me that my order had been canceled because Lieferando had no drivers. For the entire hour and a half, the Lieferando app showed me that the food was also being delivered and, strangely enough, my order was canceled 3 minutes after I called! Really an absolute disaster. I waited an hour and a half and ordered for €40 and didn't get anything. Absolutely no recommendation

The food has good Quality, But last time I orderd from Lieferando and then waited about 1 and a half hours maybe more just for them to cancel my order! they waited 1 hour 30 minutes (it was more than this time ) to cancel after they accepted it! I could understand if they would reject my order but to make me wait so long and then Cancel! it was really a bad experience there are a lot of good burger places I don't need to order from here.

Worst service I’ve been to ever. The guy starts to argue if I told him Mitaggsmenu or not. Say I even made mistake he can just adjust , he didn’t want to serve me food after that. Most horrible service ever ! Avoid if you do have some self esteem

I'm disappointed! Whatever is not working logistically/service-technically here must be remedied immediately. It was ordered via Lieferando every 30 minutes, there were constantly new delivery updates until after 2 hours of waiting (hungry) the order was canceled! How can that be an impudence!

The waitress was in a bad mood and absolutely didn't want to work. The burgers were cold and the meat was still pretty pink. The fries were unseasoned, but salt and fries seasoning were available. You had to get your own drinks, napkins and cutlery and finally clean everything up yourself.

Really good burger, flavourful and juicy. Not bad price as well. Not busy at all when I went close to closing but that was nice as I got served immediately.

I went here to eat with friends because we couldn't find anything, I don't really like burgers but I have to say it was the best burger I've ever eaten. Really highly recommended 🤩

Smashburger was really good. The caramelized onions made it. But meat isn't the best, I tried it first without bread, sauce, etc. It was a bit gristly but the burger tasted good overall. But €7.50 isn't that fair for a single Smashburger.

We ordered via lieferando. They had a 2 for 1 offer on the single smash burger for 8.5€, we added an extra patty (2.8€) for each of the burgers bringing the total up to 14.1€ for the 2 burgers. We then doubled the order, to get 4 burgers in total, for which we paid 28.2€. We should’ve gotten 4 double patty burgers but we just got 2! And then when I called to explain, the guy on the phone refused to hear me out. I believe they got the order wrong from lieferando, which isn’t their fault. But I was trying to get him to understand the issue by explaining the price I paid for the burgers... however, he refused to hear me out and told me to go get my issue fixed with lieferando instead! I loved Burger Vision, and I’m sad from the way they handled this. I honestly thought they’d react very differently...

Until now I have always eaten Burger Vision on site. This time I had something delivered, the same quality as in the store. Will order again

Wir haben hier über lieferando bestellt und wir mussten 4 Stunden auf die Bestellung warten. Uns wurde auch nich weitergeholfen nicht über lieferando oder Burger Vision wir wurden einfach im dunklen stehen gelassen. Als das Essen mal ankam nach 4 Stunden war es kalt und pappig ungenießbar. Am besten nicht hier bestellen.

You want to eat something at 10 p.m. and are sent away again, even though it's open until 11 p.m. We have now gone to another Burger Vision.. We've been there many times, the food is always really tasty and the service during the day is always very polite and nice. Unfortunately, the service in the evening leaves a lot to be desired and that didn't happen just once... maybe he should look for another job. It's not the food, it tastes really good.

The smash burgers are another level

Delivery via Uber Eats without any problems and delivered quickly. The fries arrived even crispy and the drinks came separately and were well chilled. The burgers are good, but the few pieces of lettuce under the meat seem a bit cheap Otherwise everything is fine

One of the best burgers I have ever eaten and are some. The taste and juiciness of the meat are outstanding and the BBQ sauce is to my liking, strong, slightly sweet and thick. The Curly Fries are crispy on the outside and juicy and fresh on the inside, keep it up! The service was very friendly and also asked if you liked everything. Parking situation in Berlin is typically difficult, there is a toilet on site and you can pay with an EC card. Definitely a second time to eat here!

I was craving a burger and got one. It was a double smashed special menu with sweet potatoes. The bun was super fluffy and yet stable. The patty was juicy with a little bit of roasty flavor. Overall the taste was good. For five stars, it could have tasted a little stronger and the fries could have been crispier. The service was friendly and quick. But I was the only customer at that time (5 p.m.). Recommended if you want to eat a quick burger.

The products are helal and are half a hand large (10cm ∅). The price range is in the upper-mediocre range and offers cheap options. However, the food is—absolutely— expensive compared to Berlin industries.

We happened to walk by last Friday and popped in spontaneously. We were kind enough to be the last to eat something inside and were not disappointed. Very nice staff and the burger was really delicious. Especially this caramelized onions on it. Requests for changes were also addressed and we were not rushed. Definitely coming back!

Ich war letztens zum ersten mal beim Burger Vision. Der smashbuger war sehr lecker aber am meisten haben mich die knusprige Frise umgehauen. Als es lauwarm wurde, war es trotzdem knusprig. Super. Preisleistung sehr gut. Immer wieder sehr gerne. Hoffentlich bleibt das Qualität weiterhin bestehen.

3x da gewesen, beim ersten mal war der Burger perfekt, bei den anderen 2x war der Burger leider zu stark gesmasht und wurde zu lange gebraten, ich glaub einfach das es drauf ankommt wer da am Grill steht.

Würde fast soweit gehen und sagen, beste Burger in der Stadt 👌und die Pommes sind der absolute Hammer 👍

Burgervision is fantastic! The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, and the wait time between ordering and serving was just right. The double cheese smash burger I ordered was downright awesome. I'm eager to come back as soon as possible!

Visited last week for lunch. The wait time was around 15/20 minutes. I had a takeout order. The burger was okay and the fries didn't taste good to me. The receptionist gave me the invoice. I later realized that it wasn't the invoice but the card charge slip. I went in the evening, the same day, and the person on the counter said to visit tomorrow as he can't operate the machine. (It wasn't the same guy who took order). I went the next day, and now it was the same guy who took the order. He said I should have come yesterday as they clear orders from the machine everyday in the morning. So, my first experience wasn't good, but i'll visit once more.

Einer der Besten Burger der Stadt. Preisleistungsverhältniss ist ja super und das Fleisch ist super gekocht und tasty. Der Geschäftsmann ist super nett. Was ich auf dem Tisch geliebt habe, war die großzügige Portion der Sause, die dafür nicht wie in manchen Restaurants getrennt bezahlt werden soll. 100% Empfehlenswert und ich komme wieder.

👎👎👎👎Um ehrlich zu sein, ist die Einstellung der Angestellten dort überhaupt nicht gut. Eines Tages wurde die Person an der Rezeption wegen einer Kleinigkeit angegriffen und sagte, mir gefalle Ihre Einstellung nicht, also wurde ich mit sehr, sehr, sehr sehr behandelt respektloses und tierisches Verhalten. Rezeptionist. Er war in Streitlaune, aber ich habe diesen respektablen Mann gemieden, weil man den Respekt vor jemandem nicht verlieren darf, der nicht die Manieren hat, mit Kunden umzugehen.

I was so full I couldn't even finish the fries. The lunch menu really is a lot for a great price (10,50€).

1. Das Essen war ungenießbar und kalt. 2. Das Fleisch war verbrannt. 3. Das Chicken auf den Pommes war sehr hart und alt. Ungenießbar, musste leider in den Müll 4. Der Lieferant beschwert sich, weil ich die falsche Adresse angegeben habe, obwohl alles richtig war. Deutsch verstand er leider auch nicht.

Burger sowie die Pommes lecker.... Weiter so ....

Ich war im Rahmen einer Berlin Burger Tour hier und kann sagen, dass dieser Burger es auf jeden Fall in die Top 3 schafft. Der Double Smash Cheeseburger kommt mit einem lieblich, leicht süßen Brioche-Bun. Die Soße ergänzt sich super mit dem dünn gesmashten Patties. Der Cheddar Käse ist nicht zu präsent und super geschmolzen. Im Mund vermischen sich die Geschmäcker mit dieser lieblichen Süße von Bun und karamellisierten Zwiebeln mit dem Salz und Krusten-Kick des Fleisches. All in All ein top Burger. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben über 30min gewartet bis das Essen ankam. Das Essen war auch noch kalt und es war ungewürzt. Für das Preis war es aber ganz okay.
