I went to taste the Burgermeister flavor. It's a place where you can eat on the go. It's delicious and self-service.

The burgers are very tasty and the decor style is appropriate. It was very loud and unfortunately you couldn't lock the men's toilets. The prices aren't exactly cheap, but they're still okay for what you get.

1A Burger Absolutely recommended Went to Burgermeister at Alex today and tried the “master of all classes” – super tasty! The bun was perfect, the patties juicy, spicy and to the point. Particularly hot: the fresh, crunchy green jalapeños. Nice and spicy and tasty. There were also fries that were nice and crispy. Price-performance absolutely fair for the quality. If you love really good burgers, you should stop by here! 🔥🍔

We visited here while on a weekend away in Berlin visiting from the UK. It's a casual place, fairly typical of a higher end fast food restaurant. Think Five Guys rather than Macdonald's. So no need book. Just show up. We went at around 7pm on a Sunday evening and it was busy but with plenty of seats. It's pretty straight forward as you order on a screen. You can select English on here so made ordering really for us, not speaking much German. Once you've ordered and paid it's a case of waiting for your number to be called. Pretty standard for a place like this. It was just myself and my wife eating on this occasion. There's a good selection of burgers with various toppings. All freshly made and delicious. They then have a variety of loaded fries with the ability to add additional toppings if you want. I went for cheese and bacon which was great. I then had a vanilla milkshake which was delicious. Overall a good quick, tasty, easy meal. Well worth a visit.

Good food, really. But if you don't sit at the tables with benches, it will be more uncomfortable to eat because they have rollers instead of stools

Fast service. Very tasty hamburger and divine fries. Ketchup, mayonnaise and chili sauce can be added freely to the food.

I can't recommend it. I ordered the vegetarian burger (you have no choice if you don't eat meat) and was negatively surprised. The cheese wasn't melted, the patty tasted gray and the bread was dry. In addition, the atmosphere in the Alex branch is extremely bad.

Burgers obviously fantastic, genuinely didn’t think they’d live up to the hype but wow. Was a near perfect burger. Was also severely hungover when I was eating it. Tasted brilliant. Service took a very long time, very busy inside. Not the place to be when you’re hungover. No tables inside which is also not great, had to sit outside in the freezing cold. Need more single seat tables for couples/individuals

The food was, as in every Burgermeister branch restaurant, very good. They have the new on-screen ordering machines that eliminate the need to order from a real employee, which is great. You can pay by card or cash. The atmosphere is like any other Burgermeister, but because it's on Alexanderplatz it feels a bit...not so nice (??). I would definitely still recommend it!

Great service for January 1st, I ordered a meat master with fries, a double chocolate peanut cookie and a coke! The burger was delicious, the meat was perfect, the amount of cheese and fries were crispy, the biscuit was delicious because it wasn't too sweet despite the double chocolate - and the coke was obviously cold, the staff was friendly and quick.

After a short wait, the burger I ordered arrived and the taste blew me away! SUPER!! But one star deducted because I later saw the same burger in the branch at the Zoo station for 1.10 euros cheaper

Wanted on January 8th Going to Burgermeister for the first time. The way there, Dirksenstr. dirty, really bad in front of the closed Burger King. Then the restaurant, not cool as someone here positively writes, but cold and uncomfortable. When I saw the mountain of finished fries - how are they supposed to taste? - I immediately left without eating. Then wanted to go to Burger King or McDonalds in Alexanderplatz train station. Both an absolute disaster, taking burgers with you is nothing more than that. Burgermeister finds it very easy to survive against such competition. 😩

No taste interest. Bread bathed in fat. Sauce almost absent. Thin filling. Good fries and good cheddar sauce.

Delicious burgers and extremely delicious fries with cheese sauce (large portion, enough for 2 people). The burger is the perfect size, well-done and juicy. Fresh additions and delicious sauces. However, the fries are great, if you don't feel like eating a burger, it's worth trying them at least.

Nice place, good meat 🌭🍔, young and dynamic environment. The service is lacking, but perhaps that's why you spend less than the "competitors"... 😉

We were there as a family, the burgers and fries were great... the ambience took some getting used to for us but we think in typical Berlin terms so thumbs up.

Great service for a January 1st, I ordered a Fleischmeister with fries, a dobble chocolate with peanuts cookie and a coke! The burger was delicious, the meat was a the perfect point, apetecer amount of cheese and the fries were crispy, the cookie was delicious because even with the dobble chocolate it wasn’t too sweet ñ, and the coke was obviously cold, the staff was friendly and fast.

The food is delicious but took 30 minutes to get ready. I recommend eating something before ordering because you will starve waiting for it.

The best burgers that I’ve ever tried!! Very tasty food but the place is a little tight for all the people that want to eat there. There was a good vibe but it was stressing for how little the place was. (ps. bathrooms are really clean)

Their burgers were delicious, their potatoes were plentiful and crispy, the cheese sauce was nice, we bought extra onions from the sauce section, it was too salty, the queue was long but it moved quickly, it was crowded but two people could ask to sit next to the people sitting, it's a very good option in this place where meat burgers are scarce 👌

Not to be compared with other Burgermeister branches. Chewy, dry patty, dry bun. There should actually be a consistent quality regardless of the location, but that's probably not the case here. The food is also more expensive than in other branches. If you've never been to Burgermeister before, the quality is rather intimidating. Not again.

The ambience looks cool and there are also some seating options. You can order easily via a terminal where you get a number and can then pick up your food from the counter. We found value for money to be okay. The burgers and fries tasted very tasty, the milkshake was very creamy and chocolaty. You can tap your own mayo & ketchup for fries.

if you hungry too much please skip this restaurant it's have to wait around 30 minutes. overall is good to try, if next time i have no idea to eat i will have a second time with this restaurant.

Quiet, closed and heated environment, with tables and tokens to place your order, both to eat inside and to take home!! Great and efficient service, within minutes my order was ready to go!! Great burger and totally affordable price for the quantity and quality of the product offered! Try it

Very efficient concept that has become quite widespread now: high-quality burgers in a fast food setup. Waiting times are therefore a bit longer than in big chains, but the burgers and fries are quite superb and reasonably priced.

A very tasty burger restaurant in Berlin. We order at the bar. There are some seating and standing places available in the premises. Toilets on level -1. The burgers were very tasty - there were four of us and two, so we tried practically all of them. Burgers with beef, fresh vegetables such as lettuce and tomato. Spicy jalapeno hamburger (Chili-cheeseburger), very tasty and appropriately spicy. The best of all the burgers in my opinion was the bacon burger (MEISTERBURGER or HAUSMEISTER). The fries are very tasty, so thick. Sauces available for fries near the bar - ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard. You can eat as much as possible with the burger and fries set. I will definitely come back to this place when I'm in Berlin next time. I heartily recommend it

Truly delicious burger with various toppings and the cheesy fries were a delight. Although, as a tip, if there are more than of you, then you can order one portion of these and one and share the pot of cheese sauce amongst yourselves and save a couple of euros!

An extremely popular burger restaurant in Berlin and one of many outlets of this brand resembling an old train station near Alexanderplatz. Compared to the famous restaurant in the toilets, there is space for eating inside. Ordered chili-cheese burger. Even though this is one of many chain stores, it is the most expensive in terms of price, with each burger costing over +1€ when looking at standard prices in other places. The meat is very juicy, firm and well seasoned. A shiny bun, slightly soaked with meat juice. The standard set of vegetables for each burger consists of iceberg lettuce, tomato, pickled cucumber and red onion. All vegetables are fresh and full of distinct flavor. The chili-cheese burger also contains large pieces of chili. Noticeable spiciness in every bite, definitely not for people who cannot handle spiciness. Although it does not suppress the remaining flavors. Instead of ketchup, there is chipotle sauce. Although you can still get free mustard and ketchup at the ordering counter. Toilets available downstairs. The place is highly recommended, although the price is certainly more expensive than other Burgermeister outlets in Berlin, which spoils the impression a bit. I recommend.

I didn't expect the quality of the burgers at all, the potatoes are natural and the portion is generous. The price is not high either… They have a menu in Spanish, which is appreciated.

Super buger! We needed a quick lunch whilst wandering about the city, and this was a perfect stop - sort of like a Five Guys. Really tasty, easy to order, and friendly staff.

The hamburger is juicy and the fries are generous, so you can have some left over if you eat it alone.

The shop is clean and modernly furnished. The staff is very nice and friendly and is happy to answer any questions you may have, but the menu is self-explanatory. I can recommend the hamburger and Meiserburger. They are great value for money. The fries with bacon were also great. The burgers are always made fresh, which of course also means The man must have been there for some time depending on how crowded it is. But that should be clear to anyone who wants a good, fresh burger. Would definitely eat there again

The meisterburger was a bit dry, could have been better, although the price was fairly reasonable. Overall it's an okay place for a quick dinner.

Burgermeister was recommended to me based on research I did on YouTube and other resources. I decided to check it out and I can tell you the burgers are terrific! I also was impressed with the service process. It’s organized and it goes very smoothly. Some of the fast food restaurants in the US could take a lesson!;). If you like the traditional burgers and fries, this is definitely a place to visit!

Burgermeister is no longer the must go place for burger fans in Berlin. They have updated their menu a lot and swapped their beverage brand to mainstream. If you're looking for an ok burger , then that's your place. The only recommendation on this place are the fries , they are still pretty good
