Good food, service okay, location not the nicest.

Because I was disappointed when I left another local in the area because I waited forever for someone to come and take my order, I ended up at Burgerheart Stuttgart and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and the super tasty burgers... absolutely recommended!!

So I don't know where things went wrong (could also be Wolt's fault), but that was by far the most horrible order I've ever made. I ordered at 8:06 p.m. - while I'm writing this review, about 1:45 hours have passed and since the stated delivery time is constantly moving back, I have no doubt that the 2 hours will still be full. Underground in any case. Addendum: After a solid 2 hours and 15 minutes the food arrived, completely cold of course. Never again.

Very friendly service and super fast food, interior design really nice.

We came in hangry and left so happy. A big thank you to the guys working there! They were so polite, patient and thoughtful. Our dogs were immediately offered water and as soon as our waiter saw that one of them had finished all the water, he got a second bowl for the other one. Our chat with two of the guys at the end of our meal really made our day! Thank you for the great experience!! We LOVED the lemonades and homemade ice tea. We also got the Oooh-mami burger, the Cheesy and the Green Machine salad. The Oooh-mami burger might have been one of the best vegan burgers I’ve ever had! The Cheesy was really great, too. The Green Machine salad was super fresh and flavourful. All of it was so yummy! Definitely recommend this place (especially when it’s a bit calmer).

I can only rate service. We couldn't even order anything, after waiting at the table for 15 minutes we decided to get up and look for another restaurant.

Just thought of you again....was there six months ago, it was completely dry and bland for €17...the promised free fries had to be paid for and the waiter suddenly knew nothing, what a shame

Food itself was ok. The burger bun wasn't warm but rather cold. The homemade iced tea was very tasty and not too sweet. The fries were great too. The waiter was initially quite friendly and later not so friendly. When it came time to pay, we had to wait over half an hour. I don't know why you have to hold a team meeting inside when the outdoor area is full. The waitress apologized and finally redeemed us after the waiting time. I actually didn't want to leave a tip because it's pretty rude to make your guests wait so long, but then I rounded it up.

Simply delicious! I already knew Burgerheart from Heilbronn and you can also eat really tasty burgers here in Stuttgart. We had to wait quite a long time until our order was taken, but then everything went smoothly and the food was, as always, really good. Dog allowed. I have no problem with online menus. It would be even nicer if you could order online straight away and no longer have to place the order with the waiter.

I enjoyed the food, but you need to watch out here and guard your good.... I took a half-time break on my food that I paid for, and the server just quickly swung by, grabbed it, and threw it out.... while I was still eating it. I've never experienced any such a clear push out of a restaurant. I definitely won't go back after that. Additionally, the music was so loud inside I couldn't talk with anyone. This appears to be a once good spot that's grown to become compliacent, which now strives on sub-par performance rather than creating a dining experience. Would not recommend. There are There are much better options within rock throwing distance.

We love the drinks & service and like the food. We eat fairly early compared to most (18:00) and can almost always find a table for 4. The food comes out of the kitchen faster and they have seasonal offerings that are yummy. Even their side salad is better than most.

Nice restaurant, and the cellar is also very pretty 🥰 I would like to get to know him but I'm embarrassed. He has beautiful smiles.

The ambience wasn't my thing, but that's a matter of taste. The service was ok, we didn't get any napkins at first, but these are all small things because the food WAS REALLY DELICIOUSRRRRRR! I also think the location for Stuttgart is very good. We were able to park cheaply nearby (near the church), which is not insignificant.

By far the best burger I've ever eaten. The staff was great, super nice and understandable. The shop was also really nice inside and I particularly liked the fact that it was digital with a QR menu! really cool concept.

I ate at Burger Heart in Stuttgart with my girls, unfortunately that was our first and last visit there! The only nice thing was the ambience... When we sat down, after 10 minutes of waiting, we were served what we wanted to drink, we weren't offered a card or anything else, nor was there a nice hello. It was our first time there so we didn't know that the menus could be accessed via a QR code. Unfortunately, no one told us until we asked and were annoyed and pointed out. We ordered 1 table water for 5€.. And 3 cokes, 2 of which were zero, were then slammed onto the table without saying a word and we weren't told which coke was which or anything else. When we wanted to order our food, all we could hear was an annoyed “I’m not coming right now,” which wasn’t exactly friendly. Unfortunately, the food was anything but good! Fries are way too salty, burgers are still half raw and even with a triple cheeseburger only 2 slices of cheese is very steep! Very disappointing for the price too!

Very nicely decorated, the food is really not bad, but comparatively expensive. The waitresses were nice, but despite the almost empty restaurant, they took so long that we had to approach them.

A very cool shop 😁 We only ate a little something and it tasted very good. The service is very nice, attentive and polite 👍😊 would be happy to come by again.

I’ve been in this part of Europe for 8 weeks. This is BY FAR the best burger restaurant I’ve come to. Worth a stop in!

0 stars, 50 minute wait for cold burgers! Service took 30 minutes to bring the bill

This seemed like a nice basic place to have a basic burger and watch the UEFA game. but when I payed the bill the waiter was told by the staff to tell me I shouldn’t smoke weed at their place (I was just sitting at a table right outside their restaurant). I did not. Instead of asking if it was me I got blatantly accused. The waiter himself was nice about it and just giving the message. Not a good experience.

The food is really tasty, I have to admit, but the waiter of Asian origin is unlike any other. Such a negative and arrogant person - phew, you have to experience it to be believed. The two of us stood there and he looked and waited for us to take our first steps. No hello, no thank you, no please and no goodbye 🤡 I don't quite celebrate. Maybe your colleague can take this as a point of criticism and work on it. Greetings Lalas

One of our group had dietary requirements. The restaurant addressed that completely, so all good. The food was delicious. Service is slow, only because the waiting staff spend so much time on orders. It's a big menu.

Hallo, Also der Besuch war nicht so toll Wir waren schon oft da doch die letzten zweimal hat es sehr stark nachgelassen. Die Preise sind mittlerweile sehr hoch. Die Kellner sind teilweise sehr unfreundlich und beleidigen sich gegenseitig zwar aus Spaß aber während wir da essen ist das nicht so schön. Alles in allem ist es für uns nicht mehr zufriedenstellend und wir werden auch nicht mehr hingehen.

Unfortunately we didn't get to eat at all because we were simply ignored for 20 minutes. The waitress definitely noticed us, but preferred to focus on her cell phone. There were also very few guests (7-10) in the shop, so they certainly weren't overwhelmed.

Very nice atmosphere, very friendly staff and the price is also clear, I would say. The only thing I have to complain about is the consistency and taste of the burger patty. It was too hard for me and the taste is still good. According to my wife, the vegan version must have been great. It was a very successful evening. Thank you very much.

I ordered the New York Chilli Cheese Burger. For my taste, the burger could be a little hotter and have more jalapenos on it - otherwise a great burger. Tip: Add extra bacon. Staff was friendly and service was relatively quick.

The concept is very modern and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The food is very delicious and comes in attractive portions. Therefore very good price! The service was quick and friendly. Only the small ones to choose from are a bit overwhelming as they can only be viewed on a mobile phone. A bit difficult with parents ;). But just by the way, it was very good here.

Unfortunately, everyone's fries were hard. The pulled pork burger was very runny, the bottom bun was completely soggy at the bottom. Unfortunately not as we imagined.

The food was average for me. Solid but not exceptionally good. The service was very friendly and accommodating. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it.

Normally I'm not a fan of criticism, but I'm having a really hard time finding positive aspects here. Let's start with the service. Sure, I don't expect perfection from a burger chain. But I've rarely had an order thrown down with more disinterest than here. And OK, a green tea might not be the most common drink order at a community bar, but when I see "Deluxe Tea" on the menu, I'm a little surprised to get chamomile tea instead. Is it somehow green? Let's get to the food. Unfortunately, things don't look any more exciting. It's a good thing that "Original Burgerheart fries" means getting some mushy things that every fries stand at the village festival does better for free. But if the burger, essentially the core competency of a burger house, couldn't look more loveless and couldn't stand out in a positive way in terms of taste, then I don't know what to do. Last but not least, when we paid we were told “cash only, the cash register system is currently broken”, which then rounded off the picture. It's really no fun.

Wir waren spontan eine Person mehr, das war kein Problem. Unsere Servicekraft war in der Einlernphase. Die Kollegin hat ihn respektvoll und super unterstützt. Das hat zwar etwas länger wie üblich, aber nicht störend. Auch wir mussten immer wieder nachfragen und überlegen, was ebenso geduldig und zuvorkommend beantwortet wurde. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portion optimal. Wir waren nicht das erste Mal und werden sicherlich auch weiterhin immer wieder hingehen. Eine Papierkarte für Neulinge wäre hilfreich gewesen, aber auch das konnten wir mit unserem Gast gemeinsam lösen.

The waitress was super attentive and kind! Sweet potatoes fries were delicious. The bread was unfortunately a bit hard and flavourless, and falafels weren't the best. The overall experience was good.

I was happy with our visit to Burgerheart. It was nice to sit outside. Overall, I liked my salad, although the falafel wasn't really a burner. The bread with it wasn't my cup of tea either. The fries were delicious.

Restaurant-style mass processing. We visited this restaurant for a business lunch, unfortunately neither the service nor the food were convincing and in the end the question arises as to whether you no longer feel like you are in a better-equipped McDonald's.

We reserved the Burgerheart for a slightly larger birthday. Communication from day 1 to the celebration went great. A separate area was reserved for us for our birthday, complete with a waiter who was only responsible for us. The staff was very attentive and the food and drinks were also delicious!

Everything was a bit dark, the food was of a good standard but far from perfect. But the fries were even better. Some of the sauces were homemade and therefore recommended. All in all, it's more of a classy "Hans im Glück" or "Peter Pane". PS: if it's single-digit plus outside, the entrance door can be permanently closed, otherwise the front seats will be draughty.

Service took a while. The size of the burger is not that big, but the potato portion is big. There are vegetarian, vegan, beef and chicken options. I ordered a chicken burger, but it was actually small pieces of chicken, the price was €12,40 just for the burger

Was OK. Unfortunately, service was very stressful and everything took a little longer. The food was also pretty average. But then it's a bit expensive. But if you're in the mood for a burger and fries, you're welcome to go here.

Normally you get burgers with fries but here it's the other way around. You get “kilo” fries with a small burger. Eating like the worst fast food! The best thing was the beer on the table! The prices are very high for food with no quality! Never again.

When we told the waitress that the avocado on the fries tasted strange, he just shrugged. First class gastronomy. Not. The toilets were unclean and in some cases there was no toilet paper or soap. A sign says that they are cleaned daily, which is probably a joke. By the way, we were there at lunchtime... In other branches it tastes better and the toilets are cleaner. I will definitely not go to this location again.

When we entered we were very rudely shown to our table. Unfortunately, we then had to wait a long time until we were finally served. Menu is only available online via QR code! Totally annoying. The service staff knew nothing about the dishes and the allergens they contained. When the food came, everything was basically swapped. No order was right. The burgers were good and sufficient. All in all, pretty average.

Burgers were delicious! However, it wasn't enough for us without a side dish - for me personally the burgers were too thinly topped for the price (around €13 for the vegetarian version). Drinks were very tasty, but €5.50 for the homemade lemonade, half of which consists of ice cubes... already expensive. At least 2 of the 5 toilets were unusable, one was missing a toilet seat and the other couldn't be locked. The waitresses were friendly and the fact that the menu can be accessed online is, in my opinion, a rather negative thing - it's annoying at the table when you have to keep checking your cell phone. But nice and clear design. Price-performance doesn't quite match...

Modern and welcoming environment. Unprofessional staff. Many of us asked if we could close the door because cold air was coming in. They made us move places and then opened it wide. Good burgers, not onion rings.

Food was well, the rolls were mixed up, one too many fries were brought, rolls weren't toasted, service was friendly but there were too many mistakes, what was great was the side salad because the dressing is awesome. And just VERY VERY EXPENSIVE for the quality €65 for 2 people srry exaggerated

Went there after a heavy day at work. Compliments to the cheff and the waitress lady who made my day🙏🫶 Had a veggy burgir with fries and their homemade watermelon tea! Which was really really good. The cheff was really nice to me for making me a non alcoholic version of mojito (they don't actually make these but did after asking, which I really appreciate!) I also got a heart on my hot chocomilk which was low in sugar, exactly 💯 how I like it ! Cheesecake melted away with the creamy caramel sauce 🤤. Thanks guys , awesome service and good food. Interior was a bit dark to my liking. Definitely try out.

Phew, very disappointing. 3x fries, waiting time long, mayo didn't come even after asking. Toilets "underground" dirty and partly broken. We're not coming anymore.

For a small burger like this, €23 is mega expensive for the quality and on top of that they don't have mustard!!

Well I didn’t have the bad experience others had! I went there on Saturday evening and didn’t wait much. However the host told us that only 1 table for 2 is free but with poor illumination. We were ok with that, after all it wasn’t that bad! The service was fine, we got attended to quite quick and food came kinda soon. It wasn’t the best burger ever, but it was nice. The decorations and atmosphere is really good and feels cozy. All in all I had a nice experience.

-edit- Unfortunately I have to change my rating from 5 to 2 stars. There are other patties available now and they are, to say the least, terribly tasty. Price-performance no longer fits at all

Super friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, not much going on on Sunday afternoons. The burgers are very tasty, although in my opinion two euros too expensive. If there are two of you, you should share a pound of fries, it will be cheaper and you will have a huge portion.

The food was delicious, but the service today was terribly bad. It's even worse to laugh at guests who are hard of hearing because they don't understand what was said the first time and answer yes. For me it borders on discrimination!!!!!!!!

Price performance is not right. Burger ok, but too expensive and you have to pay extra for everything, for example ketchup with the fries. Service wasn't very great. We had to wait a long time until someone came and then the service staff almost refused to take us anything to drink or eat. So we had to wait a while again until we placed our food order. And it took a long time until the burgers came. The ambience itself is nice, the shop is nicely decorated, but that was the only positive thing from that evening

If I could give zero stars for food and service, the burger meat was undercooked and came at long intervals so the food got cold NEVER AGAIN 😶

Food was very, very tasty and quick. However, I can't say the same about the service, totally unmotivated and slow. Our drinks only came after we had finished our food (and I'm definitely not a fast eater) and even then only when asked. If good service is important to you, this is the wrong place :(

The service was super friendly, but I found the burger a bit dry. Plus, my drink wasn't that tasty either. (wasn't sweet enough for my taste) The fries felt like they were the same as those at McDonald's. Nevertheless, you feel very comfortable in the restaurant. I also had a student discount. :)

I liked the ambience itself, but the coasters were quite worn and in my opinion could have been simpler. What I personally don't like are online menus, but of course that's a matter of taste. The waiters were all very friendly, but quite slow considering the small number of people. We all enjoyed the food, especially the lemonades and iced teas are highly recommended! The Canadian Fries were also very good, something different. I only found the dips for fries too expensive at €2.20, otherwise good value for money.

Beautiful ambience, unfortunately unkempt, hamburger bread too small and not suitable for the dish, general bread too small, surf & turf not full flavor, missing a lot, too less full menu to choose from, sweet potatoes fried for too long, taste like oil, horror . 16.50 € exorbitant for the nothing surf&turf. Any extra must be paid, no side dish with the dish. Customer attendance is high, then you need to improve. Cocktail selection OK. I think you could do better. Unfortunately I'm disappointed.

We will never enter this store again! You can first look for the burger on his large tray. When you find it, you see a mushroom-shaped something, with the dry, sticky bread covering the topping well. This "topping" in turn consisted of a small lettuce leaf, a small slice of cheese, a slice of tomato, a small patty, a small teaspoon of melted onions, there was virtually no sauce. When I lifted the lid and turned it over, I noticed that one half was covered with the avocado sauce and the other with the yoghurt sauce (the amount was probably also about a small teaspoon each)... Huh?!?! It was the same with my friend. So we at least asked for more sauce each time - no problem if we paid for it ourselves. It's just a good thing that the mushroom-shaped something is already quite expensive. So not an option for us. The fries (also really expensive) came to the table cold. The entire meal seemed bland and left us in the stomach afterwards because of the majority of bread cardboard. Service was also not very motivated. For us (I'm a vegetarian, he's not) the buns were swapped. The waitress first asked us bluntly whether we wanted both burgers to be made from scratch. Subliminally it became clear that she expected us to simply swap the bread. There was no solution orientation/goodwill. My friend finally suggested that she just swap the bread on his burger... The store used to be really good. This development is incredibly unfortunate.

It's a shame, shockingly bad food now, total disappointment, everyone thought it was bad! We used to really like the store... Citizens: - mainly dry pretzel rolls, - puny "innards", also dry, - hardly any sauce. Showed the burger to the waiter and asked for sauce. Answer: "That's normal, more sauce costs extra." Whaaat? Extra money to give at least a bit of dignity to a fart-dry €14.80 burger? Unfortunately, the fries were also nothing: lukewarm and soggy, so actually a good combination with the burger... No idea what happened to the store! Your heart for burgers has probably moved on. Burger recommendations in Stuggi: *MMC* at Olgaeck, *Buddyz* at the mountain cemetery They know how it's done - unlike Burger-without-heart.

Well what can I say. We entered the restaurant and was showed to our table and down loaded the app and picked our meal. The ambience and atmosphere is great, easy on the eye with a little background music. The waiter arrived (Rasty) and he couldn’t have been nicer and was very helpful and pleasant. (He wasn’t German!!). We ordered our food which arrived very promptly and boys but it was tasty, the burger was sooooo juicy. Thanks again to Rasty for being so pleasant and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for a lovely meal.

Burgers are a bit small, but there are a lot of fries

We went to Stuttgart to celebrate on Saturday. We saw on the way that there was still space at Burger Heart and reserved a table for 8:15 p.m. When we stood at the entrance at 8:10 p.m. we were rudely told off that if we made a reservation so soon in advance we would just have to wait and that it wouldn't work like that. (whatever that meant) We were then seated at a large table where there was no service for food or drinks. After I made it clear around 8:30 p.m. that it was pretty uncool that you could make a reservation but they didn't have a table available, I just said that it could have been a trick on my part because word had gotten around that you could we could take advantage of the reservation system at Burger Heart and we would be free to leave. I should complain to the IT people and not to him. We were seated at 8:40 p.m. Finally, at 9 p.m. a waiter came to us. From then on things went pretty quickly. Waiter was stressed but relatively friendly. He also asked if everything was okay. Food was okay so far and drinks were stronger than expected. The large vegetarian/vegan selection should be highlighted positively. All in all it was okay. Despite the unfortunate situation (which the man who allocates the seats actually can't be responsible for), he should have acted more professionally and, above all, much more friendly. If the beginning wasn't such a great letdown it would be a solid 4/5. PS: if you have to wait for a reservation for three quarters of an hour until you get a seat and a waiter is there, you can at least consider giving a drink on the house or, best of all, using that to sweeten the guests' waiting time, then you agree Guests are a little milder after you screw up something. Feel free to write to me for more tips on gastronomy, your shop actually has potential ;)

Almost 30 minutes until the waitress wanted to take orders and then explicitly said that he only wanted to take drinks and no food was annoying because it took over an hour until we could finally order food. mixed up orders and didn't care! edit: 2nd attempt after 4 years: I had another pretty disappointing experience at this restaurant that I find difficult to recommend. I came with the intention of ordering takeout, but the service left a lot to be desired. First I was sent around without clear instructions and then had to wait 20 minutes with no one taking my order. When I finally got the chance to order, I was informed that it would take 45 minutes to prepare a simple burger, even though half the restaurant was empty. It seemed like none of the staff were particularly hurrying or concerned about the situation. Direct and honest communication from the start would have saved a lot of hassle and allowed me to make an informed decision without wasting my time.

Unfortunately I didn't like the citizen and the high price. Competition is better

Essen war so lala, Nicht wirklich heiß, Brot war lätschig, Pommes komplett ungesalzen, viel zu teuer, ambiente zwar schön aber sehr laut.

Das Essen war sehr lecker aber leider kalt als es an kam. Zudem mussten wir ewig darauf warten. Der Service war leider unterirdisch. Getränke kamen erst nach einer halben Stunde.

Bin gerne dort, gutes Essen und coole Location. Am Valteninstag etwas dünn mit Personal besetzt aber dennoch super Service

Except for the tattooed lady in service, the entire staff was very rude and cheeky. Especially the Thai or Filipino! You walk into a restaurant and expect a warm welcome! This must definitely be clear to a restaurateur! And no commanding back and forth like - you're not allowed to sit there. Just sitting here at the front of a table ?¿?¿ In my opinion the staff has no training whatsoever in terms of service!! I worked in service for years myself and I know it completely differently. A staff like that would have been thrown out straight away! A friendly and simple smile would be completely sufficient, but on the contrary the waiters were very, very rude. As I said, apart from the lady (with the hoody and the tattoos on her hand etc.) she was the only one who saved our evening with a polite and friendly attitude.. Thanks to you at this point!! 5 stars for you!! The ambience is very nice, but the quality of the burgers has also deteriorated. The staff needs training, definitely!! Would I come again? Hmm... I would strongly consider it... Sorry people, but if it's because of the pay of the waiters then the management should give it a lot of thought and maybe do a little more to ensure that the staff are happy, maybe then something will happen. Hello civic lovers, Unfortunately I have to give a bad review for yesterday afternoon. Initially when we arrived (my brother and I) we wanted to go to the cushioned seats or a window seat because they were free, despite asking, we were told: "There are only two of you". Unfortunately it wasn't there, the ambience is really very inviting an 8 out of 10, but the citizen what matters is only a 3 out of 10. On top of that, the price is extremely expensive - we spent €56 for the two of us. 2 citizens, 2 drinks, 2 fries. The beef burger is okay but nothing special, the veggie burger is comparable to an MCVeegie burger Therefore, use the alternatives nearby, e.g. Hans im Glück or McDonalds on Marienstrasse. Important information on the side. Service exclusively by men Best regards

Great Lemonades and Teas, the burgers were good, the fry portions were huge. We should have just split one order. Waiter was friendly and spoke multiple languages.

Good ambience, value for money is terrible. 4.80 for lukewarm fries is a cheek and the burger was smaller than my little fingernail and also far dry, 10.80 for that is also cheeky!!

Overall I really liked it. Good burgers, good fries and fast and friendly service. When it comes to dips, I can particularly recommend the truffle mayonaise. A large selection of vegetarian burgers also offers a wide range of meat alternatives. The homemade lemonades are also recommended.

Yesterday I ordered through Wolt and waited over 2 hours for my food. Fries and burgers were completely cold. Ranch sauce that was ordered was not included...

The Stuttgarter Burgerheart impresses with its stylish ambience and also offers very decent food. The service was friendly, although not everything worked. The toilets weren't convincing, a lot of things were broken - that's just part of the picture.

Der Besuch im Burgerrestaurant war enttäuschend. Die Pommes kamen zunächst falsch an, und selbst nach einer erneuten Bestellung sind sie überhaupt nicht eingetroffen, worauf wir sie nach einer halben Stunde storniert haben. Die Burger, die jeweils etwa 12€ pro Person kosteten, haben nicht nur lange gedauert, sondern haben auch überhaupt nicht satt gemacht. Der Service war langsam und unsympathisch. Waited for over an hour, the guests who arrived after us got their food and the service had no explanation for the delay.

Cheeky service, forgetting orders and reacting dismissively, waitress completely ignored my questions and then simply did nothing. After further inquiries, I was also told that there was work in progress in the kitchen. After 1 hour 30 meters of waiting, the waitress was gracious enough to bring the food. Some of the food was cold, some of the walnut kernels in my friend's salad were untouched and some were BURNED. 0 stars if only it were possible. There was also no apology for the wait. Avoid this store.

The food came 1.5 hours late and the service didn't even apologize!!

17 Uhr bestellt, Essen kam 19 Uhr: kalt und es hat etwas gefehlt. Angerufen und gesagt bekommen das nochmal eine neue Lieferung mit der gleichen Bestellung durchgeführt wird, 90 Minuten später immernoch keine Lieferung erhalten, Telefon nach 3min Dauerklingeln niemand zu erreichen. Das war dann das letzte mal BurgerHeart.. mich wundern die andern Rezensionen hier nicht mehr.

Unser Besuch mit zwei Kindern war sehr gut, essen ging schnell und war lecker. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Mussten einmal bischen warten aber Service war trotzdem super und nett.

Ordered at 18:03 estimate delivery time was 50 minutes. It’s now 19:32 and estimate delivery time is 19:58. I imagine this will go up again, so nearly 2 hours for a burger. Many other burger places in Stuttgart to choose from, won’t order again from here.
