Burgermeister Alexanderplatz in Berlin

Not to be compared with other Burgermeister branches. Chewy, dry patty, dry bun. There should actually be a consistent quality regardless of the location, but that's probably not the case here. The food is also more expensive than in other branches. If you've never been to Burgermeister before, the quality is rather intimidating. Not again.

The ambience looks cool and there are also some seating options. You can order easily via a terminal where you get a number and can then pick up your food from the counter. We found value for money to be okay. The burgers and fries tasted very tasty, the milkshake was very creamy and chocolaty. You can tap your own mayo and ketchup for fries.

if you hungry too much please skip this restaurant it's have to wait around 30 minutes. overall is good to try, if next time i have no idea to eat i will have a second time with this restaurant.

Quiet, closed and heated environment, with tables and tokens to place your order, both to eat inside and to take home!! Great and efficient service, within minutes my order was ready to go!! Great burger and totally affordable price for the quantity and quality of the product offered! Try it

The butcher master is my favorite burger but also the cheeseburger and the chili cheeseburger are good with cheese fries. This place is recommended, the staff work quickly and helpfully when clearing the table

Very efficient concept that has become quite widespread now: high-quality burgers in a fast food setup. Waiting times are therefore a bit longer than in big chains, but the burgers and fries are quite superb and reasonably priced.

It's a little crowded. I recommend the potatoes with nice cheese sauce. Hamburgers are filling. Cleaning is good. The environment is nice. Fast service.

A very tasty burger restaurant in Berlin. We order at the bar. There are some seating and standing places available in the premises. Toilets on level -1. The burgers were very tasty - there were four of us and two, so we tried practically all of them. Burgers with beef, fresh vegetables such as lettuce and tomato. Spicy jalapeno hamburger (Chili-cheeseburger), very tasty and appropriately spicy. The best of all the burgers in my opinion was the bacon burger (MEISTERBURGER or HAUSMEISTER). The fries are very tasty, so thick. Sauces available for fries near the bar - ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard. You can eat as much as possible with the burger and fries set. I will definitely come back to this place when I'm in Berlin next time. I heartily recommend it

Truly delicious burger with various toppings and the cheesy fries were a delight. Although, as a tip, if there are more than of you, then you can order one portion of these and one and share the pot of cheese sauce amongst yourselves and save a couple of euros!

An extremely popular burger restaurant in Berlin and one of many outlets of this brand resembling an old train station near Alexanderplatz. Compared to the famous restaurant in the toilets, there is space for eating inside. Ordered chili-cheese burger. Even though this is one of many chain stores, it is the most expensive in terms of price, with each burger costing over +1€ when looking at standard prices in other places. The meat is very juicy, firm and well seasoned. A shiny bun, slightly soaked with meat juice. The standard set of vegetables for each burger consists of iceberg lettuce, tomato, pickled cucumber and red onion. All vegetables are fresh and full of distinct flavor. The chili-cheese burger also contains large pieces of chili. Noticeable spiciness in every bite, definitely not for people who cannot handle spiciness. Although it does not suppress the remaining flavors. Instead of ketchup, there is chipotle sauce. Although you can still get free mustard and ketchup at the ordering counter. Toilets available downstairs. The place is highly recommended, although the price is certainly more expensive than other Burgermeister outlets in Berlin, which spoils the impression a bit. I recommend.

I didn't expect the quality of the burgers at all, the potatoes are natural and the portion is generous. The price is not high either… They have a menu in Spanish, which is appreciated.

The hamburger is juicy and the fries are generous, so you can have some left over if you eat it alone.

Super buger! We needed a quick lunch whilst wandering about the city, and this was a perfect stop - sort of like a Five Guys. Really tasty, easy to order, and friendly staff.

The shop is clean and modernly furnished. The staff is very nice and friendly and is happy to answer any questions you may have, but the menu is self-explanatory. I can recommend the hamburger and Meiserburger. They are great value for money. The fries with bacon were also great. The burgers are always made fresh, which of course also means The man must have been there for some time depending on how crowded it is. But that should be clear to anyone who wants a good, fresh burger. Would definitely eat there again

The meisterburger was a bit dry, could have been better, although the price was fairly reasonable. Overall it's an okay place for a quick dinner.

Good burgers for a great price!

Burgermeister was recommended to me based on research I did on YouTube and other resources. I decided to check it out and I can tell you the burgers are terrific! I also was impressed with the service process. It’s organized and it goes very smoothly. Some of the fast food restaurants in the US could take a lesson!;). If you like the traditional burgers and fries, this is definitely a place to visit!

Burgermeister is no longer the must go place for burger fans in Berlin. They have updated their menu a lot and swapped their beverage brand to mainstream. If you're looking for an ok burger , then that's your place. The only recommendation on this place are the fries , they are still pretty good

Amazing burgers, fries very good and the mango milkshake was a very unique thing to try! Prices are fairly cheap and definitely worth it for the quality of the food! 5/5 stars would for sure go again.

Even though the food is greasy, salty, and unhealthy for sure, for some unknown reasons I still enjoy having this food. Dunno what is the matter with their double cheeseburgers, but I can't say no to it😂

Restaurant well located on Alexanderplatz. Typical hamburger restaurant, modern and with always fresh food. We ate two different hamburgers, which were good, and the fries with bacon and onion too. Fast service! They're not the best I've ever had, but they're worth trying.

I can't understand Mr. Raue's assessment. Maybe we should have tried the other store where the chef was. In any case, we found that the patties were very salty... Fries are very good. Service no star, if you don't have any service you can't rate anything.

We ate very well there. No shi-shi, there are burgers of various types, fries (drinks of course) and dessert - that's it! And in my opinion they do it well! The burger tastes very good, the ambience is reduced, the toilets are very clean, everything is fine!

I ordered it via Lieferando, but I was very disappointed. Truly the worst burger in my life. As most have already written here in the reviews. Horrible. Too bad. Burgers came from Alexanderplatz.

The food was very tasty and despite there being a lot of customers, the food came relatively quickly, it took about 5 minutes to arrive. I liked how the old subway station was transformed into a nice restaurant. We paid around 30 euros for 3 cheeseburgers, a cheese fries, 2 Coca Cola Zeros and a regular Coca Cola. Overall it was a pretty good experience but the toilets could have been cleaned more often, it smelled terrible. Nonetheless, it was definitely great again👍🏼.

I had plain burger and it was really good, not the best I ever had, therefore 1* less. Fries were very well done. I personally prefer it to other chains, it's much better, especially meat, and the whole burger it's well rounded. There's no service at the table, but we didn't wait long for food

Small, nice location for a quick burger in between, whether for the lunch break or a meeting with friends after work, Burgermeister is always good. Prices are reasonable for the quality. The absolute favorite is the master of all classes, a total taste explosion with the right amount of spiciness for everyone. If possible, order fries with a milkshake for another taste miracle ;). All in all, very nice again. But sometimes it can take a while because the store is 80% overcrowded.

The burger wasn't bad. But we loved the chocolate chip cookie/brownie, whatever it is, the most.

I went here with my 12 year old son on a visit to Berlin, we both had a cheeseburger, shared fries and he had a milkshake. Everything was delicious and freshly cooked to order. The portion sizes are enormous and my son said his milkshake was the best he's ever had.

The sink in the men's toilet was full of vomit

Took way too long for it to be considered fast food. The fries were not fragrant at all, the burger was okayish. Not worth the wait and money, better go to McDonald‘s

Had the “meister aller klassen”: double beef patty with bacon, jalapeño, tomato lettuce, cheese and sauce. Beef patties were a bit dry, but everything else wasn’t. But above all can’t beat the price (!). Also good & quick service. Overall rating: 4.5/5

Unfortunately I don't have many pictures of the food. I was there two days in a row. Mega long opening hours, full hut every day. Despite everything, it's really quick and freshly prepared in front of you. You order at the machine and there is a number on it. Cheeseburger was very good..the fries with cheese dip also a 10/10. I drove a few minutes to the hotel and even there you could still eat the fries. Warmest recommendation for this fast food restaurant.

You can't go there on a Saturday evening, it's super crowded and just uncomfortable. But somehow this applies to half of Berlin!

I came to a different Burgermeister when I visited Berlin a few years ago. Visited this one on a whim, expecting the same quality, disappointed. Burger was very dry, for a normal basic cheese burger the dryness kills the experience. Fries with cheese sauce is all right, but unsatisfying after a very mediocre burger. Something was lost along with the addition of those mcdonald like terminals.

Very average burger. I expected much more from it. The burger did not surprise me with anything and tasted completely ordinary. The bun is uninteresting, the meat is overcooked, the garnish is unimaginative. It had a bit more mustard that cut through everything else. I do not recommend, I prefer another fast food.

Super tasty burgers 🍔 and fries 🍟 The store was extremely full, but we still managed to get a seat relatively quickly. Uncomplicated ordering on the self-order monitor. A little loud and hectic, but the food made up for it.

Tastes soooo nice and in a good price, and I think it’s better than five guys personally. The milkshake is quite thick and sweet but still very nice.

A classic American burger joint. Terminals to order and just over 5 burgers to choose from. Drinks prices are exorbitant but comparable to a snack bar. The taste of the Meisterburger is not particularly unique, so a different variety is recommended!

Delivery is a disaster. Orders are accepted, you wait for over an hour and don't get delivery. Service on the phone is even worse than ordering online.

Absolutely terrible place. Extremely overcrowded, people are SCREAMING that much so you have a hearing loss for several hours after, a lot of weirdos, addicts, scammers. Waiting time for your order is around 30(!!!) minutes after the moment you pay. Significantly overpriced. Food is also way worse than I expected from my previous experiences with Burgemeister, looks like it's 20 minutes old and you didn't get it straight away only because of organizational nightmare they have. Apparently, they were not so bad long ago, but now they can only be a tourist trap with fake ratings.

Service was slow (about 20 mins from ordering) for a fast food place but the food was delicious. We were visiting Berlin and absolutely had to try Burgermeister while we were there. 100% worth it. Order screens make it easy to order if you are visiting from overseas.

Very good burgers, the best burger chain in Berlin, more homemade and with a vegan option, there is no chicken burger. Pretty well priced. The reaction of potatoes very abundant; enough to share and very good. Brilliant !

We waited quite a long time for the food. The food was very average. The onion in the burger tasted strange. The fries with cheese were great, but the fries with bacon were quite strange.

So unfortunately I haven't been able to try any food yet but the staff is admittedly the best there is anywhere. The service when we bought something to drink was extremely nice and we were able to eat outside on the benches without buying anything, unlike at the kebab shop. We were also allowed to use the toilet and the graffiti on the toilet is very cool. LG Felix
